Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Mittel zur Haarbehandlung bei diffusem und/oder erblich bedingtem Haarausfall oder zur Vorbeugung gegen einen solchen Haarausfall. Erfindungsgemäß enthält das Mittel Sägepalm-Extrakt, Koffein und gegebenenfalls Rotklee-Extrakt.

Description

Mittet zur Haarbehandlung
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Mittel zur Haarbehandlung bei diffusem und/oder erblich bedingtem Haarausfall oder zur Vorbeugung gegen einen solchen Haarausfall.
Derartige Mittel sind im Stand der Technik vielfältig beschrieben und aus der Praxis bekannt. Sie setzen meist bei der Behandlung einzelner Symptome oder Ursachen des Haarausfalls an und sind daher in ihrer Wirkung eingeschränkt. Die dem Haarausfall zugrunde liegenden Ursachen sind komplexer Natur und insofern noch immer Gegenstand zahlreicher Untersuchungen. Die EP 1 396 261 B1 enthält lediglich den allgemeinen Hinweis, dass die Verwendung von Koffein für Zusammensetzungen bekannt ist, die bei Haarausfall zum Einsatz kommen können. In dieser Schrift wird der Einsatz von Koffein in kosmetischen Zusammensetzungen also auch als Mittel gegen Haarausfall offenbart. Aus der EP 1 700 617 A1 ist ein Mittel zur Aktivierung der Haarwurzeln bekannt, dass aus einer Kombination von Koffein und einem Pflanzenextrakt mit phytoöstrogenen Eigenschaften besteht. Das Pflanzenextrakt kann ein Extrakt aus den Pflanzen Soja, Olive, Rotklee, Kürbis und Traubensilberkerze sein. Ferner ist aus der WO 02/11675 A2 eine Zusammensetzung bekannt, die eine oder mehrere Phytoöstrogene sowie eine oder mehrere Pflanzenextrakte enthält. Als Phytoöstrogen wird Rotklee genannt, die Pflanzenextrakte können unter anderem aus Sägepalm-Extrakt ausgewählt werden. Die letztgenannte Zusammensetzung soll auch zur Vorbeugung und Behandlung von Haarausfall zum Einsatz kommen können.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, ein Mittel der eingangs erwähnten Art zu schaffen, dass umfassender und damit effizienter gegen Haarausfall wirkt. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch ein Mittel mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen sind Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche.
Erfindungsgemäß enthält das eingangs erwähnte Mittel Sägepalm-Extrakt, Koffein und gegebenenfalls Rotklee-Extrakt. Es wurde herausgefunden, dass bei Menschen mit Haarausfall Haarfollikel schrumpfen und schließlich ihre Funktion einstellen. Das Schrumpfen der Haarfollikel geschieht unter dem Einfluss von Dihydrotestosteron (DHT), das aus Testosteron gebildet wird. Die Bildungsreaktion läuft über das Umwandlungsenzym 5-alpha-Reduktase, von dem bislang Typ I und Typ II bekannt sind. Wenn die Bildung dieses Enzyms gehemmt wird, entsteht weniger DHT, wodurch der Schrumpfungsprozess verringert bzw. verzögert wird. Die Wachstumsbzw. Produktionsstätte für Haare kann dadurch letztlich in ihrer Funktion gefördert werden. Es wurde ferner herausgefunden, dass Sägepalm-Extrakt und Rotklee- Extrakt Hemmstoffe der 5-alpha-Reduktase sind.
So kann Sägepalm-Extrakt als wirksamer, unselektiver Inhibitor der 5-alpha- Reduktase zum Einsatz kommen und zwar bei beiden Isoformen, Typ I und Typ II. Eine selektive Hemmung der 5-alpha-Reduktase erhöht, stärkt und verlängert die Anagen-Phase, was den progressiven Verlauf des erfindungsgemäßen Mittels modifiziert und verbessert. Die aktive Wachstumsphase der Haare dauert somit an. Sägepalm-Extrakt enthält Phytosterole und Flavonoide, die anti-androgene Aktivitäten auf zwei Wirkweisen erreichen. Die erste Wirkweise ist direkt und wirkt sich unmittelbar auf die DHT und die androgen-sensitiven, cytoplasmatischen Rezeptoren aus. Die zweite Wirkweise ist indirekt und wird über die Hemmung der 5- alpha-Reduktasetypen I und II erreicht. Sägepalm-Extrakt von Serenoa repens enthält gesättigte Fettsäuren, wie Laurinsäure und Myristat, und die einfach ungesättigte Ölsäure. Die letztgenannte Ölsäure hemmt die Bildung des 5-alpha- Reduktasetyps I und Laurinsäure diejenige des Typs II.
