또한, 제1항에 있어서, 헤드(110) 및 손잡이(130)는, 옥, 연옥, 흑녹옥, 보석, 비취를 포함하는 돌 종류의 재질 또는 금, 은을 포함하는 금속재질, 세라믹, 황토, 백토, 플라스틱 중 어느 하나의 재질로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이상 살펴본 바와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 몸체에 관통홀을 뚫어 밀폐된 몸체 내부의 열기를 방출시킴으로써 폭발을 방지할 수 있는 온열 마사지 기구을 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따르면, 쑥 찜질이 가능한 온열 마사지 기구를 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따르면, 원적외선 또는 음이온을 배출하는 온열 마사지 기구을 제공할 수 있다.

본 발명의 이점 및 특징, 그리고 그것들을 달성하는 방법은 첨부되는 도면과 함께 상세하게 후술되어 있는 실시예들을 참조하면 명확해질 것이다.
그러나 본 발명은 이하에서 개시되는 실시예들에 한정되는 것이 아니라 서로 다른 다양한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며, 단지 본 실시예들은 본 발명의 개시가 완전하도록 하고, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 발명의 범주를 완전하게 알려주기 위해 제공되는 것이며, 본 발명은 청구항의 범주에 의해 정의될 뿐이다. 명세서 전체에 걸쳐 동일 참조 부호는 동일 구성 요소를 지칭한다
이하, 본 발명의 실시예들에 의하여 온열 마사지 기구을 설명하기 위한 도면들을 참고하여 본 발명에 대해 설명하도록 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 온열 마사지 기구를 나타낸 사시도이고, 도 2는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 온열 마사지 기구의 내부를 나타낸 사시도이고, 도 3은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 온열 마사지 기구의 헤드 하단 둘레에 형성된 안마 돌기를 나타낸 사시도이고, 도 4는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 온열 마사지 기구의 헤드 하단 둘레에 형성된 물결 모양의 안마 돌기를 나타낸 사시도이고, 도 5는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 헤드 하단에 한방재료가 투입되는 온열 마사지 기구의 분해 사시도이고, 도 6은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 온열 마사지 기구의 저면도이다.
본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 온열 마사지 기구는 헤드(110), 히터(120), 손잡이(130), 온도 조절기(140), 온도센서(150)를 포함한다.
상기 온열 마사지 기구는 도 1에 도시한 바와 같이 구 형상의 헤드(110)의 내부 일측에 히터(120)가 안착되어 설치되고, 헤드(110) 일측에 손잡이(130)가 연결된다.
상기 헤드(110) 및 손잡이(130)는, 사용자가 마사지하고자 하는 신체부위에 직접 닿아 자극을 주거나 찜질을 하는 부분으로서, 열이 잘 전도될 수 있는 재질로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
따라서, 헤드(110) 와 손잡이(130)는, 옥, 연옥, 흑녹옥, 다이아몬드가루, 보석, 비취, 토르말린을 포함하는 돌 종류의 재질 또는 금, 은을 포함하는 금속재질, 세락믹, 황토, 백토, 플라스틱 중 어느 하나의 재질로 이루어진다.
또한, 헤드(110)와 손잡이(130)는 토르말린, 보석가루, 다이아몬드가루, 등을 뭉쳐 세라믹으로 구워낸 것으로 이루어질 수도 있다.
상기 헤드(110)는, 히터에 의한 온도 변화에 따라 색깔이 변화할 수 있는 화학물질을 외부에 코팅함이 바람직하다.
또한 상기 헤드(110)는, 밀폐된 구조를 가지므로 하나 이상의 관통홀(200)을 뚫는 것이 바람직하다. 그러하지 않을 경우 헤드 내부의 열기로 인하여 헤드가 폭발할 위험이 있기 때문이다.
또한, 관통홀(200)을 헤드(110)의 측면, 상하면에 다수개가 형성되어 있고, 후술할 손잡이에도 관통홀(200)이 형성되어 있다.
도 2에 도시한 바와 같이, 상기 헤드(110)는 제1 헤드부(113) 및 제2 헤드부(115)로 구성될 수 있다.
상기 손잡이(130)가 제1 헤드부(113)와 결합하며, 상기 제2 헤드부(115)에는 상기 히터(120) 및 온도센서(150)가 안착되어 설치된다.
