　本開示は、被収容物を収容する包装部材に関する。
　従来、特許文献１に示すように、被収容物を密閉して収容可能な複数の包装部材を備える包装体が提案されている。この包装体は、表面と裏面とを有している。また、この包装体は、１つ以上の包装部材を容易に分離するための複数のミシン目が、複数の包装部材の境界部分に設けられている。

　被収容物が表裏を有する場合には、使用者が被収容物を包装部材から取り出す前に被収容物の向きを使用者が認識できるようにするため、包装部材に文字等により被収容物の表裏を表示する場合がある。しかしながら暗い環境下では、包装部材の視認性が悪く、使用者による表裏の確認が難しい。その結果、取り出された被収容物の表裏を使用者が容易に確認できないおそれがある。
　また暗い環境下では、ミシン目の確認が困難である。使用者が誤ってミシン目以外の部分を破いてしまうと、包装部材が開封される。その結果、使用者が意図せずに、被収容物が包装部材から取り出されてしまうおそれがある。
　本開示は、暗い環境下において誤った取り扱いをしてしまうことを抑制する技術を提供することが望ましい。
　本開示の第１局面の発明は、第１のフィルム及び第２のフィルムを備え、前記第１のフィルム及び前記第２のフィルムの間に被収容物を収容可能に構成された包装部材である。前記包装部材には、前記第１のフィルム及び前記第２のフィルムのうちの少なくともいずれか一方に、前記被収容物の当該包装部材を基準とする方向を表示する方向表示部が設けられている。前記方向表示部は、蓄光材料を含む蓄光層を含む。

　本開示の第２局面の発明は、被収容物を収容可能な複数の包装部材を備え、該複数の包装部材が連続して一体に繋げられている包装体である。前記包装体は、少なくとも１つの分離補助部と、少なくとも１つの位置表示部と、を備える。前記少なくとも１つの分離補助部は、使用者による前記２つの包装部材の切り離しを容易にするためのものであって、前記複数の包装部材のうちの連続する２つの包装部材の間に形成される。前記少なくとも１つの位置表示部は、前記包装体の外表面に設けられ、前記分離補助部の位置を表示する。前記少なくとも１つの位置表示部は、蓄光材料を含む蓄光層を含む。
　このような構成であれば、位置表示部が発光することにより、使用者に分離補助部の位置を認識させることができる。よって、使用者が暗い環境下で包装体から１つ以上の包装部材を分離させようとするときに、使用者が誤った取り扱いをしてしまうことを抑制できるので、分離補助部でない位置を破ってしまい、意図せず被収容物が露出してしまうことを抑制できる。
　上述した包装体において、前記分離補助部は、ミシン目であってもよい。
　また上述した包装体において、前記複数の包装部材は、表側及び裏側を有していてもよい。また、前記表側に設けられる前記位置表示部と、前記裏側に設けられる前記位置表示部と、は少なくとも一部に異なる形態を有していてもよい。このような構成であれば、使用者は、位置表示部の形態に基づいて、包装体の表側又は裏側を認識することができる。
　また上述した包装体において、前記複数の包装部材は、表側及び裏側を有していてもよい。また、前記位置表示部は、表側及び裏側のうち、いずれか一方のみに設けられていてもよい。このような構成であれば、使用者は、位置表示部の有無に基づいて、包装体の表側又は裏側を認識することができる。
　また上述した包装体において、前記位置表示部は、前記分離補助部に重ねて設けられる線、前記分離補助部に沿って設けられる線、矢印、のうちの少なくともいずれか１つを含んでいてもよい。このような構成であれば、使用者は、位置表示部によって分離補助部の位置を明確に認識することができる。

　以下に本開示の実施形態を図面と共に説明する。なお以下の実施形態は本開示の一形態に過ぎず、本開示は以下の実施形態に何ら限定されることはなく、本開示の技術的範囲に属する限り種々の形態をとり得ることはいうまでもない。また以下の図面は模式的な図を用いているため、実際のものとは大きさの比率が相違する場合がある。
　［１．実施形態］
　［１－１．包装体の構成］
　実施形態の包装体を図１Ａ～図１Ｃに示す。包装体１は、複数の包装部材１０が連続して一体に繋げられている。本実施形態においては、包装体１には４つの包装部材１０が含まれる。包装体１は、複数の包装部材１０が一列に繋がることにより、全体として帯状である。
