从护理床上将失能病患转移到轮椅上是一件十分困难的事,而对于许多蜗居病床的病患或失能者则十分需要从床上移位到轮椅上,这样不仅能让他们生活方便,心情愉悦,更有利于身体的康复。所以就产生了轮椅和床的组合产品,其能够实现将床的一部分转变为轮椅,而轮椅又可与床上的翻身、洗浴等功能兼容。通过电动推杆的控制系统来实现轮椅和床的分离,但控制系统程序复杂,推杆依次工作时间过长,制作成本较高,护理者难以掌握操作程序。
发明内容
为了解决至少一个上述技术问题,本公开提供了一种护理床,其包括设置有凹槽的床体;设置在凹槽内的轮椅。该轮椅包括:依次设置有轮椅背板、座板、腿板和脚板的轮椅支架,其中座板固定在轮椅支架上;设置在轮椅背板与座板连接处下方的双牵引升降调节器;设置在双牵引升降调节器上的锁紧件,其用于锁紧双牵引升降调节器;与锁紧件连接的第一牵引件,用于在轮椅与床体分离的情况下,控制轮椅背板的起落;以及与锁紧件连接的第二牵引件,在轮椅与床体合并的情况下,第二牵引件控制锁紧件松开,使得轮椅背板与床体背板同时升起或落下;在轮椅与床体分离的情况下,第二牵引件控制锁紧件锁紧,使得轮椅背板的起落由第一牵引件控制。
根据本公开的至少一个实施方式,本公开提供的护理床还包括:分别与轮椅背板、轮椅抬落腿支架连接的滑动连杆,该轮椅抬落腿支 架用于控制腿板和脚板的抬起和落下;以及设置在滑动连杆上的锁定与释放销,其用于在轮椅与床体分离的情况下,锁定滑动连杆,以使得轮椅背板与腿板、脚板能够联动。
根据本公开的另一个实施方式,护理床还包括设置在座板下的轮椅抬落腿驱动机构,其与滑动连杆连接,轮椅抬落腿驱动机构控制滑动连杆,以使得轮椅在轮椅、躺椅或平床间相互转换。
根据本公开的又一个实施方式,第二牵引件包括:拨杆,其前端与锁紧件相接触,后端与设置在床体支架上的台阶相匹配,当轮椅与床体合并时,拨杆的后端能够搁置在台阶上,并使得锁紧件松开;当轮椅与床体分开时,拨杆的后端能够从台阶上落下,并使得锁紧件锁紧。
根据本公开的又一个实施方式,拨杆的后端为可弹性复位的单向弯曲管。
根据本公开的又一个实施方式,台阶为可滑动台阶或固定台阶。
根据本公开的又一个实施方式,第二牵引件还包括与可滑动台阶连接的软索,其能够牵引可滑动台阶滑动。
根据本公开的又一个实施方式,第二牵引件包括第二刹车线;以及与第二刹车线连接的杠杆,其支点设置在轮椅支架的后部,当轮椅与床体合并时,杠杆的一端受到床体支架的推力并转动,使得第二牵引件张紧,同时第二牵引件控制锁紧件松开。
根据本公开的又一个实施方式,第二牵引件包括第二刹车线;以及与第二刹车线连接的滑动件,其位于固定在轮椅支架的后部的滑槽内,当轮椅与床体合并时,滑动件受到床体支架的推力并滑动,使得第二牵引件张紧,第二牵引件控制锁紧件松开。
根据本公开的又一个实施方式,护理床还包括:设置在座板的前部下方、与轮椅支架铰接的托架;设置在托架的前部、并延伸到脚板下方的托钩,其控制脚板的转动角度;与托架的后部连接的连动杆;设置在床尾的插销;设置在轮椅后腿的外侧的斜块,该斜块的宽度沿床体的长度方向逐渐增大;设置在床体支架上的横轴,由床体支架支 承,并与床体支架的宽度方向相同;与横轴平行的弹性碰卡;分别连接弹性碰卡的后端和横轴的刚性连接杆;设置在横轴上的拨柄和拨动杆;其中,在轮椅与床体合并的情况下,弹性碰卡与斜块相卡扣,以使得轮椅和床体的相接合;当轮椅与床体分离时,拨柄转动,使得弹性碰卡转动,并与斜块脱离,同时使得拨动杆转动,推动轮椅向床尾方向移动。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本公开作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于解释相关内容,而非对本公开的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与本公开相关的部分。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本公开中的实施方式及实施方式中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施方式来详细说明本公开。
