为了方便用户,衣物洗护一体机应运而生,令洗衣机和干衣机共用干衣机的加热、冷凝装置,让衣物洗护一体机的洗衣机部分也能烘干衣物。

优选的,所述的离合机构包括有连接第二从动轮的连接件和弹性元件,所述的弹性元件一端限位安装另一端抵接在第二从动轮上,给第二从动轮施加预紧力,防止其在与第一从动轮啮合转动中脱离第一从动轮,所述的连接件在动力机构的作用下带动第二从动轮向远离第一从动轮的方向运动,压缩所述的弹性元件,控制第二从动轮与第一从动轮分离。
优选的,所述的弹性元件包括弹簧,所述的弹簧套设在轴体上;
优选的,所述的槽体内设置有限位部,所述的轴体上固定有弹簧盖,所述的弹簧套设轴体上,一端抵接在在限位部上,另一端抵接在弹簧盖上。
优选的,所述的连接件包括至少两根以螺杆为中心并与螺杆平行设置的连接杆,所述的连接杆远离第二从动轮的一端向中心弯折,并在中心形成有螺接部,所述的螺接部螺接在螺杆上,所述连接杆的另一端向中心一侧弯折形成所述的卡接部,以卡接在所述的滑槽内;
优选的,所述的限位结构包括有固定套,所述的固定套套设在轴体上,轴体限制固定套防止其转动,所述的固定套分别与所述的两连接杆连接固定。
本发明另一目的在于提供一种采用上述离合装置的衣物处理设备,该衣物处理设备,包括干衣筒、洗衣筒及烘干模块,所述的烘干模块通过风路可选择的连通所述的干衣筒或洗衣筒,所述的第二从动轮与干衣筒通过皮带传动连,所述的离合装置用于当烘干模块向干衣筒提供热风时,通过动力机构驱动离合机构带动第二从动轮与第一从动轮传动连接,带动干衣筒旋转,以及当烘干模块向洗衣筒提供热风时,通过动力机构驱动离合机构带动第二从动轮与第一从动轮分离。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明中通过将上述的离合装置应用到一种具有干衣筒和洗衣筒的衣物处理设备上,该衣物处理设备的干衣筒和洗衣筒共用一套烘干冷凝装置,通过该离合装置可简单有效地实现干衣筒和洗衣筒的烘干功能的分离,不仅使用户有了更多的选择,而且避免了在单独使用洗衣筒时,干衣筒也随之转动带来的不必要能源浪费和对装置的不必要损耗,从而有助于延长衣物处理装置的使用寿命。
2、本发明中离合装置的结构简单,不需要繁杂的部件,充分地利用了现有衣物处理装置的结构,节省研发和生产成本,并且可以降低故障率;
3、衣物处理设备采用该离合装置后,可以简化程序设置,仅需要对电机的运转进行控制即可有效实现,控制逻辑简单,操作方便可靠。
4、本发明中,通过设置第二从动轮与第一从动轮花键连接,有利于稳定的控制干衣筒转动,且设置花键连接结构有利于第二从动轮与第一从动轮分离,简化了机械结构。
5、通过设置离合机构与螺杆螺接的方式实现离合机构的离/合控制,结构简单,传动可靠。

实施例一
图1-图6展示了本发明所述的用于衣物处理设备的离合装置的结构示意图。
一种用于衣物处理设备的离合装置,衣物处理设备包括驱动电机1、烘干风机、第一从动轮2、第二从动轮3及干衣筒7,驱动电机1的第一输出端11与烘干风机传动连接,第二输出端12传动连接第一从动轮2(第二输出端12经带轮与第一从动轮2连接);所述第二从动轮3与衣物处理设备的干衣筒7通过皮带传动连接,所述的离合装置包括动力机构和在动力机构作用下运动的离合机构5,所述的离合机构5与第二从动轮3连接,动力机构驱动离合机构5运动以带动第二从动轮3与第一从动轮2传动连接/分离。
其中,通过将上述的离合装置应用到一种具有干衣筒7和洗衣筒8的衣物处理设备上,该衣物处理设备的干衣筒7和洗衣筒8共用一套烘干冷凝装置,通过该离合装置可简单有效地实现干衣筒7和洗衣筒8的烘干功能的分离,不仅使用户有了更多的选择,而且避免了在单独使用洗衣筒8时,干衣筒7也随之转动带来的不必要能源浪费和对装置的不必要损耗,从而有助于延长衣物处理装置的使用寿命。
优选的,所述的第二从动轮3可轴向滑动的设置在轴体42上,所述的第二从动轮3靠近第一从动轮2的一端设置有连接部31,所述的第一从动轮2上对应设置有啮合部21,所述的离合装置在动力机构的作用下,控制第二从动轮3沿轴体42移动,以与第一从动轮2啮合/分离。
