Description

弯曲连杆压缩机
技术领域 本发明涉及压缩机连杆类,尤其是指新发明的弯曲连杆压缩机。
背景技术 图1、图2是现有压缩机产品结构示意图。如图1、图2所示,现有压缩机其主要结构包括压缩机的气缸1、活塞2、活塞销3、连杆4、摆杆5、曲柄销6、曲轴7等结构,曲柄销6装在摆杆5滑槽内,连杆4是长方形的。当压缩机工作时,动力机带动曲轴7转动,曲轴7的转动带动曲柄销6推动摆杆5左右摆动,摆杆5的左右运动带动连杆4和活塞2在气缸1内往复来回运动压缩作功,压缩作功产生的压缩空气经排气孔排出供使用。这种结构的压缩机由于曲轴7与曲柄销6的中心距离L短,活塞2行程小排气量少效果差。而要加大曲轴7与曲柄销6的中心距离L,则受到压缩机连杆的限制。本发明人通过不断的研究创新和试验,发明出能加大曲轴与曲柄销中心距离,不受压缩机连杆限制的弯曲连杆压缩机,加大了活塞行程增加了排气量,为提高压缩机排气量作出了重大的贡献!
发明内容 该新式弯曲连杆压缩机产品结构包括气缸I8、活塞I9、活塞销I10、弯曲连杆11、摆杆I12、曲柄销I13、曲轴I14、机座15等结构,其特征在于:弯曲连杆11的活塞销孔16与装配孔17在同一中心线A上,中心线B与中心线A有夹角R1,中心线C与中心线A有夹角R2。
在本发明中,机座内装置有摆杆,弯曲连杆一头装配在摆杆上,弯曲连杆另一头通过活塞销与活塞连接,活塞装在气缸内。当压缩机工作时,动力机带动曲轴转动,曲轴的转动带动曲柄销推动摆杆左右摆动,摆杆的左右运动带动弯曲连杆和活塞在气缸内往复来回运动压缩作功,压缩作功产生的压缩空气经排气孔排出供使用。这种弯曲连杆压缩机,由于弯曲连杆避开了曲柄销的位置,增大了曲轴中心到曲柄销中心的距离,加大了活塞行程增加了排气量,为提高压缩机排气量作出了重大的贡献!
