技术领域
本发明涉及一种货架及其横梁的结构。
背景技术
在工厂的加工车间内,货架是存放零部件的工具,因此车间内都会放置多个货架。
货架大都是多层结构,每一层均放置有搁板,搁板是搁置在横梁上,因此每一个货架都具有较多的横梁,这样一个车间所有的货架需要的横梁的数量非常大。
横梁的数量多后,货架的成本就会上升。为了降低成本,会简化横梁的结构,结构变化后容易引起强度降低,使得横梁能够支撑的重量减少,这样货架上能摆放的零件数量就减少。
现有的货架中,立柱与横梁多是螺栓连接,这种连接方式,拆装均比较麻烦,需要较多的时间,如果要在货架上增加搁板的数量,效率比较低。
因此,本领域的技术人员致力于开发一种拆装方便,成本降低但强度不降低的货架结构。
发明内容
本发明提供一种货架,横梁上设置有第一加强筋,该第一加强筋既能加强横梁,同时也是作为搁板的支撑部位,结构简单,而且还不会降低横梁的强度。
本发明解决了现有的货架采用螺栓连接,拆装比较费时,改变搁板数量麻烦的缺陷,提供一种货架,横梁与立柱之间采用直接卡接的方式,拆装方便。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的具体技术方案是:一种货架,包括立柱 和 横梁, 在 横梁 上,沿其 长度方向设置有 延伸的第一加强 筋, 该第一加强筋具有支撑部,所述支撑部被设置为用于 支撑搁板。横梁通过连接部件与立柱相连。
作为优选,横梁上的第一加强筋位于横梁宽度方向上的中部,可使其受力均匀。

作为一种优选方式,第一加强筋由斜部和横部组成,横部上表面为支撑面,搁板放置到支撑面上。
这种优选方式的具体结构可以是:横部为平板状,支撑面为支撑平面,这种结构的制作最为简单;或者横部为弧形状,支撑面为支撑弧面,可增加支撑强度;进一步可以为波浪形支撑面,可产生多条支撑接触线,从而增大与搁板之间的摩擦力。
横部支撑搁板,斜部作为横部的支撑,斜部为平板状,结构制作简单;或者斜部为弧形状,支撑强度更大;斜部与横部之间采用圆角弯曲,使其不易折断。
作为另一种优选方式,第一加强筋由两个斜率不同的斜部组成,且向上倾斜,两个斜部之间的弯角作为搁板的支撑角;这种结构的优势在于:当承受较重的货物压力时,该结构相对于横部和斜部的结构更不容易因变形而下倾。
作为优选,两斜部中位于上方的斜部与横梁主体平面之间的夹角在60-85°之间。
同样,两个斜部均可以是平板状或弧形状,两斜部之间采用圆角弯曲。
作为优选,第一加强筋的支撑面或支撑角与横梁的上边沿之间的距离与搁板的厚度相适配。
横梁是四根一层连接到立柱上,因此横梁的端部之间可能会出现干涉,为了避免干涉,第一加强筋的两端为倾斜端。

