本発明に用いられる第1の伸縮性電気絶縁性基材は、体積固有抵抗率が1010Ω・cm以上であり、かつ、伸長率10%以上に伸張させることが可能な天然材料或いは合成樹脂材料から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の材料からなり、形態としては繊維から構成される編物、織布、不織布、或いはフィルム状、シート状の成形物である。基材の厚さは、好ましくは100~1000μmであり、基材の目付け量は、好ましくは100~300g/平方mであることが好ましい。基材の厚さ、目付量は着用時のひきつれ感やフィット感により適宜選択される。
本発明の第1の伸縮性電気絶縁性基材は、綿、羊毛、麻、絹、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、ポリアミド、ポリアクリルアミド、レーヨン、芳香族ポリアミド、ポリベンゾオキサゾールから選択される1種または2種以上の繊維素材であることが好ましい。

本発明において好ましく用いられる伸縮性導電性材料は、導電性粒子と絶縁性バインダー樹脂を少なくとも構成材料とする伸縮性の導電シートである。絶縁性バインダー樹脂は伸縮性を有する高分子材料であり、体積固有抵抗率が1010Ω・cm以上であり、かつ、伸長率10%以上に伸張させることができる天然材料或いは合成樹脂材料から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の高分子材料からなる。
導電性粒子は電気伝導率が10 S/cm以上となる金属、炭素系材料、導電性高分子から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の材料からなり、形状としては、粉末状ないし繊維状であり、絶縁性バインダー樹脂に分散した状態で用いられる。
本発明における、伸縮性導電性材料の伸縮性は伸長率10%における伸長時の荷重が100N以下であり、かつ、電気抵抗増加比が10倍未満であることが好ましい。伸長率10%における伸長時の荷重が100Nより高くなると、着用時におけるひきつれ感、フィット感が悪化する。また、伸長率10%における電気抵抗増加比が10倍以上となると、伸長前後での電気信号が乱れ劣化する。
本発明に用いられる第2の伸縮性電気絶縁性基材は、体積固有抵抗率が1010Ω・cm以上で、かつ、伸長率10%以上に慎重可能な天然材料或いは合成樹脂材料から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の材料からなる。第2の伸縮性電気絶縁性基材は、第1の伸縮性電気絶縁基材と伸縮性導電性材料を積層および又は接合するために設けられる。
本発明の第2の伸縮性電気絶縁性基材は、次のいずれかの用例により加工される事が好ましい。第1の好ましい用例は 液状であり、第1の伸縮性電気絶縁基材或いは伸縮性導電性材料に塗布した後に、乾燥や硬化により、両者を積層および又は接合し固定するものである。好ましい第2の形状はフィルム状、シート状の成形物であり、第1の伸縮性電気絶縁基材或いは伸縮性導電性材料を積層および又は接合した後に、加熱により両者を積層および又は接合し固定するものである。好ましい第3の形状は糸状で第1の伸縮性電気絶縁基材或いは伸縮性導電性材料を縫い合わせることで固定するものである。
本発明における第2の伸縮性電気絶縁性基材は、ポリテトラフロエチレンなどのフッ素系樹脂、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリウレタン、ポリアクリル酸、ポリスチレン、ポリエステル、ポリアミドイミド、ポリイミド、天然ゴム、合成ゴムから選択される1種または2種以上の材料から構成されることが好ましい。フッ素系樹脂でコーティングないし表面処理された素材はフッ素系樹脂として扱ってよい。
導電性シートは伸縮性導電性材料が取るひとつの形態で、伸縮性電気絶縁性材料と粉末状の導電性材料を溶液又は溶融状態で混合し導電性粉末を伸縮性電気絶縁性材料に均一に分散した後に、シート状に成形することによって得られる。導電性シートを占める導電性粉末の配合量は電気抵抗と伸縮性を考慮して決定され、体積%が大きいと電気抵抗は低くなり電気信号の劣化が抑えられるが、伸縮性が下がり、ひきつれ感、フィット感が悪化する。一方、体積%が低いと伸縮性が上がりひきつれ感、フィット感が向上するが、電気抵抗が高くなり電気信号が劣化する。両者の特性のバランスを取る上で導電性粉末の配合量は20~60体積%が好ましい。
導電性布帛は伸縮性導電性材料が取るもうひとつの形態で、導電性材料が繊維状で含まれる編物、織布、不織布である。導電性布帛は導電性繊維と非導電性繊維の両方を組み合わせて用いても良い。導電性導電性布帛を占める導電性繊維の割合は導電率と伸縮性を考慮して決定され、重量%が大きいと電気抵抗は低くなり電気信号の劣化が抑えられるが、伸縮性が下がり、ひきつれ感、フィット感が悪化する。一方、重量%が低いと伸縮性が上がりひきつれ感、フィット感が向上するが、電気抵抗が高くなり電気信号が劣化する。両者の特性のバランスを取る上で導電性繊維の割合は10~100重量%が好ましい。
[導電ペーストの作製]
表1に示す材料を用いて、表2に示す重量配合比により樹脂を各溶剤に溶解し、得られた溶液に銀粒子を配合し、3本ロールミルにて混合し、導電性ペーストを得た。
離型処理PETフィルム上に上記の導電ペーストを使い、アプリケータを用いて乾燥膜厚が約100μmになるように塗布し、120℃、30分間、熱風乾燥オーブンで乾燥した後、離型処理PETフィルムを剥離して、伸縮性導電性材料シートを得た。このシートを用いて後述する方法で、厚さ、未伸長時電気抵抗、伸長時電気抵抗増加比、伸長時荷重を測定した。実施例の測定結果を表2に示す。
