Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif d'ajustement pour un cas de règlement de déclaration de sinistre. Le procédé consiste à : acquérir des données de règlement de déclaration de sinistre d'un cas de règlement de déclaration de sinistre à ajuster; sélectionner, à partir de règles de service préenregistrées, une règle de service cible devant être vérifiée pour le cas de règlement de déclaration de sinistre à ajuster; réaliser, selon la règle de service cible et les données de règlement de déclaration de sinistre, la vérification d'ajustement sur le cas de règlement de déclaration de sinistre à ajuster; et si le cas de règlement de déclaration de sinistre à ajuster réussit la vérification d'ajustement, ajuster, sur la base des données de règlement de déclaration de sinistre, le montant de règlement de déclaration de sinistre dans le cas de règlement de déclaration de sinistre à ajuster.
