Description
本創作一種承載工具之銜接座,特別是指一種用以銜接複數角鋼,並增加組裝後的穩固性,一種實用性極佳之創作。
按,一般在工作時間為了提供工作者方便拿取所需之工具,除了利用工具背袋容置工具以外,還可將工具放置於手推台車上,習知的手推台車係由複數條角鋼相互組接,再利用螺絲鎖設固定,進一步於角鋼所圍成的範圍內置放夾板,提供工作者放置工具,另於複數角鋼相互層疊組接處所設有活動輪,方便工作者變換工作位置時,手推台車能隨著使用者而移動;又在於部分特殊場地裡,手推台車除了放置工具外,還可以提供工作站立於手推台車上,但是,一般手推台車在其結構上皆不穩固,且大部分是以螺絲鎖設組成,並無法有效支撐工作者的重量,所以,為了保護站立於上的工作者安全,請參閱中華民國專利公告號M420239「角鋼架之底座結構」,主要係包含一依角鋼之形狀而設之承板,以及連接於承板之護板。其中,該承板係設有螺孔,該護板係由承板之側緣垂直延伸適當之高度,並於護板設有定位孔。俾於使用時將底座置於角鋼架之底部,以設有螺桿之活動腳墊或活動輪鎖合於承板之螺孔,再以螺栓穿設角鋼固定孔及護板之定位孔鎖合固定,使藉由腳墊止滑及定位,且可藉由腳墊來調整角鋼架不同位置之高度以避免晃動,而使角鋼架更為平穩、耐重,或可藉由活動輪使角鋼架之移動更為方便、省力。
上述「角鋼架之底座結構」在底座的結構上強化與角鋼的組設,利用
護板與角鋼的貼合,以分散螺栓的承載力,但是,只利用護板的增設強化並無法使角鋼穩固組設於底座上,且護板的高度過短,與角鋼的組設無法有效使得工作者站立於上時,達到減少整體手推台車的晃動等缺失。
有鑑於上述「角鋼架之底座結構」之缺失,本創作人利用許多時間投入研究相關知識,並加以比較各項優劣,且進行相關產品的研究與開發,並歷經多次實驗與測試,而終於推出一種『承載工具之銜接座』,其係為了改善上述技術上,無法有效提供角鋼組設於底座時的穩固性,且因底座的護板與角鋼組設的長度過短,導致工作者站立於手推台車上時,手推台車容易產生晃動,導致工作者無法順利工作等缺失。
本創作之主要目的,即在提供一種承載工具之銜接座,其在將複數角鋼相互接合,並達到穩固、減少晃動之功效,其改善上述習知技術上,因角鋼之間的組裝不夠穩固,進而導致晃動的狀況產生等缺失。
為達成前述創作之目的與功效,本創作一種承載工具之銜接座,該銜接座係包括有二固接片及一承柱,其中:該二固接片相互組接,並於該二固接片內側形成一夾護角;該承柱係夾設於二固接片所形成之夾護角,而該承柱頭端係凸設有一限位凸,且該限位凸外周係與該二固接片內側面設有一限位間隙;據此,藉由承柱與固接片之間的限位間隙,使其角鋼能穩固組設於銜接座上。
本創作承載工具之銜接座進一步包括有下列技術特徵:
※該限位凸的水平截面面積小於承柱水平截面面積。
※另設有一輔助件於承柱末端,又該承柱對應輔助件設有一鎖孔,且於鎖孔內設有一螺紋段。
※該輔助件係為推輪、伸縮條或定位螺桿。
※在各固接片開設有複數組接孔,且複數組接孔係為間隔設置,又複數組接孔包括有至少一小徑孔及複數大徑孔,而另設有至少一螺固組穿設小徑孔並鎖設角鋼定位。
因此本創作可說是一種相當具有實用性及進步性之創作,相當值得產業界來推廣,並公諸於社會大眾。
為了清楚說明本創作所能達成上述之目的與功效,本創作於下列舉二實施例,而其各元件之間的組配關係,請見下列說明並一同配合參閱圖式中第一圖所示,圖中顯示本創作一種承載工具之銜接座,該銜接座(1)係包括有二固接片(11)及一承柱(12),其中:該二固接片(11)相互組接,並於該二固接片(11)內側形成一夾護角(111);該承柱(12)係夾設於二固接片(11)所形成之夾護角(111),而該承柱(12)頭端係凸設有一限位凸(13),且該限位凸(13)外周係與該二固接片(11)內側面設有一限位間隙(14);據此,藉由承柱(12)與固接片(11)之間的限位間隙(14),使其角鋼能穩固組設於銜接座(1)上,且降低晃動性(前述為本創作之主實施例,其已具備可實施本創作申請專利範圍第1項的必要技術特徵,而其餘附屬申請專利範圍所述的技術特徵是為對申請專利範圍第1項內容的詳述或附加技
術特徵,而非用以限制申請專利範圍第1項的界定範圍,應知本案申請專利範圍不必要一定包含其餘附屬申請專利範圍所述的技術特徵)。
請參閱第二圖及第四圖所示,本創作是將複數角鋼相互銜接並建構成承載工具,而承載工具包括有複數直角鋼(2)及複數橫角鋼(3),該直角鋼(2)係插設入該二固接片(11)所形成之夾護角(111),且直角鋼(2)插設的一端係卡設於限位凸(13)與夾護角(111)之間的限位間隙(14),而直角鋼(2)上設有複數接合孔(21),且各接合孔(21)兩端係為一粗孔端(211)及一細孔端(212),又橫角鋼(3)係疊設於直角鋼(2)上,而橫角鋼(3)疊設於直角鋼(2)的一端之外側面係設有複數卡凸塊(31),該卡凸塊(31)係由直角鋼(2)的接合孔(21)之粗孔端(211)穿設而入,再朝細孔端(212)滑移定位,而該直角鋼(2)藉由限位間隙(14)的夾固,以及橫角鋼(3)的卡設,使得直角鋼(2)穩固組設於該二固接片(11)之間。
