技术领域
本发明涉及钢球清洗领域,特别涉及一种高档数控系统专用精密钢球清洗机。
背景技术
钢球根据生产加工工艺分为研磨钢球,锻造钢球,铸造钢球。根据加工材料分为轴承钢球,不锈钢球,碳钢球,铜轴承钢球球?合金球等。其中轴承钢球为工业的重要基础零部件,合金钢球是以碳、铬、锰、钼等为主要添加金属元素,并通过锻打、旋压、轧制和铸造等方式生成的一种球状形铁合金耐磨体,它是当今粉碎工业矿山用球,水泥用球等最重要组成部分。
在钢球的制造过程中,需要经过冷镦、光球、热处理、硬磨、初研、强化、精研和清洗等几大工序。目前,在对钢球进行清洗时,需要利用毛刷进行清洗以及清洗液进行清洗,而传统的做法是先将钢球输送至毛刷清洗机处对钢球进行毛刷清洗后,再通过周转车将钢球输送至清洗液清洗机处对钢球进行清洗液清洗,整个过程需要消耗大量的人工劳动力,非常的麻烦。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种高档数控系统专用精密钢球清洗机,能够降低人工劳动,提高工作效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种高档数控系统专用精密钢球清洗机,其创新点在于:包括
一机架,该机架为一长方体框架机构,在机架的上端依次分布有上料区域、毛刷清洗区域、喷淋清洗区域及沥干区域,在机架的侧端位于沥干区域的旁侧还设置有一下料区域,在机架的上端还设置有一机械手,所述机械手可由驱动机构驱动在各个区域内进行移动;
在上料区域、毛刷清洗区域、喷淋清洗区域及沥干区域均设置有一塑料筐托,在毛刷清洗区域处设置有一清洗毛刷,该清洗毛刷由旋转电机带动进行转动,在喷淋清洗区域处设置有喷淋嘴以及油箱,喷淋嘴与油箱之间通过软管相连,且油箱内的清洗液由清洗油泵输送至喷淋嘴处进行喷淋;
在下料区域处设置有一下料料筐。
进一步的,所述驱动机构包括一对设置在机架上端两端的横向导轨以及一连接两个横向导轨的纵向导轨,且纵向导轨可由驱动缸A驱动沿着横向导轨的延伸方向往复移动,所述机械手安装在纵向导轨上,并可由驱动缸B驱动进行上下往复运动,所述驱动缸B可由驱动缸C驱动沿着纵向导轨的延伸方向往复移动。
进一步的,所述驱动缸B与机械手之间通过固定座相连,在固定座上还安装有一驱动机械手来回摆动的摆动电机。
本发明的优点在于:在本发明中,通过上料区域、毛刷清洗区域、喷淋清洗区域及沥干区域的设置,可在同一台设备上实现钢球的上料、毛刷清洗、清洗液清洗及沥干工序,无需再不同的设备上进行来回的切换,有效的减少了人工名劳动,相应的也可提高工作效率。
通过固定座与摆动电机的设置,可带动机械手来回的摆动,不仅方便机械手夹取料筐,同时也可根据料筐内钢球的数量调整倾倒角度,放置倾倒过程中,钢球的磕碰伤。

具体实施方式
下面的实施例可以使本专业的技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
如图1-图3所示的一种高档数控系统专用精密钢球清洗机,包括
一机架1,该机架1为一长方体框架机构,在机架1的上端依次分布有上料区域2、毛刷清洗区域3、喷淋清洗区域4及沥干区域5,如图3所示,在机架1的侧端位于沥干区域的旁侧还设置有一下料区域6,在机架1的上端还设置有一机械手7,机械手7可由驱动机构驱动在各个区域内进行移动。
