技术领域
本实用新型涉及密封技术领域, 特别涉及易拉开瓶盖。
背景技术
目前, 绝大多数用来封盖装有啤酒、 饮料等的瓶盖都为皇冠盖, 由于其成型容易, 原材 料国内可供应, 且价格低廉, 适合于国内大多数消费者使用。 使用时, 一般需要配套专用的 启瓶器, 当没有启瓶器时, 大多数消费者只能采用用钥匙撬或是借助桌边磕, 不但有失文 明, 还有可能发生使钥匙弯曲变形, 磕坏说桌子的事故, 给消费者带来不便与烦恼。
为了解决上述问题, 人们生产了一种带易拉环的瓶盖。 现有技术中, 常见的是采用了在 瓶盖上铆接拉环, 且拉环的形状都采用圆环的形书式, 拉环的外边缘圆心与拉环的内边缘圆心 重合; 人们在使用时, 拉环太过于光滑, 且拉环的通体大小相等, 人们并不能很方便的捏住 圆环, 经常会脱落, 给人们造成一些不必要的麻烦。
因此, 现有技术还存在有缺陷, 有待于改进和发展。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此, 有必要针对上述出现的问题, 提供一种能大规模生产, 便于人们使用, 且美 观的易拉开瓶盖。
为此本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
易拉开瓶盖, 包括瓶盖主体、 拉环和连接片, 连接片的一端连接于拉环, 另一端连接于瓶盖 主体的侧边缘, 所述拉环的外边缘为圆形, 内边缘为圆形或椭圆形, 所述拉环外边缘的圆心 和拉环内边缘的圆心不再同一位置, 拉环外边缘的半径大于拉环内边缘的半径; 所述瓶盖主 体的端面设置有凹陷区以容纳拉环。
进- -步的, 所述凹陷区底面为平面。
进- -步的, 所述凹陷区底面为弧形面。
进- -步的, 相对于所述瓶盖的端面, 所述弧形面向瓶身方向凹陷。

实施例一
如图 1所示, 本实施例所提供的易拉开瓶盖, 包括瓶盖主体 1和拉环 2, 所述拉环 2位于瓶 盖主体 1的侧边缘 3, 与所述瓶盖主体 1连为一体; 所述拉环 2的外边缘 4为圆形, 外边缘 的边与边的交界处有倒圆角处理, 内边缘 5为圆形 (当然, 也可以是椭圆形, 使得内边缘光 滑过度, 不对手指造成创伤为准); 所述瓶盖主体 1 的端面中心处设置有凹陷区 6, 凹陷区 底面 10为平面。 需要说明的是, 所述瓶盖主体 1、 拉环 2和凹陷区 6在本实施例中优选采 用一体冲压成型, 即瓶盖主体 1、 拉环 2和凹陷区 6是同一个整体, 并没有采用外加材料进 行拼接组装。 本实施例中涉及到的连接片 11 (此处只是优选连接片 11, 当然, 也可以不采 用连接片), 其一端接拉环 2, 另一端连接瓶盖主体 1的侧边缘 3, 在本实施例中是为更好的 连接拉环 3与瓶盖主体 1。
如上所述, 所述拉环 2的外边缘 4为圆形, 内边缘 5为圆形, 所述拉环 2外边缘 4的圆 心距连接片 11的距离比拉环 2内边缘 5的圆心距连接片 11的距离大, 摒弃了以往大众最常 采用 "外边缘 4和内边缘 5同时采用圆形, 且两圆的圆心位置重合" 的设计, 采用此设计的 优势在于, 人们在使用时更方便的捏住拉环 2, 不容易脱落, 相对于拉环 2 内外边缘同时采 用圆形, 且两圆的圆心位置重合的设计, 本实施例更适合实际应用。 众所周知, 有时受外在 条件的影响, 比如天气潮湿, 手指上有油污等类似情况下, 且考虑到人体工程学上对舒适度 的理解, 用手指直接去接触圆滑形, 且通体大小相等, 没有大小之分, 不存在层次感的物 体, 很容易从手指上脱落, 但接触通体大小不等, 存在层次感的物体, 人们很容易拿捏稳 固。
如上所述, 拉环 2位于瓶盖主体 1的侧边缘 3, 与所述瓶盖主体 1连为一体, 拉环 2可 以向瓶盖主体 1的端面翻叠, 最终蛰伏在瓶盖主体 1端面的凹陷区 6, 需要说明的是, 此处 优选凹陷区 6的凹陷深度和凹陷区 6的形状与拉环 2的形状和大小相吻合, 当拉环 2叠合在 凹陷区 6时, 与凹陷区 6完全吻合。 此时, 拉环 2与凹陷区 6组合形成的叠合体的水平面, 与瓶盖主体 1端面未凹陷区域的水平面相水平, 不会形成凸起结构, 且本实施例中的凹陷区 6为统一向下凹陷, 并非是为配合拉环 2叠合而设计的环状凹陷区域, 采用此设计的优势在 于, 人们在使用时更方便的捏起拉环 2, 且能有效的利用现有的模具进行大规模的工业化生 产, 而不需重新去设计和制造新模具, 节约了生产成本。
所述瓶盖主体 1的侧边 9上设置有开启线 7, 所述开启线 7优选两条, 两条开启线 7的 具体位置优先设置于, 以拉环 2与瓶盖主体 1侧边缘 3连接处为对称轴, 对称分布在瓶盖主 体 1的侧边 9, 以便有力作用在拉环 2上时, 两条开启线 7能均匀受力。 当人们使用时, 只 需轻拉拉环 2就可以拉开开启线 7, 从而把瓶盖拉出缺口, 最终达到开启整个瓶盖的目的, 即破盖开瓶。

如图 4 所示, 实施例二所提供的易拉开瓶盖, 与实施例一不同之处在于: 所述凹陷区底面 10 是弧形面, 且弧形面向瓶盖主体 1 的内部凹陷。 采用此设计的优势在于, 当人们准备使 用拉环 2开启瓶盖时, 人首先需要用手指把拉环 2给勾起, 采用向瓶盖主体 1内部凹陷的弧 形面设计, 更能方便人们勾起拉环 2, 进而开启瓶盖。
如图 3所示, 实施例二的其他设计与实施例相同, 在此不再重复叙述。
在现有技术揭露的易拉开瓶盖中, 开始状态时, 易拉环蛰伏在瓶盖主体的端面上, 在使 用时, 用手拉开易拉环, 从而拉开瓶盖, 此种设计的好处是解决了没有启瓶工具时, 人们同 样能开启瓶盖, 但不足之处在于: 易拉环蛰伏在瓶盖主体的端面上, 形成凸起, 铆接处同样 会出现凸起, 在流水线上生产时, 会时常出现卡机情况, 不利于大规模的工业化生产。
本实用新型采用一体冲压成型的方法, 是瓶盖、 拉环、 和凹陷区都是一个整体, 并没有 采用外接的方式增加部件, 且拉环和凹陷区在叠合时, 与瓶盖主体的端面位于统一水平面, 并未在瓶盖端面上形成凸起部位, 采用这种方式有利于工业化的大规模生产; 本实用新型的 凹陷区为统一向下凹陷, 并非是为配合拉环叠合而设计的环状凹陷区域, 采用这种涉有利于 人们在使用时更方便的捏起拉环。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的几种实施方式, 其描述较为具体和详细, 但并不 能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制。 应当指出的是, 对于本领域的普通技术人员 来说, 在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干变形和改进, 这些都属于本实用 新型的保护范围。 因此, 本实用新型专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
