Abstract
Description
図1~図5は、この発明の実施の形態1を説明する図である。なお、図中同一符号は同一部品を示し、設明を省略する。
図1に、この発明の乗場操作盤を配置した乗場図を示している。乗場3の乗場壁である建築壁1にエレベータの出入口2が設けられている。また、出入口2の脇の建築壁1に、エレベータの呼び、運行状態の表示等を行う乗場操作盤4が設けられている。なお、昇降路は出入口2の向こう側にあり、エレベータのカゴが走行する。(いずれも図示していない。)
上記は通常のモダニゼーションの場合だが、近年、建築壁厚が薄くなる傾向があり、外部配線を含めて乗場操作盤の厚みの削減が求められている。
次に建築壁厚が薄い場合の説明を行う。
図5は、建築壁厚が薄い場合の乗場操作盤4の断面を表す図である。裏板7は、ボルト11が上面板7bと下面板7cの孔7fを挿通され、枠体6に設けられたネジ穴に締結されて枠体6に固定される。そして、図に示すように、裏板7は枠体6に昇降路側の端面6dより内側に配置されている。操作機器10のケーブル8はクランプ9により裏板7に固定されるが、クランプ9が枠体6の昇降路側の端面6dより内側に配置されている。
乗場壁1に固定される枠体6と、操作機器10を有し、枠体6の乗場側を塞いで枠体6に固定される表板5と、操作機器10のケーブル8を昇降路側に通す配線孔7aを有し、枠体6の昇降路側を塞いで枠体6に着脱可能に固定される裏板7とを備えているので、モダニゼーションを行う際、操作機器10のケーブル8が増えても、適した大きさの配線孔7dを備えた裏板7を用意して交換すればよい。または、裏板7を取外し、配線孔7dの大きさを調整すればよい。これにより、ケーブル8が増えても配線作業を容易に行うことができる。すなわち、モダニゼーションを容易に行うことができる。
Claims (3)
- 一対の側板と前記側板の端部をそれぞれ繋ぐ上下板とで構成され、乗場壁に固定される枠体と、
操作機器を有し、前記枠体の乗場側を塞いで前記枠体に固定される表板と、
前記操作機器のケーブルを昇降路側に通す配線孔を有し、前記枠体の昇降路側を塞いで前記枠体に着脱可能に固定される裏板と、
を備えたことを特徴とするエレベータの乗場操作盤。 - 前記裏板は、前記枠体に昇降路方向の位置調整可能に固定される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエレベータの乗場操作盤。 - 前記裏板は、前記上下板に固定される固定部と、前記固定部を繋ぐ裏面板とを有する断面コ字状に形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエレベータの乗場操作盤。
