Description
まず、図4に示されるように、プランジャーロッド2において、先端の取付部21にガスケット3を取り付けるとともに、ロッド部23の嵌め込み部232にストッパー4を嵌め込む。この際、ストッパー4は、閉鎖部42を後方へ向けた状態で、3枚の板体23A、23B、23Dがそれぞれ溝43A、43B、43Dを挿通するように、嵌め込み部232に取り付ける。次に、図20に示されるように、プランジャー2の先端のガスケット3を、シリンジ1の後端からシリンジ1内に差し込み、本体部12内に嵌め込み、更に、嵌め込み部232に外嵌しているストッパー4を、縮径させながら、取付部231へ、すなわち、シリンジ1の後端部13内へ、押し込む。後端部13内へ押し込まれたストッパー4は、拡径し、凹部45にシリンジ1の後端部13の凸部131が嵌合する。これにより、ストッパー4は、シリンジ1の後端部13内に、軸方向移動不能に固定される。図21は、組み立て後の注射器10すなわち図1の注射器10の縦断面を示す斜視図である。
(1)ストッパー4を、ロッド部23の嵌め込み部232で縮径させることによってシリンジ1の後端部13内へ挿入でき、更に、後端部13内に軸方向移動不能に固定できる。そして、凸部44の内径D5を、ガスケット3を支持するフランジ22の外径D7より小さく設定している。したがって、プランジャー2を後方へ引いていくと、フランジ22がストッパー4の凸部44に衝突するので、プランジャー2を、それ以上、後方へ引くことはできない。すなわち、ガスケット3がシリンジ1から抜け出る程にプランジャー2が後方へ引かれるのを、防止できる。したがって、簡素な構成でガスケット3の抜け防止を実現できる。このガスケット抜け防止は、ストッパー4、ロッド部23の嵌め込み部232、及びシリンジ1の後端部13の凸部44によって、実現できている。
(1)上記実施形態では、図22に示されるように、ストッパー4をシリンジ1の後端部13内に軸方向移動不能に固定するために、ストッパー4の凹部45にシリンジ1の凸部131が嵌合しているが、図23に示されるように、ストッパー4の凸部45aがシリンジ1の凹部131aに嵌合してもよい。
Claims (4)
- 注射器に設けられており、シリンジの後端開口からピストン先端のガスケットが抜けるのを防止する、ガスケット抜け防止機構において、
前記シリンジの後端部内に固定されるようになっているストッパーを、含んでおり、
前記ストッパーは、割溝を有する円筒体であり、固定前はピストンのプランジャーロッドのロッド部の細径部に外嵌しており、固定する際には前記細径部において割溝を閉じる方向に変形させることによって前記シリンジの前記後端部の内径よりも小径となって前記後端部に挿入できるようになっており、挿入後は拡径して外周の第1凹部又は第1凸部が前記シリンジの前記後端部の内面の第2凸部又は第2凹部に嵌まることによって前記後端部内に軸方向移動不能に固定されるようになっており、
前記ストッパーは、固定された状態において前記ロッド部の前記ガスケット支持フランジの外径より小さい内径を有する、第3凸部を、有している、
ことを特徴とするガスケット抜け防止機構。 - 前記シリンジの前記後端部は、シリンジ本体部の内径より大きい内径を有しており、

前記円筒体は、前端が開放されており、且つ、後端が閉鎖されており、
前記円筒体の前記反シリンジ側の閉鎖部には、横断面十字状の前記ロッド部が挿通する溝が形成されている、
