本公开提供一种装夹治具,可以实现对待加工材料的弹性压紧,避免压伤待加工材料,保证产品的品质。

固定板3上表面两侧对称开有若干均匀排列的让位通孔16,定位板4的定位凸块18和夹头5均位于让位通孔16内,其中定位凸块18位于靠近固定板3中央一侧,夹头5位于远离上述中央一侧,固定板3两侧表面均设置有与让位通孔16贯通的阶梯孔21,压力机构6靠近所述固定板(3)的表面均匀设置有与阶梯孔21对应的盲孔22(例如T型盲孔),活塞杆7的第一端穿过阶梯孔21并与位于让位通孔16内的夹头5固定连接,活塞杆7的第二端嵌入压力机构6的盲孔22内,活塞杆7包括一凸缘部701,一弹性元件24(例如弹簧)套装于 活塞杆7上并位于凸缘部701与阶梯孔21的台阶面211之间,一油封25套装于活塞杆7上并位于凸缘部701与盲孔22的转接面221之间,压力机构6一侧表面设置有一液压油孔26,此液压油孔26分别与盲孔22贯通,液压油孔26设置为通过一液压油管27与油泵连接;
固定板3下方设置有一活动板31,此活动板31开有至少两个安装通孔32,至少两根导柱33分别穿过活动板31的安装通孔32且上述至少两根导柱33的第一端与固定板3连接,上述至少两根导柱33的第二端分别与左支座1的左基板102和右支座2的右基板202连接;
活动板31一侧表面设置有自锁气缸41,自锁气缸41通过连接块42安装于活动板31一侧表面且位于导柱33外侧,连接块42的一部分与活动板31一侧表面固定连接,自锁气缸41固定安装于连接块42的外侧表面,自锁气缸41的活塞杆穿过连接块42位于活动板31下方并与导柱33外侧表面接触连接。
在一实施例中,上述自锁气缸41的数量可以为两个,且分别位于活动板31同一侧表面的两端;上述自锁气缸41可以通过若干螺钉固定安装于连接块42的外侧表面。
实施例2:一种装夹治具(可以用于超薄手机震动马达的加工),包括左支座1、右支座2、固定板3、定位板4、多个夹头5和多个压力机构6,所述固定板3的两端分别与左支座1、右支座2固定连接,所述定位板4与固定板3固定连接,所述多个压力机构6分别对称安装于固定板3两侧表面,所述多个夹头5分别安装于上述多个压力机构6的活塞杆7的第一端;
所述固定板3上表面两侧对称开有若干均匀排列的让位通孔16,所述定位板4的定位凸块18和夹头5均位于让位通孔16内,其中定位凸块18位于靠近固定板3中央的一侧,夹头5位于远离上述中央的一侧,所述固定板3两侧表面均设置有与让位通孔16贯通的阶梯孔21,所述压力机构6靠近所述固定板(3)的表面均匀设置有与阶梯孔21对应的盲孔22(例如是T型盲孔),所述活塞杆7的第一端穿过阶梯孔21并与位于让位通孔16内的夹头5固定连接,活塞杆7的第二端嵌入压力机构6的盲孔22内,所述活塞杆7包括一凸缘部701,一弹性元件24(例如弹簧)套装于活塞杆7上并位于凸缘部701与阶梯孔21的台阶 面211之间,一油封25套装于活塞杆7上并位于凸缘部701与盲孔22的转接面221之间,压力机构6一侧表面设置有一液压油孔26,此液压油孔26分别与盲孔22贯通,液压油孔26通过一液压油管27与油泵连接;
固定板3下方设置有一活动板31,此活动板31的上开有至少2个安装通孔32,至少2根导柱33分别穿过活动板31的安装通孔32且上端与固定板3连接,下端分别与左支座1的左基板102、右支座2的右基板202连接;
活动板31一侧表面设置有自锁气缸41,自锁气缸41通过连接块42安装于活动板31一侧表面且位于导柱33外侧(例如通过螺栓43安装于活动板31一侧表面上),连接块42上部与活动板31一侧表面固定连接,自锁气缸41固定安装于连接块42的外侧表面,自锁气缸41的活塞杆穿过连接块42位于活动板31下方并与导柱33外侧表面接触连接。
在一实施例中,上述油封25的外侧表面与盲孔22的内侧表面无缝隙配合连接。
在一实施例中,上述夹头5内侧表面51为弧面。
采用本申请实施例中的装夹治具时,通过液压的方式作用于活塞杆7,通过活塞杆7第一端的夹头5和定位凸块18,实现对待加工材料的夹紧固定。液压相较于气动和电动,可以提供更大的压力,且压力稳定均匀。通过在活塞杆7上设置弹性元件24,使得活塞杆7的第一端的夹头5的压力具有一定的韧性,实现对待加工材料的弹性压紧,避免压伤待加工材料,保证产品的品质。油封25的设置,可以确保压力机构的密封性,使得液压油被完全密封在液压油孔26与油封25之间,从而确保液压油对活塞杆7压力的大小和稳定性。夹头5与活塞杆7通过螺钉固定连接,具有可更换性,配合不同待加工料更换不同夹头5,使得本申请实施例中的装夹治具具有通用性。此外,通过设置活动板31,使得待加工料上端通过夹头5与定位凸块18进行夹持,待加工料的下端则与活动板31接触,并可以在活动板31的驱动下上移,实现待加工料的自动给进,减少人工的使用,提高生产效率。通过在活动板31下方设置自锁气缸41,通过活塞杆7压紧导柱33,实现防止活动板31下滑的效果,结构简单可操作性强且作用效果好,从而确保了加工过程中待加工料的稳定性,保证加工精度。
