背景技术
目前,现有的空调室内机,其风叶和蒸发器都装在底壳组件上。空调器长期运行会在风道系统内积累大量的灰尘。同时,空调器内部是潮湿环境,容易滋生有害细菌,如果不定期清洗,从空调器吹出的风会对用户的身体健康造成不利影响。为了便于安装和清洗,将空调室内机的底壳组件设置为基座和底壳两部分,基座和底壳可拆卸地连接。
现有技术中,在底壳组件采用基座和底壳可拆卸结构时,底壳装入基座上或者从基座上拆卸时会产生较大的异响,影响用户的使用体验。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种空调器,以解决现有技术中底壳组件在装卸过程中存在异响的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种空调器,空调器包括:基座;底壳,与基座可拆卸地连接,底壳相对于基座在第一方向上可抽拉地设置;防异响结构,设置在基座和/或底壳上,防异响结构用于在拆装底壳时在基座和底壳之间形成线面接触或者线线接触。
进一步地,防异响结构为凸起,凸起设置在基座的朝向底壳的安装表面上。
进一步地,当底壳与基座连接时,凸起在安装表面上的投影与底壳在安装表面上的投影相错开,凸起位于底壳的抽拉路径上。
进一步地,当底壳与基座连接时,凸起和底壳在安装表面上间隔设置。
进一步地,空调器还包括曲面段,曲面段位于凸起的朝向底壳的一侧。

本发明及本发明的实施例中,为了解决现有技术中底壳组件在装卸过程中存在异响的问题,对空调器的结构进行了改进,下面进行具体说明:
如图1和3图所示,在本发明的实施例中,空调器包括基座10、底壳20和防异响结构。底壳20与基座10可拆卸地连接,底壳20相对于基座10在第一方向上可抽拉地设置。防异响结构设置在基座10和/或底壳20上。防异响结构用于在拆装底壳20时在基座10和底壳20之间形成线面接触或者线线接触。
通过上述设置,防异响结构能够在拆装底壳20时在基座10和底壳20之间形成线面接触或者线线接触,减小底壳20与基座10之间的接触面积,进而减小底壳20与基座10的相互接触的表面之间的摩擦引发的异响,提升用户体验和空调器的可靠性。
在本发明的实施例中,空调器安装到用户室内时,基座10的底面与墙面平行,底壳20一般沿竖直方向拆卸,即第一方向为竖直方向,底壳20相对于基座10在竖直方向上可抽拉地设置。
当然,在本发明的替代实施例中,第一方向也可以是水平方向或者与竖直方向和水平方向具有夹角的方向。
如图1所示,防异响结构为凸起30,凸起30设置在基座10的朝向底壳20的安装表面上。
通过上述设置,在抽拉底壳20时,设置在基座10上的凸起30顶起底壳20,由于凸起30仅与底壳20的朝向基座10的局部表面接触,凸起30将使底壳20的朝向基座10的表面倾斜,使底壳20的边沿与基座10的表面接触,从而在底壳20与基座10之间形成线面接触,进而减小异响。

通过上述设置,当底壳20与基座10连接时,凸起30与底壳20之间具有间隔,在安装时能够确保凸起30不会因装配误差等原因顶住底壳20,妨碍底壳20与基座10的配合。而且,在拆卸底壳20时,易于将底壳20的靠近凸起30的一侧抬起,避免底壳20在抬起过程中与凸起30之间发生摩擦,损坏底壳20或者凸起30的表面。
如图3和图6所示,空调器还包括曲面段31,曲面段31位于凸起30的朝向底壳20的一侧。
通过上述设置,在装卸底壳20的过程中,底壳20与曲面段31接触,这样,底壳20与凸起30之间也是线面接触。同时,也可以避免凸起30的棱角被磨损或者凸起30上的棱角磨损底壳20。
具体地,曲面段31通过对凸起30的表面倒圆角形成。
优选地,凸起30与基座10为一体成型结构。
这样,凸起30与基座10的连接强度好,结构简单,成型效率高、成本低。
如图4和图6所示,底壳20包括本体21和导轨部22。本体21与基座10之间具有间隔。如图5所示,基座10上设有导槽11。导轨部22与本体21连接,导轨部22与导槽11插接配合,且导轨部22的朝向基座10的一端与基座10的朝向底壳20的表面抵接接触。当拆装底壳20时,凸起30与导轨部22抵接。
通过上述设置,本体21与基座10之间具有间隔,底壳20仅通过导轨部22的表面与基座10的表面抵接,可以减小底壳20与基座10的接触面积,减小摩擦阻力,有利于进一步减小异响。
如图2所示,导轨部22具有至少一个纵向凸筋221,纵向凸筋221沿第一方向延伸。纵向凸筋221位于导轨部22的朝向基座10的一端并与基座10抵接。当拆装底壳20时,凸起30与至少一个纵向凸筋221抵接。
通过上述设置,拆装底壳20时,底壳20上仅纵向凸筋221与凸起30抵接,接触区域小,可以进一步减小异响。
如图2所示,导轨部22还具有间隔设置的多个横向凸筋222,横向凸筋222沿与第一方向具有夹角的方向延伸。横向凸筋222位于导轨部22的朝向基座10的一端并与基座10抵接。当拆装底壳20时,凸起30与横向凸筋222不接触。
在导轨部22的朝向基座10的一端设置多个横向凸筋222,且横向凸筋222与基座10抵接,这样可以提高底壳20与基座10连接的可靠性和稳定性。
本发明的实施例中,底壳20包括两个导轨部22,两个导轨部22在垂直于第一方向的方向上间隔设置,本体21位于两个导轨部22之间。凸起30为两个,两个凸起30与两个导轨部22一一对应设置。
通过上述设置,底壳20可以较稳定地安装于基座10上,在装卸底壳20时,每个凸起30均可以将对应的导轨部22顶起,减小底壳20与基座10的相互接触的表面之间的摩擦引发的异响。
