本发明的设计原理是:本实用新是将埋头段设计为仅由第一直线段L1、第四圆弧段R4、第五圆弧段R5组成,所述嵌环向上延伸段由第二直线段L2和第七圆弧段R7组成,看似好像是现有技术CN100435997C的简单简化,但实际上是却是突破了本领域一直以来的设计思维局限,以往易拉盖设计领域技术人员一直认为要在埋头段加设更多地拐点才能提高耐压性能,而本发明却正式打破了这一思维局限,并且依靠第五圆弧段R5、嵌环圆弧段R6、第四圆弧段R4的尺寸选择,以及W1大于或等于0.9倍的T1,且小于或等于1.15 倍的T1、以及限定埋头段的埋头角β和嵌环向上延伸段的延伸角α的角度等技术特征最终意想不到地达到了与现有技术CN100435997C相等甚至略高的耐压性能,以如此简化的结构达到如此高的耐压性性能这在本领域是一重要突破。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点如下:
1、结构上,现有技术CN100435997C的埋头段由六、七段直线或圆弧组成,成型困难,特别是其中的小圆弧拐点特别难成型,制作难度明显很高,实际制作时难于保证尺寸的精度;而本实施例结构的埋头段仅由第一直线段L1、第四圆弧段R4、第五圆弧段R5组成,过渡平滑,成型方面明显地多,显著降低了生产难度和成本;

所述第四圆弧段R4的半径大于或等于0.1mm,且小于或等于3mm。
所述第五圆弧段R5与嵌环圆弧段R6的连接点为辅助点Q1,通过辅助点Q1的垂直于中心盖面L3的直线为辅助线A;所述第五圆弧段R5和嵌环圆弧段R6以辅助线A为分界线位于辅助线A的两侧。
所述第五圆弧段R5的圆心Y5与嵌环圆弧段R6的圆心Y6在辅助线A上的投影距离H1小于或等于嵌环圆弧段R6半径的数值,较佳是投影距离H1为零。
所述嵌环圆弧段R6的圆心Y6至所述基本盖外缘在垂直于辅助线A方向的投影距离W1大于或等于0.9倍的埋头深度T1,且小于或等于1.15倍的埋头深度T1。所述埋头深度T1是指封罐区域与嵌环圆弧段R6(嵌环圆弧段R6弧内底)在辅助线A上的投影最大距离。
所述埋头段的埋头角β的角度大于或等于0°,且小于或等于30°;所述埋头段的埋头角β为第一直线段L1与垂直于中心盖面L3的垂直线的夹角。
所述嵌环向上延伸段的延伸角α的角度大于或等于0°,且小于或等于40°;所述嵌环向上延伸段的延伸角α为第二直线段L2与垂直于中心盖面L3的垂直线的夹角。
本实施例结构与现有技术CN100435997C进行效果对比:
一、结构方面,现有技术CN100435997C的埋头段由六、七段直线或圆弧组成,成型困难,特别是其中的小圆弧拐点特别难成型,制作难度明显很高,实际制作时难于保证尺寸的精度;而本实施例结构的埋头段仅由第一直线段L1、第四圆弧段R4、第五圆弧段R5组成,过渡平滑,成型方面明显方便地多,显著降低了生产难度和成本;
二、耐压性能,下面以有限元分析来证明:
设定本实施例基本盖和现有技术CN100435997C基本盖,所涉及的材料属性,材料厚度,模型的加载方式、有限元计算方法、网格尺寸、单元类型等条件均相同,唯一不同的就是基本盖的结构。
以200盖来例,有限元分析图表如图2所示,本实施例基本盖(标记为SLAC)的耐压值为679.823KPa,而现有技术CN100435997C的基本盖(标记为CDL)的耐压值为674.624KPa。
以202盖来例,有限元分析图表如图3所示,本实施例基本盖(标记为SLAC)的耐压值为649.35KPa,而现有技术CN100435997C的基本盖(标记为CDL)的耐压值为639.175KPa。
所述图2和图3的左侧竖向轴代表耐压值,而右侧竖向轴代表基本盖的体积,而横 轴是有限元计算的参数,故而具体曲线的峰值就代表了耐压值,而其曲线的形状、峰值出现的早晚并无特别意义。
故而,从上述有限元的分析结果可以看出:本实施例基本盖(标记为SLAC)的耐压性能相较于现有技术CN100435997C的基本盖(标记为CDL)相等甚至还略高。
