本实用新型涉及照明灯技术领域，尤其是涉及一种灯罩快装结构，包括有灯罩、安装座，所述灯罩中空，具有开口端和安装端，安装端的外周壁上设有卡接部；所述安装座具有数个爪扣，爪扣与卡接部活动卡接而达成灯罩组装到安装座上。采用上述结构，只需把灯罩对着安装座稍微用力向上推，爪扣可以挤压卡入灯罩的卡接部，达成灯罩组装到安装座上。这样可使操作人员快捷、方便、省力地安装和固定灯罩，而且灯罩外表面由于没有螺孔和螺钉，因而使照明灯具整体显得协调和美观。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及照明灯技术领域，尤其是涉及灯罩组装结构。
背景技术
现有技术中，带有灯罩的照明灯，其灯罩组装时通常使用螺钉锁接方式固定到安装座上，而对于悬挂或嵌装的照明灯，通常是先固定好安装座，再组装灯罩，但要将灯罩的螺孔与安装座上的螺孔对准并非很容易。另外，在固定螺钉时，往往会因用力不当而使螺钉从螺孔中脱出，掉落地上。这时，需自己或叫别人拾起螺钉，再行固定，显得十分麻烦和不便，并且需化费较长时间。又因灯罩固定好后，灯罩上会有外露的螺丝头或铆钉头，以致于吊扇整体的外观显得不十分协调及美观。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种安装和固定非常简化和快捷，节省了人力和时间，提高了安装效率，同时又能使外观美化的灯罩快装结构。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种灯罩快装结构，包括有灯罩、安装座，所述灯罩中空，具有开口端和安装端，安装端的外周壁上设有卡接部；所述安装座具有数个爪扣，爪扣与卡接部活动卡接而达成灯罩组装到安装座上。
上述方案进一步是：所述灯罩上的卡接部为环形凹槽，所述安装座的数个爪扣环形分布，爪扣为弹性扣。
上述方案进一步是：所述安装座为具有开口朝下的帽盖结构，爪扣由弹片弯折成型，弹片固定在安装座的内侧壁上。
采用上述结构，只需把灯罩对着安装座稍微用力向上推，爪扣可以挤压卡入灯罩的卡接部，达成灯罩组装到安装座上。这样可使操作人员快捷、方便、省力地安装和固定灯罩，而且灯罩外表面由于没有螺孔和螺钉，因而使照明灯具整体显得协调和美观。

以下将结合附图对本实用新型的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果作进一步说明，以充分地了解本实用新型的目的、特征和效果。
参阅图1、2所示，本实用新型有关一种灯罩快装结构，包括有灯罩1、安装座2，所述灯罩1中空，具有开口端11和安装端12，开口端11方便光源从灯罩1内射出光，安装端12的外周壁上设有卡接部121。本实施例中，灯罩1上的卡接部121优选环形凹槽，利于加工设计及组装，当然卡接部121也可点状设计分布在安装端12的外周壁上，为内凹或外凸形式，满足卡扣要求即可，在此不作限制。所述安装座2具有数个爪扣21，本实施例中，所述安装座2的数个爪扣21环形分布，爪扣21为弹性扣，具有涨收特性，可以通过挤压跨过灯罩1上的卡接部121上部缘边而与卡接部121相互嵌接。爪扣21与卡接部121活动卡接而达成灯罩1组装到安装座2上，这样可使操作人员快捷、方便、省力地安装和固定灯罩，而且灯罩外表面由于没有螺孔和螺钉，因而使照明灯具整体显得协调和美观。
图1所示，本实施例中，所述安装座2为具有开口朝下的帽盖结构，爪扣21由弹片22弯折成型，弹片22固定在安装座2的内侧壁上。组装时，安装座2罩住灯罩的安装端12，给予保护及美化，协调性更好，同时安装座2对内部的爪扣21起到相应限制，确保爪扣21正常工作，获得良好插拔力，不易受外力破坏变形，使用寿命长。爪扣21由弹片22弯折成型，弹片22固定在安装座2的内侧壁上，通过铆接、焊接、螺接或嵌合等方式连接，该结构极大优化产品设计，利于加工制作，结构简单，制作容易，成本低。
综上所述，本实用新型的灯罩安装更为方便、省力和快捷，只需把灯罩1对着安装座2稍微用力向上推，爪扣21可以挤压卡入灯罩的卡接部121，达成灯罩1组装到安装座2上；无需螺钉等外部件另行固定，安装效率更高。

1.一种灯罩快装结构，包括有灯罩（1）、安装座（2），其特征在于：所述灯罩（1）中空，具有开口端（11）和安装端（12），安装端（12）的外周壁上设有卡接部（121）；所述安装座（2）具有数个爪扣（21），爪扣（21）与卡接部（121）活动卡接而达成灯罩（1）组装到安装座（2）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种灯罩快装结构，其特征在于：所述灯罩（1）上的卡接部（121）为环形凹槽，所述安装座（2）的数个爪扣（21）环形分布，爪扣（21）为弹性扣。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种灯罩快装结构，其特征在于：所述安装座（2）为具有开口朝下的帽盖结构，爪扣（21）由弹片（22）弯折成型，弹片（22）固定在安装座（2）的内侧壁上。
