本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种用于衣物处理设备的离合装置,所述离合装置可应用于具由洗衣筒和干衣筒两个衣物处理筒的衣物处理设备中,可使得洗衣筒和干衣筒共用干衣机的加热、冷凝装置,让该衣物处理设备的洗衣筒部分也能烘干衣物,方便干衣筒和洗衣筒切换执行烘干过程,通过采用该离合装置,不仅极大地简化了衣物处理装置的结构,减少了部件设置,而且不需要繁琐的控制程序设置,设计精巧,简单有效。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
一种用于衣物处理设备的离合装置,衣物处理设备包括驱动电机、烘干风机、从动轮及 干衣筒,驱动电机的第一输出端与烘干风机传动连接,第二输出端带动从动轮旋转,从动轮经皮带带动干衣筒转动,从动轮经摇臂可摆动地安装于驱动电机上,所述的离合装置驱动摇臂转动至使从动轮与所述皮带啮合/分离的位置并保持固定。
在上述方案中,驱动电机的第一输出端烘干风机传动连接,而第二输出端与从动轮传动连接,通过离合装置的设计使得从动轮与皮带啮合时,带动干衣筒转动,干衣筒执行烘干工作,而当洗衣筒需要执行烘干时,控制从动轮与皮带相分,则干衣筒停止转动,洗衣筒在其电机的驱动下转动执行烘干过程。本发明的离合装置应用于具由洗衣筒和干衣筒两个衣物处理筒的衣物处理设备中,有利于洗衣筒和干衣筒在使用同一个烘干系统的时候,实现切换洗衣筒和干衣筒单独进行烘干工作。
优选的,所述的离合装置包括有驱动所述的摇臂转动的驱动机构和用于控制驱动机构停止的止动机构,驱动机构驱动摇臂转动至使从动轮与皮带相啮合/分离的位置时,止动机构控制驱动机构止动,使得从动轮与所述的皮带保持啮合/分离的状态。
在上述方案中,驱动机构被构成为负责驱动摇臂转动,实现从动轮与皮带相对位置的改变,而止动机构被构造为在从动轮与皮带相啮合/分离的位置时,控制驱动机构止动,使得从动轮与所述的皮带保持啮合/分离的状态,保证衣物处理设备正常的执行工作。
优选的,所述止动机构包括感应开关和开关触发部,所述开关触发部设置在驱动机构的驱动端,所述驱动端驱动摇臂转动至使从动轮与皮带相啮合/分离的位置时,该开关触发部触发所述的感应开关,驱动机构止动。
在上述方案中,将开关触发部设置在驱动机构的驱动端,在驱动机构驱动摇臂转动的过程中,该开关触自动触发感应开关,从而简化了控制过程,从而极大地简化了衣物处理装置的结构,减少了部件设置,而且不需要繁琐的控制程序设置,设计精巧,简单有效。
优选的,所述驱动机构包括有电机,电机的驱动轴上固定有驱动部件,驱动部件上设有所述的开关触发部和用于连接传动部件的连接部,驱动部件通过所述传动部件带动摇臂摆动使得从动轮与皮带啮合/分离,开关触发部在摇臂摆动至从动轮与皮带啮合/分离时触发所述的感应开关,使得从动轮与所述皮带保持啮合/分离的状态;
优选的,所述开关触发部为设置在驱动部件上的凸块,在驱动部件转动的过程中,该凸出部接触所述的感应开关,从而触发所述的感应开关。
优选的,所述的感应开关包括第一触头和第二触头,所述驱动部件对应所述的第一触头和第二触头分别凸出设置有第一开关触发部和第二开关触发部,当驱动部件转动至从动轮与 皮带啮合时,第一开关触发部/第二开关触发部触发对应的触头,驱动机构止动,当驱动部件转动至从动轮与皮带分离的某一位置时,第二开关触发部/第一开关触发部触发对应的触头,驱动机构止动。
在上述方案中,通过两个触头和两个开关触发部的设计,有利于在从动轮与皮带啮合和分离时分别控制驱动机构止动。
优选的,所述的驱动部件包括块状的本体,所述的第一触头和第二触头沿与电机的轴线相平行的同一方向上依次排布,所述第一开关触发部设置在本体上与第一触头相对应的位置处,第二开关触发部设置在本体上与第二触头相对应的位置处,所述的连接部位于本体上与第一开关触发部或第二开关触发部同径向的位置上;
优选的,所述的连接部设置在第一开关触发部或第二开关触发部上。
设置有连接部的开关触发部转动远离所述驱动电机,从动轮与皮带啮合,另一开关触发部接触对应的触头,驱动机构止动,设置有连接部的开关触发部转动靠近驱动电机,从动轮与皮带分离,该设置有连接部的开关触发部接触对应的触头,驱动机构止动。
优选的,第一开关触发部和第二开关触发部分别设置在本体上相对的两侧,所述的感应开关设置在本体的顶部,其两个感应触头分别位于两开关触发部的顶部;
