Abstract

本申请提供了一种绩效指标考核评估方法、设备、装置及存储介质,方法包括:按指定周期从员工业务的源数据中获取对应时间区间的、用于评估员工绩效的多维度指标参数;从预设的考核指标参数权重表中获取多维度指标参数中所包括考核指标参数对应的权重;根据多维度指标参数、及所述根据考核指标参数权重表获取的与考核指标参数一一对应的权重,计算获取考核评估结果。本申请能够自动获取用于评估员工绩效的多维度指标参数,并根据多维度指标参数、及其所包括考核指标参数对应的权重,快速计算得到考核评估结果,提高了计算效率,而且计算得到的考核评估结果的详细过程也有明细可查,提高了计算的准确率。

Description

一种绩效指标考核评估方法、设备、装置及存储介质
本申请要求于2017年08月28日提交中国专利局、申请号为201710750793.2、发明名称为“一种绩效指标考核评估方法、设备及存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及绩效考核技术领域,尤其涉及一种绩效指标考核评估方法、设备、装置及存储介质。
背景技术
目前,对保险业的员工(主要是经理级别)进行考核时,在计算标保计划达成率时主要考核短险标保、长险标保、年金标保及综合金融标保这四个主要指标,在计算直销经理的绩效时只是简单的将上述四个指标求和后除以年初计划总数,这样经过简单的量化计算时其业务数据的分析难度大,难以得到准确的结果,导致了低效率的绩效考核。
因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足之处,本申请的目的在于提供一种绩效指标考核评估方法、设备、装置及存储介质,旨在解决现有技术中计算绩效只是简单的将四个主要指标经过简单的量化计算,难以得到准确的结果,导致了低效率的绩效考核的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本申请采取了以下技术方案:
一种绩效指标考核评估方法,其中,所述方法包括以下步骤:
按指定周期从员工业务的源数据中获取对应时间区间的、用于评估员工绩效的多维度指标参数;
从预设的考核指标参数权重表中获取多维度指标参数中所包括考核指标参数对应的权重;
根据多维度指标参数、及所述根据考核指标参数权重表获取的与考核指标参数一一对应的权重,计算获取考核评估结果。
一种绩效指标考核评估设备,其中,所述绩效指标考核评估设备包括处理器、存储器及通信总线;
所述通信总线用于实现处理器和存储器之间的连接通信;
所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的绩效指标考核评估程序,以实现所述绩效指标考核评估方法的步骤。
一种绩效指标考核评估装置,其中,所述绩效指标考核评估装置包括:
多维度指标参数获取模块,用于按指定周期从员工业务的源数据中获取对应时间区间的、用于评估员工绩效的多维度指标参数;
权重获取模块,用于从预设的考核指标参数权重表中获取多维度指标参数中所包括考核指标参数对应的权重;
考核评估结果处理模块,用于根据多维度指标参数、及所述根据考核指标参数权重表获取的与考核指标参数一一对应的权重,计算获取考核评估结果。
一种存储介质,其中,所述存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现所述绩效指标考核评估方法的步骤。
本申请提供的绩效指标考核评估方法、设备、装置及存储介质,在获取了员工业务的源数据后,能够自动获取用于评估员工绩效的多维度指标参数,并根据多维度指标参数、及其所包括考核指标参数对应的权重,快速计算得到考核评估结果,提高了计算效率,而且计算得到的考核评估结果的详细过程也有明细可查,提高了计算的准确率。

具体实施方式
本申请提供一种绩效指标考核评估方法、设备及存储介质,为使本申请的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本申请进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
请参阅图1,是本申请所述的绩效指标考核评估方法较佳实施例的流程图。如图1所示,所述绩效指标考核评估方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S100、按指定周期从员工业务的源数据中获取对应时间区间的、用于评估员工绩效的多维度指标参数。
本实施例中,员工业务的源数据会不断的存储至数据库中,例如每成交一单业务,就将该业务对应的数据存储至数据库中。这样,数据库中就存储了与多个业务员对应的源数据。若设置了每隔30天(也即按指定周期)从数据库中存储的员工业务的源数据中获取这30天(即获取对应时间区间)的基础数据(对应用于评估员工绩效的多维度指标参数)。根据这些基础数据,再结合对应绩效算法,就能自动计算得出考核评估结果。通过将员工业务的源数据进行存储,使得所有数据可查,便于用户回溯历史数据并检查计算结果是否正确。
步骤S200、从预设的考核指标参数权重表中获取多维度指标参数中所包括考核指标参数对应的权重。
