Abstract

Description
本申请要求于2022年04月27日提交中国专利局、申请号为“202220993559.9”、申请名称为“格栅结构和电器设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及格栅技术领域,具体而言涉及一种格栅结构和一种电器设备。
在相关技术中,“U”型格栅,由于两片栅体是相连接的,因此,在安装时,需要将格栅张开到一定的角度才能够和壳体装配,而这样的装配方式难度较大,效率低,并且,易导致格栅的损坏。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的格栅的安装难度大的技术问题之一。
为此,本申请的第一方面提出了一种格栅结构。
本申请的第二方面提出了一种电器设备。
有鉴于此,根据本申请的第一方面,本申请提出了一种格栅结构,包括:本体,本体包括导向部和第一安装部,第一安装部设置在导向部的一侧;格栅,设于本体,格栅包括第一主体和第二主体,第一主体和第二主体位于本体的两侧,第一主体和/或第二主体上设置有第二安装部,第一安装部和第二安装部相适配,其中,导向部用于使得第一主体和第二主体的一端相互远离。
本申请提出的格栅结构,包括本体和格栅,格栅安装在本体上,格栅包括第一主体和第二主体,本体上具有导向部,导向部能够使得第一主体和第二主体的一端相互远离,并且,格栅和本体通过第一安装部和第二安装部安装配合,具体地,在安装时,第一主体和/或第二主体触碰到导向部,导向部使得第一主体和第二主体的一端相分离,进而使得格栅可以顺利的
向本体上滑动,并且,在格栅相对于本体滑动到预设位置时,第一安装部和第二安装部能够相互配合,从而完成格栅和本体的安装。
也就是说,在安装时,利用导向部自动分开第一主体和第二主体的一端,从而使得格栅更容易的和本体配合,减少装配人员手动张开第一主体和第二主体的步骤,降低装配难度,并且,更易于控制第一主体和第二主体的张开角度,从而降低格栅损坏的可能性。
另外,根据本申请提供的上述技术方案中的格栅结构,还可以具有如下附加技术特征:
在上述技术方案的基础上,进一步地,第一安装部包括多个第一子安装部,多个第一子安装部相间隔的设置在导向部的一侧;第二安装部包括多个第二子安装部,多个第二子安装部相间隔的设置在导向部的一侧,第一子安装部和第二子安装部一一对应的设置。
在该技术方案中,第一安装部包括多个第一子安装部,第二安装部包括多个第二子安装部,第一子安装部和第二子安装部能够一一对应的配合,并且,第一子安装部位于导向部的一侧,从而在安装本体和格栅时,格栅通过导向部后,第一子安装部和第二子安装部可以一一对应的配合,从而降低安装难度,并且,第一子安装部和第二子安装部的数量为多个,使得本体和格栅具有多个连接位置,从而提升本体和格栅连接的稳定性。
在上述任一技术方案的基础上,进一步地,沿着本体和格栅的安装方向,多个第一子安装部中任意两个的结构不同;沿着本体和格栅的安装方向,多个第二子安装部中任意两个的结构不同。
在该技术方案中,沿着本体和格栅的安装方向,全部的第一子安装部中任意两个第一子安装部的结构不相同,沿着本体和格栅的安装方向,全部的第二子安装部中任意两个第二子安装部的结构不相同,进而第一子安装部和第二子安装部可以实现一一对应的装配,降低第一子安装部和第二子安装部误装配而导致产品安装出错的可能性。
在上述任一技术方案的基础上,进一步地,相邻的第一子安装部中,靠近导向部的一个的尺寸小于另一个的尺寸;相邻的第二子安装部中,靠近导向部的一个的尺寸小于另一个的尺寸。
在该技术方案中,相邻的两个第一子安装部中,靠近导向部的一个第一子安装部的尺寸小于另一个第一子安装部的尺寸,相邻的两个第二子安装部中,靠近导向部的一个第二子安装部的尺寸小于另一个第二子安装部的尺寸,进而距离导向部近的第一子安装部和第二子安装部的尺寸大,距离导向部远的第一子安装部和第二子安装部的尺寸小,而由于安装时,格栅是通过导向部向本体滑动的,进而大尺寸的第二子安装部无法和小尺寸的第一子安装部配合,格栅可以相对于本体继续滑动,直到第一子安装部和第二子安装部的尺寸相匹配后,第一子安装部和第二子安装部能够相互配合,完成装配效果,进一步降低第一子安装部和第二子安装部误装配而导致产品安装出错的可能性,降低本体和格栅的装配难度,同时,远离导向部的第二子安装部在沿着本体滑动的过程中因尺寸较大可以形成较大的安装空间,使得第二子安装部更加顺利安装。
在上述任一技术方案的基础上,进一步地,第一子安装部和第二子安装部中的一个为安装孔,另一个为安装扣。
在该技术方案中,第一子安装部为安装孔,第二子安装部为安装扣,或者第二子安装部为安装孔,第一子安装部为安装扣。
在上述任一技术方案的基础上,进一步地,安装扣的周侧设置有凹槽,安装孔的边缘嵌入凹槽中。
在该技术方案中,安装扣的周侧上设置有凹槽,在格栅和本体装配在一起时,安装孔的边缘卡在凹槽中,从而提升本体和格栅之间的连接强度,提升本体和格栅的稳定性。
在上述任一技术方案的基础上,进一步地,格栅还包括:连接部,第一主体和第二主体设于连接部的一侧。
在该技术方案中,第一主体和第二主体通过连接部相连接,并且,第一主体和第二主体位于连接部的同一侧,从而确保第一主体和第二主体可以位于本体的两侧,提升格栅结构的美观性,降低部件的数量,使得整个格栅结构更加完整,降低安装步骤。
在上述任一技术方案的基础上,进一步地,连接部遮挡在导向部上。
在该技术方案中,连接部压盖在导向部上,从而对导向部保护,并且,使得导向部不再暴露,降低导向部划伤外部部件或用户的可能性,并且,提升导
向部的使用寿命,便于对格栅结构进行维护。
在上述任一技术方案的基础上,进一步地,导向部位于本体的端部。
在该技术方案中,导向部设置在本体的端部,从而格栅形成一种罩设在本体上的形式,使得在安装时,本体不会在格栅的另一侧对格栅进行干扰,进一步降低格栅和本体的装配难度。
在上述任一技术方案的基础上,进一步地,导向部包括滑道,滑道倾斜设置,用于使得第一主体和第二主体的一端相互远离。

