本发明所述的指示器 1的优选结构为: 指示器 1一端安装旋转开关 3, 旋转开 关 3上安装指示灯罩 6, 指示灯罩 6内设置第一指示灯 4和第二指示灯 5。其中第一 指示灯 4和第二指示灯 5釆用不同颜色的灯泡, 当使用者吸气时, 第一开关 8将指 示灯供电回路闭合, 指示灯亮起, 同时固体芳香物 13中的电热丝 14升温, 促使固 体芳香物散发芳香气味, 使用者可以通过旋转开关 3来切换第一指示灯 4和第二指 示灯 5的亮、 灭。 该结构中的指示灯能够在吸烟者吸气的时亮起, 不吸气时熄灭, 与现有同类产品相比更加接近真实香烟, 拟真性更强, 同时该结构还具有能够指示 模拟香烟当前工作状态的优点, 即使用者可通过选择亮起不同颜色的指示灯来表示 自己当前吸食的模拟香烟中是否含有尼古丁成分。 上述方案中的旋转开关 3可以替 换为按压式开关。 当然, 本发明所述的指示器 1还可以采用其它结构, 例如可取消 优选方案中的旋转开关 3, 并且仅使用一个指示灯。 该方案同样具有较高的拟真性, 但使用者无法通过选择亮起不同颜色的指示灯来表示自己当前吸食的模拟香烟中是 否含有尼古丁成分。
本发明为了便于更换烟弹仓内的固体吸附棉 21, 可采用以下结构: 烟弹仓由第 一烟弹仓壳体 16和第二烟弹仓壳体 17相互连接组成,第一烟弹仓壳体 16内设置第 一插管 18, 第二烟弹仓壳体 17内设置第二插管 19, 固体吸附棉 21安装在圆筒形的 烟弹壳体 20内, 烟弹壳体 20两端均设置封口铝箔片 30。 需要更换固体吸附棉 21 时, 将第一烟弹仓壳体 16和第二烟弹仓壳体 17分开后取出烟弹壳体 20即可, 烟弹 壳体 20及封口铝箔片 30能够防止固体吸附棉 21内的液体蒸发, 便于存放。第一插 管 18和第二插管 19用于刺破封口铝箔片 30。
本发明为了进一步增强拟真性, 可在指示器 1 内部安装控制器 2, 控制器 2上 安装动态指示灯组 7。 动态指示灯组 7 由多个指示灯横向排列组成, 其电源由第一 电池 9提供, 当使用者吸气时, 电源通电, 动态指示灯组 7中的指示灯在控制器 2 的控制下依此由亮到灭, 模拟吸烟时香烟逐渐燃尽的效果, 采用该方案时, 指示器 1的外壳可采用透明材料制作, 也可以在不透明的材料上开设透光槽。 本发明为了满足各种不同层次使用者的需要, 可将指示器 1的外形制作成烟斗 形, 使本发明所述的模拟香烟在满足日常使用需要的同时, 还能够作为工艺品出售。 当然本发明所述的指示器 1 的外形还可以是圆柱形等其它各种外形, 其中圆柱形与 普通香烟相同, 可满足消费者的使用习惯。
本发明所述的烟弹仓根据实际需要可以制作成多种外形, 例如可以制作成锥形 或圆柱形等, 制作成锥形时, 更加符合使用者持烟的手型, 使用时较为舒适, 并且 具有防滑效果; 制作成圆柱形时, 模拟香烟整体外形与普通香烟相同, 满足消费者 的使用习惯。
本发明所述固体芳香物 13可以采用任何能够散发香味的原料制作,其中优选的 原料重量比方案为: 薄荷 15.5%、 砂仁 12%、 丁香 12%、 桂皮 12%、 干姜 10%、 花 椒 10%、 茴香 12%、 香兰素 1.5%、 乙基麦芽酚 12%、 芳樟醇提取物 1.5%、 香料烟 精油 0.5%、 保加利亚玫瑰油 0.5%和云南烤烟精油 0.5%。 该方案通过多种中草药成 分和精油组合, 使固体芳香物 13具有香味纯正、 受热后易挥发的优点, 同时部分中 草药成分还能够起到保健的效果。
本发明为了能够使模拟香烟吸食时产生更好的烟雾效果, 可在烟弹仓与吸嘴 25 之间安装雾化供电装置 22, 雾化供电装置 22 内安装第二开关 23和电源, 吸嘴 25 内设置吸液棉 26, 吸液棉 26 内吸附由甘油和水组成的雾化液, 能够使雾化液在受 热膨胀后产生雾化效果, 吸液棉 26内设置雾化加热丝 27, 雾化加热丝 27与雾化供 电装置 22连接。 其中雾化供电装置 22内的电源可以是第二电池 29, 通过直流方式 直接为雾化加热丝 27供电; 也可以是手机充电接口 24通过外接手机电源为雾化加 热丝 27供电, 使用者吸气时, 气体流经第二幵关 23, 第二开关 23使雾化加热丝 27 的供电回路闭合, 雾化加热丝 27通电后对吸液棉 26进行加热, 使吸液棉 26中的雾 化液产生非常好的雾化效果, 达到普通香烟吸食时产生的烟雾效果。第二开关 23可 以是气动开关, 在气流的作用下启动; 也可以是声控开关, 通过气体流过时发出的 声音来启动。 本发明所述的雾化液原料重量比为: 甘油 70%-80%和水 20%-30%。 甘 油和水的组合能够使雾化液在加热温度较低的情况下就可发生雾化, 并且受热后产 生大量的烟雾, 来模拟普通香烟吸食产生的烟雾效果。水和甘油混合后对人体无害, 并且对模拟香烟的口味没有影响。 本发明所述的雾化液原料重量比的实施例如下:
