図1は、実施形態に係る情報管理システム1の一例を模式的に示す図である。以下に説明する実施形態では、作業機械としてダンプトラックを例示するが、ショベルカー、ブルドーザ、ホイールローダ、及びフォークリフトなどの他の作業機械などについても、以下の実施形態を同様に適用できる。
図2は、実施形態に係るダンプトラック2の構成例を示す模式図である。
図7は、第2の実施形態に係る情報管理装置100の機能構成の一例を示すブロック図である。
上記第1の実施の形態において、情報管理装置100は、特定の状況等に応じた例外処理を実行してもよい。以下に説明する第3の実施の形態では、例外処理を実行する情報管理装置100について説明する。図12は、第3の実施形態に係る情報管理装置100の機能構成の一例を示すブロック図である。
(1)外部の装置
上記の実施形態では、第2情報送信部103e、113e、123e、或いは第2情報解析部113fなどの汎用処理機能部を有する情報管理装置100がダンプトラック2に搭載される例を説明したが、この例に限定されるものではない。第2情報送信部103e、113e、123e、或いは第2情報解析部113fなどの汎用処理機能部が情報管理装置100に実装されていなくてもよい。図17は、他の実施形態に係るダンプトラックの構成例を示す図である。
上記の実施形態で説明した情報管理装置100により、以下のような情報管理方法が実現される。

Claims (7)
- 作業機械の車両情報を収集する情報収集部と、
前記車両情報を解析して解析情報を生成する情報解析部と、
前記車両情報及び前記解析情報を汎用処理機能部に送信可能か否かを示す送信可否情報を規定する選択定義を記憶する選択定義記憶部と、
前記選択定義に基づいて、前記汎用処理機能部に送信する情報を選択する情報選択部と
を備える作業機械の情報管理装置。 - 前記汎用処理機能部は、設定された接続方式又は通信方式によって前記車両情報及び前記解析情報のうちの少なくとも一方を受信する汎用送信機能部、及び前記車両情報及び前記解析情報を予め定められる解析方法によって解析する汎用解析機能部うちの少なくとも1つを含む請求項1に記載の作業機械の情報管理装置。
- 前記選択定義は、前記汎用解析機能部により生成された前記車両情報の解析情報を送信先に送信可能か否かを示す送信可否情報と前記送信先との関係を含み、
前記情報選択部は、前記選択定義に基づいて、前記情報収集部に収集された前記車両情報、前記情報解析部により生成された前記解析情報、及び前記汎用解析機能部により生成された前記解析情報の中から、前記汎用送信機能部に送信する情報を選択する請求項2に記載の作業機械の情報管理装置。 - 前記選択定義は、前記汎用送信機能部が通信する際に通信内容を傍受される危険度、又は前記車両情報及び前記解析情報を取得するユーザごとに予め付与される権限に従って、予め設定される請求項2に記載の作業機械の情報管理装置。
- 前記選択定義は、前記車両情報又は前記解析情報が前記作業機械の不具合状態又は前記作業機械の特定稼働状態に対応する情報のいずれかを含むと判定された場合に対応する第1の選択定義と、前記車両情報又は前記解析情報が前記作業機械の不具合状態又は前記作業機械の特定稼働状態に対応する情報のいずれも含まないと判定された場合に対応する第2の選択定義を含み、
前記情報選択部は、
前記車両情報及び前記解析情報が前記作業機械の不具合状態又は前記作業機械の特定稼働状態に対応する情報のいずれかを含むと判定した場合、前記第1の選択定義に基づいて、前記作業機械の不具合状態又は前記作業機械の特定稼働状態に対応する情報を含む前記車両情報及び前記解析情報の選択を実行し、
前記車両情報及び前記解析情報が前記作業機械の不具合状態又は前記作業機械の特定稼働状態に対応する情報のいずれも含まないと判定した場合、前記第2の選択定義に基づいて前記車両情報及び前記解析情報の選択を実行する請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の作業機械の情報管理装置。 - 作業機械の車両情報を収集することと、
前記車両情報を解析して解析情報を生成することと、
前記車両情報及び前記解析情報を汎用処理機能部に送信可能か否かを示す送信可否情報を規定する選択定義に基づいて、情報管理装置に接続される前記汎用処理機能部に送信する情報を選択することと
を含む作業機械の情報管理方法。 - 作業機械の車両情報を収集する情報収集部と、
前記車両情報を解析して解析情報を生成する情報解析部と、
前記車両情報及び前記解析情報を汎用処理機能部に送信可能か否かを示す送信可否情報を規定する選択定義を記憶する選択定義記憶部と、
前記選択定義に基づいて、前記汎用処理機能部に送信する情報を選択する情報選択部と
を備える作業機械の情報管理システム。