第二主体包括第二框架和设置在第二框架上的第二栅体,并且,第二安装部设置在第二框架上,进而使得第二安装部的设置更加的稳定,降低第二安装部损坏的可能性。
根据本申请的第二方面,本申请提出了一种电器设备,包括:如上述技术方案中任一项提出的格栅结构;送风组件,设于格栅结构。
本申请提出的电器设备,因包括如上述技术方案中任一项提出的格栅结构,因此,具备如上述技术方案中任一项提出的格栅结构的全部有益效果,在此不再一一陈述。
并且,电器设备还包括送风组件,送风组件设置在格栅结构,从而送风组件可以通过格栅结构吸风或吹风。
在上述技术方案的基础上,进一步地,电器设备包括净化器、加湿器、风扇和取暖器。
在该技术方案中,电器设备可以是净化器、加湿器、风扇或取暖器等。

下面参照图1至图4来描述根据本申请一些实施例提供的格栅结构100

如图1所示,本申请提供了一种格栅结构100,格栅结构100包括本体110和格栅120,格栅120安装在本体110上,格栅120包括第一主体122和第二主体128,在格栅120和本体110安装方式为,格栅120在本体110上的第一位置,滑动到第二位置,并且,第一主体122和第二主体128在本体110的两侧。其中,第一主体122和第二主体128相连接。
本体110上设置有第一安装部114,格栅120上设置有第二安装部134,在格栅120和本体110滑动到第二位置时,第一安装部114和第二安装部134相配合,从而实现本体110和格栅120的安装固定,其中,第二安装部134设置在第一主体122上,或者第二安装部134设置在第二主体128上,或者第二安装部134设置在第一主体122和第二主体128上。
并且,本体110上还设置有导向部112,在格栅120在本体110上的第一位置时,第一主体122和导向部112相接触,格栅120在本体110上的第一位置滑动到第二位置时,第一主体122在导向部112的作用下,和第二主体128相远离,从而第一主体122和第二主体128能够张开一定的角度,从而在第一安装部114和第二安装部134配合之前,第一安装部114和格栅120不会发生干涉,第二安装部134和本体110不会发生干涉。