如图1和图3所示,本发明的实施例中,基座10上还设有与导轨部22卡接配合的卡接部12,卡接部12位于底壳20的抽拉路径上。凸起30的高度高于卡接部12的高度。其中,凸起30的高度是指凸起30在垂直于安装表面的方向上的最大尺寸,卡接部12的高度是指卡接部12在垂直于安装表面的方向上的最大尺寸。也就是说,凸起30的最高点到基座10的安装表面的距离大于卡接部12的最高点到基座10的安装表面的距离。
上述设置中,卡接部12与导轨部22卡接配合,可以对安装在基座10上的底壳20起到预定位作用,防止底壳20与基座10在未通过紧固件连接前发生相对滑动。凸起30的高度大于卡接部12的高度,可以避免拆装底壳20的过程中导轨部22与卡接部12接触,引起异响。尤其可以避免卡接部12间歇性地与多个横向凸筋222接触所引起的异响。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本发明上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果:空调器包括基座、底壳和防异响结构,底壳与基座可拆卸地连接,底壳相对于基座在第一方向上可抽拉地设置,防异响结构设置在基座和/或底壳上,这样,防异响结构能够在拆装底壳时在基座和底壳之间形成线面接触或者线线接触,减小底壳与基座之间的接触面积,进而减小底壳与基座的相互接触的表面之间的摩擦引发的异响,提升用户体验。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种空调器,其特征在于,所述空调器包括:
    基座(10);
    底壳(20),与所述基座(10)可拆卸地连接,所述底壳(20)相对于所述基座(10)在第一方向上可抽拉地设置;
    防异响结构,设置在所述基座(10)和/或所述底壳(20)上,所述防异响结构用于在拆装所述底壳(20)时在所述基座(10)和所述底壳(20)之间形成线面接触或者线线接触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述防异响结构为凸起(30),所述凸起(30)设置在所述基座(10)的朝向所述底壳(20)的安装表面上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空调器,其特征在于,当所述底壳(20)与所述基座(10)连接时,所述凸起(30)在所述安装表面上的投影与所述底壳(20)在所述安装表面上的投影相错开,所述凸起(30)位于所述底壳(20)的抽拉路径上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的空调器,其特征在于,当所述底壳(20)与所述基座(10)连接时,所述凸起(30)和所述底壳(20)在所述安装表面上间隔设置。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述空调器还包括曲面段(31),所述曲面段(31)位于所述凸起(30)的朝向所述底壳(20)的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求2至5中任一项所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述底壳(20)包括:
    本体(21);
    导轨部(22),与所述本体(21)连接,所述导轨部(22)与所述基座(10)的导槽(11)插接配合,且所述导轨部(22)的朝向所述基座(10)的一端与所述基座(10)的朝向所述底壳(20)的表面抵接接触,当拆装所述底壳(20)时,所述凸起(30)与所述导轨部(22)抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述导轨部(22)具有至少一个纵向凸筋(221),所述纵向凸筋(221)沿所述第一方向延伸,所述纵向凸筋(221)位于所述导轨部(22)的朝向所述基座(10)的一端并与所述基座(10)抵接,当拆装所述底壳(20)时,所述凸起(30)与至少一个所述纵向凸筋(221)抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述导轨部(22)还具有间隔设置的多个横向凸筋(222),所述横向凸筋(222)沿与所述第一方向具有夹角的方向延伸,所述横向凸筋(222)位于所述导轨部(22)的朝向所述基座(10)的一端并与所述基座(10)抵接,当拆装所述底壳(20)时,所述凸起(30)与所述横向凸筋(222)不接触。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述底壳(20)包括两个所述导轨部(22),两个所述导轨部(22)在垂直于所述第一方向的方向上间隔设置,所述本体(21)位于 两个所述导轨部(22)之间,所述凸起(30)为两个,两个所述凸起(30)与两个所述导轨部(22)一一对应设置。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述基座(10)上还设有与所述导轨部(22)卡接配合的卡接部(12),所述卡接部(12)位于所述底壳(20)的抽拉路径上,所述凸起(30)的高度高于所述卡接部(12)的高度。
