二、由于其埋头段与嵌环圆弧段的连接处是圆弧对圆弧的外切连接,在封罐时基本盖与封罐模具(俗称扎头)的接触面积过小,仅为线接触,导致封罐的不稳定,封罐质量不易保证。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种耐压基本盖、易拉盖以及带易拉盖的易拉罐,以在同等材料厚度、耐压值不变的前提下,降低耐压失效发生破裂的概率,提升使用安全性以及封罐稳定性。

进一步,所述第二直线段与所述辅助线A的夹角为5°~12°。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的易拉罐技术方案是:一种耐压易拉罐,包括罐体及易拉盖,所述易拉盖包括基本盖及拉环,所述基本盖采用上述基本盖技术方案。
进一步,在所述上下方向上,所述第六圆弧段与第二直线段的连接点位于所述中心 盖面的上表面之下。
进一步,所述第二直线段与所述辅助线A的夹角为5°~12°。
本发明的设计原理是:本发明是在现有技术的基础上通过了整整一年的详细深入研究,才找到了降低耐压失效发生破裂的概率的有效方法:对埋头段增加了一第六圆弧段R6以及一第二直线段L2,并且详细研究才得到了第五圆弧段R5、第六圆弧段R6的合理尺寸,以及第四圆弧段R4、第五圆弧段R5的圆心位置关系等技术特征才最终成功地将耐压失效时发生破裂的概率降至0.05%~2.5%。,大幅地提高了使用的安全性。
在同等的耐压测试条件下,现有技术基本盖有大部分发生了破裂如图3照片的状态,破裂概率是80%;而本发明实施例基本盖却保持如图4照片所示的鼓起失效状态,并没有发生破裂,破裂概率仅是0.05%~2.5%。

另一方面,如图2所示,在封罐时,本发明基本盖的第二直线段L2能与封罐模具2(俗称扎头)形成面接触,增大了接触面积,大幅提升了封罐稳定性。
本发明虽看似并不复杂,但却带来了上述突出的意想不到的效果,这在本领域是一重要突破。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例一:参见附图1所示,一种耐压基本盖:
一种耐压基本盖,参见附图1所示,该基本盖的横截面上从周边至中心依次为封罐区域、埋头段、嵌环圆弧段R7、嵌环向上延伸段以及中心盖面。
参见附图1所示,所述封罐区域由第一圆弧段R1、第二圆弧段R2以及第三圆弧段R3依次连接而成,第一圆弧段R1与第二圆弧段R2内切,第二圆弧段R2与第三圆弧段R3内切。
参见附图1所示,所述埋头段包括第一直线段L1、第四圆弧段R4、第五圆弧段R5,第一直线段L1的第一端与封罐区域的对应端连接,其第二端与第四圆弧段R4的第一端连接,且第一直线段L1与第四圆弧段R4相切;所述第四圆弧段R4的第二端与第五圆弧段R5的第一端连接,且第四圆弧段R4与第五圆弧段R5外切。本实施例主要点是,埋头段还包括一第六圆弧段R6以及一第二直线段L2,所述第五圆弧段R5的第二端与所述第六圆弧段R6的第一端连接,且第五圆弧段R5与第六圆弧段R6内切;所述第六圆弧段R6的第二端与所述第二直线段L2的第一端连接,且第六圆弧段R6与第二直线段L2相切。所述第二直线段L2的第二端与嵌环圆弧段R7的第一端连接,且第二直线段L2与嵌环圆弧段R7相切。
所述第五圆弧段R5的半径大于或等于0.25mm,且小于或等于2.5mm;所述第六圆弧段R6的半径大于或等于2mm,且小于或等于6.5mm;所述嵌环圆弧段R7的半径大于或等于0.25mm,且小于或等于0.8mm。
参见附图1所示,定义所述第二直线段L2与嵌环圆弧段R7的连接点为辅助点Q1,将通过辅助点Q1的垂直于中心盖面的直线定义为辅助线A,以该辅助线A为界,所述第五圆弧段R5、第六圆弧段R6及第二直线段L2位于辅助线A的一侧,而嵌环圆弧段R7位于辅助线A的另一侧。
参见附图1所示,将所述辅助线A的方向定义为上下方向,定义基本盖的朝罐外那侧为上,基本盖的朝罐内的那侧为下;在所述上下方向上,所述第六圆弧段R6的圆心Y6位于所述中心盖面的上表面L4之下;
参见附图1所示,并且,具体的所述第四圆弧段R4的圆心Y4和所述第五圆弧段R5的圆心Y5在辅助线A上的投影距离H1大于或等于第四圆弧段R4的半径与第五圆弧段R5的半径之和的0.85倍,且小于或等于第四圆弧段R4的半径与第五圆弧段R5的半径之和。
所述第四圆弧段R4的圆心Y4和所述第五圆弧段R5的圆心Y5在垂直于辅助线A方向的投影距离W1大于或等于零,且小于或等于第四圆弧段R4的半径与第五圆弧段R5 的半径之和的0.5倍。
参见附图1所示,较佳是:在所述上下方向上,所述第六圆弧段R6与第二直线段L2的连接点Q2要位于所述中心盖面的上表面L4之下,如此能达到更佳的抗破裂性能。
参见附图1所示,较佳是:所述第二直线段L2与所述辅助线A的夹角α为5°~12°。
所述嵌环向上延伸段由第三直线段L3和第八圆弧段R8组成,第三直线段L3的一端与嵌环圆弧段R7相切连接,其第二端与第八圆弧段R8的第一端相切连接,第八圆弧段R8的第二端与中心盖面L4相切连接。中心盖面L4可以是一平面也可以是包括局部弯曲面的大致的平面。
