技术领域
本发明涉及物流与仓储技术领域,尤其涉及能够在物流与仓储行业中应用的一种货架。
背景技术
目前,常见的货架为铁架,而铁架一般比较笨重,不易移动搬运。此外,拆卸与安装这样的铁架比较费时费力,并且铁架容易腐蚀生锈。另一方面,铁架架体的横梁和立柱面的加工方式可分为两种。第一种加工方式是将是整体板材经多道工序的折弯而形成该横梁与立柱面。第二种加工方式是将多块板材经焊接而形成该横梁与立柱面。然而,采用这两种加工方式,板材的折弯处与焊接点都存在应力集中的问题,从而影响了板材乃至货架的使用寿命。再者,对于折弯件,其形状受工艺的限制不能过于复杂,且其壁厚、过渡圆角等也受到较大影响,还有,一般折弯件的板材是等厚的,因而,对于折弯件,不能在其上形成局部加厚的特征,从而,不能根据实际受力情况来在其上进行针对性的厚度加工处理。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种重量较轻、耐锈蚀、易于拆卸与安装、且不存在应力集中问题的货架。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种货架,其包括多个横梁、多个支撑部与至少一个搁置部,每个所述横梁通过连接件与相应的支撑部连接,且其侧面具有用于搁置相应搁置部的搁置面,所述搁置部的至少两个相对的端部设置在至少两个相应横梁的处于同一平面的搁置面上,所述多个横梁与所述多个支撑部为通过模具挤压拉伸成型的型材。
优选地,所述型材为铝合金型材、镁合金型材、铝镁合金型材或钛合金型材。
优选地,所述横梁与所述支撑部接触的接触面处、所述型材的弯折处、所述型材的圆角处、或所述型材承受应力之处被加厚,使得所述型材的机械强度和抗弯折力得到提高。
优选地,所述横梁具有凹陷结构,其截面形状包括呈“└”、“┴”、或“┼”的形状。
优选地,所述横梁的搁置面的底面连接有第一支撑面和第二支撑面,且所述第一支撑面与所述第二支撑面交叉形成“y”形。
优选地,所述横梁的侧面还设置有位于所述搁置面下方的加强板固定面,所述搁置面的底面连接有处于所述加强板固定面上方的的第一弧形面和第二弧形面,且所述第一弧形面与所述第二弧形面交叉形成“y”形。
优选地,所述连接件包括销钉、螺栓或铆钉。
优选地,所述支撑部上设置有多个通孔,在所述支撑部正常直立时,每个所述通孔从上至下由一大一小两个孔洞连接而成,每个所述横梁的两端通过连接孔与所述连接件连接固定,所述连接件的头部的直径小于所述通孔的大孔孔径,但大于所述通孔的小孔孔径。
优选地,所述搁置部为木板、铁板、铁丝网、或塑料制成的矩形物。
优选地,至少两个相对的横梁之间设置有与所述横梁垂直的加强板,所述加强板通过销钉或螺栓与所述横梁连接固定。

具体实施方式
以下参考说明书附图介绍本发明的多个优选实施例,使其技术内容更加清楚和便于理解。本发明可以通过许多不同形式的实施例来得以体现,本发明的保护范围并非仅限于文中提到的实施例。
在附图中,结构相同的部件以相同数字标号表示,各处结构或功能相似的组件以相似数字标号表示。附图所示的每一组件的尺寸和厚度是任意示出的,本发明并没有限定每个组件的尺寸和厚度。为了使图示更清晰,附图中有些地方适当夸大了部件的厚度。
如图1、图2所示,根据本发明的一个较佳实施方式的一种货架包括多个支撑部1、多个横梁2、至少一个搁置部3以及可选的加强板4和护套5。其中,横梁2一般是成对设置的。在货架的一个层中,可以仅设置一对彼此相对的横梁2,或是同时设置两对彼此相对的横梁2。由于横梁2的每个部位的受力是不一样的,所以,若横梁2由型材制成,且该型材通过模具挤压拉伸形成,则可以根据横梁2的实际受力来改变横梁2的壁厚,达到既减轻横梁2的重量又提高横梁2的承重力的双重效果。同时,又因为形成横梁2的型材是通过模具挤压拉伸形成而非通过折弯或焊接工艺形成,所以其不存在应力集中问题,从而延长了其使用寿命。基于类似的理由,在根据本发明的该较佳实施方式中,支撑部1也由通过模具挤压拉伸形成的型材制成。
