온열 치료기가 제공된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 온열 치료기는 복수개의 관통홀이 형성되며 스킨폼으로 이루어진 제1지지판; 제1지지판의 일측에서 제1지지판이 노출되도록 배치되며 제1지지판이 결합되는 전면커버; 복수개의 관통홀에 각각 삽입고정되며 상기 제1지지판의 외측으로 일정 높이로 돌출되는 복수개의 도자; 복수개의 도자의 일측에 배치되며, 복수개의 도자를 가열하는 발열체; 발열체의 일측에 배치되며, 진동자가 구비되는 제2지지판; 및 제2지지판의 일측에 배치되며, 전면커버와 결합되는 배면커버;를 포함한다.

Description

온열 치료기
본 발명은 온열 치료기에 관한 것으로, 특히, 진동에 의한 마시지 기능과 함께 온열 치료를 위한 온열 기능을 구비한 온열치료기에 관한 것이다.
마사지(massage)는 피부나 신체의 일부에 물리적 자극을 줌으로써 해당 부분의 생체를 활성화시켜 병을 치료하거나, 건강을 증진시키는 물리 요법 중의 하나이다. 특히, 인체의 복부에 대한 마사지는 장기능을 활성화하는데 많은 도움을 제공한다.
이러한 복부 마사지의 경우, 근육을 풀기 위한 마사지 기능만으로는 장기능 활성화가 효과적이지 못하므로 찜질을 위한 온열 기능이 추가로 요구되고 있다.
그러나, 도자에 온열 기능을 부여하는 경우, 도자의 결합 등의 제조 공정이 복잡하여 많은 시간과 비용이 소요된다. 특히, 마사지를 위한 진동이 부가되는 경우, 진동에 의해 사용중 도자가 본체로부터 이탈되거나 진동에 의한 소음이 발생하여 사용자에게 불편을 초래한다.
상기와 같은 종래 기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 본 발명의 일 실시예는 끼움식 구조에 의해 제조 효율을 향상시키는 동시에 사용중 도자의 분리를 방지하고 진동에 의한 소음을 저감할 수 있는 온열 치료기를 제공하고자 한다.
위와 같은 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 복수개의 관통홀이 형성되며 스킨폼으로 이루어진 제1지지판; 상기 제1지지판의 일측에서 상기 제1지지판이 노출되도록 배치되며 상기 제1지지판이 결합되는 전면커버; 상기 복수개의 관통홀에 각각 삽입고정되며 상기 제1지지판의 외측으로 일정 높이로 돌출되는 복수개의 도자; 상기 복수개의 도자의 일측에 배치되며, 상기 복수개의 도자를 가열하는 발열체; 상기 발열체의 일측에 배치되며, 진동자가 구비되는 제2지지판; 및 상기 제2지지판의 일측에 배치되며, 상기 전면커버와 결합되는 배면커버;를 포함하는 온열 치료기가 제공된다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 발열체는 상기 복수개의 도자의 하면에 접촉하도록 배치되며, 상기 발열체는 판상 또는 선형으로 이루어지며, 열선, 알루미늄 발열체, 탄소부직포, 코튼망사발열체, 및 탄소섬유발열체 중 어느 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 온열 치료기는 상기 발열체를 지지하는 발열체 지지부재를 더 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 복수개의 도자 각각은 하측으로 개방된 중공부가 구비될 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 도자는 외주변을 따라 측면으로 연장 형성되는 돌출부가 구비되고, 상기 제1지지판은 상기 관통홀의 내측에 상기 돌출부가 삽입되는 홈부가 구비되며, 상기 도자는 상기 관통홀에 억지끼움 방식으로 삽입고정될 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 관통홀은 복부의 혈자리에 대응하는 위치에 배치될 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 전면커버 및 상기 배면커버는 양측에 파지하기 위한 홀이 구비될 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 온열 치료기는 사용자의 허리에 장착하기 위한 착용벨트를 더 포함하고, 상기 전면커버 및 상기 배면커버는 양측에 상기 착용벨트가 탈착가능하게 삽입되는 고정홈이 구비될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 온열 치료기는 스킨폼을 이용하여 도자를 끼움고정함으로써, 결합구조를 단순화하여 제조비용 및 시간을 경감시키는 동시에 제조 공정을 단순화하여 제조효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 도자를 발열체와 직접 접촉하도록 배치함으로써, 발열체로부터 도자로 열을 효과적으로 전달하므로 온열 기능을 위한 도자의 열효율을 개선할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 도자가 복부의 혈자리에 배치되며, 일정 높이로 형성됨으로써, 혈자리에 대한 효과적인 지압 및 온열 제공으로 마사지 효과를 향상시키므로 장운동의 활성화를 증대할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 스킨폼에 도자를 끼움고정함으로써, 마사지를 위한 모터구동에 따라 도자와 스킨폼 사이에 소음이 발생하지 않으며, 스킨폼이 진동을 흡수하여 마사지 장치의 전체적인 소음을 경감시킬 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 인체의 복부에 접촉되는 부위를 스킨폼으로 제작함으로써, 접촉하는 부위에서 사용자가 부드러움을 느낄 수 있고, 가죽과 같은 고급스런 외형을 제공하므로 사용자의 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있다.