Rotklee-Extrakt enthält Flavonoide, die als Phytoöstrogene bekannt sind und, wie zuvor erwähnt, ebenfalls die 5-alpha-Reduktase hemmen. Zusätzlich hat Rotklee- Extrakt antioxidative Eigenschaften und kann dadurch auch zum UV-Schutz beitragen, so dass dieser Extrakt ferner eine Pflegefunktion beinhaltet. Außerdem kann Rotklee-Extrakt aufgrund seiner antioxidativen Eigenschaften Entzündungsprozesse hemmen. Häufig wird das Schrumpfen der Haarwurzeln von Entzündungsprozessen begleitet und verstärkt, welche durch den Einsatz von Rotklee-Extrakt gehemmt bzw. verringert werden können. Koffein regt den Stoffwechsel an, und zwar sowohl den Eiweiß- als auch den Fett- und Kohlenhydrat-Stoffwechsel. Ferner regt Koffein die Durchblutung an, so dass letztlich der gesamte Bau- und Energiestoffwechsel der Haare angeregt und begünstigt wird. Das erfindungsgemäße Mittel verbessert damit die Durchblutung, regt die Nährstoffversorgung zum Haaraufbau an und dient letztlich zum Schutz und zur Pflege des aufgebauten Haares. Aufgrund dieser Dreifachwirkung wirkt das erfindungsgemäße Mittel sehr effizient bei Haarausfall. Gemäß einer anderen Weiterbildung enthält das Mittel ferner wenigstens ein Lösungsmittel, einen Emulgator, ein Antioxidanz, ein Konservierungsmittel und einen Stoff zur pH-Regulation, wobei vorzugsweise das wenigstens eine Lösungsmittel Wasser und/oder denaturierter Alkohol, der wenigstens eine Emulgator hydriertes, ethoxyliertes Rizinusöl und/oder Glycerin, das wenigstens eine Antioxidanz Tocopherol, das wenigstens eine Konservierungsmittel Phenoxyethanol, Benzylalkohol, Kaliumsorbat, Natriumbenzoat und/oder Benzoesäure und der Stoff zur pH-Regulation Zitronensäure und/oder Milchsäure ist. Alkohol fördert ebenfalls die Durchblutung und macht in Form eines Tonikums vor allem die Hautbarriere durchlässiger für die Wirkstoffe in den einzelnen Bestandteilen des erfindungsgemäßen Mittels. Ein solches Mittel liegt in einer stabilen Zusammensetzung vor und kann daher aufgrund seiner zuvor erläuterten Dreifachwirkung bzw. aufgrund seiner dreistufigen Wirkung Haarausfall effizient vorbeugen bzw. gegen Haarausfall wirken.

Gemäß der vorstehenden Weiterbildung enthält das Mittel ferner Acetylhexapeptid-1. Acetylhexapeptid-1 ist ein sechs Aminosäuren langes Peptid, welches das alpha- Melanozyten-stimulierende Hormon imitiert und so die Haarpigmentierung stimuliert. Das Mittel gemäß der vorstehenden Weiterbildung unterstützt somit dabei, das Grauwerden von Haaren zu vermindern. Ferner schützt Acetylhexapeptid-1 die tieferen Schichten der Haut vor Effekten von UV-Strahlung und ist ferner entzündungshemmend.

