Abstract

Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及像素阵列基板领域,特别是涉及一种用于避免大尺寸显示器半屏泛白的像素阵列基板及显示器。
【背景技术】
随着显示技术的不断发展,超清大尺寸(如85英寸、95英寸等)显示器成为研究的热点。而随着显示器尺寸的增大,数据线电阻电容的负载也随之增大,进而因电阻电容的延迟严重,导致显示影像错充的问题。
现有技术中,采用将大尺寸显示器进行分屏的方式使电阻电容的负载减半,一定程度上改善了显示影像错充的问题。然而在进行分屏之后,由于相邻像素单元中,电容不同的像素之间的耦合作用,会使所在显示区中间区域偏亮,导致整个显示器的图像显示效果变差。
可见,现有技术有待进一步改进。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种像素阵列基板及显示器,能够解决现有显示器在分屏之后出现的某一显示区偏亮,显示效果差的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种像素阵列基板。
其中,所述像素阵列基板包括:
矩阵排列的多个像素单元,所述多个像素单元分别被划入至少两个显示区,其中,每个所述像素单元包括第一像素和第二像素,且所述第一像素的像素电容大于所述第二像素的像素电容;
分别位于不同所述显示区且独立的扫描线,所述扫描线耦合至相应所述显示区内的所述像素单元中的所述第一像素、所述第二像素;
其中,定义每个所述像素单元中的所述第一像素到所述第二像素的排列方向为第一方向,所述扫描线的开启顺序的方向为第二方向,所述至少两个显示区内的所述第一方向与所述第二方向相同;
不同所述显示区中的所述第二方向均相同。
其中,所述多个像素单元分别被划入上下半屏、左右半屏或平均分割的四个或以上显示区。
其中,不同半屏中像素单元的个数相同或不同。
其中,所述至少两个显示区包括相邻设置的第一显示区、第二显示区,所述第一显示区、所述第二显示区对应的所述第二方向相背或相对。
其中,所述第一像素是次像素,所述第二像素是主像素。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过设置至少两个显示区内的所述第一方向与所述第二方向相同,使得显示区域内相邻像素单元中,发生耦合作用的是处于通电状态的第一像素与处于断电状态的第二像素,由于第一像素的电容大于第二像素的电容,耦合作用不会导致显示异常,有效避免了因相邻像素单元中,电容不同的像素之间的耦合作用导致的某一显示区的中间区域偏亮,显示效果差的问题。

【具体实施方式】
下面将结合附图和实施方式对本发明进行详细的说明。
请参考图1,图1为现有技术中,像素阵列基板的结构示意图。现有技术中,分屏线400两侧的多个显示区200内包括多个矩阵排列的像素单元100,每个像素单元100包括主像素110和次像素120,且主像素110的电容小于次像素120的电容,不同的显示区200内每个像素单元100的主像素110和次像素120的排列方式相同,而且在相邻的不同显示区200中,数据线300中信号的传输方向相背。以图1中箭头标示的方向为信号传输方向,则在分屏线400上面的显示区200,当扫描线G1关闭,扫描线G2开启时,充电后的次像素120会对处于断电状态的主像素110进行耦合,而由于主像素110的电容小于次像素120的电容,在耦合过程中,不会造成显示异常。而在分屏线400下面的显示区200,当扫描线G1关闭,扫描线G2开启时,充电后的主像素110会对处于断电状态的子像素120进行耦合,而由于主像素110的电容面积小于次像素120的电容面积,且电容的面积越大则电容越大,因此主像素110的电容小于次像素120的像素,在耦合过程中,会导致次像素120的电位远离其保持电位,使其所在显示区域200出现屏幕偏亮,显示效果差的问题。
请参考图2,图2为本发明像素阵列基板一实施方式的结构示意图。所述像素阵列基板包括:矩阵排列的多个像素单元10,所述多个像素单元分别被划入至少两个显示区20,其中,每个所述像素单元10包括第一像素11和第二像素12,且所述第一像素11的电容大于所述第二像素12的电容;分别位于不同所述显示区20且独立的扫描线50及数据线30,所述扫描线50耦合至相应所述显示区20内的所述像素单元10中的所述第一像素11、所述第二像素12;
其中,定义每个所述像素单元10中的所述第一像素11到所述第二像素12的排列方向为第一方向,所述扫描线50的开启顺序的方向(图2
中箭头所述方向)为第二方向,所述至少两个显示区20内的所述第一方向与所述第二方向相同。
