一种玻璃嵌制品,包括基材,所述基材具有中空腔体,所述腔体的侧壁上形成有若干镂空孔,所述镂空孔与中空腔体贯通;所述玻璃嵌制品进一步包括嵌套于基材的玻璃吹制装饰结构;所述玻璃吹制装饰结构包括套设于基材腔体内的玻璃吹制内衬以及嵌入基材镂空孔内的玻璃凸起装饰部;所述玻璃凸起装饰部与玻璃吹制内衬是一体吹制成型的整体结构。
所述玻璃吹制装饰结构由内至外地装饰所述基材;所述玻璃凸起装饰部是在玻璃吹制内衬与基材腔体内壁贴近的外侧壁上形成的、向外凸出并卡持在基材镂空孔内的一体凸起结构;所述玻璃吹制内衬贴近镂空基材腔体内壁且与基材腔体内壁形成基材腔体的双层内壁结构。
所述玻璃吹制内衬与基材腔体内壁平行重叠地形成基材腔体的双层内壁结构;所述玻璃吹制内衬与镂空基材腔体内壁的形状及尺寸相互适配;基材腔体内壁为环形,所述玻璃吹制内衬为环形,且与基材腔体内壁形成相互贴近的双层环状壁。
基材腔体适合于其内进行玻璃吹制成形;所述玻璃凸起装饰部与镂空孔形状相适配;所述玻璃凸起装饰部是图形、图案或花纹。
所述玻璃吹制内衬与基材腔体内壁之间形成有间隔;所述玻璃凸起装饰部与基材镂空孔的孔壁之间形成有间隔。
所述间隔包括由吹制玻璃之前形成于基材内壁表面的一种可去除的保护胶层、在吹制形成所述玻璃吹制装饰结构之后褪去该保护胶层后对应形成的间隔;所述间隔内进一步灌注形成粘胶层。
所述可去除的保护胶层为骨胶层。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明进一步采取的技术方案是:
一种制备玻璃嵌制品的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,提供待装饰基材:基材内部具有中空腔体以及腔体的侧壁上形成若干镂空孔,镂空孔与中空腔体贯通;
步骤二,在待装饰基材上形成可去除的保护胶层:在基材的腔体内壁和/或镂空孔内涂覆可去除的保护胶或者直接将基材浸入保护胶中,从而在基材腔体内壁和/或镂空孔内表面形成预定厚度的可去除的保护胶层,所述保护胶层的耐热温度不低于玻璃熔化温度;
步骤三,在基材腔体内吹制玻璃装饰结构:熔化的玻璃在腔体内吹制成型,在腔体内形成玻璃吹制内衬,熔化玻璃填充镂空孔位形成镶嵌于镂空孔内的玻璃凸起装饰部,所述玻璃凸起装饰部与玻璃吹制内衬是由一次吹制成形的一体结构;
步骤四,褪去保护胶层:从基材腔体内壁和/或镂空孔内褪去保护胶层,褪去保护胶层的空间对应形成间隔。
所述步骤四是清洗的方法褪去保护胶层,将吹制有装饰结构的基材用清洗剂或溶剂进行清洗,保护胶层溶解于对应的清洗剂或溶剂后褪去;所述方法进一步包括步骤五,在所述间隔内灌注形成粘胶层。
所述可去除的保护胶为骨胶,所述保护胶层为骨胶层,所述溶剂为水。
本发明的有益效果是:
通过在镂空基材内部吹制玻璃内层,同时由液态玻璃在吹制时挤出镂空孔向外凸出而形成镶嵌结构的玻璃凸起装饰部,从而可在基材表面形成各种形状和/或大小的造型。
这种吹制玻璃与镂空基材结合而成的玻璃嵌制品更具有美感,结构简单,装饰效果多样化,产品多样化,无需花费更多成本制作固定磨具就可吹制成形各种玻璃吹制装饰结构,适合各种基材的任意腔体及镂空孔形状,适应性更强。
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
图1是本发明实施例的镂空基体的立体图。
图2是本发明实施例的内表面覆盖有骨胶保护层的镂空基体的立体图。
图3是本发明实施例的镂空基体内吹制玻璃成形后的立体图。