在本公开的至少一个实施方式中,本公开提供了一种护理床,如图1所示,其包括设置有凹槽4的床体;设置在凹槽4内的轮椅。该轮椅包括:依次设置有轮椅背板1、座板3、腿板5和脚板6的轮椅支架2,其中座板3固定在轮椅支架2上。
如图2和3所示,本公开提供的护理床还包括:设置在轮椅背板1与座板3连接处下方的双牵引升降调节器21;设置在双牵引升降调节器21上的锁紧件22,其用于锁紧双牵引升降调节器21;与锁紧件22连接的第一牵引件,用于在轮椅与床体分离的情况下,控制轮椅背板1的起落,其可以包括第一刹车线24和手控牵引把手29,该手控牵引把手29可以是刹车把手;以及与锁紧件22连接的第二牵引件,在轮椅与床体合并的情况下,第二牵引件控制锁紧件22松开,使得轮椅背板1与床体背板同时升起或落下;在轮椅与床体分离的情况下,第二牵引件控制锁紧件22锁紧,使得轮椅背板1的起落由第一牵引件控制。
具体地,在轮椅与床体合并的情况下,第二牵引件控制锁紧件22松开,使得双牵引升降调节器21处于释放状态,轮椅背板1则可随床背板在通常要求的起落背角度内一起上下抬落。
当需要将轮椅从床体中分出时,轮椅背板1和床背板抬起较正常起落背更大的角度,第二牵引件控制锁紧件22锁紧,使得双牵引升降调节器21处于锁定状态,轮椅背板1在近直立状态时被固定,同时控制床背板退回到正常起落背的最大角度,便于轮椅从床体的凹槽4中 推出。轮椅推出后依靠手控牵引把手29牵动第一刹车线24,控制双牵引升降调节器21的锁定与释放,实现轮椅背板1的自由抬起和落下。
根据本公开的另一个实施方式,如图2和3所示,第二牵引件包括拨杆20,其可由设在座板3下的支架支承。该拨杆的前端与锁紧件22相接触,后端与设置在床体支架18上的台阶26相匹配。当轮椅与床体合并时,拨杆20的后端能够搁置在台阶26上,并使得锁紧件22松开;当轮椅与床体分开时,拨杆的后端能够从台阶26上落下,并使得锁紧件22锁紧。
根据本公开的又一个实施方式,拨杆20的后端可以为可弹性复位的单向弯曲管。
根据本公开的又一个实施方式,台阶26可以为可滑动台阶或固定台阶。
根据本公开的又一个实施方式,第二牵引件还包括与可滑动台阶连接的软索,其能够牵引可滑动台阶滑动。
根据本公开的又一个实施方式,如图4所示,第二牵引件可以包括第二刹车线35;以及与第二刹车线35连接的杠杆27,其支点设置在轮椅支架2的后部,例如设置在轮椅的后腿上。当轮椅与床体合并时,杠杆27的一端受到床体支架18的推力并转动,使得第二牵引件张紧,同时第二牵引件控制锁紧件22松开。
根据本公开的又一个实施方式,如图5所示,第二牵引件也可以包括第二刹车线35;以及第二刹车线35连接的滑动件,其位于固定在轮椅支架2的后部的滑槽内,例如在轮椅后腿的滑槽内。当轮椅与床体合并时,滑动件28受到床体支架18的推力并滑动,使得第二牵引件张紧,第二牵引件控制锁紧件22松开。
根据本公开的又一个实施方式,如图6所示,第一刹车线24与第二刹车线35可以合并为一根双控刹车线36。
根据本公开的又一个实施方式,护理床可以只包括第二牵引件,在轮椅和床体分离的情况下,第二牵引件控制锁紧件22锁紧,双牵引 升降调节器处于锁定状态,轮椅背板1固定不动。
本公开提供的护理床使用上述双牵引升降调节器21,通过方便的操作就能实现在与床体合并的情况下轮椅背板1能随床背板同时起落,床椅分离的情况下,轮椅背板1可通过单独的控制机构实现自由地起落或固定不动。这对于病床、护理床的床与轮椅的分离合并极为方便,其真正的意义是实现失能者在床和轮椅间无障碍的移位,这对于中国人口老龄化社会照护失能老人具有极大的帮助。