本申请提供的格栅结构100,包括本体110和格栅120,格栅120安装在本体110上,格栅120包括第一主体122和第二主体128,本体110上具有导向部112,在本体110和格栅120的安装过程中,导向部112能够使得第一主体122和第二主体128的一端相互远离,并且,格栅120和本体110通过第一安装部114和第二安装部134安装配合,具体地,在安装时,第一主体122和/或第二主体128触碰到导向部112,导向部112使得第一主体122和第二主体128的一端相分离,进而使得格栅120可以顺利的向本体110上滑动,并且,在格栅120相对于本体110滑动到预设位置时,第一安装部114和第二安装部134能够相互配合,从而完成格栅120和本体110的安装。

如图3和图4所示,作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,第一安装部114包括相间隔的多个第一子安装部116,第二安装部134包括相间隔的多个第二子安装部136,第一子安装部116和第二子安装部136一一匹配的设置。

如图1、图3和图4所示,作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,沿着本体110和格栅120的安装方向W,也就是沿着格栅120的安装滑动方向,同一列的全部第一子安装部116中的任意两个第一子安装部116的结构不同,沿着本体110和格栅120的安装方向W,也就是沿着格栅120的安装滑动方向,同一列的全部第二子安装部136中的任意两个第二子安装部136的结构不同。
在该实施例中,全部的第一子安装部116中任意两个第一子安装部116的结构不相同,全部的第二子安装部136中任意两个第二子安装部136的结构不相同,进而第一子安装部116和第二子安装部136可以实现一一对应的装配,降低第一子安装部116和第二子安装部136误装配而导致产品安装出错的可能性。
具体地,同一列的全部第一子安装部116的形状各部相同,或尺寸各部相同,或形状和尺寸都各部相同,例如:第一子安装部116包括圆柱型、棱柱型和其他不规则形状等。

同样地,以沿着格栅120的滑动方向,一列第二子安装部136的数量为3个,其中,由靠近导向部112到远离导向部112的方向,依次为第二子安装部136a、第二子安装部136b和第二子安装部136c,第二安装部134136a的尺寸小于第二子安装部136b的尺寸,第二子安装部136b的尺寸,小于第二子安装部136c的尺寸。
其中,第一子安装部116a和第二子安装部136a相匹配,第一子安装部116b和第二子安装部136b相匹配,第一子安装部116c和第二子安装部136c相匹配。
进而在安装时,第二子安装部136c先和导向部112相接处,并使得第一

如图3和图4所示,作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,第一子安装部116和第二子安装部136中的一个为安装孔,另一个为安装扣。