实施例二:一种耐压易拉盖,包括基本盖及拉环,所述基本盖的结构同实施例一所述,这里不再赘述。
实施例三:一种耐压易拉罐,包括罐体及易拉盖,所述易拉盖包括基本盖及拉环,所述基本盖的结构同实施例一所述,这里不再赘述。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种耐压基本盖,该基本盖的横截面上从周边至中心依次为封罐区域、埋头段、嵌环圆弧段、嵌环向上延伸段以及中心盖面,所述埋头段和嵌环向上延伸段之间形成环形凹槽;其特征在于:所述埋头段由第一直线段(L1)、第四圆弧段(R4)、第五圆弧段(R5)组成,所述第一直线段(L1)的第一端与封罐区域的对应端连接,其第二端与第四圆弧段(R4)的第一端连接,且第一直线段(L1)与第四圆弧段(R4)相切;所述第四圆弧段(R4)的第二端与第五圆弧段(R5)的第一端连接,且第四圆弧段(R4)与第五圆弧段(R5)外切;所述第五圆弧段(R5)的第二端与嵌环圆弧段(R6)的第一端连接,且第五圆弧段(R5)与嵌环圆弧段(R6)外切;所述嵌环向上延伸段由第二直线段(L2)和第七圆弧段(R7)组成,所述第二直线段(L2)的第一端与嵌环圆弧段(R6)的第二端连接,且第二直线段(L2)与嵌环圆弧段(R6)相切;所述第二直线段(L2)的第二端与第七圆弧段(R7)的第一端连接,且第二直线段(L2)与第七圆弧段(R7)相切;所述第七圆弧段(R7)的第二端与中心盖面(L3)连接,且第七圆弧段(R7)与中心盖面(L3)相切;
    所述第五圆弧段(R5)的半径大于或等于2.5mm,且小于或等于5mm;
    所述嵌环圆弧段(R6)的半径大于或等于0.25mm,且小于或等于0.6mm;
    所述第四圆弧段(R4)的半径大于或等于0.1mm,且小于或等于3mm;
    所述第五圆弧段(R5)与嵌环圆弧段(R6)的连接点为辅助点Q1,通过辅助点Q1的垂直于中心盖面(L3)的直线为辅助线A;所述第五圆弧段(R5)和嵌环圆弧段(R6)以辅助线A为分界线位于辅助线A的两侧;
    所述第五圆弧段(R5)的圆心(Y5)与嵌环圆弧段(R6)的圆心(Y6)在辅助线A上的投影距离(H1)小于或等于嵌环圆弧段(R6)半径的数值;
    所述嵌环圆弧段(R6)的圆心(Y6)至所述基本盖外缘在垂直于辅助线A方向的投影距离(W1)大于或等于0.9倍的埋头深度(T1),且小于或等于1.15倍的埋头深度(T1);所述埋头深度(T1)是指封罐区域与嵌环圆弧段(R6)在辅助线A上的投影最大距离;所述埋头段的埋头角β的角度大于或等于0°,且小于或等于30°;所述埋头段的埋头角β为第一直线段(L1)与垂直于中心盖面(L3)的垂直线的夹角;
    所述嵌环向上延伸段的延伸角α的角度大于或等于0°,且小于或等于40°;所述嵌环向上延伸段的延伸角α为第二直线段(L2)与垂直于中心盖面(L3)的垂直线的夹角。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述耐压基本盖,其特征在于:所述封罐区域由第一圆弧段(R1)、第二圆弧段(R2)以及第三圆弧段(R3)依次相切连接而成。
  3. 一种耐压易拉盖,包括基本盖及拉环,其特征在于:所述基本盖为权利要求1所述的 基本盖。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述耐压易拉盖,其特征在于:所述封罐区域由第一圆弧段(R1)、第二圆弧段(R2)以及第三圆弧段(R3)依次相切连接而成。
  5. 一种耐压易拉罐,包括罐体及易拉盖,所述易拉盖包括基本盖及拉环,其特征在于:所述基本盖为权利要求1所述的基本盖。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述耐压易拉罐,其特征在于:所述封罐区域由第一圆弧段(R1)、第二圆弧段(R2)以及第三圆弧段(R3)依次相切连接而成。