이하, 첨부한 도면을 참고로 하여 본 발명의 실시예에 대하여 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 상세히 설명한다. 본 발명은 여러 가지 상이한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며 여기에서 설명하는 실시예에 한정되지 않는다. 도면에서 본 발명을 명확하게 설명하기 위해서 설명과 관계없는 부분은 생략하였으며, 명세서 전체를 통하여 동일 또는 유사한 구성요소에 대해서는 동일한 참조부호를 붙였다.
이하에서는 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 온열 치료기(100)를 보다 상세히 설명하도록 한다.
도 1 및 도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 온열 치료기(100)는 전면커버(110), 제1지지판(120), 도자(130), 발열체(142), 제2지지판(150), 및 배면커버(160)를 포함한다.
전면커버(110)는 그 중앙에 제1지지판(120)이 외부로 노출되도록 배치되는 노출부(112)가 구비될 수 있다. 여기서 전면커버(110)는 제1지지판(120)의 일측에 배치될 수 있다. 일례로 전면커버(110)는 도 1을 기준으로 제1지지판(120)의 상측에 배치될 수 있다.
또한 전면커버(110)는 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 후면의 외주변을 따라 복수개의 위치에 걸림돌기(114)가 구비될 수 있다. 이에 의해 전면커버(110)는 제1지지판(120)에 끼움결합될 수 있다.
그러나, 전면커버(110)와 제1지지판(120)의 결합구조는 이에 한정되지 않으며, 다양한 형태로 이루어질 수 있다. 일례로, 전면커버(110)와 제1지지판(120)은 볼트 체결, 융착, 본딩, 및 압입에 의해 결합될 수도 있다.
제1지지판(120)은 스킨폼으로 이루어질 수 있다. 여기서 스킨폼은 탄성 재질을 가질 수 있다. 따라서 제1지지판(120)은 스킨폼에 한정되지 않고 탄성 재질을 갖는 재료로 이루어질 수 있다.
이에 의해, 온열 치료기(100)는 후술하는 바와 같은 진동자(170)에 의해 진동이 발생하는 경우에도 전면커버(110), 도자(130), 및 제2지지판(150) 사이의 마찰에 따른 소음을 저감할 수 있다.
또한 제1지지판(120)은 사용자의 복부에 직접 접촉되는 부분이기 때문에 이를 스킨폼으로 제작함으로써 사용자에게 부드러움을 제공할 수 있다. 또한 외부로 노출되는 제1지지판(120)이 스킨폼으로 구성되므로 가죽과 같은 고급스런 외형을 제공하므로 사용자의 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있다.
또한 제1지지판(120)은 복수개의 관통홀(122)이 형성될 수 있다. 여기서, 복수개의 관통홀(122)은 복부의 혈자리에 대응하는 위치에 배치될 수 있다. 이때, 관통홀(122)은 제1지지판(120)의 전체에 걸쳐 규칙적으로 또는 불규칙적으로 분산 배치될 수 있다.
관통홀(122)은 도 4 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 그 내측에 도자(130)의 돌출부(132)가 삽입되는 홈부(128)가 구비될 수 있다. 이러한 관통홀(122)은 도자(130)의 하단부의 직경과 실질적으로 동일하게 구비될 수 있다. 이에 의해 도자(130)는 관통홀(122)에 억지끼움 방식으로 결합될 수 있다.