　複数の包装部材１０は、被収容物２を密封して収容可能な収容部１１を備える。本実施形態では、コンドームを収容する例を説明する。なお被収容物２は特に限定されない。包装部材１０には、例えば、食品や衛生品を収容することができる。包装体１は、後述するように蓄光材料を含む蓄光層によって情報を表示することができるため、暗い環境下で用いられる可能性があるものを収容してもよい。そのような被収容物２としては、例えば、非常食やコンドームが挙げられる。
　複数の包装部材１０のうちの連続する２つの包装部材１０の間には、使用者による前記２つの包装部材の切り離しを容易にするための分離補助部１２が設けられている。本実施形態の包装体１には、３つの分離補助部１２が設けられている。本実施形態においては、複数の分離補助部１２は断続的に切れ込みが形成されたミシン目である。複数の分離補助部１２は複数の包装部材１０の境界部分に形成されている。
　収容部１１は、第１のフィルム２１及び第２のフィルム２２により形成されている。言い換えると、第１のフィルム２１及び第２のフィルム２２の間の空間は、被収容物２を収容可能な収容部１１である。
　第１のフィルム２１と第２のフィルム２２とは、その配置によって区別される。第１のフィルム２１は収容部１１を構成する一方の側の壁面を構成する。第２のフィルム２２は上記一方とは異なる他方の側の壁面を構成する。包装部材１０それぞれにおいて、第１のフィルム２１と第２のフィルム２２とは、略矩形の枠型の接着領域２４において、接着剤により又は熱融着により接着されている。収容部１１は、第１のフィルム２１及び第２のフィルム２２における接着領域２４に囲まれる部分により形成される。
　第１のフィルム２１と第２のフィルム２２とは、同一の組成のフィルムであってもよいし異なる組成のフィルムであってもよい。また第１のフィルム２１と第２のフィルム２２は別々の２つのフィルムであってもよいし、第１のフィルム２１と第２のフィルム２２とは繋がった１つのフィルムであってもよい。これらのフィルムは、主に、合成樹脂製フィルム、金属蒸着フィルム、金属膜付フィルム、金属と合成樹脂の複合フィルムなどにより構成することができる。またこれらのフィルムは、紙と貼り合わせたフィルムであってもよい。
　第１のフィルム２１及び第２のフィルム２２の表面には印刷等による表示や装飾を施すことができる。本実施形態では後述する方向表示部及び位置表示部が設けられているが、これ以外の装飾が施されていてもよい。また第１のフィルム２１及び第２のフィルム２２自体は着色されていてもよいし、透明や透過性を有するものであってもよい。
　［１－２．方向表示部］
　被収容物２であるコンドームは、扁平なリング状に巻き込まれて収納されている。収容部１１からコンドームを取り出す際には、収納されたコンドームの方向を使用者が認識できることが望ましい。
　図１Ａ～図１Ｃに示されるように、第１のフィルム２１の外表面には、複数の方向表示部３１が設けられている。また第２のフィルム２２の外表面には、複数の方向表示部３２が設けられている。複数の方向表示部３１及び複数の方向表示部３２は、収容部１１に収容された被収容物２の当該包装部材１０を基準とする方向を表示する。本実施形態では、複数の方向表示部３１は、「ＦＲＯＮＴ」という文字を形成する蓄光層である。また複数の方向表示部３２は、「ＢＡＣＫ」という文字を形成する蓄光層である。即ち包装部材１０は、文字により包装部材１０を基準とする被収容物２の方向を表示している。言い換えると、複数の方向表示部３１及び複数の方向表示部３２は、被収容物２が収容部１１の内部においてどのような向きで配置されているかを表示している。
　蓄光層は、蓄光材料と、蓄光材料を保持する保持材料と、を少なくとも含む。
　蓄光材料は、可視光やＵＶ光などの光や電磁波を蓄え、発光する性質を有する材料である。例えばアルミン酸ストロンチウム（ＳｒＡｌ２Ｏ４など）を主体として、これにセリウム、ユーロピウム、ネオジム、ディスプロシウムなどの発光状態等を変化させるための材料を添加した蓄光材料を用いることができる。しかし、蓄光材料はこれらに限定されない。上述した蓄光材料は、白色である。
　保持材料は、蓄光材料を保持すると共に、蓄光材料の蓄光や発光を可能とするために光の透過性を有する材料である。保持材料の例としては、光沢ワニス、艶消しワニス、耐摩ワニス、静電防止ワニス、ブロッキング防止ワニス、乾性油、塗料、及び接着剤などが挙げられる。