图4是本发明实施例的玻璃嵌制品的立体图。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的各实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互结合,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本发明实施例提供的一种玻璃嵌制品及其制备方法,是利用吹制玻璃工艺对各种镂空基材进行吹制玻璃装饰,且自内至外地装饰基材,从而在基材内部形成玻璃吹制内衬,在基材外部的镂空孔内与玻璃吹制内衬一体成形地形成玻璃凸起装饰部,其装饰效果极佳,可形成各种装饰图案,工艺方法简单。
请参照图1-4所示,本发明实施例的玻璃嵌制品100包括中空的镂空基材10,镂空基材10具有中空腔体1以及腔体1的侧壁上形成的若干镂空孔11,镂空孔11与中空腔体1贯通。
玻璃嵌制品100进一步包括嵌套于基材10的玻璃吹制装饰结构20。所述玻璃吹制装饰结构20包括套设于基材腔体1内的玻璃吹制内衬2以及镶嵌于基材1的镂空孔11内的玻璃凸起装饰部21。玻璃凸起装饰部21是从玻璃吹制内衬2的外壁一体地向外凸起至镂空孔11内的突起物并卡持在镂空孔11内。玻璃凸起装饰部21是与内衬2一次吹制成型的整体玻璃吹制成形结构,其形状及大小与对应镂空孔11相适应,是在熔融玻璃吹制时由液态玻璃流入镂空孔11冷却后自然形成,因此与镂空孔11之间形成稳固、适配的镶嵌结合,进而使用内衬2与基材1卡持固定在一起而不会脱离。
作为一些实例,根据液滴表面张力原理,部分或全部玻璃凸起装饰部21也可能凸出在镂空孔11外部的端面可以是球面、弧面、曲面或其它形状的泡状体,端面尺寸可以大于镂空孔11的尺寸,其泡状体卡持在镂空孔11的外部,从而可在镂空孔11处将内衬2与基材1卡接在一起,将玻璃吹制内衬2与基材10进一步套紧形成牢固的嵌套结构。
所述镂空孔11可以有一个或若干个,相应地,内衬外壁对应形成一个或多个玻璃凸起装饰部21。内衬2的外壁是朝向并贴近于基材腔体1的内壁12上的侧壁。
玻璃吹制装饰结构20是在镂空基材10的中空腔体1内进行液态玻璃吹制成形并冷却后形成的。
请再次参照图1,本发明的镂空基材10,可以是各种材质各种形状的待装饰物品,可以由金属或非金属制成,例如陶瓷基材、金属基材或木质基材;可以为多种形状,例如各种容器如杯子、碗、瓶等,或者其它物品或用品。基材10具有适合于玻璃吹制成形的内部腔体1,玻璃吹制成型时玻璃吹管伸入腔体1内部。当然,镂空孔11也可作为玻璃吹制成型时伸入玻璃吹管的入口,因此基材10根据实际情况也可不另行形成开口。腔体1的侧壁上形成有贯通的一个或多个镂空孔11。作为一种实施方式,基材腔体1的侧壁为环形,相应地,基材腔体1的内壁12为环形。
进一步参照图3-4,玻璃吹制内衬2是由液态玻璃在镂空基材10的腔体1内进行吹制成形并冷却而成。作为一种实施例,内衬2的形状与镂空基材腔体1的内壁12一致且相互贴合。玻璃凸起装饰部21是玻璃吹制内衬2整体不可分割的一部分,是在液态玻璃吹制时填充镂空孔11的液态玻璃冷却后形成的凸起。一个玻璃凸起装饰部21嵌入且卡持于一个镂空孔11内,可突出于基材10的外表面。与镂空孔11的造型相对应,玻璃凸起装饰部21可以是单个玻璃嵌珠,为珠状或其它各种图形形状,也可以是各种图案或花纹,形成对基材10的装饰结构。
