発信者情報を電話端末に通知するサーバとを備え、前記着信制御装置は、第1の電話番号に対する着信を受け付けた場合に、前記第1の電話番号に予め対応づけられている携帯電話端末が前記着信制御装置に内線電話として接続されている状態であるか否かを判定する接続判定手段と、前記携帯電話端末が前記着信制御装置に接続されていないと前記接続判定手段により判定された場合に、前記携帯電話端末の携帯電話番号である第2の電話番号に前記着信を転送する着信制御手段と、前記着信制御手段による転送が行われる場合に、前記携帯電話端末を特定するための識別情報と前記着信の発信者情報とを、前記サーバに対して送信する発信者情報送信手段とを有し、前記サーバは、前記転送に用いられる回線とは別のネットワークを利用して、前記識別情報により特定される前記携帯電話端末に、前記着信の発信者情報を送信する。
実施形態の説明に先立って、本発明にかかる実施形態の概要を説明する。図1は、実施形態の概要にかかる着信制御装置2の構成の一例を示すブロック図であり、着信制御装置2、携帯電話端末6、及びサーバ7を含む着信制御システム1が図示されている。
携帯電話端末6は、屋内及び屋外で利用される携帯電話端末である。携帯電話端末6は、着信制御装置2に接続されている場合、第1の電話番号で呼び出すことが可能な屋内で利用される内線電話の端末として機能する。このように、携帯電話端末6は、着信制御装置2において、第1の電話番号に予め対応づけられている。したがって、携帯電話端末6が内線電話の端末として利用される場合、着信制御装置2が受け付けた第1の電話番号への発呼は、携帯電話端末6に着信することとなる。携帯電話端末6は、着信制御装置2に接続されていない場合(すなわち、屋外に持ち出されている場合)、第2の電話番号(携帯電話番号)で呼び出すことが可能な通常の携帯電話機として機能する。
サーバ7は、発信者情報を電話端末に通知するサーバである。例えば、サーバ7は、電話網から着信制御装置2が受け付けた第1の電話番号への発呼についての発信者の電話番号(以下、「真の発信者番号」という)を、携帯電話端末6に通知する。なお、サーバ7は、着信制御装置2による屋外の電話端末への着信の転送に用いられる回線(すなわち、通話に用いられる回線)とは別のネットワークを利用して発信者情報を送信する。サーバ7は、具体的には、例えば、着信制御装置2との間、及び携帯電話端末6との間において、HTTP(HyperText Transfer Protocol)に従ったインターネット通信を行い、情報を送受信する。
次に、実施の形態について説明する。図2は、実施の形態にかかる着信制御システム10の構成の一例を示すブロック図である。着信制御システム10は、図1の着信制御システム1に相当し、主に、電話主装置100と、通知サーバ200と、携帯電話端末300とを有する。電話主装置100は図1の着信制御装置2に相当し、通知サーバ200は図1のサーバ7に相当し、携帯電話端末300は図1の携帯電話端末6に相当する。電話主装置100は、電話網501及びインターネット502を介して通知サーバ200と通信可能に接続している。また、携帯電話端末300も、電話網501及びインターネット502を介して通知サーバ200と通信可能に接続することができる。電話網501は、IP(Internet Protocol)電話網、携帯電話網、又は公衆交換電話網などの電話網であり、インターネット502と接続している。このため、上述の通り、電話網501と接続した電話主装置100及び携帯電話端末300は、インターネット502上の通知サーバ200と通信が可能である。
ケース1は、ユーザが、屋内において屋内用の電話端末(以下、電話端末Aと呼ぶこととする)を利用し、屋外において電話端末Aとは別の端末である携帯電話端末(以下、電話端末A’と呼ぶこととする)を利用するケースである。すなわち、電話主装置には、電話端末Aが常時接続されている。ケース1では、電話主装置が、電話端末Aに対応づけられた電話番号宛への着信を、電話端末A’に転送するとともに、発信者情報を通知サーバ200に送信することで、通知サーバ200による発信者情報の通知が行われる。
<ケース2>