本实施例中,多维度指标参数中包括了至少一个考核指标参数(如短险计划完成值、业务计划完成值、客户新增完成值、月度考核分值、产能完成值等指标),故在预先设置考核指标参数权重表时,会设置多个子表。例如,当多维度指标参数中只包括一个考核指标参数时,对应的考核指标参数权重表子表中就只包括与该考核指标参数对应的权重;当多维度指标参数中包括两个考核指标参数时,对应的考核指标参数权重表子表中就包括与上述考核指标参数一一对应的权重;依此类推,当多维度指标参数中包括N个考核指标参数时,对应的考核指标参数权重表子表中就包括与上述N个考核指标参数一一对应的权重(其中N为大于2的正整数)。而且预先设置考核指标参数权重表中的权重值时可以根据用户需求调整,以满足不同的计算需求。
步骤S300、根据多维度指标参数、及所述根据考核指标参数权重表获取的与考核指标参数一一对应的权重,计算获取考核评估结果。
显然,在获取了多维度指标参数,且根据考核指标参数权重表获取了与考核指标参数一一对应的权重,即可根据预先设置的绩效考核算法和规则来进行计算。上述计算过程是自动进行,而且计算过程可回溯,以便于用户进行查询。
在一个实施例中,所述多维度指标参数包括第一参数和第二参数,所述第一参数包括:短险计划完成值;所述第二参数包括:业务计划完成值、客户新增完成值、及月度考核分值。所述多维度指标参数还包括第三参数,所述第三参数包括:产能完成值。
本实施例中,将维度指标参数划分为包括第一参数和第二参数,甚至于还包括第三参数,也是为了确保算法的多样性和可调节性。当只获取了第一参数和第二参数,则可以根据第一参数和第二参数进行考核评估结果的计算。当获取了第一参数、第二参数和第三参数后,则可以根据第一参数、第二参数和第三参数进行考核评估结果的计算。
在一个实施例中,如图2所示,在所述绩效指标考核评估方法中,所述步骤S100包括:
步骤S101、根据短险计划完成值=半年或者年度营业部达成实际值/短险任务计划*100%,计算得到短险计划完成值。
在步骤S101中,根据短险计划完成值=半年或者年度营业部达成实际值/短险任务计划*100%来计算短险计划完成值;其中半年或者年度营业部达成实际值可以是半年营业部达成实际值(例如2017年上半年的营业部达成实际值、2017年下半年的营业部达成实际值等),也可以是一整年度营业部达成实际值(例如2017年整年的营业部达成实际值)。所述半年或者年度营业部达成实际值对应的是销售短险的实际营业额,所述短险任务计划也是对应销售短险的计划营业额。
更具体的,当将半年或者年度营业部达成实际值实际取值为半年营业部达成实际值,则短险任务计划也是对应半年销售短险的计划营业额;当将半年或者年度营业部达成实际值实际取值为一整年营业部达成实际值,则短险任务计划也是对应一整年销售短险的计划营业额。在判断短险计划完成值是否达标合格时,是将短险计划完成值与预先设置的短险计划达成率阈值(例如将短险计划达成率阈值设置为100%)进行比较,当短险计划完成值超出短险计划达成率阈值时则判定短险计划完成值为合格,当短险计划完成值未超出短险计划达成率阈值时则判定短险计划完成值为不合格。
步骤S102、根据业务计划完成值= ∑(半年或年度营业部达成实际值/任务计划总数值)*业务权重*100%,计算得到业务计划完成值,并将业务计划完成值记为第一考核指标得分;其中业务计划完成值由至少一项营业部业务所对应的半年或年度营业部达成实际值、及与此项营业部业务所对应业务权重计算得到。
在步骤S102中,根据业务计划完成值= ∑(半年或年度营业部达成实际值/任务计划总数值)*业务权重*100%计算第一考核指标得分,由于半年或年度营业部达成实际值为至少一项业务在这半年或一整年度的达成实际值,故当半年或年度营业部达成实际值实际是多项业务的总和时,则需要根据预设的与每一业务对应的业务权重来实际计算。例如,2016年度营业部通过第一业务、第二业务、……及第N业务达成一整年营业部达成实际值(N为大于或等于2的正整数),且与第一业务对应的业务权重记为第一业务权重、与第二业务对应的业务权重记为第二业务权重、……、与第N业务对应的业务权重记为第N业务权重(其中第一业务权重+第二业务权重+……+第N业务权重=1),则业务计划完成值= [(第一业务半年度营业部达成实际值/任务计划总数值)*第一业务权重+(第二业务半年度营业部达成实际值/任务计划总数值)*第二业务权重+……+(第N业务半年度营业部达成实际值/任务计划总数值)*第N业务权重]*100%。其中,第一业务半年度营业部达成实际值/任务计划总数值最大只能取到200%,若第一业务半年度营业部达成实际值/任务计划总数值的实际值超出200%也只能记为200%,同样的第二业务半年度营业部达成实际值/任务计划总数值、……、第N业务半年度营业部达成实际值/任务计划总数值的最大只能取到200%。
步骤S103、根据客户新增完成值=(营业部新增客户数/营业部新增客户数目标)*100%,计算得到客户新增完成值,并将客户新增完成值记为第二考核指标得分;其中,营业部新增客户数目标=营业部正式业务经理人数*2。