玻璃吹制内衬2由融化的玻璃吹制成形于基材的腔体1内。作为一种实施方式,玻璃吹制内衬2的形状与镂空基材腔体1的内壁12形状一致,套设于腔体1内形成腔体1的双层内壁结构。在一些实施方式中,玻璃吹制内衬2与镂空基材10的内壁12平行重叠形成腔体1的双层内壁结构。本实施例中,内衬2的侧壁对应为环形,与基材1的内壁重叠构成腔体1的双层环形侧壁,内部中心围成腔体1。内衬2的侧壁对应腔体1的一面为内壁(未标号),与基材腔体内壁相贴合的一侧为外壁22(如图4),外壁22贴近基材腔体内壁,外壁表面形成的一体玻璃凸起装饰部21嵌入基材镂空孔11内,相互卡持配合,使内衬2与基材1之间的配合稳固。同时,玻璃凸起装饰部21伸出镂空孔11形成基材表面的装饰图形、图案或花纹,可形成各种图案的装饰珠,装饰效果美观,结构简单牢固。
进一步地,所述玻璃吹制内衬2与镂空基材10的内壁之间存在间隔3,可用以适应及调节热胀冷缩时二者之间的体积变化差。作为一种实施方式,间隔3包括在吹制内衬2之前涂抹于基材腔体内壁表面的一种可去除(如可水洗去除)的保护胶层4、在吹制形成内衬2之后褪去除该保护胶层4后对应形成的间隔。具体是,在吹制玻璃吹制内衬之前将基材10完全浸入可洗除的胶中,或者直接在基材10内壁(同时也可以在其外壁及镂空孔内)涂覆可去除的保护胶从而形成保护胶层4,之后再在腔体1内进行玻璃吹制成形,并在腔体内壁12表面的保护胶层4内侧成形所述玻璃吹制内衬2,作为一种实施例,玻璃吹制内衬2贴合于腔体内壁12的保护胶层4上。因此,当吹制玻璃装饰结构20时,形成的内衬2的外侧面22与基材腔体内壁12之间有一层保护胶层4。玻璃吹制结束后,对制品整体进行清洗,从而去除基材腔体内壁上的可洗除保护胶层4。相应地,褪去的保护胶层4在基材腔体内壁12与玻璃吹制内衬2之间形成了间隔3。
同理,玻璃凸起装饰部21与基材镂空孔11的孔壁之间也形成有间隔3’,在吹制内衬2之前基材腔体内壁表面以及镂空孔内均涂覆有所述可洗除的保护胶层4、在吹制形成内衬2之后清洗去除该保护胶层4后对应形成的间隔。或者,当吹制玻璃前将基材整体浸入所述可去除的保护胶中时,基材1的内外表面及镂空孔内均覆盖有可去除的保护胶层,晾干后在基材的内外壁和镂空孔内均形成所述可去除的保护胶层4。玻璃吹制装饰结构20吹制完成后,用相应的清洗剂清洗整体产品,保护胶层4溶解洗脱后形成玻璃凸起装饰部21与基材镂空孔11的孔壁之间的间隔3’以及基材腔体内壁12与玻璃吹制内衬2之间的间隔3。
可去除的保护胶是指可溶解于清洁剂如溶剂的涂料或粘胶剂,以浸泡清洗的方式褪去。相应地,形成的可去除的保护胶层是指可用相应清洁剂如溶剂以溶解的方式溶解去除胶层。可洗除的保护胶可以是可水洗去除的保护胶(即涂料或粘胶剂),对应形成的保护胶层为可水洗去除的保护胶层(即溶解于水)。保护胶层4的耐热温度不低于玻璃的熔融温度,因此在玻璃吹制成形时,基材10由所述保护胶层4隔热以及隔离液体玻璃熔渣,从而不会被烫坏或破环基材表层。较佳地,可水洗去除的保护胶为骨胶,对应形成的保护胶层4为骨胶层4。
使用时,在吹制内衬2之前在基材内(和外)壁表面以及镂空孔内均涂覆有骨胶,或直接将基材浸入骨胶中,晾干后即在基材的内(外)表面、镂空孔内形成骨胶层4。在吹制形成内衬2之后用水浸泡清洗制品,骨胶层4溶解于水后从基材1上褪去,对应形成玻璃凸起装饰部21与基材镂空孔11的孔壁之间的间隔3’以及基材腔体内壁12与玻璃吹制内衬2之间的间隔3。
进一步地,为使玻璃吹制内衬2与镂空基材10之间稳固配合,可在间隔3、3’内再次注入胶体形成粘胶层(未图示)。可选择现有技术中玻璃胶或适用于粘结基材的粘胶。