所述的轴体42与第一从动轮2的啮合部21相对设置,从而引导第二从动轮3的运动轨迹,而离合装置只需要提供对第二从动轮3的推力或拉力即可实现第二从动轮3在轴体42上的运动,进而与第一从动轮2啮合/分离。
优选的,所述的啮合部21包括开设在第一从动轮2中心的凹槽,凹槽内壁上设置有键槽,所述的第二从动轮3靠近第一从动轮2一侧的周壁上设置有与所述的键槽可啮合的花键。第二从动轮3在离合机构5的带动下其花键与第一从动轮2上的键槽啮合,第一从动轮2与第二从动轮3在圆周方向上固定。
优选的,所述的动力机构包括有螺杆43,离合机构5一端螺接在所述的螺杆43上,另一端与第二从动轮3可相对转动的连接,所述的动力机构控制离合机构5只在轴向上移动;其中,离合机构5需要与第二从动轮3连接来带动第二从动轮3沿着轴体42移动,但是当第二从动轮3与第一从动轮2啮合后,则第二从动轮3会与第一从动轮2一体转动,因此离合机构5虽然与第一从动轮2连接,但是,只限于在轴向上连接固定,而在圆周方向上则两者 是可相对转动的。
优选的,所述的离合装置还包括有限位结构,用于限制离合机构5的位置,防止其与螺杆43一体转动,保证离合机构在螺杆43轴向上移动,因为离合机构5是螺接在螺杆43上的,在螺杆43的转动中,沿着螺杆43轴向移动来带动第二从动轮3沿着轴体42移动的,因此,若离合机构5和螺杆43连接后,螺杆转动而离合机构5跟随着螺杆43转动,则离合机构5是不能够在螺杆43上沿螺杆43的轴向移动的,因此,需要设置一限位结构,用于限制离合机构5与螺杆43一体转动。
优选的,所述的第二从动轮3远离第一从动轮2的一端周壁上设置有环绕第二从动轮3的滚动面设置的滑槽32,所述第二从动轮3上位于滑槽32与第二从动轮3的连接部31之间的滚动面用于与皮带连接向干衣筒7提供驱动力,所述的离合机构5对应所述的滑槽32设置有卡接部以可相对滑动的卡接在所述的滑槽32内。
优选的,所述的动力机构还包括电机固定座41和设置在电机固定座41上的电机4,所述的电机4的输出端连接所述的螺杆43,所述的轴体42一端固定在电机固定座41上,另一端通过滑动轴承与第二从动轮3连接;通过在轴体42与第二从动轮3之间设置滑动轴承有利于第二从动轮3的转动。
优选的,所述第二从动轮3远离第一从动轮2的一端开设有槽体,所述的轴体42一端伸入槽体内并与槽体内壁之间通过滑动轴承连接,所述滑动轴承的外环与槽体之间紧配合,内环与轴体42之间可轴向滑动连接,通过设置滑动轴承的内环与轴体42之间可轴向滑动连接,有利于第二从动轮3沿着轴体42移动。
优选的,所述的离合机构5包括有连接第二从动轮3的连接件和弹性元件,所述的弹性元件一端限位安装另一端抵接在第二从动轮3上,给第二从动轮3施加预紧力,防止其在与第一从动轮2啮合转动中脱离第一从动轮2,所述的连接件在动力机构的作用下带动第二从动轮3向远离第一从动轮2的方向运动,压缩所述的弹性元件,控制第二从动轮3与第一从动轮2分离。
优选的,所述的弹性元件包括弹簧62,所述的弹簧62套设在轴体42上;
优选的,所述的槽体内设置有限位部,所述的轴体42上固定有弹簧盖6,所述的弹簧62套设轴体42上,一端抵接在在限位部上,另一端抵接在弹簧盖6上,其中,所述的弹簧62一直处于压缩状态,在第一从动轮2与第二从动轮3啮合后,则弹簧62伸展一定程度,弹力较小,则此时,在当第二从动轮3转动时,弹簧62与第二从动轮3之间摩擦力较小,弹簧 62受第二从动轮3转动影响小。
优选的,所述的弹簧盖6通过卡接件卡接固定在轴体42上,例如,通过C形卡61卡接固定在轴体42上。
优选的,所述的连接件包括至少两根以螺杆43为中心并与螺杆43平行设置的连接杆51,所述的连接杆51远离第二从动轮3的一端向中心弯折,并在中心形成有螺接部,所述的螺接部螺接在螺杆43上,所述连接杆51的另一端向中心一侧弯折形成所述的卡接部,以卡接在所述的滑槽32内;
优选的,所述的限位结构包括有固定套,所述的固定套套设在轴体42上,轴体42限制固定套防止其转动,所述的固定套分别与所述的两连接杆51连接固定,具体的,所述的轴体42上设置有截面为非圆形的轴段,所述的固定套的中心对应开设有相同截面形状的限位孔,则在固定套套设在轴体42对应的轴段上,则该轴段限制固定套转动,而固定套又与连接杆51连接,则连接杆51受到限制也不会转动,从而避免了离合机构5与螺杆43一体转动,而造成离合机构5无法沿螺杆43的轴向移动的问题。