上記で作製した離型処理PETフィルム付き伸縮性導電性材料シートに表1に示すホットメルトシートと離型紙を重ね合わせ、ゴムロール温度を120℃に調整したロールラミネート機にて接着し、接着性のある伸縮性導電性材料シートを得た。この伸縮性導電性材料シートを配線巾1.0cm配線長15.0cmに続く5.0cm角の正方形状に切り抜いた。切り抜いた配線付き電極から離型紙を剥がしシャツ(綿100%、及び、ポリエステル100%)の裏面側の所定の位置に配置してアイロンで熱圧着し、さらに離型処理PETフィルムを剥がして、裏側に電極および配線を備えたシャツを作製した。
電極および配線を備えたシャツの配線末端の表側にステンレススチール製のホックを裏側の配線と導通するように取り付け、ステンレススチール製ホックを介して、ユニオンツール社製の心拍センサWHS-2を接続し、心拍計測機能を組み込んだシャツを作製した。
幅2.5cmのチャックを2個備えた伸長試験機(手回し延伸機)を用いて、チャック間距離5.0cmになるように上記で作製した伸縮性導電性材料シートを挟み、長手方向に伸長率10%まで伸長(変位量0.5cm)した。試験前後の電気抵抗はデジタルマルチメータ(横河メータ&インスツルメンツ社製「YOKOGAWA TY530」)を用い、対向する2個のチャックの外側(測定距離10cm)にて伸長前後の抵抗値(Ω)を測定し、シート抵抗(Ω□)を得た。抵抗値の測定は伸長直後(3秒以内)に実施した。
引張試験機(ORIENTEC CORPORATION社製「RTM-250」)を用い、幅30mm,試験長さ50mmの伸縮性導電性材料シートを伸長率10%にしたときにかかる荷重(N)を測定し、シート長1cm当りの単位荷重(N/cm)を得た。
JIS L1094の摩擦帯電減衰測定法に基づいて、カネボウ式摩擦帯電圧測定装置EST-8を用い、温湿度状態 20℃、40%RHの雰囲気下で行った。摩擦布として、第1の伸縮性電気絶縁性基材になる綿100%およびポリエステル100%を用いて、第2の伸縮性電気絶縁性基材となるホットメルトシートを10回摩擦した後の初期帯電圧を測定し、絶対値を求めた。実施例及び比較例の測定結果を表3に示す。
成人男性10名を被験者とし、実施例で作成した心拍計測機能を組み込んだシャツを着用し、15℃、40%RHの環境下で心電計測を行いながら、ラジオ体操第1と、ラジオ体操第2を続けて実施した。その間の着用感について、「触感が良い」を5点、「触感が悪い」を1点として、五段階の官能評価を行い、10人の平均において、4以上を◎、3以上4未満を○、2以上3未満を△、2未満を×とした。
Claims (8)
- 衣類を構成する第1の伸縮性電気絶縁性基材、第一の伸縮性電気絶縁性基材と近接して設けられる第2の伸縮性電気絶縁性基材、伸縮性導電性材料を少なくとも有する生体情報測定用衣類において、第1の伸縮性電気絶縁性基材と第2の伸縮性電気絶縁性基材とを擦り合わせることで発生する摩擦帯電圧の絶対値が10kV以下であることを特徴とする生体情報測定用衣類。
- 前記伸縮性導電性材料の未伸長時におけるシート抵抗が300Ω□以下であり、かつ、伸縮性導電性材料の伸長率10%における伸長時の荷重が100N以下であり、かつ、伸長時の電気抵抗増加比が10倍未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体情報測定用衣類。
- 前記伸縮性導電性材料が、導電性粒子と絶縁性バインダー樹脂を少なくとも構成材料とする伸縮性の導電シートからなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の生体情報測定用衣類。
- 前記伸縮性導電性材料が、導電性繊維から少なくとも構成される伸縮性の導電布帛からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の生体情報測定用衣類。
- 前記第1の伸縮性電気絶縁性基材が、綿、羊毛、麻、絹、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、ポリアミド、ポリアクリルアミド、レーヨン、芳香族ポリアミド、ポリベンゾオキサゾールから選択される1種または2種以上の繊維素材であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の生体情報測定用衣類。
- 前記第2の伸縮性電気絶縁性部材を構成する電気絶縁性材料が、フッ素系樹脂、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリウレタン、ポリアクリル酸、ポリスチレン、ポリエステル、ポリアミドイミド、ポリイミド、天然ゴム、合成ゴムからのいずれか1つまたは2つ以上の組合せからなる請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の生体情報測定用衣類。
- 第1の伸縮性電気絶縁性基材が綿を50%含む繊維素材であり、第2の伸縮性電気絶縁性部材を構成する電気絶縁性材料の種類が、ポリアミド、ポリウレタン、ポリエステル、窒素含有合成ゴムのいずれか1つまたは2つ以上の組合せからなる請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の生体情報測定用衣類。
- 第1の伸縮性電気絶縁性基材がポリエステル繊維を50%以上含む繊維素材であり、第2の伸縮性電気絶縁性部材を構成する電気絶縁性材料の種類が、ポリアクリルアミド、ポリアクリス酸エステル、ポリエステル、ポリビニルブチラール、天然ゴム、非窒素含有合成ゴムのいずれか1つまたは2つ以上の組合せからなる請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の生体情報測定用衣類。
