Description

用于超轻钢焊接件水平及高度调整的移动升降平台 技术领域
本实用新型涉及焊接工装领域,具体而言,特别涉及一种用于超轻钢焊接件水平及高度调整的移动升降平台。
背景技术
建筑工程中,各种规格型号的超轻钢型材需要焊接成不同形状、不同结构来满足工程的需要,实际生产中,若超轻钢型材重量较轻或长度较短时,施工者可以人为的来控制型材的方位,但当超轻钢型材规格型号较大时,单靠人力无法满足焊接精度以及支撑等的辅助工作,现阶段的支撑平台结构较为单一,只能满足水平或者高度方向上一种方位的辅助支撑,焊接精度很难满足使用要求。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在至少在一定程度上解决现有技术中的上述技术问题之一。有鉴于此,本实用新型需要提供一种通用性强,调节方便,适合不同规格不同型号的焊接件的辅助支撑,且焊接精度高的用于超轻钢焊接件水平及高度调整的移动升降平台。
本实用新型提供一种用于超轻钢焊接件水平及高度调整的移动升降平台,包括:支撑平台、连接杆、升降系统、支撑座、升降控制把手和行走轮,所述支撑平台与所述升降系统可拆卸连接,且所述支撑平台的至少一个平面与所述升降系统垂直设置;所述升降系统设置在所述连接杆内部;所述连接杆固定连 接在所述支撑座上;所述升降控制把手设置在所述连接杆的至少一个平面的下侧,且所述升降控制把手的一侧穿过所述连接杆与所述升降系统连接;所述行走轮与所述支撑座固定连接。
根据本实用新型的一个实施例,所述连接杆的底部设有用于固定所述升降系统的底板,且所述底板与所述支撑座固定连接。
根据本实用新型的一个实施例,所述支撑座包括U型支架以及位于所述U型支架上方的两根第一方管。
根据本实用新型的一个实施例,所述两根第一方管垂直于所述行走轮行走方向水平平行设置,且与所述U型支架固定连接。
根据本实用新型的一个实施例,所述支撑平台沿所述行走轮直线行走方向的两侧分别设有移动把手。

本实用新型的一种用于超轻钢焊接件水平及高度调整的移动升降平台,在设计中采用了通过升降控制把手控制升降系统的上升和下降,进而带动支撑平台的上升和下降,上手操作简单方便,通过行走轮的直线移动达到控制超轻钢 焊接件的水平位置的调整,且该用于超轻钢焊接件水平及高度调整的移动升降平台可以配合不同类型不同场地的焊接工作平台配套使用,支撑平台可以满足多种规格型号的超轻钢焊接件的辅助支撑工作,提高了装置的通用性;当作业者将超轻钢焊接件的水平及高度位置调整到合适位置后,踩下刹车系统,可以保证焊接过程中使超轻钢焊接件不会产生相对移动,使得超轻钢焊接件的焊接质量提高。

如图1和图2所示,根据本实用新型的实施例,一种用于超轻钢焊接件水 平及高度调整的移动升降平台100包括:支撑平台1、连接杆2、升降系统3、支撑座4、升降控制把手5和行走轮6,支撑平台1与升降系统3可拆卸连接,且支撑平台1的至少一个平面与升降系统3垂直设置;升降系统3设置在连接杆2内部;连接杆2固定连接在支撑座4上;升降控制把手5设置在连接杆2的至少一个平面的下侧,且升降控制把手5的一侧穿过连接杆2与升降系统3连接;行走轮6与支撑座4固定连接。
本实用新型的用于超轻钢焊接件水平及高度调整的移动升降平台100,在设计中采用了通过升降控制把手5控制升降系统3的上升和下降,进而带动支撑平台1的上升和下降,上手操作简单方便,通过行走轮6的直线移动达到控制超轻钢焊接件的水平位置的调整,且该用于超轻钢焊接件水平及高度调整的移动升降平台100可以配合不同类型不同场地的焊接工作平台配套使用,支撑平台2可以满足多种规格型号的超轻钢焊接件的辅助支撑工作,提高了装置的通用性。
如图2所示,为了增加连接杆2与支撑座4之间的承重载荷,连接杆2的底部设有用于固定升降系统3的底板21,且底板21与支撑座4固定连接。由此,有效的增加了用于超轻钢焊接件水平及高度调整的移动升降平台100整体的承重能力,可以适应较大较重焊接件的焊接工作。
如图1所示,支撑座4包括U型支架41以及位于U型支架41上方的两根第一方管42,两根第一方管42垂直于行走轮6行走方向水平平行设置,且与U型支架41固定连接。由此,支撑座4的加工制作周期较短。
如图1所示,支撑平台1沿行走轮6直线行走方向的两侧分别设有移动把手7,在焊接工作进行时,可以方便的移动超轻钢焊接件,且归置装置方便快捷。
如图1至图3所示,支撑平台1上可拆卸的连接有多个一定厚度的插板8,插板8沿行走轮6直线行走方向设置。由此,当焊接件为管状形状时,插板8可以阻挡焊接件的滚动,进而提高超轻钢焊接件的焊接质量。
如图1和图2所示,第一方管42设有控制行走轮6的刹车系统9。当作业者将超轻钢焊接件的水平及高度位置调整到合适位置后,踩下刹车系统9,可以保证在焊接过程中使超轻钢焊接件不会产生相对移动,提高超轻钢焊接件的焊接质量。
如图2和图3所示,升降控制把手5的至少一侧套接有尼龙套51。由此,当作业者使用升降控制把手5的过程中,尼龙套51可以避免作业者的手直接接触金属,起到良好的保护作用。
如图3所示,为了便于制作加工,连接杆2为第二方管22。
尽管上面已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本实用新型的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本实用新型的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于超轻钢焊接件水平及高度调整的移动升降平台,其特征在于,包括:支撑平台、连接杆、升降系统、支撑座、升降控制把手和行走轮,所述支撑平台与所述升降系统可拆卸连接,且所述支撑平台的至少一个平面与所述升降系统垂直设置;所述升降系统设置在所述连接杆内部;所述连接杆固定连接在所述支撑座上;所述升降控制把手设置在所述连接杆的至少一个平面的下侧,且所述升降控制把手的一侧穿过所述连接杆与所述升降系统连接;所述行走轮与所述支撑座固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于超轻钢焊接件水平及高度调整的移动升降平台,其特征在于,所述连接杆的底部设有用于固定所述升降系统的底板,且所述底板与所述支撑座固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于超轻钢焊接件水平及高度调整的移动升降平台,其特征在于,所述支撑座包括U型支架以及位于所述U型支架上方的两根第一方管。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于超轻钢焊接件水平及高度调整的移动升降平台,其特征在于,所述两根第一方管垂直于所述行走轮行走方向水平平行设置,且与所述U型支架固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的用于超轻钢焊接件水平及高度调整的移动升降平台,其特征在于,所述支撑平台沿所述行走轮直线行走方向的两侧分别设有移动把手。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的用于超轻钢焊接件水平及高度调整的移动升降平台,其特征在于,所述支撑平台上可拆卸的连接有多个一定厚度的插板。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于超轻钢焊接件水平及高度调整的移动升降 平台,其特征在于,所述插板沿所述行走轮直线行走方向设置。
