- the side of the absorbent core 121 in the left-right direction There is a case where it has a substantially hourglass shape having a narrow portion 121 n whose end is concave. Forming the narrow portion 121 n in the absorbent core 121 has an advantage of reducing the fear that the relatively rigid absorbent core 121 restricts the movement of the leg in the crotch of the wearer.
- the diaper 1 of the present embodiment by forming the leak-proof space P shown in FIG. 7B, it is possible to reduce the possibility that the excrement leaks to the outside of the diaper 1.
- the leakproof space P will be described below.
- the absorbent core 121 of the diaper 1 before absorption of excrement is not expanded because it does not absorb excrement and the like.
- the leakage preventing wall portion 50 stacked in the thickness direction on the absorber unit 12 is provided with a fixing portion 55 by the end joint portion 52 (FIG. 5) . That is, the leak preventing wall portion 50 is fixed to the absorber unit 12 at the fixing portion 55.

- the exterior sheet 14 is bonded to the front waist portion 20 so as to be integrated therewith, so that the leakage is divided by the leakage preventing wall portion 50, the absorbent core 121 and the exterior sheet 14 It can be said that the space Px is divided by the leakproof wall portion 50, the absorbent core 121, and the front waistline portion 20.
- FIG.1, FIG2 and FIG.5 the position of leak-proof space P formed when standing part 56 stands up is shown by the continuous line.
- attach is provided in the outer side of the left-right direction of narrow part 121n.
- the skin side sheet portion 122a and the non-skin side sheet portion 122b be adhered by an adhesive.
- the skin side sheet portion 122 a and the non-skin side sheet portion 122 b do not necessarily have to be bonded at the time of manufacturing the diaper 1.
- the skin side sheet part 122a and the non-skin side sheet part 122b should just be adhering at the time of wear, for example, in the state which manufactured the diaper 1, the skin side sheet part 122a and the non-skin side sheet part 122b are separated.
- the adhesive may be adhered by pressure when stored in the packaging material or adhesion with the skin of the wearer when worn.
- a portion adjacent to the boundary between the leakproof wall portion 50 and the leg portion 60, specifically, the inner end of the side joint portion 53a located on the inner side in the left-right direction is referred to as a rising start portion 59.
- the leak preventing wall portion 50 stands on the skin side starting from the standing start site 59.
- the rising start site 59 is provided along the entire length of the rising portion 56 and is a portion along the longitudinal direction. As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 7B etc., the rising start site 59 is located outside the intersection 121 u of the lower end of the front waist portion 20 and the side end 121 s of the absorbent core 121 (the narrow portion 121 n). .
- part 59 is an outer side rather than the side end of the absorptive core 121 (narrow part 121n) in the left-right direction. It is located in
- the rising start portion 59 of the rising portion 56 is positioned outside the intersection 121u in the left and right direction with respect to the intersection 121u.
- a predetermined distance can be provided between the side end and the rising start site 59 of the leakproof wall 50. If no distance is provided between the side end 121s of the absorbent core 121 and the erecting start site 59, the leak-proof space P can not be formed or a sufficient size can not be secured. Therefore, the size of the leak-proof space P can be secured by positioning the erecting start site 59 outside the intersection 121 u in the left-right direction.
- absorptive main part 10 of diaper 1 after absorbing excrement has expanded absorptive core 121 by absorbing excrement etc.
- the absorbent core 121 contains pulp fibers and the like and SAP, it tends to expand when it absorbs excrement.
- the absorbent core 121 is expanded due to absorption of excrement.
- the leakproof wall 50 is a sheet member continuous in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction)
- the rising start site Starting from 59 the rising portion 56 rises to the skin side.
- the leakproof wall 50 shown in FIG. 7B is not fixed to the absorbent core 121, the leakproof wall 50 is raised by the expansion of the absorbent core 121 directly. Absent.
- the leak-proof wall part 50 is not fixed to the absorber unit 12 (absorbent core 121), only the absorbent core 121 which absorbed excrement and the absorber unit 12 will rise to the skin side, The leak-proof wall 50 can not be raised to the skin side, and even if the absorbent core 121 expands due to absorption of excrement, the leak-proof space P can not be expanded.
- the diaper 1 can be a leak-proof space Py that is larger than the leak-proof space Px before absorption of excrement by raising the leak-proof wall 50 to the skin side. Even when it flows toward the front waistline portion 20, more excrement can be stored in the leak-proof space Py, so the possibility of excrement leaking to the outside of the diaper 1 can be reduced.
- the skin-side sheet portion 122a and the non-skin-side sheet portion 122b of the absorber unit 12 are bonded to each other, whereby the expansion of the absorbent core 121 in the left-right direction can be reduced.
- the leakage preventing space Py divided by the leakage preventing wall portion 50, the absorbent core 121, and the exterior sheet 14 can be formed wider in the left-right direction, so that the leakage preventing space Py can be made wider. It is possible to store more things.
- the absorbent core 121 expands due to absorption of a certain amount or more of excrement, or when the adhesive strength of an adhesive such as a hot melt adhesive decreases due to moisture, the skin side sheet portion 122a and the non-skin are not The adhesion with the side sheet portion 122b may be peeled off. At this time, the absorbent core 121 also expands in the left-right direction, and excrement stored in the leak-proof space P is more easily absorbed by the absorbent core 121.
- the excretion stored in leak-proof space P can be made to absorb in adjacent absorptive core 121 over time.
- the leak-proof space P of the diaper 1 is provided in the area
- a part of the waist elastic member 22 of the diaper 1 is provided at a position straddling the side end of the narrow portion 121 n in the left-right direction.