　なお上述した蓄光層には、染料や顔料が含まれていてもよい。明るい環境下において、上述した蓄光材料は白色であり使用者の目に付きにくい可能性がある。しかしながら、蓄光層を着色することで明るい環境下における蓄光層の視認性が向上する。
　複数の方向表示部３１及び複数の方向表示部３２の形成方法は特に限定されない。例えば、フィルムに蓄光層を印刷することにより複数の方向表示部３１及び複数の方向表示部３２を形成してもよい。
　［１－３．位置表示部］
　図１Ａ～図１Ｃに示されるように、第１のフィルム２１の外表面には、複数の位置表示部４１が設けられている。また第２のフィルム２２の外表面には、複数の位置表示部４２が設けられている。複数の位置表示部４１及び複数の位置表示部４２は、包装体１の複数の分離補助部１２が設けられた位置を案内する。
　複数の位置表示部４１は、幅を有する帯状であり、分離補助部１２に重ねて設けられている。また複数の位置表示部４２は、間隔を開けて並ぶ平行な２本の線の組み合わせである。複数の分離補助部１２それぞれは、上記２本の平行な線の間に位置する。このように包装部材１０の表側に設けられる複数の位置表示部４１と、包装部材１０の裏側に設けられる複数の位置表示部４２と、は異なる形態を有する。
　複数の位置表示部４１及び複数の位置表示部４２は、上述した蓄光層であり、複数の方向表示部３１及び複数の方向表示部３２同様に染料や顔料を含んでいても良い。また複数の位置表示部４１及び複数の位置表示部４２の形成方法は特に限定されず、例えば印刷により形成することができる。
　［１－４．効果］
　以上詳述した実施形態によれば、使用者が暗い環境下において包装体１に対して誤った取り扱いをしてしまうことを抑制することができる。より具体的な効果を以下に説明する。
　（１Ａ）複数の方向表示部３１及び複数の方向表示部３２は蓄光層であり、光や電磁波が蓄えられていれば発光する。そのため、暗い環境下であっても使用者に被収容物２の包装部材１０を基準とした方向を認識させることができる。よって、使用者が、暗い環境下で取り出した被収容物２の方向が分からないことに起因して、被収容物２を適切に使用できなくなる危険を低減できる。
　（１Ｂ）第１のフィルム２１及び第２のフィルム２２のいずれにも、複数の方向表示部３１又は複数の方向表示部３２が設けられている。そのため、使用者による複数の方向表示部３１及び複数の方向表示部３２の見落としを抑制できる。また、複数の方向表示部３１及び複数の方向表示部３２のいずれか一方のみが発光している場合、他方の発光が弱い場合、或いは発光をしていない場合であっても、使用者は、上記一方を確認することで被収容物２の方向を認識することができる。
　（１Ｃ）複数の位置表示部４１及び複数の位置表示部４２は蓄光層であり、光や電磁波が蓄えられていれば発光する。そのため、暗い環境下であっても使用者に複数の分離補助部１２の位置を認識させることができる。よって、使用者が暗い環境下で包装体１から１つ以上の包装部材１０を分離させようとするときに、複数の分離補助部１２のいずれかではない誤った位置を破ってしまうことが抑制できる。その結果、意図せず被収容物２が露出したり、収容部１１の気密性が失われてしまったりすることを抑制できる。
　（１Ｄ）第１のフィルム２１及び第２のフィルム２２のいずれにも、複数の位置表示部４１又は複数の位置表示部４２が設けられている。そのため、使用者による複数の位置表示部４１及び複数の位置表示部４２の見落としを抑制できる。また、複数の位置表示部４１及び複数の位置表示部４２のいずれか一方のみが発光している場合、他方の発光が弱い場合、或いは発光をしていない場合であっても、使用者は、上記一方を確認することで複数の分離補助部１２の位置を認識することができる。
　［２．その他の実施形態］
　以上本開示の実施形態について説明したが、本開示は、上記実施形態に何ら限定されることはなく、本開示の技術的範囲に属する限り種々の形態をとり得ることはいうまでもない。
　（２Ａ）上述した蓄光層は、上記実施形態に示した組成に限定されず、他の材料の追加等、適宜調整を行うことができる。また、上述した複数の方向表示部３１、複数の方向表示部３２、複数の位置表示部４１、及び複数の位置表示部４２は、蓄光層のみでなく、フィルムの構造上の特徴と組み合わせて構成されていてもよい。例えば方向表示部及び位置表示部は、蓄光層と、フィルムに形成された凹凸と、の組み合わせであってもよい。