实施例二
参见图1-图6所示,本实施例提供一种采用实施例一中的离合装置的衣物处理设备,该衣物处理设备包括有干衣筒7、洗衣筒8及烘干模块,所述的烘干模块通过风路可选择的连通所述的干衣筒7或洗衣筒8,所述的第二从动轮3与干衣筒7通过皮带传动连,所述的离合装置用于当烘干模块向干衣筒7提供热风时,通过动力机构驱动离合机构5带动第二从动轮3与第一从动轮2传动连接,带动干衣筒7旋转,以及当烘干模块向洗衣筒8提供热风时,通过动力机构驱动离合机构5带动第二从动轮3与第一从动轮2分离。另一方面,该衣物处理设备还包括有驱动电机1、第一从动轮2及第二从动轮3,其中,该烘干模块包括有烘干风机,所述驱动电机1的第一输出端11设置有带轮13,以通过皮带连接烘干风机,提供烘干风机驱动力。
优选的,参见图1所示,本实施例中,所述的衣物处理设备包括有壳体9,设置在壳体9内的干衣筒7和洗衣筒8,其中,洗衣筒8设置在壳体9内下方位置,而干衣机设置在洗衣筒8的上方,该设计主要考虑到了洗衣筒8结构复杂,重力大,将其设置在下方有利于整机稳定,当然的,本实施例中,也不限于将干衣筒7设置在洗衣筒8的上方,完全也可以将干衣筒7设置在洗衣筒8的下方。进一步的,所述的壳体9内位于干衣筒7和洗衣筒8之间还设置有安装平台,所述的烘干模块、离合装置安装在该安装平台上,为了减小安装平台及烘 干模块占用的空间,所述的安装平台、烘干模块、离合装置跟随干衣筒7和洗衣筒8之间的间隙合理设置,参见图1所示,所述的离合装置安装在壳体9一侧的位置,即干衣筒7和洗衣筒8一侧靠近壳体9内表面的位置,因为该处空隙最大,从而合理利用空间。
该实施例中,通过将上述的离合装置应用到具有干衣筒7和洗衣筒8的衣物处理设备上,该衣物处理设备的干衣筒7和洗衣筒8共用一套烘干系统,通过该离合装置可简单有效地实现干衣筒7和洗衣筒8的烘干功能的分离(实现洗衣筒和干衣筒单独进行烘干工作),不仅使用户有了更多的选择,而且避免了在单独使用洗衣筒8时,干衣筒7也随之转动带来的不必要能源浪费和对装置的不必要损耗,从而有助于延长衣物处理装置的使用寿命;并且该离合装置的设置简单,不需要繁杂的部件,充分地利用了现有衣物处理装置的结构,节省研发和生产成本,并且可以降低故障率;另一方面通过采用该离合装置后,可以简化程序设置,仅需要对电机4的运转进行控制即可有效实现,控制逻辑简单,操作方便可靠。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所做的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种用于衣物处理设备的离合装置,衣物处理设备包括驱动电机(1)、烘干风机、第一从动、第二从动轮(3)及干衣筒(7),驱动电机(1)的第一输出端(11)与烘干风机传动连接,第二输出端(12)传动连接第一从动轮(2);所述第二从动轮(3)与干衣筒(7)通过皮带传动连接,其特征在于,所述的离合装置包括动力机构和在动力机构作用下运动的离合机构(5),所述的离合机构(5)与第二从动轮(3)连接,动力机构驱动离合机构(5)运动以带动第二从动轮(3)与第一从动轮(2)传动连接/分离。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于衣物处理设备的离合装置,其特征在于,所述的第二从动轮(3)可轴向滑动的设置在轴体(42)上,所述的第二从动轮(3)靠近第一从动轮(2)的一端设置有连接部,所述的第一从动轮(2)上对应设置有啮合部,所述的离合装置在动力机构的作用下,控制第二从动轮(3)沿轴体(42)移动,以与第一从动轮(2)啮合/分离。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于衣物处理设备的离合装置,其特征在于,所述的啮合部包括开设在第一从动轮(2)中心的凹槽,凹槽内壁上设置有键槽,所述的第二从动轮(3)靠近第一从动轮(2)一侧的周壁上设置有与所述的键槽可啮合的花键。