图4为图1所示卡扣1在处于安装状态时的示意图,图5为多个卡扣与第一固定件(例如,底盘2)固定连接的立体图。如图4和图5所示,所述卡钩11和卡钩12分别位于所述卡孔21和卡孔22附近,此时所述弹性跳板14由于限位柱13抵靠底盘2而处于弯曲形变状态,从而在弹性跳板14的回弹方向上产生弹性作用力。随着在所述第一方向(即,安装方向)上移动所述卡扣1,当所述限位柱13移动到所述限位孔23的正上方时,所述卡扣1所在的位置为预定位置。这时,所 述限位柱13在所述弹性跳板14的弹性作用力的作用下落入所述限位孔23内,从而固定所述卡扣1的位置。同时,所述卡钩11与所述卡孔21卡合,所述卡钩12与所述卡孔22卡合,从而使所述卡扣1与所述底盘2固定连接。上述安装过程没有使用任何的专业工具,也不需要在所述底盘与卡扣之间拧上多颗螺丝,因此整个工作过程可以更加方便快捷,从而降低了人力成本和时间成本,提高了工作效率。
下面描述所述卡扣1的拆卸过程。首先,可以通过任何方式使所述限位柱13与所述限位孔23分开。例如,在所述限位柱13的相反侧用手指或其他任何适当工具将弹性跳板14撬起,或者在所述限位柱13一侧用任何适当工具下压限位柱13,使得所述限位柱13脱离所述限位孔23。然后,在与所述第一方向相反的第二方向(即,拆卸方向)上移动所述卡扣1。这样,所述卡钩11与所述卡孔21不再卡合,所述卡钩12与所述卡孔22不再卡合。最后,卡扣1可以从所述底盘2上卸下。上述拆卸过程没有使用任何的专业工具,也不需要在所述底盘与卡扣之间卸下多颗螺丝,因此整个工作过程可以更加方便快捷,从而降低了人力成本和时间成本,提高了工作效率。
优选的是,所述限位柱13与所述弹性跳板14是一体成型的。更优选的是,整个所述卡扣1是一体成型的。一体成型的结构使得所述卡扣更加简单,安装和拆卸也更加方便快捷。
根据本实施例提供的卡扣包括限位柱、弹性部件和至少一个卡钩。所述弹性部件设置在所述限位柱的底部。第一固定件的与所述卡钩相对应的位置设置有卡孔。所述第一固定件的与所述限位柱相对应的位置设置有限位孔。当所述卡扣移动至预定位置时,所述限位柱落入所述限位孔内,同时所述卡钩与所述卡孔卡合,从而使所述卡扣与所述第一固定件固定连接。所述卡扣的结构简单,没有使用螺丝,而且安装和拆卸无需专业工具,更加方便快捷,从而可以降低人力成本和时间成本。
第二实施例
图6为根据本实用新型的第二实施例提供的卡扣组件的局部剖面 图,图7为第二固定件的立体图,图8为第二固定件的主视图。如图6-8所示,所述卡扣组件包括第一固定件2、第二固定件3以及多个根据第一实施例提供的卡扣1。卡扣1的结构以及卡扣1与第一固定件2的安装和拆卸的详细描述可以参照上述第一实施例的内容,此处不再赘述。如图6-8所示,所述第二固定件3的边缘设置有向内弯曲的并与所述卡扣1对应的凸缘31。所述凸缘31可以与所述卡扣1相互配合以使所述第一固定件与所述第二固定件固定连接。
在本实施例中,所述卡扣组件为灯具,所述第二固定件为灯罩3,所述第一固定件为底盘2。在实际应用中,所述卡扣组件也可为显示装置,所述第一固定件为显示器主体,所述第二固定件为外壳罩。当然,其它任何具有本实用新型结构的装置都将落入本实用新型的保护范围。
优选的是,所述卡扣1的远离所述第一固定件的一侧设置有唇缘。所述唇缘与所述第二固定件的凸缘卡合以使所述第一固定件与所述第二固定件固定连接。参见图6,在本实施例中,所述卡扣1的远离所述底盘2的一侧设置有唇缘15,所述唇缘15与所述灯罩3的凸缘31卡合以使所述底盘2与所述灯罩3固定连接。在安装时,将所述灯罩3放置在所述底盘2的上方,使得所述卡扣1与所述凸缘31错开。然后转动所述灯罩3以使所述唇缘15与所述凸缘31卡合以使所述底盘2与所述灯罩3固定连接。
在本实施例中,所述卡扣1和凸缘31的数量分别为3个。在实际应用中,所述卡扣1和凸缘31的数量可以为3至6个。当然,所述卡扣1和凸缘31的数量也可以根据需要增加。优选的是,所述卡扣1与所述唇缘15是一体成型的,所述灯罩3与所述凸缘31是一体成型的。一体成型的结构使得所述灯具更加简单,安装和拆卸也更加方便快捷。