　（２Ｂ）上記実施形態では複数の方向表示部及び複数の位置表示部の両方が設けられた包装体１を例示した。しかしながら、１つ以上の方向表示部及び１つ以上の位置表示部のいずれか一方のみが設けられる構成であってもよい。例えば図２Ａに示される第１の変形例の包装体１０１のように、複数の方向表示部３１が設けられ、位置表示部４１が設けられなくてもよい。また、図２Ｂに示される第２の変形例の包装体２０１のように、複数の位置表示部４１が設けられ、方向表示部３１が設けられなくてもよい。
　（２Ｃ）上記実施形態では、第１のフィルム及び第２のフィルムの両方に複数の方向表示部３１又は複数の方向表示部３２が設けられる構成を例示した。しかしながら、複数の方向表示部は、第１のフィルム及び第２のフィルムの少なくともいずれか一方にのみ設けられていてもよい。
　（２Ｄ）上記実施形態では、複数の方向表示部３１及び複数の方向表示部３２は、文字により被収容物２の包装体１を基準とした方向を表示する構成を例示した。しかしながら、方向を表示することが可能であれば、文字以外により方向を表示してもよい。
　例えば、包装部材１０の表裏と被収容物２の表裏とが対応していることにより、使用者が包装部材１０の表側を認識できれば被収容物２の表側を認識できる場合においては、方向表示部は包装部材１０自体の表側又は裏側が分かるような態様の表示としてもよい。具体的には、図３Ａに示される第３の変形例の包装体３０１のように、商品名や会社名などを示す方向表示部３１１を包装部材１０の表側となる面に表示してもよい。
　また、文字以外の形態、例えば、数字、記号、図形、マーク、及び模様などが表示されてもよい。図形の場合、例えば被収容物２の収容部１１における配置、向き、使用方法などを表示してもよい。
　なお、包装部材１０の裏面となる面は、表側との相違が明確であればよい。例えば図３Ｂに示されるように、表側と同様の文字等を小さく表示してもよいし、何ら表示を行わなくてもよい。
　（２Ｅ）上記実施形態では、複数の位置表示部４１又は複数の位置表示部４２を全ての分離補助部１２に対して設けた構成を例示したが、複数の位置表示部４１又は複数の位置表示部４２を一部の分離補助部１２に対してのみ設けてもよい。
　（２Ｆ）上記実施形態では、第１のフィルム及び第２のフィルム２２の両方に複数の位置表示部４１又は複数の位置表示部４２が設けられる構成を例示した。しかしながら、位置表示部は、第１のフィルム及び第２のフィルムの少なくともいずれか一方にのみ設けられていてもよい。
　また上記実施形態では、複数の位置表示部４１と複数の位置表示部４２とが異なる形態である構成を例示した。しかしながら、複数の位置表示部４１と複数の位置表示部４２とは同一の形態であってもよいし、一部分の形態のみが相違しており、他の部分の形態が同一であってもよい。
　なお、複数の位置表示部４１と複数の位置表示部４２との形態が異なることによっても、包装部材１０の表裏の違いを使用者に認識させることができる。
　（２Ｇ）上記実施形態では、複数の位置表示部４１として複数の分離補助部１２と重なる線を例示し、複数の位置表示部４２として、複数の分離補助部１２に沿った被収容物２本の線の組み合わせを例示した。しかしながら、位置表示部は上述した以外の態様であってもよい。
　例えば図４Ａに示される第４の変形例の包装体４０１のように、位置表示部４０２は分離補助部１２に沿った一本の線であっても良い。また、図４Ｂに示される第５の変形例の包装体５０１のように、位置表示部５０２は破線により構成されていてもよい。また、図示しないが、位置表示部は波線やギザギザの線であってもよい。
　また、位置表示部は、線以外の形態であってもよい。例えば図５Ａに示される第６の変形例の包装体６０１のように、位置表示部６０２は矢印の形状であって、矢印の先端が分離補助部１２を示す構成であってもよい。また、図５Ｂに示される第７の変形例の包装体７０１のように、複数の位置表示部７０２は矢印の形状であって、分離補助部１２の長さ方向に沿って配置されていてもよい。
