L'invention concerne un nouveau dispositif souterrain de collecte (1) pour des déchets, présentant une plate-forme (3) pouvant être soulevée dans la direction verticale par un dispositif de levage (12) et être pratiquée, lequel dispositif de levage (12) sert à porter un ou plusieurs contenants à déchets, la plate-forme (3) présentant une goulotte d'introduction (2). Le dispositif de collecte (1) est agencé dans un conteneur (11) de marchandises, le recouvrement praticable (3) du dispositif de collecte formant simultanément le recouvrement du conteneur (11) de marchandises.
