技术领域
本发明涉及照明设备领域,尤其涉及一种筒灯。
背景技术
筒灯是一种嵌入到天花板内光线下射式的照明灯具。它的最大特点就是能保持建筑装饰的整体统一与完美,不会因为灯具的设置而破坏吊顶艺术的完美统一。筒灯一般是有一个螺口灯头,可以直接装上白炽灯或节能灯,而目前现有的灯具安装方式大部分以锁螺丝为主,可以兼容的安装盒尺寸较少,另外在安装灯具时需要对位,操作不方便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种兼容性更好的筒灯。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:提供一种筒灯,包括安装盒及与安装盒相适配的灯体,所述安装盒包括顶板及围绕顶板设置的侧壁板,还包括固定板;
所述固定板包括固定板本体,所述固定板本体两端设置有至少两组紧固件,每组紧固件之间有间距,所述固定板通过紧固件可拆卸连接于安装盒上;
所述灯体通过固定板连接于安装盒上。
进一步地,所述固定板本体还包括开设在中部卡扣座,所述灯体上设置有卡扣件,所述卡扣件与所述卡扣座相适配,所述顶板与侧壁板形成容置腔,所述卡扣件扣合于卡扣座上且卡扣件收容于容置腔内。
进一步地,所述卡扣座为开设在本体上的圆形通孔,所述卡扣件包括金属弹片,所述金属弹片的两端相对弯折。
进一步地,所述金属弹片包括底板及设置在底板两端部的相对弯折第一侧板及第二侧板,所述第一侧板的上端部向外延伸形成限位部,所述第二侧板连接于限位部的外端部。
进一步地,所述紧固件包括开设在固定板本体上的螺孔,所述安装盒内沿侧壁板内壁面设置有连接柱,所述连接柱上设置有连接孔,所述螺孔与连接孔内螺接螺钉将所述固定板与安装盒可拆卸连接。
进一步地,所述螺孔为三组。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明固定板本体的两端设置有至少两组紧固件,该紧固件用于与安装盒连接,该两组紧固件之间有间距,可以满足不同尺寸的安装盒,可以兼容更多尺寸的安装盒,兼容性更强。

本发明最关键的构思在于:本筒灯的固定板本体 21 的两端设置有至少两组紧固件,该紧固件 23 用于与安装盒 1 连接,该两组紧固件之间有间距,可以满足不同尺寸的安装盒 1 ,兼容性更强。

进一步地,所述固定板本体 21 还包括开设在中部卡扣座 22 ,所述灯体 3 上设置有卡扣件,所述卡扣件与所述卡扣座 22 相适配,所述顶板 11 与侧壁板 12 形成容置腔,所述卡扣件扣合于卡扣座 22 上且卡扣件收容于容置腔内。
由上述描述可知,采用卡扣式连接,相比于现有技术可有效节省安装时间,降低安装成本,同时便于后期的维修。
进一步地,所述卡扣座 22 为开设在本体上的圆形通孔,所述卡扣件包括金属弹片 4 ,所述金属弹片 4 的两端相对弯折。
由上述描述可知,采用圆形通孔配金属弹片 4 的结构,可以实现水平方向不需要对位,就能快速安装。
进一步地,参阅图 4 ,所述金属弹片 4 包括底板 41 及设置在底板 41 两端部的相对弯折第一侧板 42 及第二侧板 44 ,所述第一侧板 42 的上端部向外延伸形成限位部 43 ,所述第二侧板 44 连接于限位部 43 的外端部。
进一步地,所述紧固件 23 包括开设在固定板本体 21 上的螺孔,所述安装盒 1 内沿侧壁板 12 内壁面设置有连接柱,所述连接柱上设置有连接孔,所述螺孔与连接孔内螺接螺钉将所述固定板 2 与安装盒 1 可拆卸连接。
由上述描述可知,采用螺孔配合连接孔的方式,固定板 2 与安装盒 1 可实现便捷、牢固安装,同时螺孔为较简单的配合结构,成本低,易制作。
进一步地,所述螺孔为三组。

综上所述,本发明提供的筒灯,兼容性高,可以实现水平方向不需要对位,就能快速安装,安装效率大大提高同时结构简单成本低廉。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种筒灯,包括安装盒及与安装盒相适配的灯体,所述安装盒包括顶板及围绕顶板设置的侧壁板,其特征在于,还包括固定板;
    所述固定板包括固定板本体,所述固定板本体两端设置有至少两组紧固件,每组紧固件之间有间距,所述固定板通过紧固件可拆卸连接于安装盒上;
    所述灯体通过固定板连接于安装盒上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的筒灯,其特征在于,所述固定板本体还包括开设在中部卡扣座,所述灯体上设置有卡扣件,所述卡扣件与所述卡扣座相适配,所述顶板与侧壁板形成容置腔,所述卡扣件扣合于卡扣座上且卡扣件收容于容置腔内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的筒灯,其特征在于,所述卡扣座为开设在本体上的圆形通孔,所述卡扣件包括金属弹片,所述金属弹片的两端相对弯折。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的筒灯,其特征在于,所述金属弹片包括底板及设置在底板两端部的相对弯折第一侧板及第二侧板,所述第一侧板的上端部向外延伸形成限位部,所述第二侧板连接于限位部的外端部。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的筒灯,其特征在于,所述紧固件包括开设在固定板本体上的螺孔,所述安装盒内沿侧壁板内壁面设置有连接柱,所述连接柱上设置有连接孔,所述螺孔与连接孔内螺接螺钉将所述固定板与安装盒可拆卸连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的筒灯,其特征在于,所述螺孔为三组。