在步骤S103中,通过客户新增完成值=(营业部新增客户数/营业部新增客户数目标)*100%来计算第二考核指标得分。在员工业务的源数据中,可以查询获取营业部正式业务经理人数,再将营业部正式业务经理人数乘以2就作为营业部新增客户数目标。同样的,营业部新增客户数可以从员工业务的源数据中查询获取。例如,在员工业务的源数据中包括一个记为“该客户是否为半年度或年度的新增客户”的字段,通过统计员工业务的源数据中在该字段加了标记的总个数,即可统计营业部新增客户数。
步骤S104、根据产能完成值=(营业部正式业务员合格人力值/营业部正式业务员人力值/80%)*100%,计算得到产能完成值,并将产能完成值记为第三考核指标得分;其中,营业部正式业务员合格人力值为在员工业务的源数据中业务员评分超过预设评分阈值对应的人数,营业部正式业务员人力值为在员工业务的源数据中统计得到的业务员总人数。
在步骤S104中,通过产能完成值=(营业部正式业务员合格人力值/营业部正式业务员人力值/80%)*100%来计算第三考核指标得分。第三考核指标主要用于评估业务经理所带团队的每一业务员的业务员评分是否达标达(例如业务员评分超出75分才算达标),产能完成值高则表示该营业部业务经理所带团队的每一业务员的业务水平都很高,也就是这一营业部业务经理所带团队的业务能力强。
步骤S105、根据员工业务的源数据获取与营业部正式业务经理对应的月度考核分值,并将月度考核分值记为第四考核指标得分。
在步骤S105中,则根据员工业务的源数据中所包括的记为“营业部业务经理月度考核分值”的字段,获取营业部业务经理的月度考核分值。这一评分是人为的评分,但是需保存到员工业务的源数据中的对应字段。
其中,第一考核指标得分、第二考核指标得分、第三考核指标得分、第四考核指标得分的最大值均不超过1.2。
在一个实施例中,作为本申请所述绩效指标考核评估方法的第一具体实施例,所述步骤S200中包括:从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第一考核指标得分对应的第一权重;从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第二考核指标得分对应的第二权重;从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第三考核指标得分对应的第三权重;从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第四考核指标得分对应的第四权重;且第一权重、第二权重、第三权重与第四权重之和为1。
在本申请所述绩效指标考核评估方法的第一具体实施例中,选择第一考核指标得分、第二考核指标得分、第三考核指标得分及第四考核指标得分作为考核评估得分的计算因子。更具体的,在第一具体实施例中,第一权重取值为40%,第二权重取值为25%,第三权重取值为20%,第四权重取值为15%。
进一步的,如图3所示,作为本申请所述绩效指标考核评估方法的第一具体实施例,所述步骤S300中包括:
步骤S301、根据考核评估得分=[(第一考核指标得分*第一权重+第二考核指标得分*第二权重+第三考核指标得分*第三权重+第四考核指标得分*第四权重)]*100,计算得到考核评估得分;
步骤S302、根据短险计划完成值、及考核评估得分,对应获取考核评估结果。
在本申请所述绩效指标考核评估方法的第一具体实施例中,短险计划完成值不作为考核评估得分的计算因子,而是与考核评估得分相结合来获取最后的考核评估结果。
具体的,例如:营业部的业务经理达到职级晋升标保、短险计划完成值≥100%、考核评估得分≥80分、机构考核结果良好,在以上条件同时满足,则晋升一级;营业部的业务经理达到职级晋升标保达到晋升两级标准、短险计划完成值≥120%且考核评估得分≥90分,则晋升两级。
营业部的业务经理未达到职级维持标保、考核评估得分<60分或机构考核结果不合格,以上条件满足一项,则下调一级;年终考核时短险计划完成值<60%且标保未达到下一职级标准且机构考核不合格,则连降两级。
可见,本申请所述的绩效指标考核评估方法,能快速计算得到考核评估结果,提高了计算效率,而且计算得到的考核评估结果的详细过程也有明细可查,提高了计算的准确率。
本申请所述的绩效指标考核评估方法除了提供第一具体实施,还提供了第二具体实施。第二具体实施例与第一具体实施例的不同之处在于,计算考核评估得分未将第三参数作为计算因子,具体如下:
作为本申请所述绩效指标考核评估方法的第二具体实施例,所述步骤S200中包括:从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第一考核指标得分对应的第五权重;从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第二考核指标得分对应的第六权重;从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第四考核指标得分对应的第七权重;且第五权重、第六权重、与第七权重之和为1。
在本申请所述绩效指标考核评估方法的第二具体实施例中,选择第一考核指标得分、第二考核指标得分、及第四考核指标得分作为考核评估得分的计算因子。更具体的,在第二具体实施例中,第五权重取值为50%,第六权重取值为30%,第七权重取值为20%。
