Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to the field of interior decoration, in particular to a decorative panel mounting structure.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • In the prior art, decorative panels are spliced and fixedly connected to each other through connectors. The existing connecting plate comprises a bottom plate fixedly connected to a wall surface and a clamping strip covering the edge of the exposed surface of the decorative panel. Since the clamping strip is exposed outside the decorative panel and plays a role of preventing the decorative panel from being separated from the wall surface, the clamping strip is required to have good structural strength, rendering the clamping strip relatively thick and solid, thereby affecting the aesthetics. In addition, since the original integrated wall is only used indoors, there is no anti-splashing water structure at the joint between the decorative panel and the connector. When the integrated wall is used in the open air or in the environment prone to water splashing, the water outside the decorative panel is easy to enter the inner side of the decorative panel through the gap between the connector and the decorative panel, resulting the space between the decorative panel and the wall surface being in a wet environment for a long time, in which case bacterium breeding is easy to occur and mildew appears, so the user will get sick due to the contact with bacteria, and the metal parts are easy to rust, thereby affecting the structural strength and shortening the service life.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the present invention provides a decorative panel mounting structure, wherein a clamping strip playing a role of fixing is clamped in a clamping groove provided on a side wall of a decorative panel to hide the clamping strip, not only ensuring the connection stability between the decorative panels, but also improving the decorative effect of the decorative panel, thereby improving aesthetics.
  • The present invention is implemented as follows: a decorative panel mounting structure comprises decorative panels spliced in a matching manner and a connector provided between adjacent decorative panels, wherein the decorative panels comprise an upper decorative panel provided above the connector and a lower decorative panel provided below the connector, the inner side of the connector is provided with a bottom plate fitting with and fixedly connected to a wall surface, the middle of an end surface of the decorative panel is provided with a clamping groove, an outer end portion of the connector vertically extends to form a clamping strip inserted into the clamping groove for positioning, the adjacent decorative panels are fixedly connected to the wall surface through the clamping grooves with which the corresponding clamping strips are sleeved, and an area on the end surface of the decorative panel and on the outer side of the clamping groove is a horizontal plane. The clamping groove is provided in the middle of the end surface of the decorative panel, such that a station on the decorative panel for mounting of the connector is switched from an exposed surface of the decorative panel to the end surface of the decorative panel; and the clamping groove is used to cover the clamping strip, not only ensuring the connection strength between the connector and the decorative panel, but also avoiding a situation in which the decorative effect of the decorative panel is affected when the size of the clamping strip is increased to improve the structural strength. The corresponding end surfaces of the adjacent decorative panels steady abut each other, thereby improving connection stability, preventing a relative movement, and providing a mounting space for the connector.
  • Preferably, the outer side of the connector is provided with an exposed protruding portion, and the outer edge of the end surface of the decorative panel abuts end walls of two ends of the protruding portion. A space for exposing the protruding portion is provided between the decorative panels, and the end surface of the decorative panel abuts a side wall of the protruding portion, effectively reducing an assembly gap between the decorative panel and the protruding portion, thereby improving the decorative effect. In addition, matching and abutting between the decorative panel and the protruding portion also play a role of relative positioning, so as to prevent the decorative panels from deviating from a predetermined station due to the relative movement therebetween, in which case the decorative effect is affected.
  • Preferably, an outer end of the connector is provided with an integrally formed protruding portion, and the protruding portion is provided with a decorative surface. The protruding portion is formed by extending the outer end of the connector outwards, such that the protruding portion has better structural strength, ensuring abutting stability of the decorative panel; and an outer end of the protruding portion is exposed between the decorative panels and can be directly viewed by a user, thereby effectively improving the decorative effect.
  • Preferably, the outer end of the protruding portion protrudes from the exposed surface of the decorative panel, the bottom edge and the top edge of an outer end surface of the protruding portion respectively and vertically extend to form a shielding strip, and an inner side wall of the shielding strip abuts the edge of the exposed surface of the decorative panel. The shielding strip is formed by extending the outer edge of the side wall of the protruding portion along the exposed surface of the decorative panel and plays a role of shielding a gap between the protruding portion and the edge of the decorative panel. In addition, the inner side wall of the shielding strip matches and abuts the exposed surface of the decorative panel, thereby further improving the connection strength between the decorative panel and the connector.
  • Preferably, the protruding portion comprises a protruding rib formed by extending the outer end of the connector outwards and a decorative cover covering an outer end portion of the protruding rib. The protruding rib is used to clamp and fix the decorative cover, and the decorative cover can be replaced according to a decoration style. Therefore, not only use costs can be effectively reduced, but also the decorative cover can be replaced at any time according to the interior decoration style. During mounting, a groove strip with which the protruding rib can be sleeved is provided on a mounting surface of the decorative cover and facing the connector, so as to facilitate mounting and dismounting of the decorative cover.
  • Preferably, the connector is I-shaped, an inner vertical portion of the connector forms the bottom plate, two ends of an outer vertical portion of the connector form the clamping strip, and the decorative panels are fixedly connected to each other through the connectors, such that the exposed surfaces of the decorative panels are flatly spliced. A space for hidden mounting of the I-shaped connector is pre-configured between the adjacent decorative panels, so as to ensure that the decorative panels have a flat exposed surface after being mounted through the connectors.
