Description

轨道列车及其车厢
本申请要求于2017年12月22日提交中国专利局、申请号为201711408537.1、发明名称为“轨道列车及其车厢”以及2017年12月22日提交中国专利局、申请号为201721827835.X、发明名称为“轨道列车及其车厢”的两篇中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及轨道列车领域,特别是涉及一种轨道列车车厢。此外,本发明还涉及一种包括上述车厢的轨道列车。
背景技术
动车组是轨道列车的一种类型,是由至少两节机车或带动力的车厢和若干节不带动力的车厢所组成的列车。动车组起源于机车重联,但与传统重联有所不同。重联一般用于货运列车,主要是解决牵引力不足问题,仅仅是增加机车数量,没有改变车厢车皮的拖车性质。动车组几乎只用于客运列车,主要是解决加速度不足和最高速度受限的问题,驱动装置可以分别安放在多节载客车厢内部,使这些车厢成为动车,而车头却可能成为只有操纵平台但没有驱动力的拖车。
纯动车组中每一节车厢都有动力装置,车头和车厢大多融为一体或没有车头、列车完全由铁路系统控制;主要用于部分城市轨道交通列车,如磁悬浮列车、APM列车和超高速度试验列车等。一般动车组由两节机车、若干节动力车厢和非动力车厢共同组成,也有一些动车组取消了车头上的动力装置,仅保留列车的操控设备。
车厢内部会安装有成排设置的座椅,在现有技术中,座椅的位置均是固定不动的,无法根据运营需要调整座椅间距,增加或减少座椅数量。
因此,如何提供一种能够根据需要调整座椅间距的轨道列车车厢是本领域技术人员目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种轨道列车车厢,能够根据需要调整座椅间距,增加或减少座椅数量,实现一等、二等座椅互换,满足多元化运营需求。本发明的另一目的是提供一种包括上述车厢的轨道列车。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种轨道列车车厢,包括地板和安装于所述地板且沿车厢长度方向依次排列的多排座椅,所述地板下设置有沿车厢长度方向延伸的通长滑道总成,所述滑道总成内设置有滑动件,所述座椅通过所述滑动件安装于所述滑道总成上,且能够沿所述滑道总成移动,所述地板上设置与所述滑道总成相对并用于避让的沟槽。
可选的,所述滑道总成包括连接车厢底板的底座和安装于所述底座上部并沿车厢长度方向延伸的滑槽,所述滑槽的开口向上设置并与所述沟槽相对,所述滑动件安装于所述滑槽内,且能够沿所述滑槽移动。
可选的,所述底座和所述滑槽之间设置有支撑装置,所述支撑装置包支撑件和设置于所述支撑件两侧的缓冲件,所述缓冲件两侧设置有上盖。
可选的,所述支撑件上设置有连接板,所述滑槽通过连接板与所述底座连接。
可选的,所述缓冲件具体为弹性橡胶件。
可选的,还包括遮盖所述沟槽的扣盖和覆盖所述地板上表面的地毯。

具体实施方式
本发明的核心是提供一种轨道列车车厢,能够根据需要调整座椅间距,增加或减少座椅数量,实现一等、二等座椅互换,满足多元化运营需求。本发明的另一核心是提供一种包括上述车厢的轨道列车。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明。

本发明具体实施方式提供一种轨道列车车厢,包括地板1和安装于地板1且沿车厢长度方向依次排列的多排座椅2,地板1下设置有沿车厢长度方向延伸的通长滑道总成,滑道总成内部设置有滑动件3,滑动件3安装于滑道总成内,座椅2通过滑动件3安装于滑道总成上,且能够沿滑道 总成移动,地板1上设置与滑道总成相对并用于避让的沟槽,滑动件3沿滑道总成移动的过程即为滑动件3沿沟槽移动的过程。
需要说明的是,上述沟槽的避让主要是指:座椅安装时,其底部穿过地板1上的沟槽连接滑动总成的滑动件3。
另外,“通长滑道总成”是指滑道总成的长度大致等于该节车厢座椅占用空间长度,以使沿车厢长度的同一列座椅均可沿该滑道总成滑动。
具体地,滑道总成包括连接车厢底板的底座4和安装于底座4上部并沿车厢长度方向延伸的滑槽5,滑槽5的开口向上设置并与沟槽相对,滑动件3安装于滑槽5内,且能够沿滑槽5移动。通过滑槽5限制滑动件3的移动方向,使其仅沿车厢长度方向位移,避免横向移动,也可设置为滑轨,相应地,改变滑动件3的形状,使其夹持滑轨即可。
通过滑动件3在滑道总成上移动,进而调整各排座椅2之间的间距,增加或减少座椅数量,实现一等、二等座椅互换,满足多元化运营需求。
在本发明具体实施方式提供的支撑装置中,底座4和滑槽5之间设置有支撑装置,支撑装置包支撑件6和设置于支撑件6两侧的缓冲件7,缓冲件7两侧设置有上盖8。上盖8的主要作用为防止灰尘进入底座4,上盖8可以卡接扣合在底座4上。具体地,缓冲件7包括竖直设置的上缓冲件和水平设置的下缓冲件,即两个缓冲件7呈字母L型,且两个缓冲件7以滑动件3为中线镜面对称,上缓冲件位于上盖8内侧与支撑件6之间,下缓冲件位于上盖8下面与连接座4之间,提高缓冲效果。可以根据情况调整各部件的形状与设置方式,均在本发明的保护范围之内。具体地,支撑件6两侧设置有连接板9,连接板9通过螺栓连接地板1的底面,具体地,连接板9可以通过螺栓连接滑槽5,使支撑件6稳定支撑滑槽5缓冲件7具体为弹性橡胶件,当然也可采用其他材质。
为了防止水汽和杂物进入滑道总成3内部,可在沟槽处设置扣盖10,扣盖10与滑道总成3向上的开口相配合,以封闭滑道总成3向上的开口。扣盖10耐磨美观,遮盖沟槽,具有良好的实用性和装饰性,还可在地板1上表面设置地毯11。
为了提高稳定性,可以沿车厢宽度方向依次设置多条滑道总成,且多 条滑道总成相互平行,同时在座椅2底部对应设置多个与滑动件3相连接的结构。还可在车厢侧壁上设置有沿车厢长度方向延伸的侧壁滑道总成12,座椅2侧面设置有侧滑动件,侧滑动件安装于侧壁滑道总成12,且能够沿侧壁滑道总成12移动。
在上述各具体实施方式提供的轨道列车车厢的基础上,座椅2底部设置有能够固定连接地板1的锁定件,调整完座椅2间距后,通过锁定件固定连接地板1和座椅2,防止正常使用过程中座椅滑动,提高安全性。
除了上述轨道列车车厢,本发明的具体实施方式还提供一种包括上述车厢的轨道列车,该轨道列车其他各部分的结构请参考现有技术,本文不再赘述。
