Abstract
本实用新型是一种承载工具的衔接座,该衔接座包括有二固接片及一承柱,其中:该二固接片相互组接,并于该二固接片内侧形成一夹护角;该承柱夹设于二固接片所形成的夹护角,而该承柱头端凸设有一限位凸,且该限位凸外周与该二固接片内侧面设有一限位间隙;据此,借由承柱与固接片之间的限位间隙,使其角钢能稳固组设于衔接座上,且降低晃动性。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型是一种承载工具的衔接座,特别是指一种用以衔接数个角钢,并增加组装后的稳固性,一种实用性极佳的实用新型。
背景技术
一般在工作时间为了提供工作者方便拿取所需的工具,除了利用工具背袋容置工具以外,还可将工具放置于手推台车上,现有的手推台车由数个条角钢相互组接,再利用螺丝锁设固定,进一步于角钢所围成的范围内置放夹板,提供工作者放置工具,另于数个角钢相互层叠组接处所设有活动轮,方便工作者变换工作位置时,手推台车能随着使用者而移动。
又在于部分特殊场地里,手推台车除了放置工具外,还可以提供工作站立于手推台车上,但是,一般手推台车在其结构上皆不稳固,且大部分是以螺丝锁设组成,并无法有效支撑工作者的重量,所以,为了保护站立于上的工作者安全,请参阅中国台湾专利公告号M420239「角钢架的底座结构」,主要包含一依角钢的形状而设的承板,以及连接于承板的护板。其中,该承板设有螺孔,该护板由承板的侧缘垂直延伸适当的高度,并于护板设有定位孔。于使用时将底座置于角钢架的底部,以设有螺杆的活动脚垫或活动轮锁合于承板的螺孔,再以螺栓穿设角钢固定孔及护板的定位孔锁合固定,使借由脚垫止滑及定位,且可借由脚垫来调整角钢架不同位置的高度以避免晃动,而使角钢架更为平稳、耐重,或可借由活动轮使角钢架的移动更为方便、省力。
上述「角钢架的底座结构」在底座的结构上强化与角钢的组设,利用护板与角钢的贴合,以分散螺栓的承载力,但是,只利用护板的增设强化并无法使角钢稳固组设于底座上,且护板的高度过短,与角钢的组设无法有效使得工作者站立于上时,达到减少整体手推台车的晃动等缺失。
有鉴于上述「角钢架的底座结构」的缺失,本发明人利用许多时间投入研究相关知识,并加以比较各项优劣,且进行相关产品的研究与开发,并历经多次实验与测试,而终于推出一种『承载工具的衔接座』,其是为了改善上述技术上,无法有效提供角钢组设于底座时的稳固性,且因底座的护板与角钢组设的长度过短,导致工作者站立于手推台车上时,手推台车容易产生晃动,导致工作者无法顺利工作的缺失。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的主要技术问题在于,克服现有技术存在的因角钢之间的组装不够稳固,进而导致晃动的状况产生的缺失,而提供一种承载工具的衔接座,其在将数个角钢相互接合,并达到稳固、减少晃动的功效。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种承载工具的衔接座,该衔接座包括有二固接片及一承柱,其中:该二固接片相互组接,并于该二固接片内侧形成一夹护角;该承柱夹设于二固接片所形成的夹护角,而该承柱头端凸设有一限位凸,且该限位凸外周与该二固接片内侧面设有一限位间隙。
本实用新型进一步的技术特征在于,该限位凸的水平截面面积小于承柱水平截面面积。
本实用新型进一步的技术特征在于,另设有一辅助件于承柱末端,又该承柱对应辅助件设有一锁孔,且于锁孔内设有一螺纹段。
本实用新型进一步的技术特征在于,该辅助件为推轮、伸缩条或定位螺杆。
本实用新型进一步的技术特征在于,在各固接片开设有数个组接孔,且数个组接孔为间隔设置,又数个组接孔包括有至少一小径孔及数个大径孔,而另设有至少一螺固组穿设小径孔并锁设角钢定位。
本实用新型的有益效果是,其在将数个角钢相互接合,并达到稳固、减少晃动的功效。

具体实施方式
为了清楚说明本实用新型所能达成上述的目的与功效,本实用新型于下列举二实施例,而其各组件之间的组配关系,请见下列说明并一同配合参阅附图中图1所示,图中显示本实用新型一种承载工具的衔接座,该衔接座1包括有二固接片11及一承柱12,其中:该二固接片11相互组接,并于该二固接片11内侧形成一夹护角111;该承柱12夹设于二固接片11所形成的夹护角111,而该承柱12头端凸设有一限位凸13,且该限位凸13外周与该二固接片11内侧面设有一限位间隙14;据此,借由承柱12与固接片11之间的限位间隙14,使其角钢能稳固组设于衔接座1上,且降低晃动性(前述为本实用新型的主实施例)。