1、 甘油 70%、 水 30%。
2、 甘油 80%、 水 20%。
3、 甘油 75%、 水 25%。
当使用者拆下烟弹仓进行吸食时, 可在雾化液原料中加入重量比 0.6%-2.4%的 尼古丁成分, 适当满足具有烟瘾的人们对尼古丁的摄入需要, 有利于人们逐渐减少 尼古丁的摄入量, 最终达到不吸食尼古丁的目的。 雾化液原料中添加尼古丁成分的 重量比的实施例如下:
1、 甘油 70%、 水 29.4%和尼古丁 0.6%。
2、 甘油 70%、 水 27.6%和尼古丁 2.4%。
3、 甘油 70%、 水 28.5%和尼古丁 1.5%。
4、 甘油 69.4%、 水 30%和尼古丁 0.6%。
5、 甘油 67.6%、 水 30%和尼古丁 2.4%。
6、 甘油 68.5%、 水 30%和尼古丁 1.5%。
7、 甘油 80%、 水 19.4%和尼古丁 0.6%。 8、 甘油 78.8%、 水 18.8和尼古丁 2.4%。
9、 甘油 18.5%、 水 20%和尼古丁 1.5%。
本发明所述的雾化供电装置 22的外形可以是圆柱形,也可以是葫芦形等其它多 种形状, 圆柱形与普通香烟相同, 可满足消费者的使用习惯; 葫芦形可以起到更好 的装饰效果, 并且可以帮助使用者在周围光线较暗等视线不好的情况下方便的找到 模拟香烟的烟嘴端。若使用者不需吸食模拟烟雾, 可将雾化供电装置 22内的电源关 闭, 使雾化加热丝 27停止对雾化液加热, 此时从吸气孔 28吸出的气体即不带有雾 化效果。 图中 10是隔板 ,11是通气孔。

Claims

1、一种组合式多功能电子模拟香烟,其特征在于:包括指示器(1),指示器(1) 上开设进气孔(15), 指示器(1)一端与芳香发生器(12) 的一端连接, 指示器(1) 与芳香发生器 (12) 之间安装第一开关 (8)和第一电池 (9), 芳香发生器 (12) 内 设置固体芳香物 (13), 固体芳香物 (13) 上安装电热丝 (14), 芳香发生器 (12) 的另一端与烟弹仓的一端连接, 烟弹仓内设有吸附尼古丁的固体吸附棉(2i), 烟弹 仓的另一端与吸嘴 (25) 连接, 吸嘴 (25) 上开设吸气孔 (28)。
' 2、根据权利要求 1所述的一种组合式多功能电子模拟香烟, 其特征在于: 指示 器(1)一端安装旋转开关(3), 旋转开关(3)上安装指示灯罩(6), 指示灯罩(6) 内设置第一指示灯 (4) 和第二指示灯 (5)。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的一种组合式多功能电子模拟香烟, 其特征在于: 烟弹 仓由第一烟弹仓壳体 (16) 和第二烟弹仓壳体 (17) 相互连接组成, 第一烟弹仓壳 体 (16) 内设置第一插管 (18), 第二烟弹仓壳体 (17) 内设置第二插管 (19), 固 体吸附棉 (21) 安装在圆筒形的烟弹壳体 (20) 内, 烟弹壳体 (20) 两端均设置封 口铝箔片 (30)。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种组合式多功能电子模拟香烟, 其特征在于: 指示器 (1) 内部安装控制器 (2), 控制器 (2) 上安装动态指示灯组 (7)。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种组合式多功能电子模拟香烟, 其特征在于: 所述指示器 (1) 的外形是烟斗形。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的一种组合式多功能电子模拟香烟, 其特征在于: 烟弹仓的外形是锥形。
7、根据权利要求 1所述的一种组合式多功能电子模拟香烟, 其特征在于: 所述 固体芳香物 (13 ) 由下述重量比的原料组成: 薄荷 15.5%、 砂仁 12%、 丁香 12%、 桂皮 12%、 干姜 10%、 花椒 10%、 茴香 12%、 香兰素 1.5%、 乙基麦岈粉 12%、 芳 樟醇提取物 1.5%、 香料烟精油 0.5%、 保加利亚玫瑰油 0.5%和云南烤烟精油 0.5%。
8、 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的一种组合式多功能电子模拟香烟, 其特征在于: 烟弹仓与吸嘴 (25 ) 之间安装雾化供电装置 (22), 雾化供电装置 (22 ) 内安装第二 开关 (23 ) 和电源, 吸嘴 (25 ) 内设置吸液棉 (26), 吸液棉 (26) 中吸附雾化液, 吸液棉 (26 ) 内设置雾化加热丝 (27), 雾化加热丝 (27 ) 与雾化供电装置 (22 ) 连 接。
9、根据权利要求 8所述的一种组合式多功能电子模拟香烟, 其特征在于: 所述 吸液棉 (26 ) 中雾化液是由下述重量比的原料组成: 甘油 70%-80%, 水 20%-30%。