对应的,作为本申请所述绩效指标考核评估方法的第二具体实施例,所述步骤S300中包括:
根据考核评估得分=(第一考核指标得分*第五权重+第二考核指标得分*第六权重+第四考核指标得分*第七权重),计算得到考核评估得分;
根据短险计划完成值、及考核评估得分,对应获取考核评估结果。
作为第二具体实施例的绩效考核方式,不考虑产能完成值对考核评估得分影响,客观上更注重业务能力的考核。
基于上述绩效指标考核评估方法,本申请还提供了一种绩效指标考核评估设备。如图4所示,所述绩效指标考核评估设备包括处理器11、存储器12及通信总线;
所述通信总线用于实现处理器和存储器之间的连接通信;
所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的绩效指标考核评估程序,以实现以下步骤:
按指定周期从员工业务的源数据中获取对应时间区间的、用于评估员工绩效的多维度指标参数;
从预设的考核指标参数权重表中获取多维度指标参数中所包括考核指标参数对应的权重;
根据多维度指标参数、及所述根据考核指标参数权重表获取的与考核指标参数一一对应的权重,计算获取考核评估结果。
在本实施例中,所述的绩效指标考核评估程序10安装并运行于电子装置1中。所述电子装置1可以是桌上型计算机、笔记本、掌上电脑及服务器等计算设备。该电子装置1可包括,但不仅限于,存储器11、处理器12及显示器13。图4仅示出了具有组件11-13的电子装置1,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施所有示出的组件,可以替代的实施更多或者更少的组件。
所述存储器11在一些实施例中可以是所述电子装置1的内部存储单元,例如该电子装置1的硬盘或内存。所述存储器11在另一些实施例中也可以是所述电子装置1的外部存储设备,例如所述电子装置1上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card, SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital, SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。进一步地,所述存储器11还可以既包括所述电子装置1的内部存储单元也包括外部存储设备。所述存储器11用于存储安装于所述电子装置1的应用软件及各类数据,例如所述绩效指标考核评估程序10的程序代码等。所述存储器11还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的数据。
所述处理器12在一些实施例中可以是一中央处理器(Central Processing Unit, CPU),微处理器或其他数据处理芯片,用于运行所述存储器11中存储的程序代码或处理数据,例如执行所述绩效指标考核评估程序10等。
所述显示器13在一些实施例中可以是LED显示器、液晶显示器、触控式液晶显示器以及OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)触摸器等。所述显示器13用于显示在所述电子装置1中处理的信息以及用于显示可视化的用户界面,例如应用菜单界面、应用图标界面等。所述电子装置1的部件11-13通过系统总线相互通信。
请参阅图5,是本申请安绩效指标考核评估程序10较佳实施例的功能模块图。在本实施例中,所述的所述绩效指标考核评估程序10可以被分割成一个或多个模块,所述一个或者多个模块被存储于所述存储器11中,并由一个或多个处理器(本实施例为所述处理器12)所执行,以完成本申请。例如,在图5中,所述的所述绩效指标考核评估程序10可以被分割成多维度指标参数获取模块21、权重获取模块22及考核评估结果处理模块23,各模块组成绩效指标考核评估装置。本申请所称的模块是指能够完成特定功能的一系列计算机程序指令段,比程序更适合于描述所述绩效指标考核评估程序10在所述电子装置1中的执行过程。以下描述将具体介绍所述模块21-23的功能。
多维度指标参数获取模块21,用于按指定周期从员工业务的源数据中获取对应时间区间的、用于评估员工绩效的多维度指标参数;
权重获取模块22,用于从预设的考核指标参数权重表中获取多维度指标参数中所包括考核指标参数对应的权重;
考核评估结果处理模块23,用于根据多维度指标参数、及所述根据考核指标参数权重表获取的与考核指标参数一一对应的权重,计算获取考核评估结果。
在一个实施例中,在所述绩效指标考核评估设备中,所述多维度指标参数包括第一参数和第二参数,所述第一参数包括:短险计划完成值;所述第二参数包括:业务计划完成值、客户新增完成值、及月度考核分值;具体实施请参考方法实施例,此处不再赘述。

基于上述绩效指标考核评估方法,本申请还提供了一种存储介质(即计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质存储于存储器中)。所述存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现上述的绩效指标考核评估方法中各实施例的步骤,具体实施请参考上述绩效指标考核评估方法的实施例,此处不再赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,前述计算机程序可存储于一非易失性计算机可读取存储介质中,该计算机程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,前述计算机可读取存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)等非易失性存储介质。