根据本公开的又一个实施方式,如图7所示,本公开提供的护理床还包括:分别与轮椅背板1、轮椅抬落腿支架34连接的滑动连杆30,该轮椅抬落腿支架34用于控制腿板5和脚板6的抬起和落下,更为具体地,该滑动连杆30可以连接在轮椅抬落腿支架34的副力臂32上;以及设置在滑动连杆30上的锁定与释放销31,其用于在轮椅与床体在分离的情况下,锁定滑动连杆30,以使得轮椅背板1与腿板5、脚板6能够联动。
根据本公开的又一个实施方式,如图8所示,护理床还包括设置在座板3下的轮椅抬落腿驱动机构33,其与滑动连杆30连接,轮椅抬落腿驱动机构33控制滑动连杆30,以使得轮椅在轮椅、躺椅或平床间相互转换。
根据本公开的又一个实施方式,如图1和图9所示,护理床还包括:设置在座板3的前部下方、与轮椅支架2铰接的托架10;设置在托架10的前部、并延伸到脚板6下方的托钩11,其控制脚板6的转动角度;与托架10的后部连接的连动杆9;设置在床尾的插销7。
如图10所示,本公开提供的护理床还包括设置在轮椅后腿12的外侧的斜块13,其宽度沿床体的长度方向逐渐增大;设置在床体支架18上的横轴17,其由床体支架18支承,并与床体支架18的宽度方向相同;与横轴17平行的弹性碰卡14,其水平高度比横轴17略低;分别连接弹性碰卡14的后端和横轴17的刚性连接杆15;设置在横轴17上的拨柄19;以及设置在横轴上的拨动杆16,其用于将轮椅推出。弹性碰卡14可以根据需要改变其长度。当弹性碰卡14处于伸出状态时, 其最长长度设置为可与斜块13相接触,但是又不会触碰到轮椅后腿12;当其处于压缩状态时,其最短长度设置为恰恰与斜块13的最宽处相接触或不与斜块13的最宽处接触。在轮椅与床体合并的情况下,弹性碰卡14与斜块13相卡扣,使得轮椅和床体相接合。当轮椅与床体分离时,转动拨柄19,带动横轴17、刚性连接杆15和弹性碰卡14同时转动,弹性碰卡14转动后,与斜块13脱离。同时,拨动杆16转动,推动轮椅从床体的凹槽4向外移动,实现轮椅与床体的分离。当轮椅与床体合并时,将轮椅推入凹槽4,弹性碰卡4与斜块13相接触,并被压缩,随着轮椅的不断推入,弹性碰卡沿着斜块13不断被压缩,直至轮椅完全推入凹槽4,到达与床体连接的位置,弹性碰卡4恢复伸出状态,与斜块13相卡扣,实现轮椅与床体相接合。
本公开提供的护理床通过简单的操作,就可以将卧床病患从轮椅上推出,或回到床上,并无需护理者与被护理者的身体接触,这大大减轻护理者的劳动强度和增加被护理者的舒适性。
本领域的技术人员应当理解,上述实施方式仅仅是为了清楚地说明本公开,而并非是对本公开的范围进行限定。对于所属领域的技术人员而言,在上述公开的基础上还可以做出其它变化或变型,并且这些变化或变型仍处于本公开的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种护理床,其特征在于,所述护理床包括:
    床体,所述床体设置有凹槽;
    轮椅,所述轮椅设置在所述凹槽内,所述轮椅包括:
    轮椅支架,所述轮椅支架上依次设置轮椅背板、座板、腿板和脚板,所述座板固定在所述轮椅支架上;
    双牵引升降调节器,所述双牵引升降调节器设置在所述轮椅背板与所述座板连接处的下方;
    锁紧件,所述锁紧件设置在所述双牵引升降调节器上,用于锁紧所述双牵引升降调节器;
    第一牵引件,所述第一牵引件与所述锁紧件连接,用于在所述轮椅与所述床体分离的情况下,控制所述轮椅背板的起落;以及
    第二牵引件,所述第二牵引件与所述锁紧件连接,在所述轮椅与所述床体合并的情况下,所述第二牵引件控制所述锁紧件松开,使得所述轮椅背板与床体背板同时升起或落下;在所述轮椅与所述床体分离的情况下,所述第二牵引件控制所述锁紧件锁紧,使得所述轮椅背板的起落由所述第一牵引件控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的护理床,其特征在于,所述护理床还包括:
