Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for producing a coreless roll paper wound up without a core material such as cardboard.
- a thin paper material like a toilet paper roll into a roll shape
- prepare a core material formed in a substantially cylindrical shape using cardboard, etc. and wind the paper around this core material Manufactured.
- the toilet paper roll is used up, the remaining core material becomes dust, and therefore there is a coreless toilet paper roll formed without using the core material.
- an adhesive or the like having a low adhesive strength is sprayed on the winding start end of the paper and wound around a winding shaft, and the paper is sequentially wound to form a roll (for example, , See Patent Document 1).
- the tip of the paper is wound around a winding shaft, and further, an adhesive or the like is applied to this portion while winding five or six laps connected to the tip. Are attached to form a cylindrical shape. Further, for example, when the paper is wound as described above, the winding shaft is heated and the sprayed adhesive or the like is dried.
- a coreless toilet paper roll manufacturing device provided with a hole portion through which the adhesive liquid oozes out on the shaft portion of the riding roll contacting the outer periphery of the paper when the paper is wound on the winding shaft (for example, patent Reference 2).
- This device is applied to the paper sandwiched between the riding roll and the winding shaft by sucking the adhesive liquid into the shaft portion of the riding roll and oozing the adhesive liquid on the surface of the shaft portion in the paper winding start process. And this paper is wound up on a winding shaft and manufactured into a roll shape.
- a roll portion in which a sponge is formed in a thick cylindrical shape is externally fitted to the shaft portion in which the hole portion is provided as described above.
- a minute capillary tube is formed between the inner wall portion and the outer wall portion of the roll portion, and the adhesive liquid that has oozed out on the surface of the shaft portion reaches the surface of the roll portion through the capillary tube.
- the paper sandwiched between the winding shaft and the riding roll is given the adhesive liquid that has oozed out on the surface of the roll portion, and the center of the toilet paper roll is hardened.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a coreless roll paper that allows the paper wound up in a roll shape to be used up to the final end.
- the coreless roll paper manufacturing method includes a first step of rolling up the paper to form a roll-shaped roll paper, and a second step of inserting an insertion portion for ejecting adhesive into the center hole of the roll paper.
- the adhesive having a degree of adhesive force is attached in the vicinity of both ends of the center hole, and the fourth step is performed before the adhesive attached to the center hole spreads from a predetermined position of the center hole.
- the adhesive is dried.
- the insertion portion is inserted from both ends of the center hole toward the center, and the diameter of both end portions of the center hole is increased to a predetermined size.
- the adhesive is attached to a portion where the diameter of the central hole is widened.
- the amount of the adhesive is reduced from the both ends of the center hole extending toward the center, and the fourth step is performed so that both ends of the center hole are hardened most. It is characterized by drying.
- the roll paper can be used up without leaving a core material or the like without being easily deformed in a packaging state in shipping and transportation.

Abstract
