[0084] 综上所述, 本发明的雾化器内设置有可对雾化烟油所产生的烟雾进行再次加热 的烟雾加热件。 当吸烟吋, 烟油雾化件设置于雾化腔内并用于雾化储油腔内的 烟油以形成高温烟雾, 所述烟雾在通过所述烟雾加热件, 所述烟雾加热件对所 述烟雾进行再次加热, 使烟雾的温度更高, 经过所述烟雾加热件加热后的高温 烟雾流动至烟草容纳腔内, 并对烟草进行加热, 使其能更好的将烟草味道以及 尼古丁成分带出, 以形成供用户吸食的混合烟雾, 使得使用者可以体验到真烟 的感觉, 且同吋体验到电子烟液的味道, 如此吸食烟草可避免产生焦油, 减少 焦油对于人体健康的损害。 同吋, 客户还能根据自身需要选择通过吸嘴组件吸 食烟雾, 或者直接通过吸食烟草吸食烟雾, 并且, 所述烟草和雾化芯组件可随 吋根据需要更换, 丰富了产品类型, 客户可根据自身的习惯选择不同装配方式 的产品, 增加了选择的灵活度。

[权利要求 1] 一种雾化器, 其包括用于存储烟油的储油组件及用于雾化所述储油组 件内烟油的雾化芯组件, 其特征在于: 所述储油组件内设置有用于容 纳烟草的烟草容纳腔, 所述雾化芯组件可拆卸地插设在所述储油组件 内, 以使在需要更换雾化芯组件吋能够将所述雾化芯组件取出, 所述 雾化芯组件包括雾化套管、 烟油吸附件、 烟油雾化件及烟雾加热件; 所述雾化套管内形成有与所述烟草容纳腔相连通的雾化腔, 所述雾化 套管
的侧壁上设置有用于将所述储油组件内的烟油导入所述雾化套管内的 进油孔; 所述烟油吸附件插设在所述雾化套管内并用于吸附从所述进 油孔导入的烟油, 所述烟油雾化件与所述烟油吸附件相接触, 并用于 雾化所述烟油吸附件内吸附的烟油, 所述烟雾加热件位于所述烟油吸 附件外, 并与所述烟油吸附件间隔设置;
所述烟雾加热件用于对所述烟油雾化件雾化烟油产生的烟雾进行再次 加热, 经过所述烟雾加热件加热后的烟雾流动至所述烟草容纳腔内, 并对所述烟草进行加热, 以形成供用户吸食的混合烟雾。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述雾化芯组件还包括 雾化芯盖、 雾化底座、 上绝缘环及上电极;
所述雾化套管套设在所述雾化底座外部; 所述雾化芯盖盖设在所述雾 化套管的一端, 所述上绝缘环插设在所述雾化套管的背向所述雾化芯 盖的一端, 并与所述雾化套管过盈配合, 所述上电极插设在所述上绝 缘环内并与所述上绝缘环过盈配合;
所述烟油吸附件呈管状, 所述烟油吸附件的外壁面与所述雾化底座的 内壁面弹性抵接, 并覆盖所述进油孔;
所述烟油雾化件为第一电热丝, 所述第一电热丝的一端夹持在所述上 绝缘环及所述上电极之间, 与所述上电极电连接; 所述第一电热丝的 另一端夹持在所述上绝缘环与所述雾化套管之间, 与所述雾化套管电 连接; 所述第一电热丝设置有螺旋管状的烟油雾化段, 所述烟油雾化段套设 在所述烟油吸附件内并与所述烟油吸附件的内壁抵接;
所述烟雾加热件为第二电热丝, 所述第二电热丝的一端夹持在所述上 绝缘环及所述上电极之间, 与所述上电极电连接; 所述第二电热丝设置有位于所述烟油雾化段和所述雾化芯盖之间的烟 雾加热段, 所述烟雾加热段用于加热所述烟油雾化段雾化烟油产生的
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 2所述的雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述烟雾加热段呈螺旋 管状结构。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 2所述的雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述烟雾加热段呈喇叭 状结构, 且所述烟雾加热段面向所述烟油雾化段的一端的横截面积大 于所述烟雾加热段的背向所述烟油雾化段的一端的横截面积。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 2所述的雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述烟雾加热段呈盘状 结构, 且沿所述雾化套管的径向延伸设置。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 3-5任一项所述的雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述烟雾加热 段与所述烟油雾化段同轴设置, 且所述第二电热丝的另一端夹持在所 述雾化芯盖与所述雾化套管之间, 与所述雾化套管电连接。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 2所述的雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述雾化芯组件还包括 加热主体部;