设置有连接部的开关触发部转动至最低端时,从动轮与皮带啮合,另一开关触发部接触对应的触头,驱动机构止动,设置有连接部的开关触发部转动至最顶端时,从动轮与皮带分离,该设置有连接部的开关触发部接触对应的触头,驱动机构止动。
在上述方案中,将第一开关触发部和第二开关触发部设置在本体上相对的两侧,有利于增大驱动部件带动摇臂转动的角度,保障了从动轮与皮带的啮合和分离。
优选的,所述的传动部件为弹性件,所述离合装置包括有限位件,限位件一端连接在驱动部件的连接部上,另一端与摇臂连接配合,使得驱动部件驱动或固定摇臂的过程中,限制驱动部件的连接部与摇臂的相对距离在一定的范围内,保护所述的弹簧。
在上述方案中,设置了该限位件使得驱动部件的连接部与摇臂之间的相对距离在一定的范围内,防止了两者距离过大或过小造成对弹性件的损坏。
优选的,所述的摇臂上设置有凸出的连接部,所述限位件一端可转动连接至驱动部件上的连接部,另一端设置条形的滑槽,所述摇臂上的连接部与所述的滑槽可滑动连接,该滑槽限制摇臂在一定范围内转动。
在上述方案中,限位件的一端与驱动部件上的连接部可转动连接,即仅能在圆周方向转动,而驱动部件的另一端因为设置了滑槽,则既可以在摇臂上的连接部圆周方向转动,又可以沿摇臂上的连接部的径向滑动,从而限制摇臂在一定范围内活动,防止从动轮与皮带啮合过紧或过松,有利于进行平稳的动力传输。
优选的,所述的弹性件为弹簧,弹簧的一端连接驱动部件上的连接部,另一端连接至摇臂上的连接部,所述的限位件贯穿所述的弹簧设置。
在上述方案中,限位件贯穿弹簧的螺旋段设置,既节约了空间,也防止了弹簧与限位件在工作中干涉,发生摩擦,影响衣物处理设备的品质。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明中通过将上述的离合装置应用到一种具有干衣筒和洗衣筒的衣物处理设备上,该衣物处理设备的干衣筒和洗衣筒共用一套烘干冷凝装置,通过该离合装置可简单有效地实现干衣筒和洗衣筒的烘干功能的分离,不仅使用户有了更多的选择,而且避免了在单独使用洗衣筒时,干衣筒也随之转动带来的不必要能源浪费和对装置的不必要损耗,从而有助于延长衣物处理装置的使用寿命。
2、本发明中离合装置的结构简单,不需要繁杂的部件,充分地利用了现有衣物处理装置的结构,节省研发和生产成本,并且可以降低故障率。
3、衣物处理设备采用该离合装置后,可以简化程序设置,仅需要对驱动机构的运转进行控制即可有效实现,控制逻辑简单,操作方便可靠。
4、本发明中,通过设置从动轮与皮带的啮合,有利于稳定的控制干衣筒转动,简化了机械结构且传动可靠。

参见图1-图4所示,本发明提供一种用于衣物处理设备的离合装置,衣物处理设备包括驱动电机1、烘干风机、从动轮2及干衣筒,驱动电机1的第一输出端11与烘干风机传动连接,第二输出端12带动从动轮2旋转,从动轮2经皮带3带动干衣筒转动,从动轮2经摇臂13可摆动地安装于驱动电机1上,所述的离合装置驱动摇臂13转动至使从动轮2与所述皮带3啮合/分离的位置并保持固定。
在上述方案中,驱动电机1的第一输出端11烘干风机传动连接,而第二输出端12与从动轮2传动连接,通过离合装置的设计使得从动轮2与皮带3啮合时,带动干衣筒转动,干衣筒执行烘干工作,而当洗衣筒需要执行烘干时,控制从动轮2与皮带3相分,则干衣筒停 止转动,洗衣筒在其电机的驱动下转动执行烘干过程。本发明的离合装置应用于具由洗衣筒和干衣筒两个衣物处理筒的衣物处理设备中,有利于洗衣筒和干衣筒在使用同一个烘干系统的时候,实现切换洗衣筒和干衣筒单独进行烘干工作。
优选的,所述的离合装置包括有驱动所述的摇臂13转动的驱动机构和用于控制驱动机构停止的止动机构,驱动机构驱动摇臂13转动至使从动轮2与皮带3相啮合/分离的位置时,止动机构控制驱动机构止动,使得从动轮2与所述的皮带3保持啮合/分离的状态。

优选的,所述止动机构包括感应开关4和开关触发部,所述开关触发部设置在驱动机构的驱动端,所述驱动端驱动摇臂13转动至使从动轮2与皮带3相啮合/分离的位置时,该开关触发部触发所述的感应开关4,驱动机构止动。
在上述方案中,将开关触发部设置在驱动机构的驱动端,在驱动机构驱动摇臂13转动的过程中,该开关触自动触发感应开关4,从而简化了控制过程,从而极大地简化了衣物处理装置的结构,减少了部件设置,而且不需要繁琐的控制程序设置,设计精巧,简单有效。
