一种装饰面板安装结构 技术领域
本发明涉及室内装修领域,具体涉及一种装饰面板安装结构。
背景技术
现有技术中,装饰面板通过连接件实现拼合固接,现有的连接板包括与墙面固接的底板以及与覆盖所述装饰面板外露面边缘的卡条,卡条外露在装饰面板外,且由于卡条起到防止装饰面板脱离墙面的作用,要求卡条具有较好的结构强度,使得卡条较为粗壮,影响美观性。此外,由于原有的集成墙面只用于室内,装饰面板与连接件的衔接处并没有防泼溅水结构,当集成墙面用于露天或易被泼水的环境中时,位于装饰面板外的水容易通过连接件与装饰面板间的缝隙进入到装饰面板的内侧,导致装饰面板与墙面间空间长期处于潮湿的环境,既容易滋生细菌,出现霉变的情况,使用者会因接触细菌而生病,还易导致金属部件生锈,影响结构强度,缩短使用寿命。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种装饰面板安装结构,将起到固定作用的卡条卡置在设于装饰面板侧壁的卡槽中,起到隐藏卡条的作用,既确保装饰面板的连接稳定性,还能改善装饰面板的装饰效果,提升美观度。
本使发明通过以下方式实现:一种装饰面板安装结构,包括匹配拼合的装饰面板以及设置在相邻装饰面板间的连接件,所述装饰面板包括设置在连接件上方的上置装饰面板以及设置在连接件下方的下置装饰板,所述连接件的内侧设有与墙面贴合固接的底板,所述装饰面板的端面中部设有卡槽,所述连接件的外端部通过竖向延伸形成与所述卡槽插置定位的卡条,相邻装饰面板通过套置在对应卡条上的卡槽实现与墙面固接,所述装饰面板端面位于所述卡槽外侧区域为水平面。在装饰面板的端面中部设置卡槽,使得装饰板用于与连接件装 配的工位由装饰面板的外露面改变至装饰面板的端面,利用卡槽来遮挡卡条,既确保连接件与装饰面板的连接强度,还能避免卡条因提升结构强度而增加尺寸时影响装饰面板装饰效果的情况发生。相邻装饰面板间通过对应的端面平稳抵触,提高连接稳定性,防止发生相对移动,还能为连接件提供安装空间。
作为优选,所述连接件的外侧设有一外露的凸起部,所述装饰面板的端面外缘抵触在所述凸起部的两端端壁上。所述装饰面板间具有供凸起部外露的空间,装饰面板端面抵触在凸起部的侧壁上,有效减小两者间装配间隙,继而提升装饰效果,此外,两者匹配抵触,还起到相对定位的作用,防止装饰面板间因相对运动而偏离预设工位,影响装饰效果。
作为优选,所述连接件的外端设有一体形成的凸起部,所述凸起部具有装饰面。凸起部由所述连接件外端向外延伸形成,使得凸起部具有较好的结构强度,确保装饰面板抵触稳定性,凸起部的外端外露在装饰面板间,可被使用者直视,有效提升装饰效果。
作为优选,所述凸起部外端外凸于所述装饰面板的外露面,所述凸起部外端面的底缘和顶缘分别通过竖向延伸形成遮挡条,所述遮挡条的内侧壁抵触在所述装饰面板的外露面边缘上。遮挡条由凸起部侧壁外缘沿装饰面板外露面延伸形成,起到遮挡凸起部与装饰面板边缘间缝隙的作用,此外,遮挡条通过内侧壁与装饰面板外露面匹配抵触,进一步提升装饰面板与连接件间的连接强度。
作为优选,所述凸起部包括由连接件外端向外延伸形成的凸筋以及盖合在所述凸筋外端部上的装饰盖。凸筋用于卡置固定装饰盖,装饰盖可以根据装饰风格进行更换,既有效降低使用成本,还能根据室内装饰风格进行随时更换。安装时,所述装饰盖朝向连接件的安装面上开设可套置在凸筋上的槽条,确保两者方便拆装。

作为优选,所述卡条底缘向外延伸形成间隔条,装配完成后,上置阻水条底面和下置装饰面板顶面外缘配合并竖向夹持所述间隔条,以使所述间隔条外端面外露。间隔条起到隔离上置装饰面板和下置装饰面板的作用,上置装饰面板通过上置阻水条搭接在间隔条上,确保上置装饰面板被定位在预设高度,还利用外露的间隔条起到装饰的作用,提升美感。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图和具体实施方式对本发明的实质性特点作进一步的说明。