请参阅图2及图4所示,本实用新型是将数个角钢相互衔接并建构成承载工具,而承载工具包括有数个直角钢2及数个横角钢3,该直角钢2插设入该二固接片11所形成的夹护角111,且直角钢2插设的一端卡设于限位凸13与夹护角111之间的限位间隙14,而直角钢2上设有数个接合孔21,且各接合孔21两端为一粗孔端211及一细孔端212,又横角钢3叠设于直角钢2上,而横角钢3叠设于直角钢2的一端的外侧面设有数个卡凸块31,该卡凸块31由直角钢2的接合孔21的粗孔端211穿设而入,再朝细孔端212滑移定位,而该直角钢2借由限位间隙14的夹固,以及横角钢3的卡设,使得直角钢2稳固组设于该二固接片11之间。
请参阅图4所示,为了提供直角钢2能插设入限位间隙14内,该限位凸13的水平截面面积小于承柱12的水平截面面积,借此直角钢2得以插设入限位间隙14内,且夹固于夹护角111与限位凸13之间,并达到增加直角钢2与该二固接片11组装时的稳固性。
请参阅图2及图5所示,为了方便使用者能随时推动或固定承载工具,另设有一辅助件4于承柱12的末端,且该承柱12对应辅助件4的组设另设有一锁孔121,并于锁孔121内设有一螺纹段1211,又该辅助件4为推轮、伸缩条或定位螺杆,在承柱12上锁设有推轮、伸缩条或定位螺杆,以提供使用者能推行承载工具至所需的位置、调整承载工具的高度或稳固承载工具防止自行滑动(本实用新型的辅助件4列举推轮、伸缩条及定位螺杆为例,但并非用以限定其装设的对象)。
请参阅图3所示,除了利用限位凸13与夹护角111之间的限位间隙14来夹固直角钢2外,另设有数个螺固组5穿设该二固接片11及直角钢2,而该二固接片11为了方便使用者穿设螺固组5,在其各固接片11上开设有数个组接孔112,且数个组接孔112为间隔设置,又数个组接孔112包括有至少一小径孔1121及数个大径孔1122,该数个螺固组5穿设直角钢2的接合孔21及该二固接片11的小径孔1121,利用螺固组5的锁设,使其直角钢2与该二固接片11能稳固组装,而横角钢3的卡凸块31则卡设于直角钢2的细孔端212,且外显于该二固接片11的大径孔1122。
根据上述所叙述说明,本实用新型归纳出有下列优点:
1.一般现有用来衔接角钢的基座因与角钢所贴靠的部份过少,且用来锁合固定的螺丝也不够,导致整体承载工具在乘载重物时,因重心不够稳固容易产生摇晃,而本实用新型是为了稳固直、横角钢2、3与二固接片11的组接,在其各固接片11上设有数个组接孔112,使其各固接片11的总长度增加,进而直、横角钢2、3与各固接片11所贴靠的部分也随之增加,如此再借由数个螺固组5的锁设,使直、横角钢2、3与各固接片11的组接更加稳固,且减少晃动性。
2.以往利用数个角钢相互交叠锁设以组装而成的承载工具,大份在其组装上皆需要先在直、横角钢2、3及该二固接片11上钻孔打洞,再以螺固组5穿设并锁固,才得以组装而成,如此一来导致工作时间的耗费,而本实用新型在其制程时就已在该二固接片11上开设有组接孔112,使用者可免除需钻孔的工作时间,进一步增加工作效率。
3.现于承柱12上设有限位凸13,且限位凸13与该二固接片11所形成的夹护角111设有限位间隙14,直、横角钢2、3借由限位间隙14的夹设,以分散螺固组5所承受的乘载力。
以上所述,仅是本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并非对本实用新型作任何形式上的限制,凡是依据本实用新型的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本实用新型技术方案的范围内。
Claims (5)
1.一种承载工具的衔接座,其特征在于,包括有二固接片及一承柱,其中:
该二固接片相互组接,并于该二固接片内侧形成一夹护角;
该承柱夹设于二固接片所形成的夹护角,而该承柱头端凸设有一限位凸,且该限位凸外周与该二固接片内侧面设有一限位间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的承载工具的衔接座,其特征在于,所述限位凸的水平截面面积小于承柱水平截面面积。
3.根据权利要求1所述的承载工具的衔接座,其特征在于,另设有一辅助件于承柱末端,又该承柱对应辅助件设有一锁孔,且于锁孔内设有一螺纹段。
4.根据权利要求3所述的承载工具的衔接座,其特征在于,所述辅助件为推轮、伸缩条或定位螺杆。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的承载工具的衔接座,其特征在于,所述各固接片开设有数个组接孔,且数个组接孔为间隔设置,又数个组接孔包括有至少一小径孔及数个大径孔,而另设有至少一螺固组穿设小径孔并锁设角钢定位。