上述实施例中,所有提及“圆弧段”、“直线段”的尺寸都是指基本盖的朝罐外(即附图1的朝上方向)的那侧表面上的线段的尺寸。
本实施例的耐压失效时发生破裂的概率仅0.05%~2.5%,大幅地提高了使用的安全性。并且,在封罐时如图2所示,,本发明基本盖的第二直线段L2能与封罐模具2(俗称扎头)形成面接触,增大了接触面积,大幅提升了封罐稳定性。
实施例二:一种耐压易拉盖,包括基本盖及拉环,所述基本盖的结构同实施例一所述,这里不再赘述。
实施例三:一种耐压易拉罐,包括罐体及易拉盖,所述易拉盖包括基本盖及拉环,所述基本盖的结构同实施例一所述,这里不再赘述。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种耐压基本盖,该基本盖的横截面上从周边至中心依次为封罐区域、埋头段、嵌环圆弧段(R7)、嵌环向上延伸段以及中心盖面;所述埋头段包括第一直线段(L1)、第四圆弧段(R4)、第五圆弧段(R5),第一直线段(L1)的第一端与封罐区域的对应端连接,其第二端与第四圆弧段(R4)的第一端连接,且第一直线段(L1)与第四圆弧段(R4)相切;所述第四圆弧段(R4)的第二端与第五圆弧段(R5)的第一端连接,且第四圆弧段(R4)与第五圆弧段(R5)外切;其特征在于:
    所述埋头段还包括一第六圆弧段(R6)以及一第二直线段(L2),所述第五圆弧段(R5)的第二端与所述第六圆弧段(R6)的第一端连接,且第五圆弧段(R5)与第六圆弧段(R6)内切;所述第六圆弧段(R6)的第二端与所述第二直线段(L2)的第一端连接,且第六圆弧段(R6)与第二直线段(L2)相切;所述第二直线段(L2)的第二端与嵌环圆弧段(R7)的第一端连接,且第二直线段(L2)与嵌环圆弧段(R7)相切;
    所述第五圆弧段(R5)的半径大于或等于0.25mm,且小于或等于2.5mm;
    所述第六圆弧段(R6)的半径大于或等于2mm,且小于或等于6.5mm;
    所述嵌环圆弧段(R7)的半径大于或等于0.25mm,且小于或等于0.8mm;
    定义所述第二直线段(L2)与嵌环圆弧段(R7)的连接点为辅助点(Q1),将通过辅助点(Q1)的垂直于中心盖面的直线定义为辅助线A;以辅助线A为界,所述第五圆弧段(R5)、第六圆弧段(R6)及第二直线段(L2)位于辅助线A的一侧,而嵌环圆弧段(R7)位于辅助线A的另一侧;
    将所述辅助线A的方向定义为上下方向,定义基本盖的朝罐外那侧为上,基本盖的朝罐内的那侧为下;在所述上下方向上,所述第六圆弧段(R6)的圆心(Y6)位于所述中心盖面的上表面(L4)之下;
    所述第四圆弧段(R4)的圆心(Y4)和所述第五圆弧段(R5)的圆心(Y5)在辅助线A上的投影距离(H1)大于或等于第四圆弧段(R4)的半径与第五圆弧段(R5)的半径之和的0.85倍,且小于或等于第四圆弧段(R4)的半径与第五圆弧段(R5)的半径之和;所述第四圆弧段(R4)的圆心(Y4)和所述第五圆弧段(R5)的圆心(Y5)在垂直于辅助线A方向的投影距离(W1)大于或等于零,且小于或等于第四圆弧段(R4)的半径与第五圆弧段(R5)的半径之和的0.5倍。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述耐压基本盖,其特征在于:在所述上下方向上,所述第六圆弧段(R6)与第二直线段(L2)的连接点(Q2)位于所述中心盖面的上表面(L4)之下。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述耐压基本盖,其特征在于:所述第二直线段(L2)与所述辅助线A的夹角(α)为5°~12°。
  4. 一种耐压易拉盖,包括基本盖及拉环,其特征在于:所述基本盖为权利要求1所述的基本盖。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述耐压易拉盖,其特征在于:在所述上下方向上,所述第六圆弧段(R6)与第二直线段(L2)的连接点(Q2)位于所述中心盖面的上表面(L4)之下。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述耐压易拉盖,其特征在于:所述第二直线段(L2)与所述辅助线A的夹角(α)为5°~12°。
  7. 一种耐压易拉罐,包括罐体及易拉盖,所述易拉盖包括基本盖及拉环,其特征在于:所述基本盖为权利要求1所述的基本盖。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述耐压易拉罐,其特征在于:在所述上下方向上,所述第六圆弧段(R6)与第二直线段(L2)的连接点(Q2)位于所述中心盖面的上表面(L4)之下。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述耐压易拉罐,其特征在于:所述第二直线段(L2)与所述辅助线A的夹角(α)为5°~12°。