本发明通过设置至少两个显示区20内的所述第一方向与所述第二方向相同,使得所述显示区20内相邻像素单元10中,发生耦合作用的是处于通电状态的所述第一像素11与处于断电状态的所述第二像素12,由于所述第一像素11的电容大于所述第二像素12的电容,耦合作用不会导致显示异常,有效避免了因相邻像素单元中,电容大小不同的像素之间的耦合作用导致的某一显示区的中间区域偏亮,显示效果差的问题。
进一步的,所述多个像素单元10分别被划入上下半屏、左右半屏或平均分割的四个或以上显示区。对于大尺寸显示器,通过分屏能够一定能够程度上解决因电阻电容的延迟严重,导致的显示影像错充的问题。而分屏的方式可以根据需要进行设计,所述显示区可以为上下半屏、左右半屏或平均分割或不平均分割的多个显示区。在一个实施例中,将所述大尺寸显示器分成两个半屏,每个所述半屏的尺寸可以相同或不同。当然,根据实际需要,可以将所述多个像素单元10划分进入多个显示区,所述显示区的个数为4个、6个或8个等,每个所述显示区内所述像素单元10的个数相同或不同。总之,无论采用那种分屏方式,只要保证所述显示区20内的所述第一方向与所述第二方向相同即可。
进一步的,不同半屏中所述像素单元10的个数相同或不同。也就是说,在不同的实施例中,划分显示区时,划分方式可以是按照所述显示区的面积大小均匀划分,也可以是按照所述显示区的面积大小不均匀划分;当按照所述显示区面积均匀或不均匀时,每个所述显示区中的所述像素单元10的个数相同或不同。在一个实施例中,每个所述显示区为平均分割的显示区,每个所述显示区中的所述像素单元10的个数相同,对于均匀分割的所述显示区,且包含相同个数的所述像素单元10的所述显示区,不仅便于对每个所述显示区进行控制,还有利于获得更加均匀流畅的显示效果。
在本发明中,所述第一方向为每个所述像素单元10中的所述第一像素11到所述第二像素12的排列方向,所述第二方向为所述扫描线50的开启顺序的方向。为避免充电后的所述第一像素11对处于断电状态的所述第二像素12进行耦合,需要设置所述至少两个所述显示区20内的所述第一方向与所述第二方向相同。因此,请参考图2和图3,对于不同的所述显示区的所述像素单元10中所述第一像素11与所述第二像素12的排列方式,不同的所述显示区中的所述第二方向可以相同也可以不同。
对于每个所述显示区中,当每个所述像素单元10中所述第一像素11和所述第二像素12的排列方式均相同时,定义所述每个所述像素单元10中所述第一像素11到所述第二像素12的方向为所述显示区域的第一方向。请单独参考图2,对应分屏线40两侧不同的所述显示区,由于不同所述显示区的第一方向相同,则不同所述显示区的第二方向相同。请单独参考图3,对不同所述显示区的第一方向不同,则不同显示区的第二方向不同。
进一步的,所述至少两个显示区20包括相邻设置的第一显示区(图未示)、第二显示区(图未示),所述第一显示区、所述第二显示区对应的所述第二方向相背或相对。当所述不同显示区20的第一方向不同时,如果第一显示区靠近所述分屏线40的所述像素单元10中,所述第一像素单元11更靠近所述分屏线40,则所述第一显示区和所述第二显示区的所述第二方向相背;如果所述第一显示区靠近所述分屏线的所述像素单元10中,所述第二像素单元12更靠近所述分屏线40,则所述第一显示区和所述第二显示区的所述第二方向相对。
更进一步的,对于同一所述显示区的不同所述像素单元10,其所述第一像素11和所述第二像素12的排列方式可以不同,只要保证扫描线50的开启顺序的方向为从所述第一像素到所述第二像素即可。
进一步地的,在一个实施例中,所述第一像素11是次像素,所述第二像素12是主像素。所述像素单元10为红、绿、蓝三种基本像素中的一种,所述每个像素单元10包括所述子像素和所述主像素,且所述主像素的电容小于所述子像素的电容。
基于上述像素阵列基板,本发明还公开了一种显示器。请参考图4,图4为本发明显示器一实施方式的结构示意图,其中,所述显示器60包括任一所述的像素阵列。采用本发明所述的像素阵列能够有效解决大尺寸显示器在分屏后出现的某一显示区域偏亮,显示效果不佳的问题。
进一步的,所述显示器的屏幕尺寸大于85英寸。为获得较好的显示效果,大尺寸显示器通常需要进行分屏处理,尤其是对于屏幕尺寸大于85英寸的显示器,分屏操作对提高显示器的显示效果作用明显。进一步的,所述大尺寸显示器的屏幕尺寸为85到100英寸;在另一个实施例中,所述大尺寸显示器的屏幕尺寸为95英寸。