优选的,所述驱动机构包括有电机5,电机5的驱动轴上固定有驱动部件6,驱动部件6上设有所述的开关触发部和用于连接传动部件的连接部63,驱动部件6通过所述传动部件带动摇臂13摆动使得从动轮2与皮带3啮合/分离,开关触发部在摇臂13摆动至从动轮2与皮带3啮合/分离时触发所述的感应开关4,使得从动轮2与所述皮带3保持啮合/分离的状态;
优选的,所述开关触发部为设置在驱动部件6上的凸块,在驱动部件6转动的过程中,该凸出部接触所述的感应开关4,从而触发所述的感应开关4。
优选的,所述的感应开关4包括第一触头41和第二触头42,所述驱动部件6对应所述的第一触头41和第二触头42分别凸出设置有第一开关触发部61和第二开关触发部62,当驱动部件6转动至从动轮2与皮带3啮合时,第一开关触发部61/第二开关触发部62触发对应的触头,驱动机构止动,当驱动部件6转动至从动轮2与皮带3分离的某一位置时,第二开关触发部62/第一开关触发部61触发对应的触头,驱动机构止动。
在上述方案中,通过两个触头和两个开关触发部的设计,有利于在从动轮2与皮带3啮合和分离时分别控制驱动机构止动。
优选的,所述的驱动部件6包括块状的本体64,所述的第一触头41和第二触头42沿与 电机的轴线相平行的同一方向上依次排布,所述第一开关触发部61设置在本体64上与第一触头41相对应的位置处,第二开关触发部62设置在本体64上与第二触头42相对应的位置处,所述的连接部位于本体64上与第一开关触发部61或第二开关触发部62同径向的位置上;
优选的,所述的连接部63设置在第一开关触发部61或第二开关触发部62上。
设置有连接部63的开关触发部转动远离所述驱动电机1,从动轮2与皮带3啮合,另一开关触发部接触对应的触头,驱动机构止动,设置有连接部63的开关触发部转动靠近驱动电机1,从动轮2与皮带3分离,该设置有连接部的开关触发部接触对应的触头,驱动机构止动。
作为最优的方案,参见图3和4所示,第一开关触发部61和第二开关触发部62分别设置在本体64上相对的两侧,所述的感应开关4设置在本体64的顶部,其两个感应触头分别位于两开关触发部的顶部;
参见图3所示,设置有连接部63的开关触发部61转动至最低端时,从动轮2与皮带3啮合,另一开关触发部62接触对应的触头42,驱动机构止动;参见图4所示,设置有连接部63的开关触发部63转动至最顶端时,从动轮2与皮带3分离,该设置有连接部63的开关触发部61接触对应的触头41,驱动机构止动。
在上述方案中,将第一开关触发部61和第二开关触发部62设置在本体64上相对的两侧,有利于增大驱动部件6带动摇臂13转动的角度,保障了从动轮2与皮带3的啮合和分离。
优选的,所述的传动部件为弹性件,所述离合装置包括有限位件8,限位件8一端连接在驱动部件6的连接部上,另一端与摇臂13连接配合,使得驱动部件6驱动或固定摇臂13的过程中,限制驱动部件6的连接部与摇臂13的相对距离在一定的范围内,保护所述的弹簧7。
在上述方案中,设置了该限位件8使得驱动部件6的连接部与摇臂13之间的相对距离在一定的范围内,防止了两者距离过大或过小造成对弹性件的损坏。
优选的,所述的摇臂13上设置有凸出的连接部131,所述限位件8一端可转动连接至驱动部件6上的连接部63,另一端设置条形的滑槽81,所述摇臂13上的连接部131与所述的滑槽81可滑动连接,该滑槽81限制摇臂13在一定范围内转动。
在上述方案中,限位件8的一端与驱动部件6上的连接部可转动连接,即仅能在圆周方向转动,而驱动部件6的另一端因为设置了滑槽81,则既可以在摇臂13上的连接部圆周方向转动,又可以沿摇臂13上的连接部的径向滑动,从而限制摇臂13在一定范围内活动,防 止从动轮2与皮带3啮合过紧或过松,有利于进行平稳的动力传输。
优选的,所述的弹性件为弹簧7,弹簧7的一端连接驱动部件6上的连接部,另一端连接至摇臂13上的连接部,所述的限位件8贯穿所述的弹簧7设置。
在上述方案中,限位件8贯穿弹簧7的螺旋段设置,既节约了空间,也防止了弹簧7与限位件8在工作中干涉,发生摩擦,影响衣物处理设备的品质。