Description

具有新型排列结构的胶合板单板及胶合板 技术领域
本发明涉及胶合板技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种具有新型排列结构的胶合板单板及胶合板。
背景技术
现有胶合板是由木段旋切成单板或由木方刨切成薄木,再用胶粘剂胶合而成的三层或多层的板状材料,通常用奇数层单板,并使相邻层单板的纤维方向互相垂直胶合而成。现有的该种胶合板力学性能较差,需要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种胶合板,其能够克服现有技术的某种或某些缺陷。
根据本发明的一种具有新型排列结构的胶合板单板,其包括组件单板本体,组件单板本体包括依次排布的多个第一组件板,第一组件板由原料板自中部切割后首尾拼接形成;原料板为长方形板,第一组件板为平行四边形板。
为便于描述,本发明中,定义第一组件板的排列方向为组件单板本体的长度方向,定义垂直于组件单板本体长度方向的方向为组件单板本体的宽度方向。
本发明中,通过对原料板以不同的角度进行切割并首尾拼接后,能够形成木纤维走向与组件单板本体的长度方向呈不同角度的第一组件板,从而能够较 佳地生产出具体不同木纤维走向的组件单板本体,这就使得使用本发明胶合板单板所制造出的胶合板,每层单板间的木纤维夹角能够较佳地进行改变,从而能够较佳地提升所生产出胶合板的力学性能。现有胶合板制造领域中,原料板的木纤维走向均是沿其宽度方向或长度方向进行延伸的,若是需要改变原料板在组件单板本体中的木纤维走向,一般是对原料板的两端进行切除,从而形成平行四边形状的斜板,该种方式,需要切割两次且所切除的板料无法再次利用,从而制作复杂且物料浪费严重。相较而言,本发明的胶合板单板只需要切割一次且无任何板料浪费,从而能够大大节约原材料成本。
作为优选,原料板切割方向与原料板长度方向所成夹角为M,0°<M<90°。从而能够便于切割且能够较佳地实现第一组件板的拼接。
作为优选,M为30°至45°。从而便于切割,且通过该种角度切割后,所最终形成的胶合板本体能够具备更佳的力学性能,且切割方便。
作为优选,原料板处的木纤维沿纵向或横向延伸。
本发明还提供了一种胶合板,其能够克服现有技术的某种或某些缺陷。
根据本发明的胶合板,其包括胶合板本体,胶合板本体包括至少一层任一上述的胶合板单板和至少一层单板,组件单板本体与单板间的木纤维走向相互交叉且交叉角度不为90°。

具体实施方式
为进一步了解本发明的内容,结合附图和实施例对本发明作详细描述。应当理解的是,实施例仅仅是对本发明进行解释而并非限定。
实施例1
如图1和2所示,本实施例提供了一种具有新型排列结构的胶合板单板,其包括组件单板本体110,组件单板本体110包括依次排布的多个第一组件板111,第一组件板111由原料板300自中部切割后首尾拼接形成;原料板300为长方形板,第一组件板111为平行四边形板。
本实施例中,原料板300切割方向与原料板300长度方向所成夹角为M,0°<M<90°。其中,M为30°至45°时能够便于切割且最终性能也较佳,本实施例中M为45°。
结合图2所示,原料板300在切割时,沿与原料板300长度方向成45°的夹角进行切割,从而形成第一组件板A部分111a和第一组件板B部分111b,之后将第一组件板A部分111a的右端和第一组件板B部分111b的左端进行拼接即可。
本实施例中,原料板300处的木纤维沿纵向或横向延伸。
本实施例中,在对原料板300进行切割时,使得第一组件板A部分111a和第一组件板B部分111b为形状完全相同的两块,这就使得由不同原料板300切割而成的第一组件板A部分111a和第一组件板B部分111b能够通用,从而便于车间操作。
实施例2
结合图3所示,本实施例提供了一种胶合板,其包括胶合板本体100,胶合板本体100包括实施例1中的胶合板单板和至少一层单板120,组件单板本体110与单板120间的木纤维走向相互交叉且交叉角度不为90°。
将相同规格的现有胶合板与本实施例的胶合板,在相同条件下进行检测,本实施例的胶合板抗弯强度增加了30%。
以上示意性的对本发明及其实施方式进行了描述,该描述没有限制性,附图中所示的也只是本发明的实施方式之一,实际的结构并不局限于此。所以,如果本领域的普通技术人员受其启示,在不脱离本发明创造宗旨的情况下,不经创造性的设计出与该技术方案相似的结构方式及实施例,均应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

  1. 具有新型排列结构的胶合板单板,其特征在于:包括组件单板本体(110),组件单板本体(110)包括依次排布的多个第一组件板(111),第一组件板(111)由原料板(300)自中部切割后首尾拼接形成;原料板(300)为长方形板,第一组件板(111)为平行四边形板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有新型排列结构的胶合板单板,其特征在于:原料板(300)切割方向与原料板(300)长度方向所成夹角为M,0°<M<90°。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有新型排列结构的胶合板单板,其特征在于:M为30°至45°。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的具有新型排列结构的胶合板单板,其特征在于:原料板(300)处的木纤维沿纵向或横向延伸。
  5. 胶合板,其特征在于:包括胶合板本体(100),胶合板本体(100)包括至少一层权利要求1~4中任一所述的胶合板单板和至少一层单板(120),组件单板本体(110)与单板(120)间的木纤维走向相互交叉且交叉角度不为90°。