또한, 상기 히터는 제1헤드부(113)에 안착되어 설치될 수도 있으며 이에 한정하는 것은 아니다.
분리된 제1 헤드부(113)와 제2 헤드부(115)가 접착제 등을 통해 결합하여 밀폐된 헤드를 형성할 수 있다.
특히 실리콘으로 되어 밀폐되도록 하고, 후술할 히터(120)의 열기로 제1헤드부(113)와 제2헤드부(115)가 분리되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
상기 손잡이(130)는, 상기 헤드(110)와는 달리 헤드(110)의 열이 전달되지 않는 부도체로 이루어져 사용자가 쉽게 온열 마사지 기구를 잡을 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 손잡이(130)의 일측에는, 상기 히터(120) 및 온도센서(150)와 전기적으로 연결된 전선이 하나로 결합되고, 상기 전선이 손잡이(130)를 관통한다.
상기 히터(120)는, 상기 헤드(110)의 내부 공기를 전기를 이용하여 온도를 높이는 것이다.
상기 히터(120)는 원적외선과 음이온을 발생시키는 세라믹 히터 또는 세라믹 코일로 된 것이 바람직하다. 상기 히터(120)는 세라믹 히터 외에도 반도체 히터를 사용할 수 있다.
원적외선은 세포조직 활성화를 통한 면역력 증강, 성장 촉진, 신진대사 촉진, 혈관 내 노폐물, 혈전 분해, 진통 억제 등의 다양한 효능이 있다.
음이온은 혈액을 정화하고, 활성화 산소를 제거하며, 불면증을 예방하고, 살균작용과 악취를 제거할 수 있다.
히터 및 손잡이(130)는 근적외선, 원적외선 및 가시광선을 발생시키는 LED(112)가 다수 설치되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 도 6에서 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 LED(112)는 상기 헤드(110) 및 손잡이(130)의 외부에도 설치될 수 있다.
따라서, 빛은 근적외선 빛, 가시광선 빛, 원적외선 빛, 중적외선 빛, LED를 이용해 빛을 발사하기 위해서 히타, 필름, 코일 등을 이용한다.
근적외선은 피부 침투력이 뛰어나 류마티스 관절염, 고관절 질환을 가진 사람이 히터의 빛을 쏘이면 통증이 완화된다.
이때, 헤드(110) 및 손잡이(130)에 형성된 관통홀(200)로 원적외선, 음이온 및 근적외선을 외부로 발산 시킬 수 있다.
상기 온도센서(150)는, 헤드의 온도를 감지하여 상기 온도 조절기(140)로 감지한 온도를 송신하는 역할을 한다.
상기 온도 조절기(140)는, 제1 조절부(141) 및 제2 조절부(142)를 포함한다.
상기 온도 조절기(140)는, 상기 손잡이(130)를 관통한 전선과 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 히터(120)의 온도 및 시간을 조절하는 역할을 한다.
제1 조절부(141)는, 전류의 세기를 조절하여 상기 히터(120)의 온도를 조절하기 위한 것이고, 제2 조절부(142)는 히터(110)의 온도를 유지하기 위한 시간을 조절하기 위한 것이다.
상기 온열 마사지 기구는 상기 온도 조절기와 전선으로 일체형으로 연결되는 경우 보관의 어려움이 있을 수 있으므로, 분리형이 바람직하다. 따라서 상기 전선은 온열 마사지 기구와 연결될 수 있도록 도 1에 도시한 바와 같이 끝부분이 잭(160)으로 형성됨이 바람직하고, 상기 손잡이(130)에 잭(160)과 연결될 수 있는 접속수단이 형성됨이 바람직하다. 상기 잭(160)과 접속수단이 연결됨으로써 온열 마사지 기구에 전기를 접속시킬 수 있게 된다.
한편, 마사지 기구 내부에 배터리가 내장되어 배터리를 충전하여 사용할 수 도 있다.
도 3에 도시한 바와 같이 상기 헤드(110)는 안마 돌기(111)를 포함한다.