综上所述,本申请提供的绩效指标考核评估方法、设备、装置及存储介质,在获取了员工业务的源数据后,能够自动获取用于评估员工绩效的多维度指标参数,并根据多维度指标参数、及其所包括考核指标参数对应的权重,快速计算得到考核评估结果,提高了计算效率,而且计算得到的考核评估结果的详细过程也有明细可查,提高了计算的准确率。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种绩效指标考核评估方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    按指定周期从员工业务的源数据中获取对应时间区间的、用于评估员工绩效的多维度指标参数;
    从预设的考核指标参数权重表中获取多维度指标参数中所包括考核指标参数对应的权重;
    根据多维度指标参数、及所述根据考核指标参数权重表获取的与考核指标参数一一对应的权重,计算获取考核评估结果。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述绩效指标考核评估方法,其特征在于,所述多维度指标参数包括第一参数和第二参数,所述第一参数包括:短险计划完成值;所述第二参数包括:业务计划完成值、客户新增完成值、及月度考核分值。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述绩效指标考核评估方法,其特征在于,所述多维度指标参数还包括第三参数,所述第三参数包括:产能完成值。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述绩效指标考核评估方法,其特征在于,所述按指定周期从员工业务的源数据中获取对应时间区间的、用于评估员工绩效的多维度指标参数的步骤中,包括:
    根据短险计划完成值=半年或者年度营业部达成实际值/短险任务计划*100%,计算得到短险计划完成值;
    根据业务计划完成值= ∑(半年或年度营业部达成实际值/任务计划总数值)*业务权重*100%,计算得到业务计划完成值,并将业务计划完成值记为第一考核指标得分;其中业务计划完成值由至少一项营业部业务所对应的半年或年度营业部达成实际值、及与此项营业部业务所对应业务权重计算得到;
    根据客户新增完成值=(营业部新增客户数/营业部新增客户数目标)*100%,计算得到客户新增完成值,并将客户新增完成值记为第二考核指标得分;其中,营业部新增客户数目标=营业部正式业务经理人数*2;
    根据产能完成值=(营业部正式业务员合格人力值/营业部正式业务员人力值/80%)*100%,计算得到产能完成值,并将产能完成值记为第三考核指标得分;其中,营业部正式业务员合格人力值为在员工业务的源数据中业务员评分超过预设评分阈值对应的人数,营业部正式业务员人力值为在员工业务的源数据中统计得到的业务员总人数;
    根据员工业务的源数据获取与营业部正式业务经理对应的月度考核分值,并将月度考核分值记为第四考核指标得分。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述绩效指标考核评估方法,其特征在于,所述从预设的考核指标参数权重表中获取多维度指标参数中所包括考核指标参数对应的权重的步骤中包括:从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第一考核指标得分对应的第一权重;从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第二考核指标得分对应的第二权重;从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第三考核指标得分对应的第三权重;从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第四考核指标得分对应的第四权重;且第一权重、第二权重、第三权重与第四权重之和为1。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述绩效指标考核评估方法,其特征在于,所述根据多维度指标参数、及所述根据考核指标参数权重表获取的与考核指标参数一一对应的权重,计算获取考核评估结果的步骤中包括:
    根据考核评估得分=[(第一考核指标得分*第一权重+第二考核指标得分*第二权重+第三考核指标得分*第三权重+第四考核指标得分*第四权重)]*100,计算得到考核评估得分;