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种用于衣物处理设备的离合装置,其特征在于,所述的动力机构包括有螺杆(43),离合机构(5)一端螺接在所述的螺杆(43)上,另一端与第二从动轮(3)可相对转动的连接,所述的动力机构控制离合机构(5)只在轴向上移动;优选的,所述的离合装置还包括有限位结构,用于限制离合机构(5)的位置,防止其与螺杆(43)一体转动,保证离合机构(5)在螺杆(43)轴向上移动。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种用于衣物处理设备的离合装置,其特征在于,所述的第二从动轮(3)远离第一从动轮(2)的一端周壁上设置有环绕第二从动轮(3)的滚动面设置的滑槽,所述的离合机构(5)对应设置有卡接部以可相对滑动的卡接在所述的滑槽内。
- 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种用于衣物处理设备的离合装置,其特征在于,所述的动力机构还包括电机固定座(41)和设置在电机固定座(41)上的电机(4),所述的电机(4)的输出端连接所述的螺杆(43),所述的轴体(42)一端固定在电机固定座(41)上,另一端通过滑动轴承与第二从动轮(3)连接;优选的,所述第二从动轮(3)远离第一从动轮(2)的一端开设有槽体,所述的轴体(42)一端伸入槽体内并与槽体内壁之间通过滑动轴承连接,所述滑动轴承的外环与槽体之间紧配合,内环与轴体(42)之间可轴向滑动连接。
- 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种用于衣物处理设备的离合装置,其特征在于,所述 的离合机构(5)包括有连接第二从动轮(3)的连接件和弹性元件,所述的弹性元件一端限位安装另一端抵接在第二从动轮(3)上,给第二从动轮(3)施加预紧力,防止其在与第一从动轮(2)啮合转动中脱离第一从动轮(2),所述的连接件在动力机构的作用下带动第二从动轮(3)向远离第一从动轮(2)的方向运动,压缩所述的弹性元件,控制第二从动轮(3)与第一从动轮(2)分离。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种用于衣物处理设备的离合装置,其特征在于,所述的弹性元件包括弹簧,所述的弹簧套设在轴体(42)上;优选的,所述的槽体内设置有限位部,所述的轴体(42)上固定有弹簧盖(6),所述的弹簧套设轴体(42)上,一端抵接在限位部上,另一端抵接在弹簧盖(6)上。
- 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种用于衣物处理设备的离合装置,其特征在于,所述的连接件包括至少两根以螺杆(43)为中心并与螺杆(43)平行设置的连接杆(51),所述的连接杆(51)远离第二从动轮(3)的一端向中心弯折,并在中心形成有螺接部,所述的螺接部螺接在螺杆(43)上,所述连接杆(51)的另一端向中心一侧弯折形成所述的卡接部,以卡接在所述的滑槽内;优选的,所述的限位结构包括有固定套,所述的固定套套设在轴体(42)上,轴体(42)限制固定套防止其转动,所述的固定套分别与所述的两连接杆(51)连接固定。
- 一种采用权利要求1-9任一所述的离合装置的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,包括干衣筒(7)、洗衣筒(8)及烘干模块,所述的烘干模块通过风路可选择的连通所述的干衣筒(7)或洗衣筒(8),所述的第二从动轮(3)与干衣筒(7)通过皮带传动连,所述的离合装置用于当烘干模块向干衣筒(7)提供热风时,通过动力机构驱动离合机构(5)带动第二从动轮(3)与第一从动轮(2)传动连接,带动干衣筒(7)旋转,以及当烘干模块向洗衣筒(8)提供热风时,通过动力机构驱动离合机构(5)带动第二从动轮(3)与第一从动轮(2)分离。
