绝缘基座2具有底面21、顶面22、平行设置的两第一边缘23和平行设置的两第二边缘24。绝缘基座2的底面21在靠近两个第一边缘23位置处分别设有一扣持凹槽25,每个第二边缘24设有避让槽26,每个第一边缘23设有缺口27,所述缺口27与扣持凹槽25相连。金属外壳5包括覆盖底板部10的平板部51和 覆盖柱状部19的圆柱部52,圆柱部52设有用于柱状部19插入的收容孔521和位于其外侧的外螺纹522。平板部51设有向下弯折延伸形成的扣持脚511,所述扣持脚511穿过缺口27扣持至扣持凹槽25。焊接脚34和焊接部44分别各自从避让槽26向外延伸超出绝缘本体1。绝缘基座2的底面21设有若干加强肋28,绝缘基座2的顶面22设有朝收容槽侧凸伸的凸出部220及对应该本体部与接触部连接处的凹口221,可动端子4的延伸部413位于凸出部220的上方,当对接连接器的中心端子挤压时,可动端子朝下移动,使可动端子4与固定端子3分离,该凸出部可防止接触部41过渡变形,凹口的设置,可改善可动端子的变形,防止变形时,连接处抵接在绝缘基座上。所述绝缘基座2具有对应上述可动端子4的尖端部411设置的倾斜面20,所述倾斜面20可改善可动端子被挤压时沿倾斜面20移动,避免可动端子4的塑性变形。
与现有技术相比,固定端子3的第一、第二、第三侧臂为环抱式结构,形成有收容可动端子4末端的缺口,即可动端子4的接触部41末端延伸到固定端子3的缺口下侧,可增加可动端子的接触部长度,改善可动端子的弹性变形空间,从而保证了固定端子3和可动端子4之间的可靠接触,同时环抱式结构也可稀释焊锡的爬锡问题,防止焊锡爬入接触点上。
本发明不局限于上述具体的实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员从上述构思出发,不经过创造性的劳动,所作出的种种变换,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种开关式同轴连接器,其包括绝缘基座、绝缘本体、固定端子、可动端子以及金属外壳,所述固定端子和可动端子夹持于绝缘基座和绝缘本体之间,所述金属外壳将绝缘基座和绝缘本体固定在一起,所述绝缘本体具有相反设置的第一侧和第二侧,所述固定端子安装于绝缘本体的第一侧,所述可动端子安装在绝缘本体的第二侧,该可动端子具有接触部,其特征在于:所述固定端子具有焊接脚、自焊接脚沿第一侧延伸的第一侧臂、连接第一侧臂朝内凸伸的第二侧臂及连接第二侧臂的第三侧臂,该第三侧臂末端形成有接触点,以从侧向与可动端子的接触部抵接,该第一侧臂与第二侧臂相对设置,且第一、第二、第三侧臂围成有缺口,上述可动端子的末端延伸入该缺口下侧。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的开关式同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述可动端子的末端具有尖端部,所述绝缘基座具有对应该尖端部设置的倾斜面。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的开关式同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述第一侧臂呈一对分别连接焊接脚的两侧,一对第二侧臂分别连接第一侧臂且相平行延伸,一对第三侧臂相对面向延伸,且分别设有接触点。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的开关式同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述第三侧臂倾斜向上延伸设置。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的开关式同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体的第一侧设有向下凸出的凸出部,该凸出部抵接在固定端子的焊接脚上侧。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的开关式同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体的第一侧还设有位于凸出部相反两侧的第一凸台,所述固定端子固定于第一凸台。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的开关式同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体的第二侧设有凹槽和两个第二凸台,所述第二凸台形成有与凹槽连通的固定槽,所述可动端子包括本体部、自本体部向两侧延伸出的侧翼部、以及向外延伸超 出绝缘本体的焊接部,所述本体部收容于凹槽内,所述侧翼部固定于固定槽内。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的开关式同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体包括位于其底部中央的收容槽,所述收容槽凹陷深度大于凹槽的凹陷深度,所述可动端子的接触部自本体部延伸至收容槽内。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的开关式同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述可动端子包括连接接触部的本体部,所述绝缘基座设有对应该本体部与接触部连接处的凹口及朝收容槽侧凸伸的凸出部。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的开关式同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述接触部包括尖端部、连接于尖端部后的抵靠部以及设置于抵靠部和本体部之间的延伸部,所述抵靠部的宽度大于所述尖端部的宽度。