驱动机构包括一对设置在机架1上端两端的横向导轨8以及一连接两个横向导轨8的纵向导轨9,且纵向导轨9可由驱动缸A驱动沿着横向导轨8的延伸方向往复移动,机械手7安装在纵向导轨9上,并可由驱动缸B驱动进行上下往复运动,驱动缸B可由驱动缸C驱动沿着纵向导轨9的延伸方向往复移动。
驱动缸B与机械手7之间通过固定座10相连,在固定座10上还安装有一驱动机械手7来回摆动的摆动电机。通过固定座10与摆动电机的设置,可带动机械手7来回的摆动,不仅方便机械手7夹取料筐,同时也可根据料筐内钢球的数量调整倾倒角度,放置倾倒过程中,钢球的磕碰伤。
在上料区域2、毛刷清洗区域3、喷淋清洗区域4及沥干区域5均设置有一塑料筐托11,在毛刷清洗区域3处设置有一清洗毛刷12,该清洗毛刷12由旋转电机13带动进行转动,在喷淋清洗区域4处设置有喷淋嘴以及油箱,喷淋嘴与油箱之间通过软管相连,且油箱内的清洗液由清洗油泵输送至喷淋嘴处进行喷淋。
在下料区域处6设置有一下料料筐。
工作原理:首先,取一料筐放置在上料区域2处的塑料框托11内,待放置一定数量后,停止上料,由驱动缸A驱动纵向导轨9沿着横向导轨8移动至上料区域2的上方,并由驱动缸C驱动 驱动缸B移动至上料区域2的上方,再由驱动缸B驱动机械手7下行,夹取料筐,然后驱动缸B驱动机械手7上行,再由驱动缸C驱动 驱动缸B移动至毛刷清洗区域3的上方,驱动缸B驱动机械手7下行将料筐放置在毛刷清洗区域3处的塑料框托11内,然后由旋转电机13带动清洗毛刷12进行转动对料筐内的钢球进行毛刷清洗工序,待清洗完成后,驱动缸B驱动机械手7上行,由驱动缸A驱动纵向导轨9沿着横向导轨8移动至喷淋清洗区域4的上方,并由驱动缸C驱动 驱动缸B移动至喷淋清洗区域4的上方,再由驱动缸B驱动机械手7下行,将料筐放置于喷淋清洗区域4处的塑料框托11内,再由清洗油泵将油箱内的清洗液输送至喷淋嘴处对料筐内的钢球进行喷淋处理,待处理完成后,驱动缸B驱动机械手7上行,再由驱动缸C驱动 驱动缸B移动至沥干区域5内,对料筐内的钢球进行沥干处理,待沥干完后,再由摆动电机带动机械手7摆动,将料筐倾斜一定角度,使得料筐内钢球底料至提前放置在下料区域处6处的下料料筐内,完成加工。

    一机架,该机架为一长方体框架机构,在机架的上端依次分布有上料区域、毛刷清洗区域、喷淋清洗区域及沥干区域,在机架的侧端位于沥干区域的旁侧还设置有一下料区域,在机架的上端还设置有一机械手,所述机械手可由驱动机构驱动在各个区域内进行移动;
    在上料区域、毛刷清洗区域、喷淋清洗区域及沥干区域均设置有一塑料筐托,在毛刷清洗区域处设置有一清洗毛刷,该清洗毛刷由旋转电机带动进行转动,在喷淋清洗区域处设置有喷淋嘴以及油箱,喷淋嘴与油箱之间通过软管相连,且油箱内的清洗液由清洗油泵输送至喷淋嘴处进行喷淋;
    在下料区域处设置有一下料料筐。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高档数控系统专用精密钢球清洗机,其特征在于:所述驱动机构包括一对设置在机架上端两端的横向导轨以及一连接两个横向导轨的纵向导轨,且纵向导轨可由驱动缸A驱动沿着横向导轨的延伸方向往复移动,所述机械手安装在纵向导轨上,并可由驱动缸B驱动进行上下往复运动,所述驱动缸B可由驱动缸C驱动沿着纵向导轨的延伸方向往复移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的高档数控系统专用精密钢球清洗机,其特征在于:所述驱动缸B与机械手之间通过固定座相连,在固定座上还安装有一驱动机械手来回摆动的摆动电机。