Gemäß der vorstehenden Weiterbildung enthält das Mittel ferner Pirocton-Olamin. Pirocton-Olamin ist das Ethanolaminsalz eines Derivats von 2-Pyridon, das antimikrobiell gegen gram-positive und gram-negative Bakterien sowie gegen Hefen und Pilze und außerdem antioxidativ wirkt. Da für die Entstehung von Hautschuppen im Bereich der Kopfhaut insbesondere Keime verantwortlich sind, unterstützt das Mittel gemäß der vorstehenden Weiterbildung somit dabei, die Bildung von Hautschuppen im Bereich der Kopfhaut zu vermindern. Ferner kann das erfindungsgemäße Mittel sowohl Acetylhexapeptid-1 als auch Pirocton-Olamin enthalten.
Vorteilhafterweise enthält das Mittel femer wenigstens ein Pflegemittel, einen Feuchtigkeitsspender, einen Viskositätsregler und/oder einen Duftstoff, wobei das Pflegemittel vorzugsweise ausgewählt wird aus Panthenol, Trimethylammoniumsalz aus Stärke, Erbsensprossen-Extrakt, Arginin, Niacinamid, Weizenprotein, Biotin, der wenigstens eine Feuchtigkeitsspender vorzugsweise ausgewählt wird aus Betain, Harnstoff, Glycerin, Natriumlaktat, der wenigstens eine Viskositätsregler vorzugsweise Natriumchlorid und der Duftstoff vorzugsweise ein Parfüm ist. Panthenol (Vitamin B5), Niacinamid (Vitamin B3) und Biotin (Vitamin H) stellen wichtige Co-Faktoren für Enzyme und Coenzyme im Bau- und Energiestoffwechsel dar und unterstützen damit die vorerwähnte Nährstofffunktion des erfindungsgemäßen Mittels. Mit derartigen Vitaminen befindet sich die „Produktionsstätte Haarfollikel" im angeregten Zustand. Nachschub- und Anlieferstrecke für die Blutversorgung und dadurch eine gute Energieversorgung der einzelnen Haarfollikel sind damit gewährleistet. Erbsensprossen-Extrakt ist das Zellkulturmedium von wachsenden, sich teilenden Erbsensprossen-Zellen. Dieses Medium enthält Wachstumsfaktoren, die die kultivierten, wachsenden Erbsensprossen-Zellen in das umgebende Zellkulturmedium abgeben. Insofern enthält das Zellkulturmedium Signalstoffe, die die Anagen-Phase begünstigen, sodass diese Phase früher eintritt und insofern ein früherer Wiederaufbau des Haares stattfinden kann. Dadurch erhalten die Haarkeimzellen das Signal, in der Haarpapille weiter zu proliferieren und einen neuen Zyklus für das Haarwachstum zu beginnen. Arginin kann zur Bildung von Stickstoffmonoxid (NO) verwendet werden. NO ist der stärkste, körpereigene Gefäßerweiterer. Eine derartige Wirkung des Arginins als Stoff zum Erweitem der Gefäße unterstützt damit die Durchblutungsförderung und trägt dadurch mit zu einer erhöhten Wirksamkeit des erfindungsgemäßen Mittels bei. Weizenprotein unterstützt die Pflegefunktion des Mittels und dient darüber hinaus auch der Aktivierung und dem Aufbau des Stoffwechsels der Zellen.

Ein solches Mittel vereinigt insbesondere zwei der drei eingangs erwähnten pflanzlichen Wirkstoffe, ermöglicht ein wirksames Behandeln von Haarausfall, ist in der Lage, Haarausfall wirksam vorzubeugen, und ermöglicht durch das Vorliegen von Pirocton-Olamin ferner das Vermindern einer Schuppenbildung der Kopfhaut.
Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes werden nachfolgend näher erläutert, wobei alle beschriebenen Merkmale für sich oder in beliebiger Kombination den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung unabhängig von ihrer Zusammenfassung in den Ansprüchen oder deren Rückbeziehung bilden.
Das erfindungsgemäße Mittel dient zur Haarbehandlung bei diffusem und/oder erblich bedingtem Haarausfall oder zur Vorbeugung gegen einen solchen Haarausfall und kann insbesondere zu diesem Zweck verwendet werden. Es enthält Sägepalm- Extrakt, Koffein und gegebenenfalls Rotklee-Extrakt, auch Wiesenklee genannt. Der Rotklee-Extrakt basiert insbesondere auf unverkapseltem Rotklee (Trifolium pratense extract).