請參閱第四圖所示,為了提供直角鋼(2)能插設入限位間隙(14)內,該限位凸(13)的水平截面面積小於承柱(12)的水平截面面積,藉此直角鋼(2)得以插設入限位間隙(14)內,且夾固於夾護角(111)與限位凸(13)之間,並達到增加直角鋼(2)與該二固接片(11)組裝時的穩固性。
請參閱第二圖及第五圖所示,為了方便使用者能隨時推動或固定承載工具,另設有一輔助件(4)於承柱(12)的末端,且該承柱(12)對應輔助件(4)的組設另設有一鎖孔(121),並於鎖孔(121)內設有一螺紋段(1211),又該輔助件(4)係為推輪、伸縮條或定位螺桿,在承柱(12)上鎖設有推輪、伸縮條或定位螺桿,以提供使用者能推行承載工具至所需之位置、調整承載工具的高度或穩固承載工具防止自行滑動(本創作之輔助件(4)列舉推輪、伸
縮條及定位螺桿為例,但並非用以限定其裝設之物件)。
請參閱第三圖所示,除了利用限位凸(13)與夾護角(111)之間的限位間隙(14)來夾固直角鋼(2)外,另設有複數螺固組(5)穿設該二固接片(11)及直角鋼(2),而該二固接片(11)為了方便使用者穿設螺固組(5),在其各固接片(11)上開設有複數組接孔(112),且複數組接孔(112)係為間隔設置,又複數組接孔(112)包括有至少一小徑孔(1121)及複數大徑孔(1122),該複數螺固組(5)係穿設直角鋼(2)的接合孔(21)及該二固接片(11)的小徑孔(1121),利用螺固組(5)的鎖設,使其直角鋼(2)與該二固接片(11)能穩固組裝,而橫角鋼(3)的卡凸塊(31)則卡設於直角鋼(2)的細孔端(212),且外顯於該二固接片(11)的大徑孔(1122)。
根據上述所敘述說明,本創作係歸納出有下列優點:
1.一般習知用來銜接角鋼的基座因與角鋼所貼靠的部份過少,且用來鎖合固定的螺絲也不夠,導致整體承載工具在乘載重物時,因重心不夠穩固容易產生搖晃,而本創作係為了穩固直、橫角鋼(2、3)與二固接片(11)的組接,在其各固接片(11)上設有複數組接孔(112),使其各固接片(11)的總長度增加,進而直、橫角鋼(2、3)與各固接片(11)所貼靠之部分也隨之增加,如此再藉由複數螺固組(5)的鎖設,使直、橫角鋼(2、3)與各固接片(11)的組接更加穩固,且減少晃動性。
2.以往利用複數角鋼相互交疊鎖設以組裝而成的承載工具,大份在其組裝上皆需要先在直、橫角鋼(2、3)及該二固接片(11)上鑽孔打洞,再以螺固組(5)穿設並鎖固,才得以組裝而成,如此一來導致工作時間的耗費,而本創作在其製程時就已在該二固接片(11)上開設有組接孔(112),使
用者可免除需鑽孔的工作時間,進一步增加工作效率。
3.現於承柱(12)上設有限位凸(13),且限位凸(13)與該二固接片(11)所形成之夾護角(111)設有限位間隙(14),直、橫角鋼(2、3)藉由限位間隙(14)的夾設,以分散螺固組(5)所承受的乘載力。
由上所述者僅為用以解釋本創作之較佳實施例,並非企圖具以對本創作做任何形式上之限制,是以,凡有在相同之創作精神下所做有關本創作之任何修飾或變更者,為其他可據以實施之態樣且具有相同效果者,皆仍應包括在本創作意圖保護之範疇內。
綜上所述,本創作之「承載工具之銜接座」,於結構設計及使用實用性上,確實符合實用性,且所揭露之結構創作,亦是具有前所未有之創新構造,所以其具有「新穎性」應無疑慮,又本創作可較之習用結構更具功效之增進,因此亦具有「進步性」,其完全符合我國專利法有關新型專利申請之規定,故,爰依法向 鈞局提出新型專利申請,懇請 鈞局能早日賜予本案專利權,至感德便。

Claims (5)
- 一種承載工具之銜接座,該銜接座係包括有二固接片及一承柱,其中:該二固接片相互組接,並於該二固接片內側形成一夾護角;該承柱係夾設於二固接片所形成之夾護角,而該承柱頭端係凸設有一限位凸,且該限位凸外周係與該二固接片內側面設有一限位間隙;據此,藉由承柱與固接片之間的限位間隙,使得角鋼能穩固組設於銜接座上。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之承載工具之銜接座,其中,該限位凸的水平截面面積小於承柱水平截面面積。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之承載工具之銜接座,其中,另設有一輔助件於承柱末端,又該承柱對應輔助件設有一鎖孔,且於鎖孔內設有一螺紋段。
- 根據申請專利範圍第3項所述之承載工具之銜接座,其中,該輔助件係為推輪、伸縮條或定位螺桿。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項至第4項中任一項所述之承載工具之銜接座,其中,在各固接片開設有複數組接孔,且複數組接孔係為間隔設置,又複數組接孔包括有至少一小徑孔及複數大徑孔,而另設有至少一螺固組穿設小徑孔並鎖設角鋼定位。