    根据短险计划完成值、及考核评估得分,对应获取考核评估结果。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述绩效指标考核评估方法,其特征在于,所述从预设的考核指标参数权重表中获取多维度指标参数中所包括考核指标参数对应的权重的步骤中包括:从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第一考核指标得分对应的第五权重;从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第二考核指标得分对应的第六权重;从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第四考核指标得分对应的第七权重;且第五权重、第六权重、与第七权重之和为1。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述绩效指标考核评估方法,其特征在于,所述根据多维度指标参数、及所述根据考核指标参数权重表获取的与考核指标参数一一对应的权重,计算获取考核评估结果的步骤中包括:
    根据考核评估得分=(第一考核指标得分*第五权重+第二考核指标得分*第六权重+第四考核指标得分*第七权重),计算得到考核评估得分;
    根据短险计划完成值、及考核评估得分,对应获取考核评估结果。
  9. 一种绩效指标考核评估设备,其特征在于,所述绩效指标考核评估设备包括处理器、存储器及通信总线;
    所述通信总线用于实现处理器和存储器之间的连接通信;
    所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的绩效指标考核评估程序,以实现如下步骤:按指定周期从员工业务的源数据中获取对应时间区间的、用于评估员工绩效的多维度指标参数;
    从预设的考核指标参数权重表中获取多维度指标参数中所包括考核指标参数对应的权重;
    根据多维度指标参数、及所述根据考核指标参数权重表获取的与考核指标参数一一对应的权重,计算获取考核评估结果。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述绩效指标考核评估设备,其特征在于,所述多维度指标参数包括第一参数和第二参数,所述第一参数包括:短险计划完成值;所述第二参数包括:业务计划完成值、客户新增完成值、及月度考核分值;所述多维度指标参数还包括第三参数,所述第三参数包括:产能完成值;所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的绩效指标考核评估程序,还实现如下步骤:
    根据短险计划完成值=半年或者年度营业部达成实际值/短险任务计划*100%,计算得到短险计划完成值;

    根据员工业务的源数据获取与营业部正式业务经理对应的月度考核分值,并将月度考核分值记为第四考核指标得分。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述绩效指标考核评估设备,其特征在于,所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的绩效指标考核评估程序,还实现如下步骤:从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第一考核指标得分对应的第一权重;从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第二考核指标得分对应的第二权重;从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第三考核指标得分对应的第三权重;从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第四考核指标得分对应的第四权重;且第一权重、第二权重、第三权重与第四权重之和为1。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述绩效指标考核评估设备,其特征在于,所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的绩效指标考核评估程序,还实现如下步骤:
    根据考核评估得分=[(第一考核指标得分*第一权重+第二考核指标得分*第二权重+第三考核指标得分*第三权重+第四考核指标得分*第四权重)]*100,计算得到考核评估得分;
    根据短险计划完成值、及考核评估得分,对应获取考核评估结果。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述绩效指标考核评估设备,其特征在于,所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的绩效指标考核评估程序,还实现如下步骤:从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第一考核指标得分对应的第五权重;从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第二考核指标得分对应的第六权重;从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第四考核指标得分对应的第七权重;且第五权重、第六权重、与第七权重之和为1。