Sämtliche vor- und nachgenannten Inhaltsstoffe liegen soweit möglich in pharmazeutischer Qualität vor. Sägepalm-Extrakt in pharmazeutischer Qualität wirkt anti-androgen, da es die Umwandlung von Testosteron zu Dihydrotestosteron (DHT) bewirkt. Bestandteile in diesem Extrakt hemmen die Bildung des Umwandlungsenzyms 5-alpha-Reduktase. Rotklee-Extrakt wirkt durch die darin enthaltenen Phytoöstrogene ebenfalls anti-androgen, in dem es androgene Wirkungen stört bzw. hemmt. Dieser Extrakt kann auch als Hemmstoff für die vorgenannte 5-alpha-Reduktase eingesetzt werden. Wie zuvor bereits angedeutet aktiviert Koffein in pharmazeutischer Qualität die Durchblutung und damit den Stoff- /Baustoffwechsel, welcher zu einem gesunden Haarwachstum führen kann. Das Mittel enthält ferner wenigstens ein Lösungsmittel, wenigstens einen Emulgator, wenigstens ein Antioxidanz, wenigstens ein Konservierungsmittel und wenigstens einen Stoff zur pH-Regulation.
Das Lösungsmittel gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist gewählt aus Wasser und/oder denaturiertem Alkohol. Als Emulgatoren dienen hydriertes und ethoxyliertes Rizinusöl und/oder Glycerin. Das Glycerin kann polymerisiertes Glycerin (Polyglyceryl-6 Laurate) und/oder polymerisiertes und verestertes Glycerin aus Olivenöl (Olive Oil Polyglyceryl-6 Ester) sein. Das Antioxidanz ist gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung Tocopherol, welches insbesondere als Vitamin E vorliegt. Gemäß einer ferner bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung können als weitere Antioxidantien Honokiol (Polyphenol aus den Samen der Magnolie) und Magnolol (Polyphenol aus den Samen der Magnolie) zum Einsatz kommen, um dadurch die Pflegefunktion des erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehandlungmittels noch stärker zu fördern und die Schutzfunktion des Mittels zu verstärken. Als Konservierungsmittel dienen Phenoxyethanol, Benzylalkohol, Kaliumsorbat, Natriumbenzoat und/oder Benzoesäure. Zur pH-Regulation können Zitronensäure und/oder Milchsäure eingesetzt werden. Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung enthält das Mittel ferner wenigstens ein Pflegemittel, wenigstens einen Feuchtigkeitsspender, wenigstens einen Viskositätsregler und/oder wenigstens einen Duftstoff.
Es ist klar, dass das wenigstens eine Pflegemittel die zuvor erwähnte Pflegefunktion des erfindungsgemäßen Mittels unterstützt. Als Pflegemittel können zum Einsatz kommen Panthenol, welches auch als Feuchtigkeitsspender wirksam ist, quartäres Trimethylammoniumsalz aus Stärke, Erbsensprossen-Extrakt, Arginin, Niacinamid (Vitamin B3), hydrolysiertes Weizenprotein und/oder Biotin. Neben der pflegenden Funktion hat das vorerwähnte Niacinamid auch eine glättende Funktion.
Als Feuchtigkeit spendende Stoffe können gewählt werden Betain, Harnstoff, Glycerin und/oder Natriumlaktat.
Als Bestandteil zum Einstellen der Viskosität des Mittels in dessen jeweiliger Darreichungsform dient gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung Natriumchlorid.
Der Duftstoff ist beispielsweise ein Parfüm.
Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung enthält das erfindungsgemäße Mittel zur Haarbehandlung folgende Inhaltsstoffe, die sowohl mit ihren jeweiligen Bereichsangaben in Gew.-% als auch mit jeweils spezifizierten Anteilen in Gew.-% angegeben sind. Wie zuvor bereits erwähnt werden die Inhaltsstoffe, soweit möglich, in pharmazeutischer Qualität eingesetzt, was mit zu einer effizienteren Wirkung des erfindungsgemäßen Mittels beiträgt. Dies gilt insbesondere für die Inhaltsstoffe Sägepalm-Extrakt, Rotklee-Extrakt, Koffein, Panthenol, Biotin, Niacinamid (Nicotinamid).