또한 제1지지판(120)은 외주변을 따라 단차부(124)가 구비될 수 있다. 이 단차부(124)에는 전면커버(110)가 걸림돌기(114)가 구비된 부분이 안착될 수 있다. 여기서, 단차부(124)는 제1지지판(120)의 중앙부보다 작은 두께로 구비될 수 있다.
또한 제1지지판(120)은 도 1 및 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 외주변을 따라 전면커버(110)의 걸림돌기(114)에 대응하는 걸림홈(126)이 구비될 수 있다. 이러한 걸림홈(126)은 단차부(124)에 구비될 수 있다.
도자(130)는 원적외선 방사, 면역력 향상 또는 전자파 차단 등의 다양한 기능성을 제공할 수 있는 재질로 이루어질 수 있다. 또한 도자(130)는 발열체(142)의 열을 효과적으로 인체에 전달할 수 있도록 열전도율이 우수한 재질로 이루어질 수 있다.
여기서 도자(130)는 그 형상에 특별히 한정되지 않지만, 진동자(170)의 진동에 의해 진동할 때 인체에 접한 단부가 인체에 고르게 진동을 줄 수 있도록 단부가 구형을 이루는 것이 바람직하다.
이때 도자(130)는 제1지지판(120)의 외측으로 돌출되도록 일정 높이로 형성될 수 있다. 여기서, 일정 높이는 사용자의 복부를 지압하기 적당한 높이일 수 있다. 즉, 도자(130)는 일정한 높이를 갖는 원통형이며 그 상단부는 돔 형태로 볼록하게 형성될 수 있다.
이에 의해, 도자(130)가 인체에 접촉되는 경우, 진동자(170)에 의한 진동이 보다 효과적으로 인체에 전달될 수 있다.
또한 도자(130)는 복수개로 구비되어 제1지지판(120)의 복수개의 관통홀(122)에 각각 삽입고정될 수 있다.
도자(130)는 도 1 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 외주변을 따라 측면으로 연장 형성되는 돌출부(132)가 구비될 수 있다. 이러한 돌출부(132)는 제1지지판(120)의 홈부(128)에 안착될 수 있다. 여기서, 도자(130)는 돌출부(132) 바로 위 부분의 직경이 관통홀(122)의 직경과 실질적으로 동일한 직경을 가질 수 있다. 이에 의해 도자(130)는 관통홀(122)에 억지 끼움방식으로 삽입고정될 수 있다.
또한 도자(130)의 돌출부(132)가 제1지지판(120)의 홈부(128)에 의해 고정되기 때문에 온열 치료기(100)가 진동하여도 도자(130)가 제1지지판(120)의 외부로 이탈되지 않고 안전하게 동작할 수 있다.
이때, 도자(130)의 하면은 도 3 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 하측으로 개방된 중공부(134)가 구비될 수 있다. 즉, 도자(130)는 일정 두께를 갖고 중앙이 비어 있는 돔 형태로 형성될 수 있다.
이에 의해, 발열체로부터 열이 전달되는 경우, 중공부가 채워진 도자에 비하여 도자(130)는 그 표면을 따라 빠른 시간 내에 열이 전달되므로 도자(130)의 열효율을 개선할 수 있다. 또한 도자(130)는 중공부에 대응하는 불필요한 재료의 손실을 방지하여 제조 비용을 절감할 수 있다.
이와 같이, 전면커버(110), 제1지지판(120) 및 도자(130)가 끼움방식으로 각각 결합되기 때문에, 제조 공정이 단순화되고 종래와 같이 접착제의 경화를 위해 소요되는 시간이 필요 없어 제조 시간이 단축될 수 있다. 따라서 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 온열 치료기(100)는 제조 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
발열체(142)는 도 1을 기준으로 복수개의 도자(130)의 하측에 배치될 수 있다. 이러한 발열체(142)는 복수개의 도자(130)를 가열한다. 여기서 발열체(142)는 발열체 지지부재(140) 상에 또는 제2지지판(150) 상에 배치될 수 있다. 이때, 발열체 지지부재(140)는 발열체(142)를 지지하며, 그 재질에 특별히 한정되지 않는다.
발열체(142)는 도 1 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 복수개의 도자(130)의 하면에 접촉하도록 배치될 수 있다. 즉, 발열체(142)는 도자(130)의 돌출부(132)의 하면에 직접 접촉되도록 배치될 수 있다.