具体地,在第一子安装部116为安装扣,第二子安装部136为安装孔的情况下,尺寸大的安装扣,在越过尺寸小的安装孔时,安装孔的便于会支撑安装扣,从而进一步降低本体110和格栅120的安装难度。
其中,以沿着格栅120的滑动方向,一列安装孔的数量为3个,其中,由靠近导向部112到远离导向部112的方向,依次为小安装孔、中安装孔和大安装孔,大安装孔的尺寸大于中安装孔的尺寸,中安装孔的尺寸大于小安装孔的尺寸。
同样地,以沿着格栅120的滑动方向,一列安装扣的数量为3个,其中,由靠近导向部112到远离导向部112的方向,依次为小安装扣、中安装扣和大安装扣,大安装扣的尺寸大于中安装扣的尺寸,中安装扣的尺寸大于小安装扣的尺寸。
其中,小安装孔和小安装扣相匹配,中安装孔和中安装扣相匹配,大安装孔和大安装扣相匹配。
进而在安装时,大安装扣先和导向部112相接处,并使得第一主体122和第二主体128张开,在大安装扣越过导向部112后,第一主体122和第二主体128和导向部112相接触,第一主体122和第二主体128同样张开,并且。由于大安装扣的尺寸大,大安装扣运动到小安装孔的位置时,大安装扣无法和小安装孔相配合。同样地,在中安装扣运动到小安装孔的位置时,中安装扣也无法和小安装孔相配合。同时,大安装扣运动到中安装孔的位置时,大安装扣也无法和中安装孔相配合。
进而,小安装孔、中安装孔和大安装孔,和小安装扣、中安装扣和大安装扣只能一一对应的配合,从而在格栅120和本体110的安装,可以顺利的进行,降低本体110和格栅120的安装难度。
如图3和图4所示,作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,安装扣的周侧设置有凹槽,安装孔的边缘嵌入凹槽中。
在该实施例中,安装扣的周侧上设置有凹槽,在格栅120和本体110装配在一起时,安装孔的边缘卡在凹槽中,从而提升本体110和格栅120之间的连接强度,提升本体110和格栅120的稳定性。
具体地,安装扣背离导向部112的一侧设置有凹槽,安装孔的背离导向部112的一侧边缘可以卡进凹槽中。
如图1和图4所示,作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,第一主体122和第二主体128通过连接部138相连接,具体地,第一主体122的全部和第二主体128的全部,设置在连接部138的同一侧,第一主体122的部分和第二主体128的部分,设置在连接部138的同一侧,具体地,第二安装部134设置在连接部138的同一侧。
其中,第一主体122、第二主体128和连接部138整体形成“U”字型、“H”字型或“h”字型等。
在该实施例中,第一主体122和第二主体128通过连接部138相连接,并且,第一主体122和第二主体128位于连接部138的同一侧,从而确保第一主体122和第二主体128可以位于本体110的两侧,提升格栅结构100的美观性,
降低部件的数量,使得整个格栅结构100更加完整,降低安装步骤。
具体地,连接部138为环状结构。
进一步地,第二安装部134、连接部138、第一主体122和第二主体128为一体式结构。
作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,连接部138遮挡在导向部112上。
在该实施例中,连接部138压盖在导向部112上,从而对导向部112保护,并且,使得导向部112不再暴露,降低导向部112划伤外部部件或用户的可能性,并且,提升导向部112的使用寿命,便于对格栅结构100进行维护。
连接部138呈环状结构,连接部138整体盖扣在本体110上,进而将导向部112保护在连接部138的一侧。
如图2和图3所示,作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,导向部112设置在本体110的端部。
在该实施例中,导向部112设置在本体110的端部,从而格栅120形成一种罩设在本体110上的形式,使得在安装时,本体110不会在格栅120的另一侧对格栅120进行干扰,进一步降低格栅120和本体110的装配难度。
具体地,连接部138罩设在本体110的一端,第一主体122和第二主体128设置在本体110的两侧。
如图2所示,作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,导向部112上具有滑道118,滑道118靠近本体110中心的一侧凸出于滑道118靠近本体110边缘的一侧,从而在格栅120和滑道118想接触时,第一主体122和第二主体128会沿着滑道118的倾斜方向相远离。
在该实施例中,导向部112包括滑道118,滑道118倾斜的设置在导向部112的表侧,进而在格栅120的第一主体122和/或第二主体128顶在滑道118上,向本体110滑动时,第一主体122和/或第二主体128沿着滑道118滑动,从而使得第一主体122和第二主体128相互的一端远离,而滑道118的设置,使得第一主体122和第二主体128的运动更加平缓,使得本体110和格栅120的安装更加顺畅,降低本体110和格栅120损坏的可能性。
具体地,滑道118为平滑的倾斜面。
第一主体122和第二主体128设置在连接部138上,并且,第一主体122和第二主体128相对的侧面和本体110配合。并且,第二安装部134设置在第一主体122和第二主体128相对的侧面上。
如图2所示,作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,导向部112的数量为偶数个。
在该实施例中,导向部112的数量为偶数个,从而可以使得第一主体122和第二主体128的运动更加对称,并且,第一安装部114和第二安装部134的设置也更加的合理。
具体地,导向部112的数量为偶数个,例如:2个、4个、6个和8个等。
如图4所示,作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,第一主体122包括:第一框架124和第一栅体126,第二安装部134设置在第一框架124上,第一栅体126安装在第一框架124中。
在该实施例中,第一主体122包括第一框架124和设置在第一框架124上的第一栅体126,并且,第二安装部134设置在第一框架124上,进而使得第二安装部134的设置更加的稳定,降低第二安装部134损坏的可能性。
具体地,第一框架124和第一栅体126为一体式结构。
进一步地,第二安装部134、第一框架124和第一栅体126为一体式结构。
如图4所示,作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,第二主体128包括:第二框架130和第二栅体132,第二安装部134设置在第二框架130上,第二栅体132安装在第二框架130中。
在该实施例中,第二主体128包括第二框架130和设置在第二框架130上的第二栅体132,并且,第二安装部134设置在第二框架130上,进而使得第二安装部134的设置更加的稳定,降低第二安装部134损坏的可能性。
具体地,第二框架130和第二栅体132为一体式结构。
进一步地,第二安装部134、第二框架130和第二栅体132为一体式结构。
本申请提供了一种电器设备,包括:如任一实施例提供的格栅结构100。
本申请提出的电器设备,因包括如任一实施例提供的格栅结构100,因此,具备如任一实施例提供的格栅结构100的全部有益效果,在此不再一一陈述。
作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,电器设备还包括送风组件,送风组件设置在本体110的内部,送风组件在本体110的内部工作时,气流可以通过格栅120进入或排出电器设备。
在该实施例中,电器设备还包括送风组件,从而送风组件可以通过格栅120吸风或吹风。
具体地,送风组件为风机。
作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,电器设备包括净化器、加湿器、风扇和取暖器。
在该实施例中,电器设备可以是净化器、加湿器、风扇或取暖器等。
具体地,风扇可以是无叶风扇或塔扇等。