在根据本实施例提供的卡扣组件中,所述卡扣包括限位柱、弹性部件和至少一个卡钩。所述弹性部件设置在所述限位柱的底部。第一固定件的与所述卡钩相对应的位置设置有卡孔。所述第一固定件的与所述限位柱相对应的位置设置有限位孔。当所述卡扣移动至预定位置时,所述限位柱落入所述限位孔内,同时所述卡钩与所述卡孔卡合, 以使所述卡扣与所述第一固定件固定连接。所述卡扣的结构简单,没有使用螺丝,而且安装和拆卸无需专业工具。这样,在更换卡扣本身或者第一固定件和第二固定件时更加方便,增强了适用性。另外,由于更换方便快捷,降低了人力成本和时间成本。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本实用新型的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本实用新型并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本实用新型的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种卡扣,其特征在于,所述卡扣包括限位柱、弹性部件和至少一个卡钩,所述弹性部件设置在所述限位柱的底部,第一固定件的与所述卡钩相对应的位置设置有卡孔,所述第一固定件的与所述限位柱相对应的位置设置有限位孔;
    所述弹性部件在所述卡钩放置于所述卡孔附近时由于所述限位柱抵靠所述第一固定件而处于形变状态,从而在弹性部件的回弹方向上产生弹性作用力;
    所述限位柱在所述卡扣移动至预定位置时在所述弹性作用力的作用下落入所述限位孔中,以使所述卡扣固定在适当位置;并且
    所述卡钩在所述限位柱落入所述限位孔中时与所述卡孔卡合,以使所述卡扣与所述第一固定件固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的卡扣,其特征在于,所述卡钩的数量为两个,一个所述卡钩设置在所述卡扣的一端,另一个所述卡钩设置在所述卡扣的另一端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的卡扣,其特征在于,所述限位柱设置在两个所述卡钩之间的位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的卡扣,其特征在于,所述卡钩的自由端设置为朝向第一方向,所述第一方向与所述卡扣的安装方向一致。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的卡扣,其特征在于,所述弹性部件为弹性跳板,所述弹性跳板的一端固定在所述卡扣上,所述弹性跳板的另一端形成有所述限位柱。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的卡扣,其特征在于,所述限位柱与所述弹性跳板是一体成型的。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的卡扣,其特征在于,所述卡扣是一体成型的。
  8. 一种卡扣组件,其特征在于,包括第一固定件、第二固定件以及多个根据权利要求1-7任一所述的卡扣,所述第二固定件的边缘设置有向内弯曲的并与所述卡扣对应的凸缘,所述凸缘与所述卡扣相互配合以使所述第一固定件与所述第二固定件固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的卡扣组件,其特征在于,所述卡扣的远离所述第一固定件的一侧设置有唇缘,所述唇缘与所述凸缘卡合以使所述第一固定件与所述第二固定件固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的卡扣组件,其特征在于,所述卡扣与所述唇缘是一体成型的,所述第二固定件与所述凸缘是一体成型的。