　（２Ｈ）図６に示される第８の変形例の包装体８０１のように、複数の分離補助部１２ごとに対応する位置表示部８０２ａ～８０２ｃの形態が異なっていてもよい。包装体の全ての位置表示部の形態が異なっていてもよいし、一部の位置表示部同士は同じ形態であってもよい。
　また、複数の位置表示部の形態を異ならせることによって、対応する分離補助部１２の包装体における位置、被収容物２の内容、包装体における残りの包装部材１０の数などが使用者により認識可能に構成されていてもよい。例えば包装体８０１においては、位置表示部８０２ａ～８０２ｃの形態がそれぞれ異なるため、複数の分離補助部１２のうちのいずれであるかを使用者が識別することができる。
　（２Ｉ）上記実施形態においては、複数の包装部材１０が一列に繋がり、連続する２つの包装部材１０の組み合わせそれぞれの間に複数の分離補助部１２が形成される構成を例示した。しかしながら、複数の包装部材が二列又は三列以上に繋がっていて、平面的に拡がるように繋がっていてもよい。また、一列に並ぶ複数の包装部材１０の数は特に限定されず、２つ以上であればよい。もちろん、包装部材が１つである包装体においては、分離補助部及び位置表示部が設けられていなくてもよい。
　また、複数の分離補助部１２が設けられている場合において、全ての分離補助部１２に位置表示部が設けられていなくてもよい。また、分離補助部１２が包装体に１つ設けられている場合は、その分離補助部１２に位置表示部が設けられていてもよい。
　（２Ｊ）上記実施形態においては、分離補助部１２はミシン目である構成を例示した。しかしながら、使用者による連続する２つの包装部材の切り離しを容易にすることが可能であれば、具体的な構成は特に限定されない。例えば分離補助部はその周囲よりも厚さが薄く形成された部分であってもよい。また、分離補助部は、その周囲の部分を構成する材料よりも容易に切断できる材料により構成されていてもよい。

Claims (9)

  1. 　第１のフィルム及び第２のフィルムを備え、前記第１のフィルム及び前記第２のフィルムの間に被収容物を収容可能に構成された包装部材であって、
    　前記第１のフィルム及び前記第２のフィルムのうちの少なくともいずれか一方に、前記被収容物の当該包装部材を基準とする方向を表示する方向表示部が設けられており、
    　前記方向表示部は、蓄光材料を含む蓄光層を含む、包装部材。
  2. 　請求項１に記載の包装部材であって、
    　前記方向表示部は、文字により前記方向を表示する、包装部材。
  3. 　請求項１又は請求項２に記載の包装部材であって、
    　前記方向表示部は、前記第１のフィルム及び前記第２のフィルムの両方に設けられている、包装部材。
  4. 　請求項１から請求項３のいずれか１項に記載の包装部材であって、
    　当該包装部材は、被収容物としてコンドームを収容する、包装部材。
  5. 　被収容物を収容可能な複数の包装部材を備え、該複数の包装部材が連続して一体に繋げられている包装体であって、
    　前記複数の包装部材のうちの連続する２つの包装部材の間に形成され、使用者による前記２つの包装部材の切り離しを容易にするための少なくとも１つの分離補助部と、
    　前記包装体の外表面に設けられ、前記分離補助部の位置を表示する少なくとも１つの位置表示部と、を備え、
    　前記少なくとも１つの位置表示部は、蓄光材料を含む蓄光層を含む、包装体。
  6. 　請求項５に記載の包装体であって、
    　前記少なくとも１つの分離補助部は、ミシン目である、包装体。
  7. 　請求項５又は請求項６に記載の包装体であって、
    　前記複数の包装部材は、表側及び裏側を有しており、
    　前記表側に設けられる前記少なくとも１つの位置表示部と、前記裏側に設けられる前記少なくとも１つの位置表示部と、は少なくとも一部に異なる形態を有する、包装体。
  8. 　請求項５又は請求項６に記載の包装体であって、
    　前記複数の包装部材は、表側及び裏側を有しており、
    　前記少なくとも１つの位置表示部は、表側及び裏側のうち、いずれか一方のみに設けられている、包装体。
  9. 　請求項５から請求項８のいずれか１項に記載の包装体であって、
    　前記少なくとも１つの位置表示部は、前記分離補助部に重ねて設けられる線、前記分離補助部に沿って設けられる線、矢印、のうちの少なくともいずれか１つを含む、包装体。