作为优选,横梁的两端还设置有用于与立柱连接的连接部件,且所述连接部件设置为每端一个以上,分别沿所述横梁的宽度方向布置于所述第一加强筋的两侧,这样可使其受力均匀且更牢固。
作为优选,连接部件采用铆钉结构,铆钉头与第一加强筋分置于横梁主平面的两侧,铆钉头平面与横梁表面之间留出一个间隙,该间隙为立柱板材的厚度。铆钉作为连接部件,连接更加方便,此外还可以采用钩状结构的连接部件。
作为优选,立柱包括两个呈直角的平面,在两平面上分别开设有卡孔,卡孔为两个相互连通的大孔和小孔组合而成,横梁通过连接部件与卡孔相卡接。铆钉直接卡接到卡孔内,拆装方便。
作为优选,立柱的两个平面上沿其延伸方向均设置相对应的多个卡孔。
作为进一步优选,每个平面上每相邻两个卡孔之间的距离相等且与横梁上第一加强筋两侧的连接部件之间的距离相对应。这样可以保证立柱与横梁之间的匹配,同时也是可安装横梁较多的一种设计,故而在有需要时可充分利用空间。
作为优选,相互连通的大孔和小孔均为圆孔,横梁上设置有铆钉作为连接部件,且大孔的直径大于铆钉头的直径,小孔的直径介于铆钉头的直径和铆钉杆的直径之间。进一步优选地,小孔的直径等于铆钉杆的直径,这样可更好地固定横梁使其不可水平移动。
本发明的有益效果是:横梁通过连接部件与立柱相连,横梁上的第一加强筋既可以提高横梁的强度,同时又可以支撑搁板,结构简单,而且还不会降低横梁的强度。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
一种货架(参见附图1),包括立柱1、横梁2及搁板3。立柱为四根,横梁的两端连接到立柱上,四根横梁组成一层,每一层上均有一块搁板放置到横梁上。一个货架根据需要有多层,层与层之间的距离可变。
横梁的两端各固定有两个铆钉6(参见附图2附图3附图4附图7)作为与立柱的连接部件,同一端的两个铆钉呈上下结构布置,铆钉头平面与横梁表面之间留出一个间隙,该间隙为立柱板材的厚度。连接部件除了铆钉以外还可以是其它可卡接的方式,例如钩子等。
横梁的上铆钉与下铆钉之间沿长度方向设置有第一加强筋4,第一加强筋最好是位于横梁的中间位置,这样有利于其受力均匀。第一加强筋的两端为倾斜端5,倾斜端的倾斜角度为不大于45°,这样可避免横梁的端部在与立柱连接时产生相互干涉。
第一加强筋由斜部9和横部8组成,横部上表面为支撑面,搁板放置到支撑面上。横部为平板状,支撑面为支撑平面,斜部为平板状,斜部与横部之间圆角弯曲。第一加强筋的支撑面与横梁的上边沿之间的距离与搁板的厚度相适配,铆钉头与第一加强筋分置于横梁主平面的两侧。
在另一种优选实施方式中,第一加强筋由上下两个斜部组成(参见附图5中的D),下斜部的斜率比上斜部的斜率更大,该第一加强筋向上倾斜,两个斜部之间的弯角作为搁板的支撑角,这种结构不容易因变形而下倾。其中上斜部与横梁主平面之间的夹角α在60-85°之间。
上述横部或斜部均可以是平板状或弧形状,且折弯角处均优先采用圆角设计。
从附图4中可见,本实施例中横梁的上侧边具有向下翻折180°的第二加强筋7,横梁的下侧边为直边。但是,附图5中的A、B、C给出了横梁下侧边的其它三种优选实施例,A中下侧边具有翻折90°的第三加强筋;B中下侧边除了翻折90°以外,还在边缘处具有向上翻折90°的第四加强筋;C中的下侧边则具有拱形凸筋作为第五加强筋。
立柱包括两个呈直角的平面,两平面上开设有若干卡孔10(参见附图6和附图7),卡孔为两个相互连通的大圆孔和小圆孔组合而成。同一立柱上的卡孔之间的距离均布,相邻两小圆孔圆心之间的距离为横梁同一端上两铆钉头的圆心之间的距离,大圆孔的直径大于铆钉头的直径,小圆孔的直径介于铆钉头的直径和铆钉杆的直径之间,或者优选小圆孔的直径等于铆钉杆的直径。
横梁通过铆钉卡接到卡孔上与立柱实现连接,连接后,第一加强筋相对朝向内侧位置,调整横梁的长度改变货架的长和宽,并适用不同长宽的搁板。同一层的横梁连接到立柱上相同高度的卡孔内,通过调节同一层的四根横梁在立柱上的高度,从而改变层与层之间的距离。

  9. 根据权利要求1所述的货架,其特征在于所述横梁的两端还设置有用于与所述立柱连接的连接部件,且所述连接部件设置为每端一个以上,分别沿所述横梁的宽度方向布置于所述第一加强筋的两侧。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的货架,其特征在于连接部件采用铆钉结构,铆钉头与所述第一加强筋分置于所述横梁主平面的两侧,铆钉头平面与横梁平面之间留出一个间隙,该间隙为立柱板材的厚度。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的货架,其特征在于所述立柱包括两个呈直角的平面,在两平面上分别开设有相互对应的多个卡孔,所述卡孔为两个相互连通的大孔和小孔组合而成,所述横梁通过连接部件与所述卡孔相卡接。
  12. 一种货架横梁,其特征在于在所述横梁上,沿其长度方向设置有延伸的第一加强筋,所述第一加强筋具有支撑部,所述支撑部被设置为用于支撑搁板。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的货架横梁,其特征在于所述第一加强筋由斜部和横部组成,所述横部的上表面为支撑面,所述搁板放置到支撑面上。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的货架横梁,其特征在于所述横部为平板状或弧形状,所述斜部为平板状或者弧形状。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的货架横梁,其特征在于所述第一加强筋由两个斜率不同的斜部组成,且向上倾斜,其中上斜部与横梁主平面之间的夹角在60-85°之间,两个斜部之间的弯角作为所述搁板的支撑角。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的货架横梁,其特征在于所述第一加强筋的两端为倾斜端。
  17. 根据权利要求12所述的货架横梁,其特征在于所述第一加强筋被设置在所述横梁的宽度方向上的中部,所述横梁的上侧边具有向下翻折180°的第二加强筋;所述横梁的下侧边为直边,或具有与所述第一加强筋同侧方向的翻折90°的第三加强筋,或者在翻折90°的第三加强筋的基础上更进一步在靠近边缘处具有向上翻折90°的第四加强筋。
  18. 根据权利要求12所述的货架横梁,其特征在于所述横梁还具有沿其长度方向延伸的拱形凸起作为第五加强筋。
  19. 根据权利要求12所述的货架,其特征在于所述横梁的两端还设置有用于与所述立柱连接的连接部件,且所述连接部件设置为每端一个以上,分别沿所述横梁的宽度方向布置于所述第一加强筋的两侧。
  20. 据权利要求19所述的货架横梁,其特征在于连接部件采用铆钉结构,铆钉头与所述第一加强筋分置于所述横梁主平面的两侧,铆钉头平面与横梁平面之间留出一个间隙,该间隙为立柱板材的厚度。
