Definitions
- the present invention relates to an industrial two-layer woven fabric having warp binder warp yarns, and in particular, can improve the high adhesion between the surface fabric and the back fabric and the supporting force of the weft yarn, and can reduce the dehydration marks generated in papermaking.
- the present invention relates to an industrial two-layer fabric.
- fiber support, improvement in paper yield, dimensional stability, running stability, and the like are required. In recent years, the speed of papermaking machines has increased, and the demand for papermaking fabrics has become more severe.
- the papermaking fabrics which are the most demanding of industrial two-layer fabrics, can be explained to understand the current requirements and solutions for most industrial fabrics. Therefore, the papermaking fabric will be described below as an example. It has been known that, in an industrial two-layer fabric in which a front side fabric and a back side fabric are joined by a binder warp, wear occurs at a contact portion between the front side fabric and the back side fabric while running on a paper machine. Particularly in recent years, the occurrence of internal wear has increased with the increase in the speed of paper machines. When internal wear occurs, the surface of the yarn inside the fabric becomes fuzzy, and the air permeability of the net is lowered, which causes a decrease in the dewatering rate.
- a method of increasing the adhesion between the front side fabric and the back side fabric is known.
- a method for increasing the adhesion between the front-side fabric and the back-side fabric there is a method of increasing the number of binder warp yarns (see Patent Document 1). For example, if the number of binder warp yarns is increased and the binding ratio in the complete structure is increased, the number of yarns connecting the front-side fabric and the back-side fabric increases, so that the adhesion is improved.
- an industrial two-layer fabric including a binder warp generally has a structure in which the surface warp does not form a knuckle at a position where the knuckle is formed on the surface side fabric, and the back warp forms a knuckle on the surface side fabric.
- the surface warp is broken, and the warp density is substantially doubled. Since the warp yarn density increases, that portion becomes a dewatering inhibition portion.
- a method of increasing the length in the complete structure by increasing the number of wefts in the complete structure can be considered. With such a structure, it is possible to reduce the density of the dehydration inhibiting portion.
- one binder warp yarn is continuously formed on the surface side fabric to form a plurality of knuckles.
- the shape of the woven fabric has a mountain shape with the central portions of the plurality of continuous knuckles as apexes. It has been.
- the warp passes over the weft and forms a knuckle on the surface side fabric.
- it is deformed into a chevron shape with the weft located at the center as a vertex due to the stress generated in the yarn.
- the warp may form a long knuckle on a plurality of wefts. Even in such a woven structure, the shape is changed to a chevron shape with the weft located at the center as the apex by the stress generated in the yarn.
- the binder warp yarn is arranged adjacent to each one or plural upper and lower warp yarns, and the two binder warp yarns are set as a set and are interwoven by complementing the front and back fabric structures while repeating the intersection. For this reason, the dehydration path is blocked by the intersecting portions formed in the vertical direction at a constant cycle, resulting in a difference in dehydration speed from other locations. By such an action, a dehydration mark appears on the paper.
- a thick wire diameter is generally used as a back weft for the purpose of wear resistance. For this reason, the back warp is a thick wire having the same diameter as that of the back horizontal line.
- the wide part of the space of the binder warp located on the back side which is located at the location where the adjacent binder warp does not intersect, and the upper and lower warp different line diameter are arranged. Since a thick portion of the back side warp yarn has a narrow space, a difference occurs in the dewatering speed, which further promotes the generation of the dewatering mark.
- a conventional woven fabric obtained by joining the front and back fabrics with binder warp yarns keeps the surface smoothness. Therefore, both the front warp yarns and the weft yarns are smaller in diameter than the yarns constituting the back surface side. It was necessary to form a dense surface and unify the knuckle shape formed on the surface.
- the binder warp yarns must be the same as the warp yarns on the surface side in order to join the front and back surfaces by forming knuckles on both the front and back surfaces and maintain surface smoothness. there were.
- the warp yarn on the back surface side needs to have a large diameter in order to weave the weft yarn on the back surface side having a large diameter.
- the arrangement of the yarns is such that the warp on the front side and the warp on the back side are made into one set, and a pair of the front side binder warp and the back side binder warp is arranged between the set,
- the ratio of the number of binders on the back side is set to 1: 1. Therefore, there is a difference between the space of the binder portion and the space between the warp yarn on the front side and the warp yarn on the back surface side, and the periodicity at which the binder warp yarn intersects increases, which has the problem of promoting the generation of dehydration marks. It was.
- the present invention impairs performance in the industrial two-layer woven fabric using the binder warp in terms of surface smoothness, abrasion resistance on the back side, longitudinal elongation resistance, and dewaterability, which are conventionally required characteristics.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a woven fabric that improves the high adhesion of the front and back fabrics and the weft support.
- Another object of the present invention is to reduce the wear of binder yarns by changing the arrangement of warp yarns and binder warp yarns, and to reduce the occurrence of dewatering marks by uniform dehydration.
- the present invention employs the following configuration in order to solve the above-described problems of the prior art.

- an industrial two-layer fabric wherein a back surface warp threads are formed by yarn thicker wire diameter than the surface warp binder warp.
- the present invention can improve the rigidity and wear resistance of the fabric by adopting the above configuration. That is, in the industrial two-layer fabric according to the present invention, the diameter of the warp yarn on the back surface side is larger than the wire diameter of the warp yarn on the front surface side. This is because it can be made thicker.
- a total of four binder warps are arranged. It is characterized in that the first warp pair is arranged on both sides of the second warp pair. Thus, the first warp pairs are arranged on both sides of the two sets of second warp pairs, and the feature of the present invention is that such four sets of warp pairs are repeatedly arranged.

That is, in the present invention, two sets of second warp pairs having a binder portion are arranged at positions adjacent to the first warp pairs, and the pattern is repeated, so that there is always one next to one back warp.

Abstract