Claims (14)
- 一种格栅结构,其中,包括:本体,所述本体包括导向部和第一安装部,所述第一安装部设置在所述导向部的一侧;格栅,设于所述本体,所述格栅包括第一主体和第二主体,所述第一主体和所述第二主体位于所述本体的两侧,所述第一主体和/或所述第二主体上设置有第二安装部,所述第一安装部和所述第二安装部相适配,其中,所述导向部用于使得所述第一主体和所述第二主体的一端相互远离。
- 根据权利要求1所述的格栅结构,其中,所述第一安装部包括多个第一子安装部,多个所述第一子安装部相间隔的设置在所述导向部的一侧;所述第二安装部包括多个第二子安装部,多个所述第二子安装部相间隔的设置在所述导向部的一侧,所述第一子安装部和所述第二子安装部一一对应的设置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的格栅结构,其中,沿着所述本体和所述格栅的安装方向,多个所述第一子安装部中任意两个的结构不同;沿着所述本体和所述格栅的安装方向,多个所述第二子安装部中任意两个的结构不同。
- 根据权利要求3所述的格栅结构,其中,相邻的所述第一子安装部中,靠近所述导向部的一个的尺寸小于另一个的尺寸;相邻的所述第二子安装部中,靠近所述导向部的一个的尺寸小于另一个的尺寸。
- 根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的格栅结构,其中,所述第一子安装部和所述第二子安装部中的一个为安装孔,另一个为安装扣。
- 根据权利要求5所述的格栅结构,其中,所述安装扣的周侧设置有凹槽,所述安装孔的边缘嵌入所述凹槽中。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的格栅结构,其中,所述格栅还包括:连接部,所述第一主体和所述第二主体设于所述连接部的一侧。
- 根据权利要求7所述的格栅结构,其中,所述连接部遮挡在所述导向部上。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的格栅结构,其中,所述导向部位于所述本体的端部。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的格栅结构,其中,所述导向部包括滑道,所述滑道倾斜设置,用于使得所述第一主体和第二主体的一端相互远离。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的格栅结构,其中,所述导向部的数量为偶数个。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的格栅结构,其中,所述第一主体包括:第一框架,所述第二安装部设于所述第一框架;第一栅体,设于所述第一框架;所述第二主体包括:第二框架,所述第二安装部设于所述第二框架;第二栅体,设于所述第二框架。
- 一种电器设备,其中,包括:如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的格栅结构;送风组件,设于所述格栅结构。
- 根据权利要求13所述的电器设备,其中,所述电器设备包括净化器、加湿器、风扇和取暖器。