    滑动连杆,所述滑动连杆分别与所述轮椅背板、轮椅抬落腿支架连接,所述轮椅抬落腿支架用于控制所述腿板和所述脚板的抬起和落下;以及
    锁定与释放销,所述锁定与释放销设置在所述滑动连杆上,用于在所述轮椅与所述床体分离的情况下,锁定所述滑动连杆,以使得所述轮椅背板与所述腿板、所述脚板能够联动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的护理床,其特征在于,所述护理床还包 括轮椅抬落腿驱动机构,所述轮椅抬落腿驱动机构设置在所述座板下,并与所述滑动连杆连接,所述轮椅抬落腿驱动机构控制所述滑动连杆,以使得所述轮椅在轮椅、躺椅或平床间相互转换。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的护理床,其特征在于,所述第二牵引件包括:
    拨杆,所述拨杆的前端与所述锁紧件相接触,所述拨杆的后端与设置在床体支架上的台阶相匹配,当所述轮椅与所述床体合并时,所述拨杆的后端能够搁置在所述台阶上,并使得所述锁紧件松开;当所述轮椅与所述床体分开时,所述拨杆的后端能够从所述台阶上落下,并使得所述锁紧件锁紧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的护理床,其特征在于,所述拨杆的后端为可弹性复位的单向弯曲管。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的护理床,其特征在于,所述台阶为可滑动台阶或固定台阶。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的护理床,其特征在于,所述第二牵引件还包括软索,所述软索与所述可滑动台阶连接,能够牵引所述可滑动台阶滑动。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的护理床,其特征在于,所述第二牵引件包括:
    第二刹车线;以及
    杠杆,所述杠杆与所述第二刹车线连接,所述杠杆的支点设置在所述轮椅支架的后部,当所述轮椅与所述床体合并时,所述杠杆的一端受到所述床体支架的推力并转动,使得所述第二牵引件张紧,所述第二牵引件控制所述锁紧件松开。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的护理床,其特征在于,所述第二牵引件包括:
    第二刹车线;以及
    滑动件,所述滑动件与所述第二刹车线连接,所述滑动件位于固定在所述轮椅支架的后部的滑槽内,当所述轮椅与所述床体合并时,所述滑动件受到所述床体支架的推力并滑动,使得所述第二牵引件张紧,所述第二牵引件控制所述锁紧件松开。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的护理床,其特征在于,所述护理床还包括:
    托架,所述托架设置在所述座板的前部下方,与所述轮椅支架铰接;
    托钩,所述托钩设置在所述托架的前部,并延伸到所述脚板下方,控制所述脚板的转动角度;
    连动杆,所述连动杆与所述托架的后部连接;
    插销,所述插销设置在床尾;
    斜块,所述斜块设置在轮椅后腿的外侧,所述斜块的宽度沿所述床体的长度方向逐渐增大;
    横轴,所述横轴设置在床体支架上,由所述床体支架支承,并与所述床体支架的宽度方向相同;
    弹性碰卡,所述弹性碰卡与所述横轴平行;
    刚性连接杆,所述刚性连接杆分别连接所述弹性碰卡的后端和所述横轴;
    拨柄,所述拨柄设置在所述横轴上;
    拨动杆,所述拨动杆设置在所述横轴上;
    其中,在所述轮椅与所述床体合并的情况下,所述弹性碰卡与所述斜块相卡扣,以使得所述轮椅和所述床体相接合;当所述轮椅与所 述床体分离时,所述拨柄转动,使得所述弹性碰卡转动,并与所述斜块脱离,同时使得所述拨动杆转动,推动所述轮椅向床尾方向移动。