为使得支撑部1与横梁2之间能够连接固定,在图1、图2所示的实施方式中,支撑部1上设有通孔10。从图1、图2中可以看出,在支撑部1正常直立的情况下,每个通孔10从上至下由一大一小两部分孔洞连接形成。而横梁2的两端通过其上设置的连接孔7与铆钉6连接固定。铆钉6的头部直径被设定为小于通孔10的大孔孔径,但大于通孔10的小孔孔径。当把与横梁2连接的铆钉6置于支撑部1的相应通孔10的大孔内时,因铆钉6的头部直径小于通孔10的大孔直径,在重力作用下,铆钉6将向下滑动进入通孔10的小孔。由于铆钉6的头部直径大于通孔10的小孔直径,其将卡住通孔10的小孔,从而使横梁2与支撑部1连接固定。本领域技术人员容易理解,除铆钉6以外,也可以使用其他的连接件,如销钉、螺栓等来连接固定支撑部1与相应的横梁2。例如,在采用螺栓来进行连接固定时,可以直接通过螺栓来连接固定支撑部1与横梁2。
为了在货架中放置搁置部3,如图2中所示,在横梁2的侧面上可以搁置面12,且至少有两个相对的横梁2的搁置面12处于同一平面内。从而,可以将任一搁置部3的至少两个相对的端部设置在至少两个相应横梁2的处于同一平面内的搁置面12上。搁置部3可以例如为木板、铁板、铁丝网、或塑料(例如PC)制成的矩形物。
此外,如图1、图2中所示,在至少两个相对的横梁2之间,还可以设置与所述横梁2垂直的加强板4。所述加强板4的两端上设置有连接孔9,所述横梁2的两端上相应地设置有连接孔11。从而,可以将横梁2上的连接孔11与加强板4上相应的连接孔9通过例如螺栓螺母8来进行连接,使得横梁2与相应的加强板4进行连接固定。当然,本领域技术人员也懂得,也可以通过其他连接件例如销钉来连接横梁2上的连接孔11与加强板4上的连接孔9,以使得横梁2与相应的加强板4进行连接固定。
除此之外,在如图1、图2中所示的货架中,为了对支撑部1进行必要的保护,在每个支撑部1的相对较为容易被磨损的两端均设有护套5,且护套5内设有与支撑部1的端部截面形状一致的凹槽。该护套5可以例如由塑料制成。
接下来,将结合附图对根据本发明的货架中采用的支撑部1和横梁2进行进一步说明。
如图1、图2、图5和图6中所示,根据本发明的货架中能采用的一种支撑部1的型材截面呈“└”形。然而,本领域技术人员容易理解,支撑部1的型材截面形状不限于此。实际上,作为非限制性的例子,支撑部1的型材截面还可以呈“┴”形、“┼”形或其他可行的形状。
如图3所示,其中示出了根据本发明的货架中能够采用的一种横梁型材结构100。该横梁型材结构100的侧面设有搁置面101 ,而在该搁置面101的底面连接有支撑面102与支撑面103,且支撑面102与103交叉形成“y”形状。
如图4所示,其中示出了根据本发明的货架中能够采用的另一种横梁型材结构200。横梁型材结构200的侧面设置有搁置面201和处于搁置面201下方的加强板固定面203。搁置面201的底面连接有处于加强板固定面203上方的弧形面204与205,且该两个弧形面204与205交叉形成“y”形状。
此外,发明人也注意到,当横梁具有凹陷结构,其截面形状包括呈“└”、“┴”、或“┼”的形状时,可以取得较好的技术效果。
可用作支撑部1与横梁2的型材优选为铝合金型材。在其他的实施方式中,可用作支撑部1与横梁2的型材也可为镁合金型材、铝镁合金型材、甚至钛合金型材,等等。
由于使用了型材来制造支撑部1和横梁2,可以在所述横梁2与所述支撑部1接触的接触面处、所述型材的弯折处、所述型材的圆角处、或所述型材承受应力之处进行加厚处理,使得所述型材进而所述货架的机械强度和抗弯折力得到提高。
在优选的实施方式中,也可以选用铝合金型材来形成加强板4,以减轻货架的整体重量,方便移动。
从以上的描述中可以看出,采用本发明的技术方案,可以取得以下有益效果:1.相对于传统货架,该货架的重量明显减轻;2.该货架安装和拆卸方便,且不容易腐蚀生锈;3.该货架不存在传统货架中存在的由于折弯或焊接工艺所造成的应力集中问题,所以其使用寿命能够得到显著提高;4.该货架采用的型材一致性较好,且形式多样。

  1. 一种货架,包括多个横梁、多个支撑部与至少一个搁置部,每个所述横梁通过连接件与相应的支撑部连接,且其侧面具有用于搁置相应搁置部的搁置面,所述搁置部的至少两个相对的端部设置在至少两个相应横梁的处于同一平面的搁置面上,其特征在于,所述多个横梁与所述多个支撑部为通过模具挤压拉伸成型的型材。