  • Preferably, the surface of the clamping strip is provided with anti-slip teeth, so as to prevent the clamping strip from being separated from the clamping groove.
  • Preferably, the bottom plate is fixedly connected to a predetermined station through a fastener, and an outer side wall of the bottom plate is provided with an avoidance groove matching the fastener. An end portion of the fastener is hidden in the avoidance groove, so as to ensure that the top surface of the bottom plate is flat and thus ensure that the decorative panel can flatly overlap the bottom plate through the hidden groove, such that a joint between the decorative panels is flat.
  • Preferably, a cavity is provided in the connector. By providing the cavity, the amount of raw materials used for producing the connector is reduced, thereby reducing production costs.
  • Preferably, an outer end surface of the protruding portion is provided with an opening communicating with the cavity. By providing the opening, the cavity is exposed, so as to improve the visual effect of the protruding portion and thus improve the decorative effect.
  • Preferably, the periphery of the opening vertically extends inwards to form a closing strip. The closing strip is provided along two sides of the opening, such that the cavity is in a shape having a lager body and a smaller mouth, which facilitates clamping of external hanging structures such as hooks, thereby improving the user experience.
  • Preferably, the edge of an inner hidden surface of the decorative panel and facing the wall surface is depressed to form a hiding groove for accommodating the bottom plate, and the depth of the hiding groove matches the thickness of the bottom plate. The bottom plate is fixedly connected to the wall surface, and the corresponding clamping strip is sleeved with the decorative panel through the clamping groove, such that the bottom plate is hidden in the hiding groove, thereby not only improving the abutting stability by increasing a contact area, but also making the decorative panel match and fit with the wall surface so as to ensure the flatness between the decorative panels.
  • Preferably, the upper decorative panel is provided above the connector, the bottom surface of the upper decorative panel is provided with the clamping groove opened downwards, the mouth of the clamping groove forms an upper inserting strip and an upper water blocking strip with bottom edge altitudes thereof configured to be staggered, after being mounted in place, the top of the clamping strip is tightly clamped between the upper inserting strip and the upper water blocking strip, and an inner side wall of the clamping strip closely fits with an outer side wall of the upper inserting strip. The upper water blocking strip is added on the bottom surface of the original decorative panel. Since the bottom edge of the upper water blocking strip is configured below the top edge of the clamping strip, external water cannot pass through the clamping strip after passing through the upper water blocking strip, thereby preventing the water from leaking from an outer side space of the decorative panel and back on to a wall body to an inner side space of the decorative panel and facing the wall body, ensuring the dryness of the inner side space of the decorative panel. Therefore, bacterium breeding is effectively avoided and a mildew situation is prevented to occur, thereby ensuring the health of the user, reducing cleaning and maintenance costs; and additionally, a situation in which metal parts rust due to the presence in a wet environment for a long time is avoided, thereby extending the service life of the parts and reducing the use costs. The clamping strip is inserted into the clamping groove from bottom to top, the clamping strip not only plays a role of vertically supporting the upper decorative panel to ensure that the upper decorative panel is positioned at a predetermined altitude for facilitating matching and splicing of the adjacent decorative panels, but also plays a role of horizontally positioning the upper decorative panel to ensure that the distance between the upper decorative panel and the wall surface is consistent such that the adjacent decorative panels form a flat exposed decorative surface after being spliced. The inner side wall of the clamping strip closely fits with the outer side wall of the upper inserting strip. After assembly is completed, the distance from the inner side wall of the clamping strip to the wall surface is not greater than the distance from the outer side wall of the upper inserting strip to the wall surface, such that the upper inserting strip is inserted into the clamping groove in an interference fit manner, not only enhancing horizontal positioning of the decorative panel, but also improving anti-splashing water performance through the close fitting between the inner side wall of the clamping strip and the outer side wall of the upper inserting strip.
  • Preferably, the altitude of the upper water blocking strip matches the altitude of the clamping strip, and after being mounted in place, a bottom surface of the upper water blocking strip is configured to be in flush with the bottom edge of the clamping strip. The bottom surface of the clamping strip overlaps the ground, such that the bottom surface of the upper water blocking strip also overlaps the ground. By reducing a gap between the ground and the bottom surface of the upper water blocking strip, both the anti-splashing water performance and the decorative effect are improved.