如图1-16所示的一种装饰面板安装结构,由匹配拼合的装饰面板1以及设置在相邻装饰面板1间的连接件2组成,所述装饰面板包括设置在连接件上方的上置装饰面板1以及设置在连接件下方的下置装饰板,所述连接件2的内侧设有与墙面贴合固接的底板3,所述装饰面板1的端面中部设有卡槽4,所述连接件2的外端部通过竖向延伸形成与所述卡槽4插置定位的卡条5,相邻装饰面板1通过套置在对应卡条5上的卡槽4实现与墙面固接,所述装饰面板1端面位于所述卡槽4外侧区域为水平面6。
在实际操作中,所述连接件2呈条状,连接件2沿其宽度方向延伸形成竖向设置的卡条5,在安装时,通过以下步骤实现:
1.将第一连接件2通过穿越底板3的紧固件固接在预设工位上;
2.将第一装饰面板1一侧的卡槽4套置在第一连接件2的对应卡条5上,此时,第一连接件2上的卡条5卡入第一装饰面板1的对应卡槽4,第一连接件2上的底板3嵌入第一装饰面板1的隐藏槽14内,第一装饰面板1的内隐面贴合在墙面上;
3.将第二连接件2上的卡条5卡入第一装饰板另一侧的卡槽4中,再通过紧固件将第二连接件2固定在预设工位上,此时,第二连接件2上的卡条5卡入第一装饰面板1的对应卡槽4,第二连接件2上的底板3嵌入第一装饰面板1的隐藏槽14内,第二连接件2背向第一装饰面板1侧预留有供第二装饰面板1安装的卡条5。
通过重复上述步骤实现装饰面板1快速安装。相邻装饰面板1通过端面相互抵触实现竖向定位,卡条5和卡槽4配合实现装饰面板1与墙面间定位。
在实际操作中,所述连接件2的底板3上设有供紧固件穿置的穿孔,处于装饰面板1间的连接件2通常会通过其第一侧与已安装的装饰面板1连接,第二侧为再次安装装饰面板1提供连接结构,穿孔通常设置在连接件2位于其第二侧的底板3上,此外,所述底板3可以只设置在连接件2的第二侧如图1所示,或者同时设置在连接件2的第一侧和第二侧,均应视为本发明的具体实施例。
在实际操作中,所述装饰面板1朝向墙面的内隐面边缘凹陷形成容纳所述底板3的隐藏槽14,所述隐藏槽14深度与所述底板3厚度匹配。所述装饰面板1内隐面周缘设有环槽,方便装饰面板1能以任意姿态与连接件2装配,并为底板3提供隐藏空间。
在实际操作中,所述底板外侧壁上开设避让槽15,所述避让槽15的深度与紧固件端部厚度匹配,确保紧固件端部整个隐藏在避让槽15内。
在实际操作中,所述连接件可以为条状,沿装饰面板边缘铺设,还可以为块状,装饰面板边缘通过多个连接件实现定位,均应视为本发明的具体实施例。
实施例一:
如图2所示,所述连接件2呈工字形,所述连接件2的内竖部形成所述底板3,所述连接件2的外竖部两端形成所述卡条5,装饰面板1通过连接件2固接,使得装饰面板1的外露面平整拼接。在安装时,相邻装饰面板1间通过连接件2匹配装配,在完成安装后,装饰面板1间的端面互为贴合,既提高装饰面板1的定位稳定性,还起到遮挡连接件2的作用,确保装饰面板1外露面的平整性。
在实际操作中,卡槽4到装饰面板1内隐面间距离与卡条5到底板3底面间距离相等,确保装饰面板1安装后,其内隐面能匹配贴合在墙面上。
实施例二:
如图3所示,所述连接件2的外侧设有一外露的凸起部7,所述装饰面板1的端面外缘抵触在所述凸起部7的两端端壁上。所述连接件2的外端设有一体形成的凸起部7,所述凸起部7具有装饰面。
凸起部7起到间隔装饰面板1的作用,使得单块装饰面板1的边缘更明显,所述凸起部7的装饰面上具有装饰造型或图案,例如凸起部7的顶面呈半圆形、三角形或者锯齿状等,与装饰面板1配合后为使用者提供多样化的装饰风格。
在实际操作中,所述凸起部7的外端面可与装饰面板1外露面齐平设置,所述凸起部7的外端面形成装饰面,也可以是,所述凸起部7的外端外凸于装饰面板1的外露面如图4所示,所述凸起部7的外端面以及侧壁外缘形成装饰面,均应视为本发明的具体实施例。
实施例三:
如图5所示,所述凸起部7外端外凸于所述装饰面板1的外露面,所述凸起部7外端面的底缘和顶缘分别通过竖向延伸形成遮挡条8,所述遮挡条8的内侧壁抵触在所述装饰面板1的外露面边缘上。
在实际操作中,由于遮挡条8可以不起到固定装饰面板1的作用,所以对遮挡条8的厚度可以设置成薄片,降低生产成本。
实施例四:
如图6所示,所述凸起部7包括由连接件2外端向外延伸形成的凸筋9以及盖合在所述凸筋9外端部上的装饰盖10。
所述装饰盖10的外露面具有装饰功能,利用装饰盖10快速拆装的特点,使用者能通过更换装饰盖10的方式实现装饰风格变更,有效降低使用成本。
在实际操作中,所述装饰盖10与凸筋9上可以通过设置卡扣结构来提高连接强度,也应视为本发明的具体实施例。
实施例五:
在实施例一、二、三、四的基础上,所述连接件2内设有空腔11如图7所示。
在生产时,连接件2通过挤塑方式生产,便于空腔11加工,还能在影响连接件2结构强度较小的情况下降低生产成本。
实施例六:
在实施例五的基础上,所述凸起部7的外端面开设与所述空腔11通连的开 口12如图8所示,使得凸起部7更具装饰性。
在实际操作中,所述开口12周缘水平向内延伸形成收口条13,收口条13对卡入的挂件起到卡置固定的作用。
实施例七:
相较于实施例一,本实施例提供一种连接件装配结构。
如图9和10所示所述连接件上方设有上置装饰面板1,上置装饰面板1底面具有朝下敞口的卡槽4,所述卡槽4的槽口形成底缘高度错位设置的上置插条17和上置阻水条18,安装到位后,所述卡条5顶部被紧密夹持在所述上置插条17和上置阻水条18间,所述卡条5的内侧壁与所述上置插条17外侧壁紧密贴合。
在本实施例中,连接件与上置装饰面板1的底面间形成一个截面呈弯折状的上置间隙,上置间隙靠近墙面内侧区段高于远离墙面外侧区段,使得外侧空间的水源不易通过上置间隙进入内侧空间。此外,所述卡条5的内侧壁与所述上置插条17外侧壁紧密贴合,由此阻隔外侧区段与内侧区段间,进一步提高防泼溅水效果。
在本实施例中,所述装配结构包括安装在连接件下方的下置装饰面板16,所述下置装饰面板16顶面靠近墙面的内缘向上延伸线形成下置插条19,装配完成后,下置插条19自下而上紧密插接在卡条5底部与墙面间,以使上置阻水条18的底面搭接在所述下置装饰面板16上,所述卡条5顶面与上置装饰面板1底面间预留有装配间隙,所述卡条5的内侧壁与所述下置插条19外侧壁紧密贴合。连接件可以根据需要同时对与其毗邻设置的上置装饰面板1和下置装饰面板16进行固定。
由于墙面的尺寸大于装饰面板的尺寸,所以,在安装时,需要多层高度错位设置的装饰面板进行拼合来覆盖整个墙面。由于上置装饰面板1和下置装饰面板16是相对连接件位置而言,是相对概念,并不特指某一层装饰面板,因为同一层的装饰面板相对与其下方的连接件为上置装饰面板1,相对于其上方的连接件为下置装饰面板16,所以,在同一装饰面板上,其底面上置装饰面板1的 结构,其顶面具有下置装饰面板16的结构,确保装饰面板能依次累叠安装。在安装时,为了确保安装精度,通常采用由低到高依次安装的方式,具体通过以下步骤实现:
1.安装位于墙面最底部的第一层连接件,连接件通过卡条5的底面搭接在地面上,并通过穿越底板的紧固件固接在墙面上;
