- the problem of heat shrinkage of a fiber is recognized as a combination of products, and is designed to be controlled so as not to be deformed by various conditions such as hot water during washing.
- the heat shrinkage behavior of the fibers is interpreted to be that heat shrinkage takes place due to the motion of the molecular chain of orientation which has been frozen when the amorphous polymer is heated to a temperature higher than the glass transition temperature of the stretched amorphous polymer.
- the thermal shrinkage phenomenon occurs at a specific temperature or higher.
- the heat shrinkage behaviors of the two cases are analyzed differently.

- the crystallization region and the non-crystallization region are combined, and their distribution can be expressed by the degree of crystallization and the degree of orientation, and can be controlled by heat treatment, stretching conditions and the like.
- the amorphous region of the drawn fiber returns to the random coil state by heat and shrinks, and recrystallization is also caused by the conditions such as temperature. That is, the shrinking characteristics of the fiber due to heat are disordered by heating due to stretching, mechanical hysteresis, or the like, and the arrangement thereof becomes disordered, accompanied by reduction of the length thereof in the crystal region.
- the molecular chain is shrunk to the random coil type with respect to the axial direction and the crystallite is melted or the recrystallization can be attributed to the property to stabilize the reduced shape as it is.

- the shrinkage range of the fiber is a range for preventing deformation of the product due to deterioration of fiber retention property due to excessive heat treatment without being deformed when the product is transported in the shipping container or exposed to excessive sunlight.
- the shrinkage rate is low due to the low degree of coil shape or texture in the process of shrinking the fibers in the fiber length direction under the non-tensioning force, and the shrinkage rate exceeding the above range is caused by the fiber- Due to the phenomenon, there may be a problem with the implementation of the desired texture.

- Twisted wigs (Faux Locs) of 100% by weight and 50% by weight (50% by weight of yarn having a shrinkage ratio of 12% (based on 93 ° C)) were prepared by using yarns having a shrinkage ratio of 2% After 2 weeks of wearing, it was immersed in hot water at 90 °C for 20 seconds, dried and loosened, and the buckiness and the like were evaluated.
- the shrinkage, irregularity, and bulge property can be exemplified as the factor for evaluating the degree of deformation, which can be expressed as Shrinkage-Irregularity-Bulky (SIB)
- SIB Shrinkage-Irregularity-Bulky
- FIG. 10 shows an example of such an example, and a result of measuring one strand of wig yarn modified in the above embodiments based on a unit area of 100 mm.