- the waist elastic member 22 is located at one side in the left-right direction of the front waist part 20 and the waist elastic member 22 from the end in the left-right direction of the front waist part 20 to the side end of the narrow part 121 n It is provided to the inside in the left and right direction. At this time, it is more preferable that a part of the waist elastic member 22 and the leak-barrier elastic member 51 intersect.
- the absorbent main body 10 having relatively high rigidity is bent so as to protrude to the non-skin side at the approximate center in the lateral direction and to be convex when worn. It can be done.
- the length T in the vertical direction from the concave upper end 121 t of the absorbent core 121 to the lower end of the front waistline portion 20 is The length T is preferably longer than the length S (T> S), where L is the length S in the left-right direction from the point of intersection 121u with the side end 121s of the absorbent core 121 and the concave upper end 121t. That is, it is preferable that the length of the leakage prevention space P in the vertical direction is longer than the length in the lateral direction.
- the excrement once stored in the leak-proof space P easily flows into the region where the length in the left-right direction is shorter according to the principle of capillary phenomenon, so the excrement is easily stored on the upper side in the vertical direction. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the possibility that the excrement that has flowed into the leak-proof space P from the crotch portion will return to the crotch portion again.
- the length to the lower end of the first waistline elastic member 22a and the front waistline portion 20 be longer than the length L1 between the waistline elastic member 22a and the second waistline elastic member 22b (L1 ⁇ L2) .
- the side end 121s of the absorbent core 121 between the concave upper end 121t of the absorbent core 121 and the lower end of the front waistline portion 20 is in the vertical direction. It is preferable to be inclined.
- the side end 121s between the concave upper end 121t and the intersection point 121u is inclined from the outside in the left-right direction toward the inside as it goes from the upper side to the lower side. It is longer than it is. As a result, as shown in FIG.
- the surface area of the absorbent core 121 facing the area to be the leakproof space P can be increased, so that the absorbent core with which the excrement that has entered the leakproof space P comes in contact.
- the area of 121 can be increased, which makes it easier to absorb excrement.
- the inner end of the leak-proof wall part 50 is inside the intersection 121u. That is, in the region above the intersection point 121 u, the side end 121 s of the absorbent core 121 is preferably covered with the leak-proof wall 50. Thereby, when the absorbent core 121 absorbs excrement, the possibility of excrement leaking to the outside of the diaper 1 can be reduced.
- the upper end of the narrow portion 121 n that is, the concave upper end 121 t be provided below the lower end of the end joint portion 52.
- the concave shaped upper end 121t is a portion to be the upper end of the leakproof space P (see FIG. 5 and the like).
- the area of the leakproof wall 50 overlapping the end joint 52 in the vertical direction is the fixed part 55, for example, when the concave upper end 121t is provided above the lower end of the end joint 52, the leakproof space Since P is fixed by the fixing portion 55, the leak prevention space P may be narrowed.
- the leak prevention space P can be made larger by reducing the risk of being blocked by the core 121.
- extension state is provided inside the side end 121s of the absorptive core 121.
- the end joint part 52 is inside the side end 121s, and the diaper 1 further forms the leak-proof space P when the absorbent core 121 absorbs the excrement and swells. It can be easy to do.
- the area of the end joint portion 52 of the diaper 1 in the stretched state is larger than the area obtained by subtracting the area of the end joint portion 52 from the area of the fixing portion 55 (area of the end joint portion 52> More preferably, the area of the fixing portion 55-the area of the end joint 52). Leakage-free space when the absorbent core 121 absorbs excrement and swells more than when the area of the end joint 52 is smaller than the area of the end joint 52 reduced from the area of the fixed part 55 P can be more easily formed.
- the diaper 1 has a front waistline portion 20 provided with a waistline elastic member 22, a rear waistline portion 30, an absorbent core 121, a skin side sheet portion 122a, a non-skin side sheet portion 122b, and a leakproof wall
- the absorbent core 121 has a narrow portion 121n
- the leakproof wall 50 has a fixing portion 55 and a rising portion 56
- the front waistline portion 20 has a pair of leakproof walls 50 including an elastic member 51. It overlaps with the non-skin side of narrow part 121n, and overlaps with a part of narrow part 121n in the up-and-down direction, and a part of fixed part 55 overlaps with absorptive core 121 from the skin side.
- the rising start portion 59 of the rising portion 56 is provided outside the intersection 121u in the left-right direction with reference to the intersection 121u of the lower end of the front waist portion 20 and the narrow portion 121n, and a part of the waist elastic member 22 Are provided to straddle the side end 121s in the left-right direction.
- the diaper 1 has the outer side of the diaper 1 even when the absorbent core 121 having the narrow portion 121 n absorbs the excrement in the region where the front waistline portion 20 and the absorbent main body 10 overlap in the thickness direction.
- the sex body 10 can be more easily fitted to the body.
- leak-proof space P was formed in the front waist part 20 side and the leak of excrement was prevented, it is not restricted to this.
- the leakproof space P may be formed with the back waistline portion 30 as a waistline portion on one side, or the leakproof space P may be formed in both the front waistline portion 20 and the rear waistline portion 30.
- the leak-proof space P By forming the leak-proof space P in the rear waist part 30, leakage of excrement in the rear waist part 30 can be prevented.
- the waist elastic member 22 is disposed not only on the upper side of the concave upper end 121t but also on the lower side, but the present invention is not limited to this.
- the waist elastic member 22 may not be disposed in the region on the inner side in the left-right direction of the concave upper end 121 t in the area below the concave upper end 121 t of the diaper 1 in the stretched state. That is, the waist elastic member 22 may not be disposed in a region overlapping the leak prevention region P in the front-rear direction. By this, it is possible to reduce the possibility that the leakproof space P is crushed by the waist elastic member 22 and the excrement can not be retained in the leakproof space P.