    根据考核评估得分=(第一考核指标得分*第五权重+第二考核指标得分*第六权重+第四考核指标得分*第七权重),计算得到考核评估得分;
    根据短险计划完成值、及考核评估得分,对应获取考核评估结果。
  15. 一种绩效指标考核评估装置,其特征在于,所述绩效指标考核评估装置包括:
    多维度指标参数获取模块,用于按指定周期从员工业务的源数据中获取对应时间区间的、用于评估员工绩效的多维度指标参数;
    权重获取模块,用于从预设的考核指标参数权重表中获取多维度指标参数中所包括考核指标参数对应的权重;
    考核评估结果处理模块,用于根据多维度指标参数、及所述根据考核指标参数权重表获取的与考核指标参数一一对应的权重,计算获取考核评估结果。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述绩效指标考核评估装置,其特征在于,所述多维度指标参数包括第一参数和第二参数,所述第一参数包括:短险计划完成值;所述第二参数包括:业务计划完成值、客户新增完成值、及月度考核分值;所述多维度指标参数还包括第三参数,所述第三参数包括:产能完成值;所述多维度指标参数获取模块还用于:
    根据短险计划完成值=半年或者年度营业部达成实际值/短险任务计划*100%,计算得到短险计划完成值;

    根据员工业务的源数据获取与营业部正式业务经理对应的月度考核分值,并将月度考核分值记为第四考核指标得分。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述绩效指标考核评估装置,其特征在于,所述权重获取模块还用于:从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第一考核指标得分对应的第一权重;从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第二考核指标得分对应的第二权重;从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第三考核指标得分对应的第三权重;从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第四考核指标得分对应的第四权重;且第一权重、第二权重、第三权重与第四权重之和为1。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述绩效指标考核评估装置,其特征在于,所述考核评估结果处理模块还用于:
    根据考核评估得分=[(第一考核指标得分*第一权重+第二考核指标得分*第二权重+第三考核指标得分*第三权重+第四考核指标得分*第四权重)]*100,计算得到考核评估得分;
    根据短险计划完成值、及考核评估得分,对应获取考核评估结果。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述绩效指标考核评估装置,其特征在于,所述权重获取模块还用于:从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第一考核指标得分对应的第五权重;从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第二考核指标得分对应的第六权重;从所述考核指标参数权重表中获取与第四考核指标得分对应的第七权重;且第五权重、第六权重、与第七权重之和为1。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述绩效指标考核评估装置,其特征在于,所述考核评估结果处理模块还用于:
    根据考核评估得分=(第一考核指标得分*第五权重+第二考核指标得分*第六权重+第四考核指标得分*第七权重),计算得到考核评估得分;
    根据短险计划完成值、及考核评估得分,对应获取考核评估结果。
  21. 一种存储介质,其特征在于,所述存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现如下步骤:按指定周期从员工业务的源数据中获取对应时间区间的、用于评估员工绩效的多维度指标参数;
    从预设的考核指标参数权重表中获取多维度指标参数中所包括考核指标参数对应的权重;
    根据多维度指标参数、及所述根据考核指标参数权重表获取的与考核指标参数一一对应的权重,计算获取考核评估结果。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述存储介质,其特征在于,所述多维度指标参数包括第一参数和第二参数,所述第一参数包括:短险计划完成值;所述第二参数包括:业务计划完成值、客户新增完成值、及月度考核分值;所述多维度指标参数还包括第三参数,所述第三参数包括:产能完成值;
    所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现如下步骤:
