Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.チップモジュールに配置されたチップに接触アクセスするためのチップカ ードであって、チップモジュールの接触面がカード本体の表面に配置されるよう に、チップモジュールがカード本体の凹部に配置されたチップカードにおいて、 カード本体(21)は、凹部(23)の領域に、カードの長手方向に延在する 一体化された補強デバイス(24,27)を有することを特徴とするチップカー ド。 2.補強デバイス(24)は、補強フレームの形態を有し、補強フレームのフ レーム部材は、カード本体(21)の凹部(23)の縁から一定の距離に配置さ れていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のチップカード。 3.補強デバイス(27)は、凹部(23)に隣接して、凹部(23)の縁か ら一定の距離に配置され、カードの長手方向に延在する少なくとも1つの細長い 補強要素(28,29)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のチップカ ード。 4.チップ又はチップモジュールに非接触アクセスするためのチップカードで あって、トランスポンダーユニットを形成するために、チップ又はチップモジュ ールがコイルと共にカード本体に配置され、コイルの導体端がチップ又はチップ モジュールの接続面に接触したチップカードにおいて、 カード本体(37)は、チップ(35)又はチップモジュールから一定の距離 で配置され、且つチップ又はチップモジュールと重なるように配置され、若しく はチップ又はチップモジュールの周囲に配置された補強デバイス(31,32) を有することを特徴とするチップカード。 5.補強デバイス(31)は、チップ(35)又はチップモジュールと隣接す る補強フレームの形態を有し、導体端(39,40)を補強フレームを横切って 配置するのを容易にする開口又は凹部を備えたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記 載のチップカード。 6.補強デバイス(32)は、コイル(36)の導体端(39,40)をチッ プ(35)又はチップモジュールの接続面(45,46)に電気的に導通接続す るための接触デバイス(44)としての役目を果たすことを特徴とする、請求項 4又は請求項5に記載のチップカード。 7.補強デバイス(32)は、チップ(35)又はチップモジュールと隣接す る2つの部分の補強フレームの形態を有し、フレーム部材(42,43)は、各 場合にチップ(35)又はチップモジュールの接続面(45,46)をコイル( 36)の導体端(39,40)に接続することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の チップカード。 8.チップモジュールに配置されたチップに接触アクセス及び非接触アクセス するためのチップカードであって、トランスポンダーユニットを構成するために 、チップモジュールの外側接触面がカード本体の表面に配置され、チップモジュ ールの内側接触面がカード本体に配置されたコイルの導体端に接続されるように 、チップモジュールがカード本体(49)の凹部(59)に配置されたチップモ ジュールにおいて、 コイルはワイヤコイル(57)の形態を有し、チップモジュール(48)を収 容する凹部(59)の深さ(t)は、凹部(59)の領域に配置されたワイヤ端 (55,56)が、凹部(59)を形成するための機械加工工程によって形成さ れた接触平坦部(63)を有する程深いことを特徴とするチップカード。 9.凹部(59)がミリング工程によって形成されたことを特徴とする、請求 項8に記載のチップカード。 10.チップモジュールに配置されたチップに接触アクセス及び非接触アクセ スするためのチップカードであって、トランスポンダーユニットを構成するため に、チップモジュールの外側接触面がカード本体の表面に配置され、チップモジ ュールの内側接触面がカード本体に配置されたコイルの導体端に接続されるよう に、チップモジュールがカード本体の凹部に配置されたチップモジュールにおい て、 カード本体に停止デバイス(73)が設けられ、停止デバイス(73)のコイ ル接触面(75,76)はコイル(70)の導体端(68,69)と接触され、 チップモジュール(65)に面する停止デバイス(73)の停止面(77,78 )は、ミリング工程において供給動作のための停止部を形成して、停止面(7 7,78)がミリング工程によって形成された凹部(79)の基部と面一となる ことを特徴とするチップカード。 11.停止デバイス(73)は、凹部(79)を超えて横方向に延在し、補強 デバイスとしての役目を果たすことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のチップカ ード。 12.チップモジュールに配置されたチップに接触アクセス及び非接触アクセ スするためのチップカードであって、トランスポンダーユニットを構成するため に、チップモジュールの外側接触面がカード本体の表面に配置され、チップモジ ュールの内側接触面がカード本体に配置されたコイルの導体端に接続されるよう に、チップモジュールがカード本体の凹部に配置されたチップカードにおいて、 カード本体(81)に接触デバイス(87)が設けられ、接触デバイス(87 )のコイル接触面(94)には、コイル(84)の導体端(85)が接触し、チ ップモジュール(91)に面する接触デバイス(87)のチップ接触面(95) には、チップモジュール(91)の内側接触面(96)が接触し、導体端(85 )の接触が、チップモジュール(91)の周囲帯域で起こることを特徴とするチ ップカード。 13.接触デバイスは、チップモジュール(91)を収容するためのハウジン グ部(88)と、導体端(85)と接触するための接触子(89)とを有するこ とを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のチップカード。 14.接触子(89)は、ハウジング部の中に突き出る接触端において、接触 スプリング(95)の形態をとることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のチップ カード。 15.チップモジュール(91)は、接着剤によってハウジング部(88)に おいて固定されることを特徴とする、請求項13又は請求項14に記載のチップ カード。 16.接触デバイス(87)は、チップモジュール(91)と接触するための 接触スプリング(95)を有することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のチップ カード。