ケース2は、ユーザが、電話主装置に接続した電話端末を利用せず、もっぱら屋外で携帯電話端末(以下、電話端末B’と呼ぶこととする)を利用するケースである。ケース2では、仮想的な電話端末(以下、電話端末Bと呼ぶこととする)を電話主装置に登録しておく。そして、電話主装置が、仮想的な電話端末Bに対応づけられた電話番号宛への着信を、電話端末B’に転送するとともに、発信者情報を通知サーバ200に送信することで、通知サーバ200による発信者情報の通知が行われる。
ステップ901(S901)において、比較例にかかる電話主装置は着信先を特定する。なお、ここでは、通知サーバ200による発信者情報の通知にかかわる制御について容易に理解できるよう、ステップ901で特定される着信先は、電話端末A又は電話端末Bのいずれかであるものとする。ステップ902(S902)において、着信の電話番号が電話端末Aに予め対応づけられた電話番号である場合、処理はステップ903に移行する。これに対し、着信の電話番号が仮想的な電話端末Bに予め対応づけられた電話番号である場合、処理はステップ907に移行する。
ステップ909の後、ステップ910(S910)において、電話主装置は、所定の電話端末に発信する。すなわち、ステップ901で特定された着信先が電話端末Aであった場合、電話主装置は、電話端末Aの転送設定に従って、所定の電話端末(電話端末A’)に呼を転送する。同様に、ステップ901で特定された着信先が電話端末Bであった場合、電話主装置は、電話端末Bの転送設定に従って、所定の電話端末(電話端末B’)に呼を転送する。
そして、ステップ911(S911)において、電話主装置は、ステップ901で特定された電話端末についての識別情報とともに、発信者情報を通知サーバ200に送信する。これにより、通知サーバ200を介して、電話端末400の電話番号などの発信者情報が電話端末A’又はB’に通知される。
電話主装置100は、図2に示すように、転送管理部101と、連携管理部102と、接続判定部103と、着信制御部104と、発信者情報送信部105とを有する。
次に、ステップ101(S101)において、着信制御部104は受け付けた着信の着信先を特定する。なお、ここでは、通知サーバ200による発信者情報の通知にかかわる制御について理解できるよう、携帯電話端末300に対応づけられた電話番号yy-yyyy-0001宛の電話の着信制御について以下説明する。したがって、ステップ101において、着信制御部104は、着信先が携帯電話端末300であると特定する。
ステップ107(S107)において、着信制御部104は、内線端末としての携帯電話端末300に着信するよう制御する。このように、着信制御部104は、携帯電話端末300が電話主装置100に接続されていると接続判定部103により判定された場合に、着信を電話主装置100と接続されている携帯電話端末300に着信させる。このため、携帯電話端末300を内線端末として利用することができる。
なお、図4に示した例示的なフローチャートでは、電話主装置100に携帯電話端末300が接続されていない場合(ステップ103でNo)に、携帯電話端末300が通知サービスの提供対象か否かに応じた転送の回避処理が行われた(ステップ104)。しかしながら、電話主装置100に携帯電話端末300が接続されている場合にも、携帯電話端末300が通知サービスの提供対象か否かに応じた転送の回避処理が行われてもよい。すなわち、例えば、ステップ108の直前のステップとして、ステップ103及びステップ104が挿入されてもよい。

- 電話網からの着信を制御する着信制御装置であって、
第1の電話番号に対する着信を受け付けた場合に、前記第1の電話番号に予め対応づけられている携帯電話端末が前記着信制御装置に内線電話として接続されている状態であるか否かを判定する接続判定手段と、
前記携帯電話端末が前記着信制御装置に接続されていないと前記接続判定手段により判定された場合に、前記携帯電話端末の携帯電話番号である第2の電話番号に前記着信を転送する着信制御手段と、
前記着信制御手段による転送が行われる場合に、前記携帯電話端末を特定するための識別情報と前記着信の発信者情報とを、前記転送に用いられる回線とは別のネットワークを利用して発信者情報を電話端末に通知するサーバに対して、送信する発信者情報送信手段と
を有する着信制御装置。 - 前記着信制御手段は、前記携帯電話端末が前記着信制御装置に接続されていると前記接続判定手段により判定された場合に、前記着信を前記着信制御装置と接続されている前記携帯電話端末に着信させる
