Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种货架,包括立柱、横梁及搁板,横梁的两端设置有上下布置的连接部件,横梁的中间部位沿长度方向设置有折弯筋,折弯筋具有支撑面,折弯筋处于上连接部件与下连接部件之间。横梁通过连接部件与立柱相连,横梁上的折弯既可以提高横梁的强度,同时又可以支撑搁板,结构简单,而且还不会降低横梁的强度。

本实用新型涉及一种货架结构。
背景技术
在工厂的加工车间内,货架是存放零部件的工具,因此车间内都会放置多个货架。
货架大都是多层结构,每一层均放置有搁板,搁板是搁置在横梁上,因此每一个货架都具有较多的横梁,这样一个车间所有的货架需要的横梁的数量非常大。
横梁的数量多后,货架的成本就会上升。为了降低成本,会简化横梁的结构,结构变化后容易引起强度降低,使得横梁能够支撑的重量减少,这样货架上能摆放的零件数量就减少。
现有的货架中,立柱与横梁多是螺栓连接,这种连接方式,拆装均比较麻烦,需要较多的时间,如果要在货架上增加搁板的数量,效率比较低。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种货架,横梁上设置折弯筋,该折弯筋既能加强横梁,同时也是作为搁板的支撑部位,结构简单,而且还不会降低横梁的强度。
本实用新型解决了现有的货架采用螺栓连接,拆装比较费时,改变搁板数量麻烦的缺陷,提供一种货架,横梁与立柱之间采用直接卡接的方式,拆装方便。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种货架,包括立柱、横梁及搁板,横梁的两端设置有上下布置的连接部件,横梁的中间部位沿长度方向设置有折弯筋,折弯筋具有支撑面,折弯筋处于上连接部件与下连接部件之间。横梁通过连接部件与立柱相连,横梁上的折弯既可以提高横梁的强度,同时又可以支撑搁板,结构简单,而且还不会降低横梁的强度。
折弯筋是从横梁本体上冲制而成,作为优选,折弯筋由斜部和横部组成,横部上表面为支撑面,搁板放置到支撑面上。
具体结构可以是:横部为平板状,支撑面为支撑平面;或者横部为弧形状,支撑面为支撑弧面。
横部支撑搁板,斜部作为横部的支撑,斜部为平板状,或者斜部为弧形状;斜部与横部之间圆角弯曲。
横梁是四根一层连接到立柱上,因此横梁的端部之间可能会出现干涉,为了避免干涉,折弯筋的两端为倾斜端。
作为优选,横梁的上侧边具有向下翻折180°的加强筋。
作为优选,横梁的下侧边为直边。
作为优选,连接部件采用铆钉结构,铆钉头与折弯筋分置于横梁两侧,铆钉头平面与横梁表面之间留出一个间隙,该间隙为立柱的厚度。铆钉作为连接部件,连接更加方便。
作为优选,横梁上的连接部件共四个,两端各两个。
作为优选,立柱包括两个呈直角的折弯部,两折弯部上开设有卡孔,卡孔为两个相互连通的大孔和小孔组合而成,横梁通过连接部件与卡孔相卡接。铆钉直接卡接到卡孔内,拆装方便。
本实用新型的有益效果是:横梁通过连接部件与立柱相连,横梁上的折弯既可以提高横梁的强度,同时又可以支撑搁板,结构简单,而且还不会降低横梁的强度。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例,并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例:一种货架(参见附图1),包括立柱1、横梁2及搁板3。立柱为四根,横梁的两端连接到立柱上,四根横梁组成一层,每一层上均有一块搁板放置到横梁上。一个货架根据需要有多层,层与层之间的距离可变。
横梁的两端各固定有两个铆钉6(参见附图2附图3附图4),同一端的两个铆钉呈上下结构布置,铆钉头平面与横梁表面之间留出一个间隙,该间隙为立柱的厚度。
横梁的中间部位沿长度方向设置有折弯筋4,折弯筋处于上铆钉与下铆钉之间。折弯筋的两端为倾斜端5,倾斜端的倾斜角度为45°。折弯筋由斜部9和横部8组成,横部上表面为支撑面,搁板放置到支撑面上。横部为平板状,支撑面为支撑平面,斜部为平板状,斜部与横部之间圆角弯曲。折弯筋的支撑面与至横梁的上边沿之间的距离与搁板的厚度相适配,铆钉头与折弯筋分置于横梁两侧。
横梁的上侧边具有向下翻折180°的加强筋7,横梁的下侧边为直边。
立柱包括两个呈直角的折弯部,两折弯部上开设有若干卡孔10(参见附图5),卡孔为两个相互连通的大孔和小孔组合而成。同一立柱上的卡孔之间的距离均布,相邻两卡孔之间的距离为横梁同一端上两铆钉之间的距离,大孔的直径大于铆钉头的直径,小孔的直径小于大孔的直径。
横梁通过铆钉卡接到卡孔上与立柱实现连接,连接后,折弯筋相对朝向内侧位置,调整横梁的长度改变货架的长和宽,并适用不同长宽的搁板。同一层的横梁连接到立柱上相同高度的卡孔内,通过调节同一层的四根横梁在立柱上的高度,从而改变层与层之间的距离。
以上所述的实施例只是本实用新型的一种较佳方案,并非对本实用新型作任何形式上的限制,在不超出权利要求所记载的技术方案的前提下还有其它的变体及改型。

Claims (10)

1.一种货架,包括立柱、横梁及搁板,其特征在于横梁的两端设置有上下布置的连接部件,横梁的中间部位沿长度方向设置有折弯筋,折弯筋具有支撑面,折弯筋处于上连接部件与下连接部件之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的货架,其特征在于折弯筋由斜部和横部组成,横部上表面为支撑面,搁板放置到支撑面上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的货架,其特征在于横部为平板状,支撑面为支撑平面;或者横部为弧形状,支撑面为支撑弧面。
4.根据权利要求2所述的货架,其特征在于斜部为平板状,或者斜部为弧形状;斜部与横部之间圆角弯曲。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的货架,其特征在于折弯筋的两端为倾斜端。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的货架,其特征在于横梁的上侧边具有向下翻折180°的加强筋。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的货架,其特征在于横梁的下侧边为直边。
8.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的货架,其特征在于连接部件采用铆钉结构,铆钉头与折弯筋分置于横梁两侧,铆钉头平面与横梁表面之间留出一个间隙,该间隙为立柱的厚度。
9.根据权利要求8所述的货架,其特征在于横梁上的连接部件共四个,两端各两个。
10.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的货架,其特征在于立柱包括两个呈直角的折弯部,两折弯部上开设有卡孔,卡孔为两个相互连通的大孔和小孔组合而成,横梁通过连接部件与卡孔相卡接。