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于衣物处理设备的离合装置,衣物处理设备包括驱动电机、烘干风机、从动轮及干衣筒,驱动电机的第一输出端与烘干风机传动连接,第二输出端带动从动轮旋转,从动轮经皮带带动干衣筒转动,从动轮经摇臂可摆动地安装于驱动电机上,其特征在于,所述的离合装置驱动摇臂转动至使从动轮与所述皮带啮合/分离的位置并保持固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于衣物处理设备的离合装置,其特征在于,包括有驱动所述的摇臂转动的驱动机构和用于控制驱动机构停止的止动机构,驱动机构驱动摇臂转动至使从动轮与皮带相啮合/分离的位置时,止动机构控制驱动机构止动,使得从动轮与所述的皮带保持啮合/分离的状态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于衣物处理设备的离合装置,其特征在于,所述止动机构包括感应开关和开关触发部,所述开关触发部设置在驱动机构的驱动端,所述驱动端驱动摇臂转动至使从动轮与皮带相啮合/分离的位置时,该开关触发部触发所述的感应开关,驱动机构止动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于衣物处理设备的离合装置,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括有电机,电机的驱动轴上固定有驱动部件,驱动部件上设有所述的开关触发部和用于连接传动部件的连接部,驱动部件通过所述传动部件带动摇臂摆动使得从动轮与皮带啮合/分离,开关触发部在摇臂摆动至从动轮与皮带啮合/分离时触发所述的感应开关,使得从动轮与所述皮带保持啮合/分离的状态;
    优选的,所述开关触发部为设置在驱动部件上的凸块,在驱动部件转动的过程中,该凸出部接触所述的感应开关,从而触发所述的感应开关。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于衣物处理设备的离合装置,其特征在于,所述的感应开关包括第一触头和第二触头,所述驱动部件对应所述的第一触头和第二触头分别凸出设置有第一开关触发部和第二开关触发部,当驱动部件转动至从动轮与皮带啮合时,第一开关触发部/第二开关触发部触发对应的触头,驱动机构止动,当驱动部件转动至从动轮与皮带分离的某一位置时,第二开关触发部/第一开关触发部触发对应的触头,驱动机构止动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用于衣物处理设备的离合装置,其特征在于,所述的驱动部件包括块状的本体,所述的第一触头和第二触头沿与电机的轴线相平行的同一方向上依次排布,所述第一开关触发部设置在本体上与第一触头相对应的位置处,第二开关触发部设置在本体上与第二触头相对应的位置处,所述的连接部位于本体上与第一开关触发部或第二开关触发部同径向的位置上;
    设置有连接部的开关触发部转动远离所述驱动电机,从动轮与皮带啮合,另一开关触发部接触对应的触头,驱动机构止动,设置有连接部的开关触发部转动靠近驱动电机,从动轮与皮带分离,该设置有连接部的开关触发部接触对应的触头,驱动机构止动。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的一种用于衣物处理设备的离合装置,其特征在于,第一开关触发部和第二开关触发部分别设置在本体上相对的两侧,所述的感应开关设置在本体的顶部,其两个感应触头分别位于两开关触发部的顶部;
    设置有连接部的开关触发部转动至最低端时,从动轮与皮带啮合,另一开关触发部接触对应的触头,驱动机构止动,设置有连接部的开关触发部转动至最顶端时,从动轮与皮带分离,该设置有连接部的开关触发部接触对应的触头,驱动机构止动。
  8. 根据权利要求4-7任一所述的一种用于衣物处理设备的离合装置,其特征在于,所述的传动部件为弹性件,所述离合装置包括有限位件,限位件一端连接在驱动部件的连接部上,另一端与摇臂连接配合,使得驱动部件驱动或固定摇臂的过程中,限制驱动部件的连接部与摇臂的相对距离在一定的范围内,保护所述的弹簧。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种用于衣物处理设备的离合装置,其特征在于,所述的摇臂上设置有凸出的连接部,所述限位件一端可转动连接至驱动部件上的连接部,另一端设置条形的滑槽,所述摇臂上的连接部与所述的滑槽可滑动连接,该滑槽限制摇臂在一定范围内转动。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的一种用于衣物处理设备的离合装置,其特征在于,所述的弹性件为弹簧,弹簧的一端连接驱动部件上的连接部,另一端连接至摇臂上的连接部,所述的限位件贯穿所述的弹簧设置。
