본 발명은 차량용 스마트키에 관한 것으로서, 부품이 장착되는 기판부와, 기판부에 형성되고 보조열쇠부가 삽입되는 키수납부와, 기판부에 결합되어 강성을 증대시키는 보강부와, 기판부와 키수납부와 보강부를 커버하는 케이스부를 포함하여, 자체 강성을 증대시킬 수 있다.

【기술분야】
본발명은차량용스마트키에관한것으로서,보다상세하게는두께가얇아지더라도 강도를유지하여파손을방지할수있는차량용스마트키에관한것이다.
【발명의배경이되는기술】
일반적으로 자동차의 도어를 잠금이나 잠금해제 상태로 만들며, 차량의 시동을 걸어주는자동차용키는막대형태의일반키와키블레이드 (key blade)가키본체 내부로접혀들어가는폴딩키 (folding key)가있다.
또한, 최근에는 운전자 및 사용자가차량의 키 블레이드를 도어의 키홀에 직접 결합시켜 도어를잠금 또는잠금해제하는 방식이 아닌 원거리에서 RFID(radio frequency identification)방식으로작동하는스마트키 (smart key)가주로사용되고 있다.
그러나,종래의 스마트키는두께를얇게 제작할수록강성이 저하되어 구부러짐에 취약하다는문제점이있다.따라서,이를개선할필요성이요청된다.
본 발명의 배경기술은 대한민국 공개특허공보 제 2016-0139689호 (2016.12.07. 공개,발명의명칭 :차량의슬림형스마트카드키)에게시되어있다.
【발명의내용】
【해결하고자하는과제】
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점들을 개선하기 위해 안출된 것으로서, 두께가 얇아지더라도강도를유지하여파손을방지할수있는차량용스마트키를제공하는데 그목적이있다.
【과제의해결수단】
본발명에따른차량용스마트키는:부품이장착되는기판부;상기기판부에형성되고 보조열쇠부가 삽입되는 키수납부; 상기 기판부에 결합되어 강성을 증대시키는 보강부; 및 상기 기판부와상기 키수납부와상기 보강부를커버하는케이스부;를 포함하는것을특징으로한다.
상기보강부는상기기판부의 양측가장자리에각각배치되고,상기기판부의길이 방향으로길이를갖는것을특징으로한다.

본발명에따른차량용스마트키는보강부에보강흡착부가형성되어자동화공정이 가능하다.
본발명에 따른차량용스마트키는보강부가키수납부와일체로성형되므로,생산 공정을단축시키고키수납부와함께강성을증대시킬수있다.

보강확장부 (33)는 확장돌기부 (331)와 확장판부 (332)를 포함할 수 있다. 확장돌기부 (331)는 보강판부 (11)에서 기판부 (1⑴ 방향으로 연장될 수 있다. 확장판부 (332)는확장돌기부 (331)에서측방향으로연장되어기판부 (10)와면접촉될 수있다.한편,확장판부 (332)는안테나와연결되어 전파송수신율을향상시킬수 있다.
본발명의 일실시예에 따른보강부 (3⑴는보강흡착부 (34)를더 포함할수있다. 보강흡착부 (34)는보강판부 (31)에서 연장되고진공흡착이 이루어진다. 일 예로, 보강흡착부 (34)는보강판부 (31)의측방향으로연장되고평탄면이 형성되어자동화 공정에서진공흡착대상이될수있다.
본발명의 일실시예에 따른보강부 (3⑴는보강연결부 (35)를더 포함할수있다. 보강연결부 (35)는보강판부 (31)에서 연장되고,키수납부 (20)와결합된다.일 예로, 보강연결부 (35)는보강판부 (31)의길이방향으로연장되고,키수납부 (20)와일체로 성형될수있다.한편,자동화공정에서키수납부 (20)자체의진공흡착이가능하다면, 2019/102413 ?01/162018/059260
5 키수납부 (20)와 연결되는 보강판부 (31)에서는 보강흡착부 (34)가 생략되어도 무방하다.
상기한구성을갖는본발명의 일실시예에 따른차량용스마트키의 조립과정을 설명하면다음과같다.
부품이 실장된 기판부 (1⑴에 키수납부 (20)와 배터리수납부 (7⑴를 장착하고, 기판부 (10)의양측가장자리에보강부 (30)를표면실장한다.
기판부 (10)에 보강부 (3⑴가장착되면, 보강부 (30)가장착된 기판부 (10)를금형에 삽입하고,금형내부에수지계열의액체를주입하여케이스부 (40)를성형한다.
금형에주입된케이스부 (40)는기판부 (10)와보강부 (3⑴외측을커버할뿐만아니라, 기판부 (10)와 보강부 (30) 사이 공간도 메워주므로, 기판부 (1⑴와, 보강부 (30)와, 케이스부 (40)간의결합력이증대된다.
한편, 보강부 (3⑴에 보강흡착부 (34)가 형성되면 자동화 공정에서 자동화로봇이 보강흡착부 (34)를진공흡착하여보강부 (30)를기판부 (1⑴에안착시킬수있다. 그리고, 보강판부 (31)에서 측방향으로 연장되는 보강확장부 (33)가 기판부 (10)와 면접촉된상태에서 기판부 (1⑴와표면실장되므로,보강부 (3⑴와기판부 (10)간의 결합력이증대된다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량용 스마트키 (1)는 보강부 (30)가 기판부 (10)에 결합되어강성을증대시킬수있다.
본발명의 일실시예에 따른차량용스마트키 (1)는케이스부 (40)가보강부 (30)와 기판부 (10)의외측및보강부 (3⑴와기판부 (10)사이에주입되어경화되므로,이들 간의결합력이증대될수있다.
본발명의 일실시예에따른차량용스마트키 (1)는보강부 (30)에보강흡착부 (34)가 형성되어자동화공정이가능하다.
본발명의 일실시예에 따른차량용스마트키 (1)는보강부 (30)가키수납부 (20)와 일체로성형되므로,생산공정을단축시키고키수납부 (20)와함께강성을증대시킬수 있다.
본발명은도면에도시된실시예를참고로하여설명되었으나,이는예시적인것에 불과하며,당해기술이속하는분야에서통상의지식을가진자라면이로부터다양한 2019/102413 ?01/162018/059260
6 변형및균등한타실시예가가능하다는점을이해할것이다.따라서,본발명의진정한 기술적보호범위는아래의특허청구범위에의해서정하여져야할것이다.
