背景技术
一般地,电机的PCB板集成在电机的壳体内。当电机使用在空调器中用于驱动风轮转动时,由于电机和风轮一般位于空调器的气流通道内,PCB板上的器件与风轮驱动的气流接触,当气流通道内的气流湿度较大或温度较高时,容易导致PCB板出现故障。
发明内容

一般地,电机103的PCB板1032集成在电机103的壳体内。当电机103使用在空调器中用于驱动风轮102转动时,由于电机103和风轮102一般位于空调器的气流通道内,PCB板1032上的器件与风轮102驱动的气流接触,当气流通道内的空气湿度较大或温度较高时,容易引起PCB板1032出现故障。
有鉴于此,根据本申请实施例的空调器的风道模块10,通过使得电机103包括分体设置的电机本体1031和PCB板1032,并且PCB板1032位于风道件101的外侧,从而可以避免PCB板1032与风轮102驱动进入到风道1011内的气流接触,避免了因PCB板1032接触潮湿或高温的空气而导致的损坏,有利于提高PCB板1032的使用寿命和可靠性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图1-图3所示,空调器的风道模块10包括防护盒104,防护盒104位于风道件101的外侧,PCB板1032位于防护盒104内,防护盒104具有第二过线孔1041,第一导线105的一端与PCB板1032电连接,第一导线105的另一端依次穿过防护盒104上的第二过线孔1041和风道件101上的第一过线孔1013后与位于风道件101内的电机本体1031的线圈电连接。由此,通过设置防护盒104,从而一方面可以利用防护盒104的防护作用对PCB板1032进行防护,继而进一步地提高PCB板1032的使用寿命,另一方面还可以利用防护盒104的防护作用防止人手等接触到PCB板1032,避免安全隐患的发生。
在一些实施例中,防护盒104为防火材料件(例如,金属件)。由此,通过使得防护盒104为防护材料件,从而可以提高防护盒104的防火性能,进而提高防护盒104对PCB板1032防护的可靠性,而且成本比内置在电机103中的PCB板1032的方案来说要低。
在本申请的一些实施例中,防护盒104安装在风道件101的外表面上。当然,防护盒104与风道件101也可以分体设置。
在一些实施例中,防护盒104与风道件101可拆卸地相连。也就是说,防护盒104可拆卸地设在风道件101的外表面上,从而便于防护盒104的拆卸和安装,当防护盒104和风道件101其中一个损坏时,只需更换损坏的部件即可,有利于降低维修成本。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图1和图4所示,防护盒104包括:盒体1044和盖体1045,盒体1044的背离风道件101的一侧敞开,PCB板1032安装在盒体1044内,盖体1045可枢转地设在盒体1044的敞开侧以打开或关闭盒体1044。从而便于对PCB 板1032的维修和更换。
在一些实施例中,盖体1045可拆卸地盖设在盒体1044上。由此,通过使得盒体1044与盖体1045的可拆卸设置,从而便于对PCB板1032的维修和更换。
当然,本申请不限于此,在另一些实施例中,防护盒104的面对风道件101的表面敞开,风道件101封盖防护盒104的敞开侧,由此,可以简化防护盒104的结构,降低防护盒104的制造成本。
在本申请的一些实施方式中,防护盒104与风道件101通过紧固件相连。具体而言,如图1所示,防护盒104(例如,上述的盒体1044)上设有第一紧固孔1042,风道件101的外表面上设有第一螺钉柱1014,紧固件为第一螺钉,第一螺钉穿设于第一紧固孔1042和第一螺钉柱1014,从而实现防护盒104与风道件101的可拆卸连接。
根据本申请的一些示例,盒体1044的周壁上设有凸耳10441,凸耳10441上设有在凸耳10441的厚度方向上贯穿凸耳10441的第一紧固孔1042。由此,结构简单,便于加工制造。
在一些实施例中,凸耳10441与盒体1044为一体成型件。由此,一体件的结构不仅可以保证凸耳10441与盒体1044的结构、性能稳定性,并且方便成型、制造简单,而且省去了多余的装配件以及连接工序,大大提高了凸耳10441与盒体1044的装配效率,保证凸耳10441与盒体1044连接的可靠性,再者,一体形成的结构的整体强度和稳定性较高,组装更方便,寿命更长。
根据本申请的一些示例,盒体1044的周壁上设有多个凸耳10441,每个凸耳10441上设有在凸耳10441的厚度方向上贯穿凸耳10441的第一紧固孔1042。由此,结构简单,便于加工制造。
在本申请的一些实施例中,防护盒104上设有第一卡扣部,风道件101上设有第二卡扣部,第一卡扣部与第二卡扣部卡合。具体而言,例如,第一卡扣部为卡孔,第二卡扣部为卡钩,通过卡钩与卡孔的卡合,从而实现防护盒104与风道件101的可拆卸相连,由此,结构简单,便于加工制造。
在本申请的一些实施例中,PCB板1032可拆卸地设在防护盒104内。由此,可以便于对PCB板1032的维修和更换。
在一些实施例中,PCB板1032与防护盒104通过紧固件相连。具体而言,PCB板1032上设有第二紧固孔,防护盒104内设有第二螺钉柱,紧固件即第二螺钉穿设于第二紧固孔和第二螺钉柱,从而实现PCB板1032与防护盒104的可拆卸连接。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图4所示,PCB板1032上设有第一卡接部10321,防护盒104(例如,盒体1044,)的内壁上设有第二卡接部1043,第一卡接部10321 和第二卡接部1043卡接。由此,通过使得第一卡接部10321与第二卡接部1043卡接,从而便于实现PCB板1032与防护盒104的可拆卸连接。
在一些示例中,第二卡接部1043为凸出于防护盒104的内周壁的凸筋,PCB板1032的外周边缘被构造成为第一卡接部10321,第一卡接部10321卡设在凸筋与防护盒104的底壁之间。