여기서, 발열체(142)는 일체로 형성된 선형으로 이루어질 수 있다. 일례로, 발열체(142)는 열선으로서 도자(130)의 하면을 지나도록 지그재그 형태로 배치될 수 있다. 즉 발열체(142)는 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 발열체 지지부재(140)의 일측에서 타측으로 진행하면서 측면을 향하여 지그재그 형태로 배치될 수 있다.
그러나, 발열체(142)는 선형으로 한정되지 않으며, 판상으로 이루어질 수도 있다. 이때, 발열체(142)는 알루미늄 발열체, 탄소부직포, 코튼망사발열체, 및 탄소섬유발열체를 포함할 수 있다.
이에 의해, 발열체(142)로부터 발생한 열이 도자(130)로 효율적으로 전달될 수 있다. 따라서 온열 치료기(100)는 온열 기능을 위한 도자의 열효율을 개선할 수 있다.
아울러, 도자(130)의 진동에 의한 지압과 발열체(142)의 발열에 의한 온열을 동시에 제공함으로써, 온열 치료기(100)는 장운동의 활성화를 효과적으로 증대할 수 있다.
제2지지판(150)은 도 1을 기준으로 발열체 지지부재(140)의 하측에 배치될 수 있다. 여기서 제2지지판(150)은 그 상면에 발열체 지지부재(140)가 배치되고, 하면에 진동자(170)및 회로부(180)가 구비될 수 있다.
진동자(170)는 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 제2지지판(150)의 하면에 배치될 수 있다. 즉, 진동자(170)는 제2지지판(150)과 배면커버(160) 사이에 배치될 수 있다.
진동자(170)는 모터(172) 및 진동체(174)를 포함한다. 여기서 모터(172)와 진동체(174)는 풀리(178) 및 벨트(179)로 연결될 수 있다. 따라서 모터(172)의 회전에 따라 진동체(174)가 편심 회전함으로써 온열 치료기(100)는 진동을 발생할 수 있다.
진동체(174)는 편심된 회전축을 갖는 반원형 기둥 형상의 편심 진동체일 수 있다. 여기서 진동체(174)의 회전축은 진동체(174)의 양측에 구비된 지지대(176)에 의해 지지될 수 있다.
또한, 진동자(170)는 2개로 구비되며 서로 수직하게 작동하도록 배치될 수 있다. 일례로, 도 6에서, 좌측에 배치된 진동자(170)는 제2지지판(150)의 길이 방향으로 진동하고, 우측에 배치된 진동자(170)는 제2지지판(150)의 폭 방향으로 진동하도록 배치될 수 있다.
이때, 제2지지판(150)의 길이방향 및 폭방향의 순서를 제어함으로써, 다양한 패턴의 운동방향을 구현할 수 있다.
회로부(180)는 모터(172)에 전원을 공급하기 위한 전원공급부 및 온열 치료기(100)의 동작을 제어하는 제어부를 포함할 수 있다. 도면에 도시되지 않았지만, 온열 치료기(100)의 동작을 위해 사용자가 조작하는 조작부가 회로부(180)에 구비되거나 배면커버에 구비되어 회로부(180)에 연결될 수 있다. 여기서, 상기 조작부는 전원 온/오프, 온도 설정, 모드 설정, 및 강도 설정을 위한 선택부를 포함할 수 있다.
또한 회로부(180)는 리모콘과 같은 외부의 기기와 통신하는 통신부를 포함할 수 있다. 이때, 상기 외부 기기는 상기 조작부의 선택기능을 포함할 수 있다.
배면커버(160)는 도 1을 기준으로 제2지지판(150)의 하측에 배치될 수 있다. 이러한 배면커버(160)는 제2지지판(150)과 사이에 진동자(170)가 구비되는 공간이 형성되는 형상을 가질 수 있다. 여기서, 배면커버(160)는 전면커버(110)와 끼움방식으로 결합될 수 있다.
한편, 온열 치료기(100)는 사용자의 복부에 배치된 상태를 일정시간 동작하기 때문에 사용자가 온열 치료기(100)를 파지취할 수 있도록 제공하는 것이 바람직하다.
도 7에 도시된바와 같이, 온열 치료기(200)는 전면커버(210) 및 배면커버(260)의 양측에 사용자가 파지하기 위한 홀(202)이 구비될 수 있다.
이에 의해 사용자는 홀(202)을 통해 양손으로 파지하여 원하는 복부 부위에 온열 치료기(200)를 배치시킨 상태로 마사지를 실행할 수 있다. 따라서 사용자는 온열 치료기(200)를 용이하게 파지할 수 있다.