  • Preferably, the lower decorative panel is provided below the connector, the inner edge of a top surface of the upper decorative panel extends upwards to form a lower inserting strip, after assembly is completed, the lower inserting strip is tightly inserted between the bottom of the clamping strip and the wall surface from bottom to top, such that the bottom surface of the upper water blocking strip overlaps a top surface of the lower decorative panel, an assembly gap is reserved between a top surface of the clamping strip and the bottom surface of the upper decorative panel, and the inner side wall of the clamping strip closely fits with an outer side wall of the lower inserting strip. The top surface of the lower inserting strip is above the outer edge of the top surface of the lower decorative panel. After the lower decorative panel is mounted in place, the bottom surface of the clamping strip overlaps the top surface of the lower decorative panel, and there is an upper gap between the clamping strip and the lower decorative panel. The lower inserting strip can effectively block water flowing through the upper gap, playing a role of anti-splashing water. In addition, the lower inserting strip is inserted between the bottom of the clamping strip and the wall surface from bottom to top. The clamping strip not only plays a role of vertically positioning the lower decorative panel to ensure that the lower decorative panel is positioned at the predetermined altitude for facilitating matching and splicing of the adjacent decorative panels, but also plays a role of horizontally positioning the lower decorative panel to ensure that the distance between the lower decorative panel and the wall surface is consistent such that the adjacent decorative panels form a flat exposed decorative surface after being spliced. By configuring the altitudes of the upper water blocking strip and the clamping strip, the assembly gap is reserved between the top surface of the clamping strip and the bottom surface of the upper decorative panel after assembly, so as to ensure that the upper water blocking strip has an sufficient space for moving down and overlaps the top surface of the lower decorative panel. Therefore, a gap between the decorative panels is reduced, not only improving the anti-splashing water effect between the upper decorative panel and the lower decorative panel, preventing the external water from entering the inner side space through the gap between the decorative panels, but also ensuring the aesthetics. The inner side wall of the clamping strip closely fits with the outer side wall of the lower insert strip. After the assembly is completed, the distance from the inner side wall of the clamping strip to the wall surface is not greater than the distance from the outer side wall of the lower inserting strip to the wall surface, such that the lower inserting strip is inserted between the bottom of the clamping strip and the wall surface in an interference fit manner, not only enhancing the horizontal positioning of the decorative panel, but also improving the anti-splashing water performance through the close fitting between the inner side wall of the clamping strip and the outer side wall of the lower inserting strip.
  • Preferably, the bottom edge of the clamping strip extends outwards to form a spacing strip, and after the assembly is completed, the bottom surface of the upper water blocking strip and the outer edge of the top surface of the lower decorative panel cooperate with each other and vertically clamp the spacing strip, such that an outer end surface of the spacing strip is exposed. The spacing strip plays a role of isolating the upper decorative panel from the lower decorative panel. The upper decorative panel overlaps the spacing strip through the upper water blocking strip to ensure that the upper decorative panel is positioned at the predetermined altitude. The exposed spacing strip also plays a role of decoration, so as to improve the aesthetics.
  • Preferably, the outer end surface of the spacing strip is configured to be in flush with an outer side wall of the upper decorative panel in the vertical direction. The outer end surface of the spacing strip, the outer side wall of the upper decorative panel, and the outer side wall of the lower decorative panel are configured to be in flush with each other, so as to ensure that a flat wall surface is formed after mounting of the decorative panels, thereby ensuring the overall aesthetics.
  • Preferably, an outer end of the spacing strip is bent to form a decorative strip, and the decorative strip overlaps the edge of an outer side wall of the upper decorative panel or the lower decorative panel. The decorative strips protrude from the decorative panels and are spliced to form an exposed decorative surface, thereby effectively improving the decorative effect, and horizontally positioning the upper decorative panel or lower decorative panel, so as to maintain the distance between the decorative panel and the wall. The decorative strip preferably overlaps the top edge of the exposed surface of the lower decorative panel, so as to prevent seeping of the external water through a lower gap between the lower decorative panel and the spacing strip.
  • Preferably, the decorative strip is sleeved with a decorative cover, a groove strip is provided on an inner side wall of the decorative cover, and the decorative cover completely covers the decorative strip through the groove strip. The decorative cover is a detachable structure, and a decoration style on the decorative cover may be varied, so as to facilitate selection and replacement by the user according to an actual situation. The decorative cover completely covers the decorative strip, and the decorative strip provides a stable support for the decorative cover.
  • Preferably, the outer edge of the top surface of the lower decorative panel extends upwards to form a lower water blocking strip, and after the assembly is completed, the bottom surface of the upper water blocking strip overlaps a top surface of the lower water blocking strip. The lower gap exists between the clamping strip and the top surface of the lower decorative panel, and the lower water blocking strip covers the lower gap with a horizontal projection, achieving the effect of water blocking.
  • Preferably, the middle of an outer side wall of the clamping strip extends outwards to form a spacing strip, and after the assembly is completed, the bottom surface of the upper water blocking strip and the top surface of the lower water blocking strip cooperate with each other and vertically clamp the spacing strip, such that an outer end surface of the spacing strip is exposed. The spacing strip is provided in the middle of the outer side wall of the clamping strip, playing a role of spacing the upper decorative panel and the lower decorative panel, and also playing a role of providing a stable support for the upper decorative panel.
  • The present invention has the following beneficial effects: the clamping groove is provided in the middle of the end surface of the decorative panel, such that the station on the decorative panel for mounting of the connector is switched from the exposed surface of the decorative panel to the end surface of the decorative panel, and the clamping groove is used to cover the clamping strip, not only ensuring the connection strength between the connector and the decorative panel, but also avoiding a situation in which the decorative effect of the decorative panel is affected when the size of the clamping strip is increased to improve the structural strength.