粘胶层可以配置为与玻璃吹制内衬2和镂空基材10的膨胀系数相配合,使得镂空基材10与玻璃吹制内衬2发生热胀冷缩的情形时不会相互脱离,也不会挤碎或破碎。
可以理解,所述玻璃吹制内衬2的形状可以为各种形状,其成形于基材腔体内与其外侧壁的玻璃凸起装饰部21为一体结构。内衬2与腔体内壁之间的距离可以仅为间隔3,也可以为各种不同间距,以适应装饰或其它功能需要。同样,玻璃凸起装饰部21的形状或图案有多种,与孔壁之间的间距可以是间隔3’,也可以不同于间隔3’。玻璃凸起装饰部21的形状、大小及高度可以各自相同或不同。
本发明实施例提供的一种制备玻璃嵌制品100的方法,包括以下描述的各步骤。
步骤一,提供待装饰基材10。参照图1,基材10内部具有中空腔体1以及腔体1的侧壁上形成的若干镂空孔11,镂空孔11与中空腔体1贯通。基材1的内部腔体1设计为适用于内部进行熔融玻璃吹制成形。
步骤二,在待装饰基材10上形成可洗除的保护胶层4,并晾干。参照图2,在基材10的腔体内壁12,也可同时在外壁以及镂空孔11内,涂覆可去除(如清洗去除)的保护胶,从而在基材腔体内壁12(或包括外壁及镂空孔内)形成可去除的保护胶层4。或者,将基材10浸入可洗除的保护胶中,从而在基材腔体内壁、外壁及镂空孔内形成一层预定厚度的保护胶层4。本实施例中,所述可洗除的保护胶为骨胶,是一种动物类黏结材料,可溶解于水中而用水洗除。相应地,所述保护胶层4为骨胶层4,其耐热温度不低于玻璃吹制时工作的温度以及吹制玻璃的温度。
保护胶层(或骨胶层)4用于保护基材10不会被溶化玻璃破环或受热变形等,可隔热及阻隔溶化玻璃接触基材10。
步骤三,在基材腔体内吹制玻璃装饰结构20。参照图3,将玻璃吹管一端伸基材腔体1内,另一端插入熔化的玻璃中,并在腔体1内进行玻璃吹制成形,熔化的玻璃吹至腔体1内经冷却后形成玻璃吹制内衬2,同时熔化的玻璃填充镂空孔位处经冷却后玻璃凸起装饰部21,玻璃吹制内衬2及其玻璃凸起装饰部21构成玻璃吹制装饰结构20。
作为一种实例,玻璃吹制装饰结构20在基材1内壁12上形成玻璃吹制内衬2的平行双层壁结构、且在基材表面的镂空孔11内形成玻璃凸起装饰部21,腔体1内形成玻璃吹制内衬2贴近于基材1内壁12且粘附于骨胶层4,同时在镂空孔位的液态玻璃形成玻璃凸起装饰部21嵌入镂空孔11内,玻璃凸起装饰部21是玻璃吹制内衬2的外壁21上一体凸出的整体不可分的玻璃吹制结构。
可以理解,在基材腔体1内吹制的玻璃吹制内衬2可以是各种形状或尺寸,可能与腔体内壁形状相同或不同,可以附着于腔体内壁,也可与内壁分离。液态玻璃填充镂空孔形成的一体玻璃凸起装饰部21形状、尺寸及结构可以相同或不同,与镂空孔之间可以有不同间隙,不相程度的镶嵌。
步骤四,褪去保护胶层。具体是浸泡清洗成品,获得图4的玻璃嵌制品100。将吹制有装饰结构20的基材10一并进行清洗,选择合适的清洗剂或溶剂,本实施例中是进行水洗,骨胶层4溶解于水而完全洗去,褪去的骨胶层4在玻璃吹制内衬2与基材1内壁12之间形成间隔3,且镂空孔位的玻璃凸起装饰部21与孔壁之间也形成间隔3’,间隔3、3’用于调节基材1与玻璃的热膨胀系数的差别,以适应二者因热胀冷缩时体积变化的差异。最终获得的成品100中,玻璃吹制装饰结构20与基材相互嵌套,结构稳固,自内至外装饰基材,装饰效果极佳,工艺方法简单。