2.将位于墙面最底部的第一层装饰面板安装在第一层连接件上,第一层装饰面板通过设于其底部的上置插条17插入第一层连接件上的卡槽4内,使得第一层装饰面板底部牢固连接在第一层连接件上,此时,第一层连接件的底板隐藏在第一层装饰面板的隐藏槽内,第一层装饰面板的底部内侧壁与墙面贴合,上置阻水条18底面与地面贴合;
3.将第二层连接件安装至第一层装饰面板上,第二层连接件通过卡条5底部与墙面间空间套置在设于第一层装饰面板顶面的下置插条19上,并通过紧固件定位在预设高度上,此时,第一层装饰面板的内存被与墙面贴合;
4.通过重复步骤和步骤,依次完成后续装饰面板和连接件的安装,并自下而上延伸至墙面顶部,完成装饰面板铺设。
在本实施例中,所述上置阻水条18的高度与所述卡条5高度匹配,上置装饰面板1安装到位后,所述上置阻水条18底面与所述卡条5底缘齐平设置,既有效增加上置阻水条18底面与顶板板顶面间的高度差,提升防泼溅水效果,还能通过上置阻水条18起到遮挡卡条5的作用,当连接件设置在墙面底部且连接件下方无法设置下置装饰面板16时,卡条5只能通过设置在连接件上方的上置装饰面板1进行覆盖遮挡,所以,所述上置阻水条18向下延伸并使得其底面与所述卡条5底缘齐平设置,实现遮挡卡条5的目的。
实施例八:
相较于实施例七,本实施例提供另一种连接件装配结构。
如图10所示,所述卡条5底缘向外延伸形成间隔条20,装配完成后,上置阻水条18底面和下置装饰面板16顶面外缘配合并竖向夹持所述间隔条20,以使所述间隔条20外端面外露。上置阻水条18的底面紧密搭接在间隔条20的顶 面上,间隔条20的底面搭接在下置装饰面板16顶面的外缘上,通过增加接触面积来提高防泼溅水性能。
在本实施例中,所述间隔条20的外端面与所述上置装饰面板1外侧壁竖向齐平设置,既确保装饰面板拼合形成的外露装饰面具有较好的平整性,还利用间隔条20与装饰面板外露面间的视觉差异来获得较好的美感,提升装饰效果。间隔条20起到隔离各层装饰面板的作用。
在本实施例中,所述间隔条20可以为实心结构,还可以为空心结构,且朝外敞口,起到节省原料、提供挂物点等功能,也应视为本发明的具体实施例。
实施例九:
相较于实施例八,本实施例提供另一种连接件结构。
如图11和12所示,所述间隔条20的外端弯折形成装饰条21,所述装饰条21搭接在所述上置装饰面板1或下置装饰面板16的外侧壁边缘上。间隔条20背向墙面延伸出装饰面板并弯折形成装饰条21,装饰条21具有较大的宽度,使得装饰面板间分隔效果更明显,且装饰条21外凸于装饰面板的外露面,使得集成墙面具有立体的视觉效果,此外,装饰条21搭接在装饰面板的边缘上,对装饰面板起到水平向定位的作用,防止装饰面板与墙面脱离的情况发生。
实施例十:
相较于实施例九,本实施例提供另一种连接件结构。
如图13所示,所述装饰条21上套置有装饰盖10,所述装饰盖10的内侧壁上设有槽条,所述装饰盖10通过槽条完整遮盖所述装饰条21。装饰盖10可以随时拆卸并更换,使用者可以根据需要更换为具有适合装饰风格的装饰条21,以提升装饰效果,还方便使用者操作,降低使用成本。
在本实施例中,所述槽条通过卡扣或过盈配合方式牢固套置在装饰条21上,装饰条21形成安装装饰盖10的着力点,确保装饰盖10被精确安装并与装饰面板匹配拼合。
实施例十一:
相较于实施例七,本实施例提供另一种连接件结构。
如图14所示,所述下置装饰面板16的顶面外缘向上延伸形成下置阻水条22,装配完成后,上置阻水条18的底面搭接在下置阻水条22的顶面上。
上置阻水条18的高度与下置阻水条22的高度匹配,使得卡条5外侧壁的上部和下部分别被上置阻水条18和下置阻水条22覆盖,通过形成弯曲的上置间隙和下置间隙来提升防泼溅水效果,还通过统一装饰面板顶面和底面的连接结构来简化加工和安装工序,方便使用。
实施例十二:
相较于实施例十一,本实施例提供另一种连接件结构。
如图15和16所示,所述卡条5外侧壁中部向外延伸形成间隔条20,装配完成后,上置阻水条18底面和下置阻水条22顶面配合并竖向夹持所述间隔条20,以使所述间隔条20外端面外露。上置阻水条18的底面紧密搭接在间隔条20的顶面上,间隔条20的底面搭接在下置阻水条22的顶面上,通过增加接触面积来提高防泼溅水性能。
在本实施例中,所述间隔条20可以为实心结构,还可以为空心结构,且朝外敞口,起到节省原料、提供挂物等功能,也应视为本发明的具体实施例。当间隔条为空心结构时,其内设带开口的空腔,所述开口处向外延伸形成装饰条21,装饰条21通过与对应装饰面板贴合实现防水和遮挡作用。所述开口相向延伸形成收口条13,收口条和装饰条形成一体的板件。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种装饰面板安装结构,包括匹配拼合的装饰面板以及设置在相邻装饰面板间的连接件(2),所述装饰面板包括设置在连接件上方的上置装饰面板(1)以及设置在连接件下方的下置装饰板,所述连接件(2)的内侧设有与墙面贴合固接的底板(3),其特征在于,所述装饰面板的端面中部设有卡槽(4),所述连接件(2)的外端部通过竖向延伸形成与所述卡槽(4)插置定位的卡条(5),相邻装饰面板通过套置在对应卡条(5)上的卡槽(4)实现与墙面固接,所述装饰面板端面位于所述卡槽(4)外侧区域为水平面(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰面板安装结构,其特征在于,所述连接件(2)的外侧设有一外露的凸起部(7),所述装饰面板的端面外缘抵触在所述凸起部(7)的两端端壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种装饰面板安装结构,其特征在于,所述连接件(2)的外端设有一体形成的凸起部(7),所述凸起部(7)具有装饰面。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种装饰面板安装结构,其特征在于,所述凸起部(7)外端外凸于所述装饰面板的外露面,所述凸起部(7)外端面的底缘和顶缘分别通过竖向延伸形成遮挡条(8),所述遮挡条(8)的内侧壁抵触在所述装饰面板的外露面边缘上。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种装饰面板安装结构,其特征在于,所述凸起部(7)包括由连接件(2)外端向外延伸形成的凸筋(9)以及盖合在所述凸筋(9)外端部上的装饰盖(10)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰面板安装结构,其特征在于,所述连接件(2)呈工字形,所述连接件(2)的内竖部形成所述底板(3),所述连接件(2)的外竖部两端形成所述卡条(5),装饰面板通过连接件(2)固接,使得装饰面板的外露面平整拼接;或者,所述卡条(5)表面设有防滑齿;或者,所述底板通过紧固件固接在预设工位上,所述底板外侧壁开设与所述紧固件匹配的避让槽(15)。
  7. 根据权利要求2-5任一所述的一种装饰面板安装结构,其特征在于,所述连接件(2)内设有空腔(11)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种装饰面板安装结构,其特征在于,所述凸起部(7)的外端面开设与所述空腔(11)通连的开口(12)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种装饰面板安装结构,其特征在于,所述开口(12)周缘竖向向内延伸形成收口条(13)