在一些实施例中,防护盒104的底壁的外周边缘处设有凸起部10442,第一卡接部10321卡设在凸起部10442与凸筋之间。由此,一方面实现了PCB板1032的安装,另一方面还可以将PCB板1032与防护盒104的底壁间隔开,从而提高PCB板1032的散热效果。
在一些实施例中,防护盒104上设有多个散热孔。由此,有利于提高PCB板1032的散热效果。
在一些实施例中,风轮102为离心风轮,风道件101为蜗壳。
根据本申请实施例的空调器,包括:壳体、电控模块和上述的风道模块10。
具体而言,风道模块10位于壳体内,电控模块位于壳体内,壳体具有第二进风口和第二出风口,第二进风口与上述的第一进风口对应,第二出风口与上述的第一出风口1012对应,电控模块具有电控板,PCB板1032通过第二导线20与电控板电连接。
根据本申请实施例的空调器,通过设置上述的风道模块10,通过使得电机103包括分体设置的电机本体1031和PCB板1032,并且PCB板1032位于风道件101的外侧,从而可以避免PCB板1032与风轮102驱动进入到风道1011内的气流接触,避免了因PCB板1032接触潮湿或高温的空气而导致的损坏,有利于提高PCB板1032的使用寿命和可靠性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,壳体具有新风风道,风道模块10为位于新风风道内的新风模块,第二进风口和第二出风口均位于新风风道,第二进风口适于与室外连通。由此,可以避免PCB板1032与风轮102驱动进入到风道1011内的室外气流接触,避免了因PCB板1032接触潮湿或高温的空气而导致的损坏,有利于提高PCB板1032的使用寿命和可靠性。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种空调器的风道模块,其中,包括:
    风道件,所述风道件具有风道,所述风道具有第一进风口和第一出风口,所述风道件上设有第一过线孔;
    风轮,所述风轮位于所述风道内;
    电机,所述电机包括电机本体和PCB板,所述电机本体位于所述风道内,所述PCB板位于所述风道件的外侧;
    第一导线,所述第一导线的一端与所述PCB板电连接,所述第一导线的另一端穿过所述第一过线孔后与所述电机本体电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器的风道模块,其中,包括:防护盒,所述防护盒位于所述风道件的外侧,所述PCB板位于所述防护盒内,所述防护盒具有第二过线孔,所述第一导线的另一端依次穿过所述第二过线孔和所述第一过线孔后与所述电机本体电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空调器的风道模块,其中,所述防护盒与所述风道件可拆卸地相连。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的空调器的风道模块,其中,所述防护盒上设有第一紧固孔,所述风道件的外表面上设有第一螺钉柱,第一螺钉穿设于所述第一紧固孔和所述第一螺钉柱;和/或,
    所述防护盒上设有第一卡扣部,所述风道件上设有第二卡扣部,所述第一卡扣部与所述第二卡扣部卡合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的空调器的风道模块,其中,所述防护盒包括盒体,所述盒体的周壁上设有凸耳,所述凸耳上设有贯穿所述凸耳的所述第一紧固孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的空调器的风道模块,其中,所述凸耳与所述盒体为一体成型件。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的空调器的风道模块,其中,所述盒体的周壁上设有多个所述凸耳,每个所述凸耳上均设有所述第一紧固孔。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的空调器的风道模块,其中,所述PCB板可拆卸地设在所述防护盒内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的空调器的风道模块,其中,所述PCB板上设有第二紧固孔,所述防护盒内设有第二螺钉柱,第二螺钉穿设于所述第二紧固孔和所述第二螺钉柱;和/或,所述PCB板上设有第一卡接部,所述防护盒的内壁上设有第二卡接部,所述第 一卡接部和所述第二卡接部卡接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的空调器的风道模块,其中,所述第二卡接部为凸出于所述防护盒的内壁的凸筋,所述PCB板的外周边缘被构造成为所述第一卡接部。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的空调器的风道模块,其中,所述防护盒包括:盒体和盖体,所述盒体的背离所述风道件的一侧敞开,所述PCB板安装在所述盒体内,所述盖体可枢转地设在所述盒体的敞开侧以打开或关闭所述盒体。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的空调器的风道模块,其中,所述防护盒为防火材料件。
  13. 一种空调器,其中,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体具有第二进风口和第二出风口;
    电控模块,所述电控模块位于所述壳体内,所述电控模块具有电控板;
    根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的风道模块,所述风道模块位于所述壳体内,所述PCB板通过第二导线与所述电控板电连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的空调器,其中,所述壳体具有新风风道,所述风道模块为位于所述新风风道内的新风模块,所述第二进风口和所述第二出风口均位于所述新风风道,所述第二进风口适于与室外连通。