Wie es bereits erwähnt worden ist, kann das erfindungsgemäße Mittel ferner Acetylhexapeptid-1 und/oder Pirocton-Olamin in den vorstehend genannten Anteilen in den vorstehend genannten Zusammensetzungen enthalten. Durch Einbeziehen dieser Substanzen kann das Grauwerden von Haaren vermindert werden (Acetylhexapeptid-1 ) und/oder eine Schuppenbildung der Kopfhaut vermindert werden (Pirocton-Olamin).
Das erfindungsgemäße Haarbehandlungsmittel verbessert, wie zuvor bereits angedeutet, insbesondere durch die Inhaltsstoffe Sägepalm-Extrakt, Rotklee-Extrakt, Koffein, Biotin die Durchblutung, verringert oder begrenzt die Bildung von DHT und begünstigt damit die Energieversorgung der jeweiligen Haarzwiebel. Die Haarbildung und eine gute Verankerung der Haare in der Kopfhaut bewirken Inhaltsstoffe wie Panthenol, Arginin. Die Schutz- und Pflegefunktion des Mittels wird insbesondere durch die pflanzlichen Inhaltsstoffe gefördert. Das schließt auch einen UV-Schutz mit ein. Die genannten Vitamine schützen gegen Radikale und andere Umweltschäden, so dass das erfindungsgemäße Mittel auch zur Unterstützung der Haarfärbung geeignet ist. Das erfindungsgemäße Mittel zur Haarbehandlung kann daher insbesondere bei diffusem und/oder erblich bedingtem Haarausfall oder zur Vorbeugung gegen einen solchen Haarausfall verwendet werden.
Das erfindungsgemäße Mittel zur Haarbehandlung enthält damit vorrangig einen Aktivierung-/Stimulierungskomplex sowie den Baustoffwechsel fördernde Bestandteile, wodurch dieses in der Lage ist, effizienter gegen Haarausfall zu wirken.

Claims

Patentansprüche:
1. Mittel zur Haarbehandlung bei diffusem und/oder erblich bedingtem Haarausfall oder zur Vorbeugung gegen einen solchen Haarausfall, enthaltend Sägepalm- Extrakt, Koffein und gegebenenfalls Rotklee-Extrakt.
2. Mittel nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel ferner Acetylhexapeptid-1 enthält.
3. Mittel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel ferner Pirocton-Olamin enthält.
4. Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel ferner wenigstens ein Lösungsmittel, einen Emulgator, ein Antioxidanz, ein Konservierungsmittel und einen Stoff zur pH-Regulation enthält.
5. Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wenigstens eine Lösungsmittel Wasser und/oder denaturierter Alkohol, der wenigstens eine Emulgator hydriertes, ethoxyliertes Rizinusöl und/oder Glycerin, das wenigstens eine Antioxidanz Tocopherol, das wenigstens eine Konservierungsmittel Phenoxyethanol, Benzylalkohol, Kaliumsorbat, Natriumbenzoat und/oder Benzoesäure und der Stoff zur pH-Regulation Zitronensäure und/oder Milchsäure ist.
6. Mittel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel femer wenigstens ein Pflegemittel, einen Feuchtigkeitsspender, einen Viskositätsregler und/oder einen Duftstoff enthält, wobei der wenigstens eine Viskositätsregler vorzugsweise Natriumchlorid ist.

Mittel nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pflegemittel ausgewählt wird aus Panthenol, Trimethylammoniumsalz aus Stärke, Erbsensprossen-Extrakt, Arginin, Niacinamid, Weizenprotein, Biotin. 8. Mittel nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der wenigstens eine Feuchtigkeitsspender ausgewählt wird aus Betain, Harnstoff, Glycerin, Natriumlaktat. 9. Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Duftstoff ein Parfüm ist.
