Abstract

본 발명은 탄소계 입자 및 실리콘계 입자를 포함하고, 상기 실리콘계 입자는 상기 탄소계 입자의 표면에 분산되어 위치하며, 상기 탄소계 입자는 0.4 m2/g 내지 1.5 m2/g의 비표면적을 가지고, 상기 실리콘계 입자는 Mg, Li, Ca 및 Al로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소가 도핑되어 있는, 실리콘-탄소 복합체 및 이를 포함하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극 활물질에 관한 것이다.
