Description
Claims (1)
- シリンダー、前記シリンダーに組み付けられたピストン、ピストンピン、振りロッド、前記振りロッドのシュート内に組み付けられたクランクピン、クランクシャフト、前記振りロッドを備えた機台、および湾曲コンロッドであって、その一端が前記振りロッド上に組み付けられ、その他端が前記ピストンピンを介して前記ピストンに接続されている湾曲コンロッドを備える湾曲コンロッドコンプレッサーであって、
前記振りロッドは、前記クランクシャフトの回転により駆動された前記クランクピンによって押されて左右に移動し、前記振りロッドの左右の移動により、前記湾曲コンロッド及び前記ピストンが駆動されてシリンダー内を往復移動して圧縮仕事をし、
前記湾曲コンロッドは、第1の部分、第2の部分および第3の部分によって、形成されており、
前記湾曲コンロッドの前記第1の部分の第1の端部は、前記湾曲コンロッドの前記第2の部分の第1の端部に接続されており、前記湾曲コンロッドの前記第2の部分の第2の端部は、前記湾曲コンロッドの湾曲した尖部を形成するように、前記湾曲コンロッドの前記第3の部分の第1の端部に尖部のような屈曲した態様で接続されており、
前記湾曲コンロッドの前記第1の部分の第2の端部にピストンピン孔が形成され、前記湾曲コンロッドの前記第3の部分の第2の端部に組立孔が形成され、
前記ピストンピン孔と前記組立孔は、同一の第1の中心線に沿って配置されており、
第2の中心線は、前記湾曲コンロッドの前記第1の部分の中心線であり、前記ピストンピン孔に接続しており、前記湾曲コンロッドの前記第1の部分は、前記第2の中心線に沿って延在し、
第3の中心線は、前記湾曲コンロッドの前記第2の部分の中心線であり、前記湾曲コンロッドの前記第2の部分は、前記第3の中心線に沿って延在し、
第4の中心線は、前記湾曲コンロッドの前記第3の部分の中心線であり、前記湾曲コンロッドの前記第3の部分は、前記第4の中心線に沿って延在し、
前記第2の中心線および前記第3の中心線は第4の中心線に接続しており、
前記第1の中心線および前記第3の中心線は第1の角度を形成し、前記第1の中心線および前記第4の中心線は第2の角度を形成し、前記第2の中心線および前記第1の中心線は第3の角度を形成する、湾曲コンロッドコンプレッサー。