工业实用性
本公开提供的装夹治具,可实现对待加工材料的弹性压紧,避免压伤待加工材料,夹头具有可更换性,通用性强,可以实现待加工料的自动给进,人工成本低,生产效率高,加工精度高。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种装夹治具,包括:左支座(1)、右支座(2)、固定板(3)、定位板(4)、多个夹头(5)和多个压力机构(6),所述固定板(3)的两端分别与所述左支座(1)和所述右支座(2)固定连接,所述定位板(4)与所述固定板(3)固定连接,所述多个压力机构(6)分别对称安装于所述固定板(3)两侧表面,所述多个夹头(5)分别安装于所述多个压力机构(6)的活塞杆(7)的第一端;
    所述固定板(3)上表面两侧对称开有若干均匀排列的让位通孔(16),所述定位板(4)的定位凸块(18)和所述夹头(5)均位于所述让位通孔(16)内,其中所述定位凸块(18)位于靠近所述固定板(3)中心的一侧,所述夹头(5)位于远离所述中心的一侧,所述固定板(3)两侧表面均设置有与所述让位通孔(16)贯通的阶梯孔(21),所述压力机构(6)靠近所述固定板(3)的表面均匀设置有与所述阶梯孔(21)对应的盲孔(22),所述活塞杆(7)的第一端穿过所述阶梯孔(21)并与位于所述让位通孔(16)内的夹头(5)固定连接,所述活塞杆(7)的第二端嵌入所述盲孔(22)内,所述活塞杆(7)包括一凸缘部(701),一弹性元件(24)套装于所述活塞杆(7)上并位于所述凸缘部(701)与所述阶梯孔(21)的台阶面(211)之间,一油封(25)套装于所述活塞杆(7)上并位于所述凸缘部(701)与所述盲孔(22)的转接面(221)之间,所述压力机构(6)一侧表面设置有一液压油孔(26),所述液压油孔(26)与所述盲孔(22)贯通,所述液压油孔(26)设置为通过一液压油管(27)与油泵连接;
    所述固定板(3)下方设置有一活动板(31),所述活动板(31)开有至少两个安装通孔(32),至少两根导柱(33)分别穿过活动板(31)的安装通孔(32)且所述至少两根导柱(33)的第一端与所述固定板(3)连接,所述至少两根导柱(33)的第二端分别与所述左支座(1)的左基板(102)和所述右支座(2)的右基板(202)连接;
    所述活动板(31)一侧表面设置有自锁气缸(41),所述自锁气缸(41)通过连接块(42)安装于所述活动板(31)一侧表面且位于所述导柱(33)外侧,所述连接块(42)的一部分与所述活动板(31)一侧表面固定连接,所述自锁气缸(41)固定安装于所述连接块(42)的外侧表面,所述自锁气缸(41)的活塞杆穿过所述连接块(42)位于所述活动板(31)下方并与所述导柱(33)外侧表面接触连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装夹治具,其中:所述自锁气缸(41)的数目为 两个,分别位于所述活动板(31)同一侧表面的两端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的装夹治具,其中:所述自锁气缸(41)通过若干螺钉固定安装于所述连接块(42)外侧表面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的装夹治具,其中:所述油封(25)的外侧表面与所述盲孔(22)内侧表面无缝隙配合连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的装夹治具,其中:所述夹头(5)内侧表面(51)为弧面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的装夹治具,其中,所述弹性元件弹簧(24)包括弹簧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的装夹治具,其中,所述盲孔(22)包括T型盲孔。