상기 안마 돌기(111)는 상기 제2 헤드부(113)의 하단에 홈(117)이 형성되어, 상기 제2 헤드부(115) 하단 둘레에 형성된다. 상기 안마 돌기(111)는 지압을 할 수 있어서 마사지의 효과를 높일 수 있으며, 물결 모양 등 다양한 형상으로 형성되어 마사지의 효과를 더욱 증대시킬 수 있다.
약쑥 등의 한방재료(300)를 상기 제2 헤드부(115) 하단의 홈(117)에 담고 상기 한방재료(300)를 통풍이 잘 되는 마감재(400)을 이용하여 상기 제2 헤드부(115) 하단의 외부면에 고정시킬 수 있다. 고정을 시킨 후 상기 히터(120)를 통해 가열하여 쑥찜이 가능하게 할 수 있다.
쑥찜을 하는 경우 자궁염, 냉대하, 생리통, 조기폐경 방지 등 부인병에 특히 효능이 있고, 피부미용, 치질 치료 등에도 좋다.
약쑥 외의 한방재료(300)로 민들레, 박하, 천백, 천궁, 당귀, 진귀, 향부자, 홍화, 옥수수수염 등을 첨가할 수 있다.
본 발명이 속하는 기술분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명이 그 기술적 사상이나 필수적인 특징을 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 실시될 수 있다는 것을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 이상에서 기술한 실시예들은 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 한다. 본 발명의 범위는 상기 상세한 설명보다는 후술하는 특허청구의 범위에 의하여 나타내어지며, 특허청구의 범위의 의미 및 범위 그리고 그 균등 개념으로부터 도출되는 모든 변경 또는 변형된 형태가 본 발명의 범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 한다.

Claims (11)

  1. 신체 부위에 접촉하여 온열 마사지를 하는 헤드(110);
    상기 헤드 내부에 안착되어 설치되는 히터(120); 및
    상기 헤드 일측에 결합되는 손잡이(130);를 포함하고,
    상기 헤드는, 관통홀(200)이 측면, 상, 하면에 뚫어 상기 히터에 의해 데워진 헤드 내부의 열기를 배출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온열 마사지 기구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 헤드(110)는,
    상기 손잡이(130)와 연결되고, 상기 관통홀(200)을 포함하는 제1 헤드부(113); 및
    상기 히터(120) 및 헤드의 온도를 감지하는 온도센서(150)가 안착되어 설치되는 제2 헤드부(115);를 포함하고,
    분리된 상기 제1 헤드부 및 제2 헤드부가 결합하여 상기 헤드를 밀폐시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 온열 마사지 기구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 손잡이(130)를 관통한 전선과 전기적으로 연결되고, 전류의 세기를 조절하여 상기 히터의 온도를 조절하는 제1 조절부(141) 및 상기 히터의 온도를 유지하기 위한 시간을 조절하는 제2 조절부(142)를 포함하는 온도 조절기(140);를 더 포함하는 온열 마사지 기구.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 온도센서(150)는,
    상기 온도 조절기(140)로 감지된 헤드(110)의 온도를 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온열 마사지 기구.
  5. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 손잡이(130)의 일측에 온도 조절기(140)와 연결되어 있는 잭(160)을 전기적으로 착탈시킬 수 있는 접속수단이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 온열 마사지 기구.
  6. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 헤드부(115)의 하단에 홈(117)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온열 마사지 기구.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 헤드부(115) 하단 둘레에 안마 돌기(111)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온열 마사지 기구.
  8. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 헤드부(115) 하단의 홈(117)에 약쑥 등의 한방재료(300)를 담고, 통풍이 되는 마감재(400)로 상기 한방재료를 상기 제2 헤드부(115) 하단의 외부면에 고정시켜, 상기 히터(120)를 통해 가열하여 쑥찜이 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온열 마사지 기구.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 히터(120)는,
    원적외선과 음이온을 발생시키는 세라믹 히터로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 온열 마사지 기구.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 헤드(110) 및 손잡이(13)는,
    근적외선, 원적외선 및 가시광선을 발생시키는 LED가 다수 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 온열 마사지 기구.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 헤드(110) 및 손잡이(130)는,
    돌 종류의 재질, 금속재질, 세라믹, 황토, 백토, 플라스틱 중 어느 하나의 재질로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온열 마사지 기구.