  10. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种装饰面板安装结构,其特征在于,所述装饰面板朝向墙面的内侧壁边缘凹陷形成容纳所述底板(3)的隐藏槽(14),所述隐藏槽(14)深度与所述底板(3)厚度匹配。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰面板安装结构,其特征在于,所述连接件上方设有上置装饰面板(1),上置装饰面板(1)底面具有朝下敞口的卡槽(4),所述卡槽(4)的槽口形成底缘高度错位设置的上置插条(17)和上置阻水条(18),安装到位后,所述卡条(5)顶部被紧密夹持在所述上置插条(17)和上置阻水条(18)间,所述卡条(5)的内侧壁与所述上置插条(17)外侧壁紧密贴合。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种装饰面板安装结构,其特征在于,所述上置阻水条(18)的高度与所述卡条(5)高度匹配,安装到位后,所述上置阻水条(18)底面与所述卡条(5)底缘齐平设置。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的一种装饰面板安装结构,其特征在于,所述连接件下方设有下置装饰面板(16),上置装饰面板(1)的顶面内缘向上延伸形成下置插条(19),装配完成后,下置插条(19)自下而上紧密插接在卡条(5)底部与墙面间,以使上置阻水条(18)的底面搭接在下置装饰面板(16)的顶面上,所述卡条(5)顶面与上置装饰面板(1)底面间预留有装配间隙,所述卡条(5)的内侧壁与所述下置插条(19)外侧壁紧密贴合。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种装饰面板安装结构,其特征在于,所述卡条(5)底缘向外延伸形成间隔条(20),装配完成后,上置阻水条(18)底面和下置装饰面板(16)顶面外缘配合并竖向夹持所述间隔条(20),以使所述间隔条(20)外端面外露。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的一种装饰面板安装结构,其特征在于,所述间隔条 (20)的外端面与所述上置装饰面板(1)外侧壁竖向齐平设置。
  16. 根据权利要求4所述的一种装饰面板安装结构,其特征在于,所述间隔条(20)的外端弯折形成装饰条(21),所述装饰条(21)搭接在所述上置装饰面板(1)或下置装饰面板(16)的外侧壁边缘上。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的一种装饰面板安装结构,其特征在于,所述装饰条(21)上套置有装饰盖(10),所述装饰盖(10)的内侧壁上设有槽条,所述装饰盖(10)通过槽条完整遮盖所述装饰条(21)。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的一种装饰面板安装结构,其特征在于,所述下置装饰面板(16)的顶面外缘向上延伸形成下置阻水条(22),装配完成后,上置阻水条(18)的底面搭接在下置阻水条(22)的顶面上。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的一种装饰面板安装结构,其特征在于,所述卡条(5)外侧壁中部向外延伸形成间隔条(20),装配完成后,上置阻水条(18)底面和下置阻水条(22)顶面配合并竖向夹持所述间隔条(20),以使所述间隔条(20)外端面外露。