更进一步的,所述显示器为LCD显示器。对于LCD显示器,其具有机身薄节省空间、省电不产生高温、低辐射有益健康及画面柔和不伤害眼睛的特点,是具有广阔应用前景的显示器。因此,在生产大尺寸LCD显示器时,采用分屏的方式,并将不同显示区内的所述第一方向与所述第二方向设置为相同,能够获得更好的显示效果,有利于大尺寸LCD显示器的进一步推广应用。
综上所述,本发明通过设置至少两个显示区内的所述第一方向与所述第二方向相同,使得显示区域内相邻像素单元中,发生耦合作用的是处于通电状态的所述第一像素与处于断电状态的所述第二像素,由于所述第一像素的电容大于所述第二像素的电容,耦合作用不会导致显示异常,有效避免了因相邻像素单元中,电容不同的像素之间的耦合作用导致的某一显示区的中间区域偏亮,显示效果差的问题。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施方式,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。
Claims (20)
- 一种像素阵列基板,其特征在于,所述像素阵列基板包括:矩阵排列的多个像素单元,所述多个像素单元分别被划入至少两个显示区,其中,每个所述像素单元包括第一像素和第二像素,且所述第一像素的像素电容大于所述第二像素的像素电容;分别位于不同所述显示区且独立的扫描线,所述扫描线耦合至相应所述显示区内的所述像素单元中的所述第一像素、所述第二像素;其中,定义每个所述像素单元中的所述第一像素到所述第二像素的排列方向为第一方向,所述扫描线的开启顺序的方向为第二方向,所述至少两个显示区内的所述第一方向与所述第二方向相同;不同所述显示区中的所述第二方向均相同。
- 如权利要求1所述的像素阵列基板,其特征在于,所述多个像素单元分别被划入上下半屏、左右半屏或平均分割的四个或以上显示区。
- 如权利要求2所述的像素阵列基板,其特征在于,不同半屏中像素单元的个数相同或不同。
- 如权利要求1所述的像素阵列基板,其特征在于,所述至少两个显示区包括相邻设置的第一显示区、第二显示区,所述第一显示区、所述第二显示区对应的所述第二方向相背或相对。
- 如权利要求1任一项所述的像素阵列基板,其特征在于,所述第一像素是次像素,所述第二像素是主像素。
- 如权利要求2所述的像素阵列基板,其特征在于,所述第一像素是次像素,所述第二像素是主像素。
- 如权利要求3任一项所述的像素阵列基板,其特征在于,所述第一像素是次像素,所述第二像素是主像素。
- 如权利要求4任一项所述的像素阵列基板,其特征在于,所述第一像素是次像素,所述第二像素是主像素。
- 一种像素阵列基板,其特征在于,所述像素阵列基板包括:矩阵排列的多个像素单元,所述多个像素单元分别被划入至少两个显示区,其中,每个所述像素单元包括第一像素和第二像素,且所述第一像素的像素电容大于所述第二像素的像素电容;分别位于不同所述显示区且独立的扫描线,所述扫描线耦合至相应所述显示区内的所述像素单元中的所述第一像素、所述第二像素;其中,定义每个所述像素单元中的所述第一像素到所述第二像素的排列方向为第一方向,所述扫描线的开启顺序的方向为第二方向,所述至少两个显示区内的所述第一方向与所述第二方向相同;不同所述显示区中的所述第二方向不同。
- 如权利要求9所述的像素阵列基板,其特征在于,所述多个像素单元分别被划入上下半屏、左右半屏或平均分割的四个或以上显示区。
- 如权利要求10所述的像素阵列基板,其特征在于,不同半屏中像素单元的个数相同或不同。
- 如权利要求9所述的像素阵列基板,其特征在于,所述至少两个显示区包括相邻设置的第一显示区、第二显示区,所述第一显示区、所述第二显示区对应的所述第二方向相背或相对。
- 如权利要求9所述的像素阵列基板,其特征在于,所述第一像素是次像素,所述第二像素是主像素。
- 如权利要求10所述的像素阵列基板,其特征在于,所述第一像素是次像素,所述第二像素是主像素。
- 如权利要求11所述的像素阵列基板,其特征在于,所述第一像素是次像素,所述第二像素是主像素。
- 如权利要求12任一项所述的像素阵列基板,其特征在于,所述第一像素是次像素,所述第二像素是主像素。
- 一种显示器,其特征在于,所述显示器包括权利要求1所述的像素阵列基板。
- 如权利要求17所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述显示器包括权利要求2所述的像素阵列基板。
- 如权利要求17所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述显示器的屏幕尺寸大于85英寸。
- 如权利要求17所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述显示器为LCD显示器。