所述加热主体部幵设有与所述雾化腔以及烟草容纳腔连通的加热腔, 所述第二电热丝螺旋设置在所述加热主体部的内周壁上, 以形成所述 烟雾加热段; 且所述第二电热丝的另一端与所述雾化套管电连接。
[权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 2所述的雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述第二电热丝和烟油 吸附件之间设有隔油件, 用于防止所述烟油吸附件吸附的烟油与所述 第二电热丝接触; 所述隔油件外壁面与所述雾化底座的内壁面抵接, 且所述隔油件具有幵孔, 所述幵孔与所述烟雾加热段以及烟雾加热段 连通, 用于供所述烟油雾化段雾化烟油产生的烟雾穿过, 并流入到所 述烟雾加热段中。
[权利要求 9] 根据权利要求 2所述的雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述储油组件包括: 内 部形成有储油腔的储油管、 分别套设在所述储油管两端的上密封环和 下密封环、 分别与所述储油管两端可拆卸地连接的上连接件和下连接 件, 以及套设在所述储油管、 上密封环、 下密封环、 上连接件和下连 接件外周的钢管。
[权利要求 10] 根据权利要求 9所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述储油组件还包括下 绝缘环及下电极; 所述下电极穿过所述下连接件, 并与所述上电极抵 接, 所述下电极上套设有所述下绝缘环; 且所述下连接件与所述雾化 套管的底端抵接。
[权利要求 11] 根据权利要求 2所述的雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述储油组件还包括通 气管; 所述通气管下端与所述雾化芯盖抵接, 且所述通气管内部形成 有所述烟草容纳腔; 所述烟草部分插设于所述烟草容纳腔内, 且与所 述通气管内壁抵接。
[权利要求 12] 根据权利要求 11所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述雾化芯组件还包括 调气组件, 所述调气组件包括:
调气座, 所述调气座包括内部形成有第一中空部的圆台部; 所述圆台 部的上端面设置有出气部, 且围绕所述出气部设置有啮合齿; 所述圆 台部的周面上还设有至少一个第一通气孔; 所述圆台部与所述通气管 上端固定连接;
底部连接座, 其内部形成第二中空部, 且与所述圆台部的下端面连接 , 所述第一中空部与所述第二中空部连通, 形成有通气管容纳部, 所 述通气管套设于所述通气管容纳部内;
以及活动盖, 其上端面幵设有可供所述通气管穿过的通孔; 围绕所述 活动盖上端面的通孔设置有与所述啮合齿相配合的啮合槽; 所述活动 盖的周面上还设有与所述圆台部的第一通气孔相配合的通气槽; 所述活动盖套设于所述通气管外周, 通过旋转所述活动盖来调节所述 通气槽与所述第一通气孔的重叠区域, 实现调节对进气量大小的调节 以及, 旋转所述活动盖至所述啮合齿和啮合槽相配合的位置, 向远离 所述通气管顶端的方向按压所述活动盖; 再通过旋转所述活动盖来实 现所述调气组件的分离。
[权利要求 13] 根据权利要求 12所述的雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述活动盖与所述调气 座之间设置有弹垫, 以给所述活动盖提供朝所述通气管顶端方向的弹 力。
[权利要求 14] 根据权利要求 11所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述雾化器还包括吸嘴 组件; 所述吸嘴组件包括吸嘴, 以及沿所述吸嘴周向延伸出的吸嘴盖 ; 所述吸嘴下端设有供所述烟草插设的烟草固定部;
所述吸嘴下端部分地插设在所述通气管内, 使得所述烟草位于所述烟 草容纳腔内, 且通过所述吸嘴盖实现对所述通气管上部幵口的封闭。