本发明可使用陶瓷、金属或其它镂空材料作为基材,在基材内部作用可水洗去除的胶层作为处理层,再在处理层内部利用液态玻璃进行吹制。使玻璃填充各镂空孔位,液态玻璃冷却后,在基材腔体内壁形成玻璃吹制内衬,基材外部镂空处形成大小不一,形态多样的造型。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的保护范围由所附权利要求及其等同范围限定。
Claims (10)
- 一种玻璃嵌制品,包括基材,所述基材具有中空腔体,所述腔体的侧壁上形成有若干镂空孔,所述镂空孔与中空腔体贯通;其特征在于,所述玻璃嵌制品进一步包括嵌套于基材的玻璃吹制装饰结构;所述玻璃吹制装饰结构包括套设于基材腔体内的玻璃吹制内衬以及嵌入基材镂空孔内的玻璃凸起装饰部;所述玻璃凸起装饰部与玻璃吹制内衬是一体吹制成型的整体结构。
- 如权利要求1所述的玻璃嵌制品,其特征在于,所述玻璃吹制装饰结构由内至外地装饰所述基材;所述玻璃凸起装饰部是在玻璃吹制内衬与基材腔体内壁贴近的外侧壁上形成的、向外凸出并卡持在基材镂空孔内的一体凸起结构;所述玻璃吹制内衬贴近镂空基材腔体内壁且与基材腔体内壁形成基材腔体的双层内壁结构。
- 如权利要求2所述的玻璃嵌制品,其特征在于,所述玻璃吹制内衬与基材腔体内壁平行重叠地形成基材腔体的双层内壁结构;所述玻璃吹制内衬与镂空基材腔体内壁的形状及尺寸相互适配;基材腔体内壁为环形,所述玻璃吹制内衬为环形,且与基材腔体内壁形成相互贴近的双层环状壁。
- 如权利要求1所述的玻璃嵌制品,其特征在于,基材腔体适合于其内进行玻璃吹制成形;所述玻璃凸起装饰部与镂空孔形状相适配;所述玻璃凸起装饰部是图形、图案或花纹。
- 如权利要求1~4中任一项所述的玻璃嵌制品,其特征在于:所述玻璃吹制内衬与基材腔体内壁之间形成有间隔;所述玻璃凸起装饰部与基材镂空孔的孔壁之间形成有间隔。
- 如权利要求5所述的玻璃嵌制品,其特征在于:所述间隔包括由吹制玻璃之前形成于基材内壁表面的一种可去除的保护胶层、在吹制形成所述玻璃吹制装饰结构之后褪去该保护胶层后对应形成的间隔;所述间隔内进一步灌注形成粘胶层。
- 如权利要求6所述的玻璃嵌制品,其特征在于:所述可去除的保护胶层为骨胶层。
- 一种制备玻璃嵌制品的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:步骤一,提供待装饰基材:基材内部具有中空腔体以及腔体的侧壁上形成若干镂空孔,镂空孔与中空腔体贯通;步骤二,在待装饰基材上形成可去除的保护胶层:在基材的腔体内壁和/或镂空孔内涂覆可去除的保护胶或者直接将基材浸入保护胶中,从而在基材腔体内壁和/或镂空孔内表面形成预定厚度的可去除的保护胶层,所述保护胶层的耐热温度不低于玻璃熔化温度;步骤三,在基材腔体内吹制玻璃装饰结构:熔化的玻璃在腔体内吹制成型,在腔体内形成玻璃吹制内衬,熔化玻璃填充镂空孔位形成镶嵌于镂空孔内的玻璃凸起装饰部,所述玻璃凸起装饰部与玻璃吹制内衬是由一次吹制成形的一体结构;步骤四,褪去保护胶层:从基材腔体内壁和/或镂空孔内褪去保护胶层,褪去保护胶层的空间对应形成间隔。
- 如权利要求8所述的制备玻璃嵌制品的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤四是清洗的方法褪去保护胶层,将吹制有装饰结构的基材用清洗剂或溶剂进行清洗,保护胶层溶解于对应的清洗剂或溶剂后褪去;所述方法进一步包括步骤五,在所述间隔内灌注形成粘胶层。
- 如权利要求9所述的制备玻璃嵌制品的方法,其特征在于:所述可去除的保护胶为骨胶,所述保护胶层为骨胶层,所述溶剂为水。