도 8에 도시된 바와 같이, 온열 치료기(300)는 사용자의 허리에 장착하기 위한 착용벨트(390)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 여기서, 착용벨트(390)는 벨트의 길이를 조정하기 위한 조정수단(392) 및 고정홈(302)에 삽입되어 고정되는 끼움부(394)를 포함할 수 있다.
이를 위해 온열 치료기(300)는 전면커버(310)와 배면커버(360)의 양측에 착용벨트(390)가 탈착가능하게 삽입되는 고정홈(302)이 구비될 수 있다.
한편, 사용자의 편의를 더욱 향상시키기 위해 도 7에 도시된 바와 같은 파지를 위한 홀(202)과 도 8에 도시된 바와 같은 착용벨트(390)를 함께 구비할 수 있음은 물론이다.
이와 같은 구성에 의해 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 온열 치료기(100,200,300)는 결합구조를 단순화하여 제조비용 및 시간을 경감시키는 동시에 제조 공정을 단순화하여 제조효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 온열 치료기(100,200,300)는 발열체로부터 도자로 열을 효과적으로 전달하므로 온열 기능을 위한 도자의 열효율을 개선할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 온열 치료기(100,200,300)는 혈자리에 대한 효과적인 지압 및 온열 제공으로 마사지 효과를 향상시키므로 장운동의 활성화를 증대할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 온열 치료기(100,200,300)는 마사지를 위한 모터구동에 따라 도자와 스킨폼 사이에 소음이 발생하지 않으며, 스킨폼이 진동을 흡수하여 마사지 장치의 전체적인 소음을 경감시킬 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 온열 치료기(100,200,300)는 접촉하는 부위에서 사용자가 부드러움을 느낄 수 있고, 가죽과 같은 고급스런 외형을 제공하므로 사용자의 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있다.
이상에서 본 발명의 일 실시예에 대하여 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 사상은 본 명세서에 제시되는 실시 예에 제한되지 아니하며, 본 발명의 사상을 이해하는 당업자는 동일한 사상의 범위 내에서, 구성요소의 부가, 변경, 삭제, 추가 등에 의해서 다른 실시 예를 용이하게 제안할 수 있을 것이나, 이 또한 본 발명의 사상범위 내에 든다고 할 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 복수개의 관통홀이 형성되며 스킨폼으로 이루어진 제1지지판;
    상기 제1지지판의 일측에서 상기 제1지지판이 노출되도록 배치되며 상기 제1지지판이 결합되는 전면커버;
    상기 복수개의 관통홀에 각각 삽입고정되며 상기 제1지지판의 외측으로 일정 높이로 돌출되는 복수개의 도자;
    상기 복수개의 도자의 일측에 배치되며, 상기 복수개의 도자를 가열하는 발열체;
    상기 발열체의 일측에 배치되며, 진동자가 구비되는 제2지지판; 및
    상기 제2지지판의 일측에 배치되며, 상기 전면커버와 결합되는 배면커버;
    를 포함하는 온열 치료기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 발열체는 상기 복수개의 도자의 하면에 접촉하도록 배치되며,
    상기 발열체는 판상 또는 선형으로 이루어지며, 열선, 알루미늄 발열체, 탄소부직포, 코튼망사발열체, 및 탄소섬유발열체 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 온열 치료기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 발열체를 지지하는 발열체 지지부재를 더 포함하는 온열 치료기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 복수개의 도자 각각은 하측으로 개방된 중공부가 구비되는 온열 치료기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 도자는 외주변을 따라 측면으로 연장 형성되는 돌출부가 구비되고,
    상기 제1지지판은 상기 관통홀의 내측에 상기 돌출부가 삽입되는 홈부가 구비되며,
    상기 도자는 상기 관통홀에 억지끼움 방식으로 삽입고정되는 온열 치료기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 관통홀은 복부의 혈자리에 대응하는 위치에 배치되는 온열 치료기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 전면커버 및 상기 배면커버은 양측에 파지하기 위한 홀이 구비되는 온열 치료기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    사용자의 허리에 장착하기 위한 착용벨트를 더 포함하고,
    상기 전면커버 및 상기 배면커버은 양측에 상기 착용벨트가 탈착가능하게 삽입되는 고정홈이 구비되는 온열 치료기.
